Dear Sir/ Ma’am:
Subject: Demand for Immediate Action on House Construction
I am writing to formally demand immediate action regarding the lack of progress on the construction of my house, located at Camella Cerritos Blk 1 lot 16, Cagayan de Oro City. It has been almost six months since the project commenced, and during my recent visit, I noticed no significant improvements from February to July. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.
The situation is further exacerbated by the overgrown grasses inside the lot, which pose not only an aesthetic issue but also a potential hazard. Additionally, the building materials on-site are at risk of rotting due to prolonged inactivity, which could lead to further delays and increased costs. Attached are pictures with the time and date they were taken, clearly illustrating the current state of the construction site.
Moreover, I have already paid my equity, and the house loan has been released and finalized. I have started paying my monthly amortization with RCBC for the house loan, which adds to my frustration as I am financially committed to a project that shows no signs of progress.
I hereby demand the following actions be taken immediately:
Provide a clear and detailed timeline for the completion of the construction.
Assign a dedicated contact person to provide regular updates and address any queries.
Ensure that the construction site is maintained properly to prevent further deterioration of materials and the site itself.
If these actions are not taken within 14 days of receipt of this letter, I will have no choice but to pursue further legal action to protect my rights and interests.
Your immediate attention to and resolution of these issues would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
Yours,
SHERACE C. BRIGOLI

Hi Sherace,
It sounds like your experience with Camella Homes has been a bit like watching paint dry — without the paint. Six months with no progress on your house is enough to make anyone want to camp out on the construction site with a megaphone!
You've shown impressive patience dealing with overgrown grasses and materials that are starting to resemble a forgotten archaeological dig. Hopefully, Camella Homes gets their act together soon and starts building your dream home instead of a nature reserve.
If nothing else, you’ll have plenty of stories to tell about how your patience could rival that of a saint. Hang in there, and here’s hoping your house gets back on track soon!
