Customer service at the Hopedale mall post office location
June 16 2021- I was there (Canada Post Hopedale Mall 1515 Rebecca a St Oakville On L6L5G0) around 3.45 pm. I had 5 envelopes to post so I needed to buy 5 stamps. I also had an other 5 enveloppes to put inside the 5 1st ones for a document return. I explained all of this to the Lady Montaserrat. I told her it's for my work and it's legal document that have...

16June: today I tried to pickup my package at the community mail box.
in my box#409 was a Key#G1. the Key would NOT open the G box in the community mail boxes.
Tracking#: [protected]
I then put the key into the return slot located on the community mail box.
I would really like to get this package.
What is the best way to get this package?
thank-you, Fred Johnston; [protected]@yahoo.ca; Phone: [protected]
Desired outcome: Get my package
Express Post -Tracking # [protected]
On April 28th, 2021 I mailed Mother's Day Cards & Gifts to Calgary, Alberta.
My package arrived in Calgary on April 30th and was put on a truck for delivery at 10:21 a.m. but at 10:31 a.m. was returned due to processing area and since then has not been delivered to my Mom. On May 6th I called Canada Post customer service who wrote a ticket # [protected] and advised if package doesn't show up by May 14th it would be referred to Claims Department. On May 12th I received an e-mail to say this has now been referred to Claims Department for further investigation. On May 31st, 2021 I received an e-mail advising me that a cheque for $121.73 is being mailed to me with no explanation about what happened to the package and only giving me 1/2 of gifts I sent (insured for $200) and postal charges. On June 1st after waiting 30 minutes on hold for a customer service rep I was advised that the package was not marked lost or stolen and will eventually be found and sent to my Mom who is 90 years old and because there was cash I was only reimbursed for gift certificates. When I mailed the package the postal agent in Scarborough asked what was in the package and was told and at no time was I advised if you send cash Canada Post will not reimburse you. The package is still showing somewhere at your Calgary facility and I'd like to know how this investigation was done and why the package is still in your postal facility for 6 weeks now. Thank You. Paula Sinclair
Desired outcome: Mother's Day gift is found and delivered to addressee
Mail Man complaint!

He is lazy!
we have had new sod installed and they told us not to walk on it well this guy doesnt give a dam!
Desired outcome: Talk to his supervisor and correct this behaviour changed immediatley
missing mail
I'm writing to make a complaint about an ongoing problem.
I've delayed making a complaint here because I was told the complaint would simply be referred to the branch where the problem is happening. So I took my complaint to my post office where the problem resides on numerous occasions but still the problem persists. I need an action to take place at a higher level because obviously they can not resolve it locally.
My problem is that my mail is delivered to a community mailbox. With my address being 1103 Baxter's Harbor Rd. and a neighbors being 1103 Gospel Woods road, our mail is mixed up far too much. When I receive my neighbors mail, I simply put it back in the box (sometimes for multiple times before its relocated into the correct box) but my neighbor doesn't always do the same. In one incident I had to have a new credit card sent out 3 times before I finally received it. This is totally unacceptable.
After complaining several times at the Canning, Nova Scotia, branch, things were still not improving, so I waited until I received my neighbors mail again, then instead of returning it to the box, I took it to the post office to PROVE it was still ongoing. Yesterday my neighbor surprised me by actually bringing my mail to my door stating it was in her box again.
I'm at my wits end trying to get this worked out and just registering a complaint with the post office in question is NOT resolving the issue. The carrier is NOT verifying the name on the mail, instead they are only looking at the civic number. I need SOMEONE at a higher level to do something to rectify this. PLEASE. The Canning, Nova Scotia, post office is incapable of resolving this on their own!
Desired outcome: Correct Mail Delivery
would like to settle this situation once and for all.
My name is Jadranka Daniele, I am writing a complaint against Canada Post. On February 18 2021, I have mailed out my parcel to someone in the USA, but the mail said they had left a delivery card, but my friend said he did not receive a message from the post office, so once he told me this, I had contacted Canada Post to see what happened to my parcel, Canada Post said no one picked up the parcel in the USA post office. The USA Canada Post said the parcel is being shipped back to me in Canada, but I never got no parcel sent back to me, I have called several times they have never given me any answers to the investigation and could not or refused to give me what happened to my parcel. It was a expensive apple Iphone and I have paid for insurance to protect my delivery for the amount of $1000.00 that was the most they would cover, but only Canada Post is not honoring the insurance that I have purchased, this apple Iphone costed $1600.00 phone. I have been struggling for answers for quite some time and still refusing to settle this situation, I did not get my parcel returned to me still making monthly payments on this phone with Bell Canada. Here are my tracking number and investigation number. Tracking number is EM [protected] CA investigation number [protected] The address where I mailed to was for David Scott Address: 1016 HWY 10 East Oakdale LA Louisiana 71463 USA Post Office [protected] Canada Post Office [protected] I have not been getting any results in getting this situation taken care of, either they send me my phone back or honor the insurance amount for $1000.00 I need help with this situation once and for all. My Name: Jadranka Daniele - Address: 101 Kozlov St. Apt. 714 Barrie Ont. L4N-5L7 My contact number: [protected] Note Bell Canada told me the phone was turned on at Canada Post in Barrie Ont. where I mailed it from Shoppers Drug Mart Canada Post on Bayfield Barrie Ont.
Mail found on ground
The [protected] houses on the 2300 block of Rosewood Drive in Saskatoon found our mail in a pile on the ground outside the super mailbox on Burgess Cres.
We would like to notify you of this and request follow-up on how this happened and what steps are being taken to not have it happen again please.
Desired outcome: Follow-up
There are multiple failures in the pick up and delivery of my mail from my neighborhood drop of mail box to my addressees.
Over the last several months I have dropped off envelops containing payment checks, including payments to Canada Revenue, which have NOT arrived weeks later or ever. And, they have not been returned to my point of mailing address. Canada Post is broken and failing to pickup and deliver my mail. I have photos of envelops and contents prior to mailing.
Desired outcome: Fix your pickup and delivery from my neighborhood. Find my mail! Deliver it!
Lost parcel
I sent my identity documents in April 13 via regular post to US, but my parcel still has not arrived to US. I went to Canada post branches several times and they did not help me and said " we can not track regular post". I am in Canada with work via and it will be expired on Oct. I also call with destination and they said " your parcel maybe lost". How can i track my parcel now?
Delivery issue
Package with shipping label specifying "Do not safe drop" (which according to Canada Post means: "We'll try to leave the item in the recipient's mail receptacle. If the item doesn't fit or the receptacle is full, we'll attempt to deliver the item at the door. If no one is available to receive it, we'll leave a delivery notice card that tells the recipient to pick up the item at a designated post office.") was delivered and left in a public space, in the apartment building hallway, and I found my package by chance the next day. When I tracked the package online the status was: "Delivered to recipient's front door" . In reality the agent didn't even tried to deliver and didn't even notified me despite the fact that my buzzer code was clearly specified on the shipping label and I was home at the time of delivery. Moreover is not the first time that is happened, it seems to be a common practice to deliver only on the first floor and leave all other packages at the entrance.
Desired outcome: Be professional at delivery. Delivery options are specified on the shipping label for a reason and agent should deliver according to the specified terms.
They can never deliver anything on the delivery dates they are supposed to arrive.
They can never make delivery dates provided. Say I ordered something from Amazon and it supposed to arrive June 6 through June 27 they won't make either of those dates. Like now I have something that was supposed to arrive about a week ago give or take and they updated their website saying they would deliver it 2 days ago then they never did then the next day it updated that they will deliver it today and now today's finished through and they still haven't attempted to deliver it it's still sitting 5 hours away from my location and hasn't even moved. Canada Post really needs to step their game up because this is honestly [censored] either do your jobs or stay the hell home and let someone that's willing to do it. Pathetic.
Desired outcome: Honestly don't know they really just seem incompetent, the company as a whole.
My package has not delivered after 4 weeks
I have sent an important package included my passport to Washington DC on May 8th, 2021 through an EXPRESS service
The lady at the counter mentioned that it will take 4 days to get to Washington DC.
Every time I contact the Canada Post Customer Service, they mention that package has been sent but further tracking can not be done. They even did not raise a case to look for my package.
I called US Custom, they ensured me that my package is not there.
I called International Sorting Facility, they mentioned that my package is in a container which has been sitting in that facility for 3 weeks, however they have no plan when that container will be opened.
Desired outcome: My package to be found and delivered to the destination
Parcel delivery
At 640 Roselawn Ave. Toronto M5N 1K9 we have had a parcel delivery box for over a year now. But this week, parcels too large for our regular mailboxes have been returned to the postal outlet instead of being put in that box. One of my neighbors and I were just at the SDM outlet at the same time, only to discover the missing parcels were quite small, his only being book-sized in fact. What is the problem?
Desired outcome: Correct mail delivery
unethical behaviour
Mr. Andrew Dumaresque from the Gander, NL office came into my work place and caused a scene, and I felt like it was a personal attack on me.
He was still in Canada Post Uniform, very unprofessional and swearing. For someone out and about delivering mail to the Gander area I would suspect better.I would like this looked into, and will follow up. Gander is a small area and word gets around fast.
Thanks
Delivery of letters / parcel packages
To whom it may concern: My wife and I have a customer service/Canada Post employee concern about 21 packages that we mailed back on February 16, 2021. After following up with almost of the 21 intended recipients of the packages we mailed (a mental health resource) to Saskatchewan school divisions, we found that none of the school divisions office...
Read full review of Canada PostParcels not being delivered to rural box holders
When we were originally contacted by Canada Post with regards to installing rural mail boxes, we were told that all parcels that did not fit in the parcel box would be attempted to be delivered to our door, if not home a parcel card would be on our door. However, since Covid it has changed to having the parcel left on our door front, which is even better.
However, neither is happening, our driver is not attempting to come to our homes, he is merely putting a card in our box and bringing parcels to the post office for pick up.
The service we were promised was parcel delivery. I have put in multiple complaints and this service (promise) is still not being provided on a regular basis.
I wish to start a ticket, place a formal complaint towards our delivery person and have someone contact me in this regard. [protected]
marie.[protected]@live.ca
We pay taxes, we pay the same for our postal stamps and the service of having the parcels delivered to our door was promised to us when the boxes where installed, this driver is NOT fulfilling that promise or his duties.
Desired outcome: Have driver fulfill his duties according to promises made to customer or replace the driver with someone who will.
Refusing to fix my postal code
My residence is in a different area than the postal code I've been given.
Canada Posts own autofill technology puts me in a wrong postal code and I am constantly getting mail improperly routed because of this.
Canada Post has not corrected this despite being promised it would be fixed already.
This has even affected my ability to vote in my area. CRA also has my address listed incorrectly. The municipality and province are at odds with the correct address and I am getting no fix.
Desired outcome: Correct my residential postal code
Damaged parcel/envelope
I live in an apartment building at [protected]. We have a Canada Post "parcel box" in our lobby. I have received a "bent" package/envelope sizes 6"1/4 x 9"1/4, that was made to fit in usual mail box. The fold was made along the width of the top...about an inch from top. There were cream samples that could have busted open. This action was avoidable and respect of other people's property (mail/parcels) needs to be practiced on a regular basis.
Desired outcome: If the package is too big for the regular mail box....perhaps it could be placed in the Canada Post parcel box and have a key left in my regular mail box as opposed to bending the item to fit.
Folded package
I have received a package in my "apartment building" mailbox and it was folded to fit. The package was a cardboard envelope...size was 6" 1/4 by 9"1/4 and was folded across about 1inch from top. The content contained liquid samples and could have been busted open.
Desired outcome: If it is to be "crammed" perhaps I could have been provided a key for access to Canada Post package box.
Incorrect mail delivery
Our business is in a large industrial unit called The Greenwood Center. We continually receive incorrect mail for other units in our center. We are unit 618, we've received mail for unit 508, 418, 516, and as in picture below we receive mail for unit 415. This has become much worse this month and is now happening every day! Why is Canada Post sorting facility not looking at the unit numbers?
Desired outcome: Sort mail properly and stop delivering other people's mail to us.

The postman racist profiled me outside my own house.
