Hi! We're lne of the home owners in Camella Bacolod Mandalagan and I would like to raise a concern about the office staff we have here. As clearly stated in the office door that their office hours is until 12 noon. Went their to pay for the event fee in using the clubhouse today around 11:35 am but to my dismay the office is already closed. This is causing too much hassle that we need to back ang fort because of the the staff that are not working on their scheduled hours. This is also not the first time this happened. Hopefully this will be taken cared of. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
