Canada Post magazine Sports Illustrated

Every two weeks I receive my subscription to Sports Illustrated. I have not received an issue in more than a month. As well our delivery service in South Delta is now down to maybe once a week. I do not know if this is temporary due to summer vacations. As well our former postal office building apparently has closed. the next best thing I can do is go to Ladner Pharmasave and see if the can help.

Please let me know if there is a specific way I should go about resolving this matter.

Canada Post mail packages not being delivered.

The woman who delivers the mail to our bulding does not come to the door to see if I am open (which I am everyday-I'm a business) She puts a slip in the mail box every time, I have even tried talking to her. This is a huge problem for me, because I am a business expecting supplies I ordered to be delivered. I can not leave to pick up my package at the post office! Please I just want her to deliver my packages!

Canada Post unethical response

I went to the Post Office at Shopper Drug Mart #1442 to deliver a package containing a brochure and two samples on May 24, 2019 at 11:03 am.
I bought a #4 Bubble Mailer. The weight of the package was .947kg as per the receipt.
The total amount paid including the Mailer was $44.14 and I was told the will take 10 days max to get its destination.
My contact in Mexico told me that he hasn't got the package after the stipulated date. Couple weeks ago I went to the post office trying to find out an answer and I was told that I have to wait becuase it was a holiday in between and the ten days are counted as working days. I understood, so I came back yesterday and the lady told me to call the 800 numbers. She was very helpfull and I knew she was not able to resolve the problem. unfortunately, there is not tracking number to track down the package but there is a bar code # R:329451.104207. I called today to the 800 number and got a soul to answer the phone. Unfortunately, in plain English the gentleman told me to wait for the package to get its destination, or be returned to me. I asked him to be more specific especially after I paid the fee for the service. He said that if niether event happen Canada Post policy is the customer lost. I thought "Canada" Post as an institution trains its employees to practice good customer services as the institutuon mission statement perhaps expresses. I though as well based on the long history of the institution and the lessons learned over the years, has been able to reflect thru their representatives honesty, transparency and care of this type of issue. I understand clearly by your representative that Canada Post doesn't care about this issue. I have to get another package to re-send it to my contact in Mexico, my question is Can I trust Canada Post? Please let me know your comment.

Canada Post postage paid packages

I went to mail a postage paid envelope with sensitive documents today they let me know I could not have a receipt or any kind of tracking as its paid for so unless I paid $12.00 I had no recourse that they even had been given my envelope... Their words not mine. I think this service is terrible and how can a customer have satisfaction if they have no options, I can return a item that I have bought that is postage paid and get a tracking number. I than asked how to make a complaint and was told I don't have a card or brochure look online. I would hope follow up would happen.

Canada Post delivery of small packages (~3 x 3") missing among other problems

At who is concerned,

I buy many items for my couture design in China from Alie Express and e-Bay online.

Since few months, a lot of them are missing. Mainly the lace butterflies from Alie express and mini flowers
from e-Bay. Much more small packages are missing mainly from Alie Express.I have pictures of everything. I bought different colors, blue, green yellow, sequins and lace butterflies of many dimensions.
I saw the Postman while he was putting my small packages in his pants pockets. He was turned toward the window and did not see me. What a shock! He did not know that I was the tenant of the 404...
I am the only one in my building at 208 St-Andrew Apt # 404 Ottawa ON K1N 5G6 who receives these small packages which are, most of the time, in dark plastic envelopes/bags. Packages are usually 3" x 3" or sometimes little bigger. Perhaps he thinks that it is money... I do not know this postman but I can tell that he is very tall.
Now he knows me because I had to go downstairs last week to get a package from Shoppers Drug Mart. He gave me the package and left as quickly as a jet.
It takes me time to choose my appliques and it takes a lot of time to ship them from China to Canada. It is the first time that I experiment this huge problem with Canada Post. I buy from China since 2009. Now I have to put my sewing project on hold. These items are not so expansive but I really need them in my designs.
If the problem is not solved by the end of June 2019, I will have to find a new address for my shipping from China. These people work very hard to maintain their small business, they do not deserve that neither. They do not get paid when the packages are missing. Shame on this Post Man. Hoping that he will be fired soon, very soon. Now I had to stop my purchases from Alie Express because this problem.
It cannot continue like that. Please let me know asap what you could do or if I should find another address to receive my small packages. These couture creations are an income by adding value to my designs. This Postman is also making trouble to my suppliers mainly from Alie Express.

Canada Post delivery service

28 years ago we moved outside of Saskatoon and our mailing address was a box number, life was good. Canada Post said they improved service and our mail turned out was being sent back or not getting too us at all. A customer service rep in their wise information asked how much mail we were not getting. She was told if we did not receive it, how would we know. Canada Post improved it once more. Now we know that we are getting mail not delivered because of mis addressed mail. Our mail address is
GS 7087 Box 57 RR 7
Saskatoon, Sask.
S7K1N2
Now when IO phoned with this complaint a man asked once again, how much we were not getting. I said if we don't get mail how would we know? This guy said "the next time you don't get mail, photocopy the address of who sent it" WHAT?
I just have been shorted many months of a magazine because although the company had my address right the shipping label shows
RR 7 STN Main
Where the hell is that and who is going to cover my lost money in subscriptions.

Canada Post discrimination against kejick po

A package sent via 5 day guarantee from Montreal to the Kejick Post Office in Ontario has been in transit from Thunder Bay for 2 business days thus far and is not slated to arrive for another two business days, after the weekend. However as there is no delivery on that day, it won't arrive until the following day: so that is 8 business days and 10 days altogether. Check out a map to see how far Thunder Bay is from Kenora, then to the Kejick post office and you will see why I am flummoxed as to why it could possibly take that long - it is a 5 hour drive from Thunder Bay to Kenora, and the Kejick post office is a 1 HR drive from Kenora. Yet somehow it takes 4 business days plus a weekend for a package via Canada Post to travel a distance of 555km.
Also, Kejick PO is not permitted to sell single stamps nor can one send a package from there because Canada Post won't provide the equipment needed.

One can only assume it's because the Kejick PO is in a First Nations community and the Canada Post Corporation does not see them as equal to other communities, ergo doesn't care that it provides third rate services to it like many other organizations and companies. How else could it justify this epitome of snail mail?

Canada Post community mailbox for business

I work for South Kelowna Elementary School at 4176 Spiers Road, Kelowna BC. We have had our mail delivered to the school since the school opened - this school will be 100 years old next year. This past fall, we were told that our mail would no longer be delivered to the school and we have to use a community mailbox. I do not agree with this as we have confidential information and there is theft. Anyways, I was told that boxes would still be delivered to the school. The boxes are NOT being delivered and as this is a school we have many orders being processed - confidential student files and ID, books, technical items, etc. Many of them are jammed into the bigger mailboxes and the corners are torn or damaged or the boxes are very heavy. Today, there is a box in 1A that I cannot lift and it was jammed in that space and takes up the entire compartment. I called 800-267-1177, #6, and was told that maybe I should get someone else to get the box. There is no one else - I am the only secretary, we don't have 1 male staff here at SKE and I am not able to ask a student to do this in case they are injured. I would like the bigger, heavier boxes delivered.

Canada Post signature upon delivery

-may 16 2019
-[protected]
-i purchased a medical eating table for my grandfather who had a stroke from walmart and specifically asked no signature upon delivery of this item. I go to track my shipment on the canada post website to see that a signature is required and they will bring my parcel back to canada post if no one is there to sign. Lisa the senior resolution specialist for canada post was of no help with no empathy for this situation as this needed to be home today as my grandfather was being released from the hospital today as well and needs this table. i was told she cannot do anything to help me or resolve this issue, she told me she couldn't call the driver to inform him that no signature was needed, which is untrue I've had canada post call the drivers before. this is horrible and unjust behavior to expect an 88 year old man who is bed ridden from a stroke to sign for a parcel. horrible disgusting behaviour with zero empathy for paying customers. will absolutely never use canada post ever again. Lisa (senior resolution specialist) cant resolve even the littlest of issues what is the point of your job to inconvenience customers? disgusting

Canada Post outgoing mail

Every week we mail out invoices to our customers and many times - like I'd say at least once a month we receive those invoices back in our office as a stack of envelopes. The envelopes clearly say our company name on the front of them in a window envelope with the customer's name and address on them and we still receive them back. Someone is not sorting them properly at the depot. It is very frustrating. And to top it off the envelopes come back in terrible shape like they have been left out in the rain. Not acceptable. This costs our company time and money that should not be happening. Today I have received a stack of envelopes back. Please have this issue resolved ASAP.

Canada Post postie bullying disabled person to take the no one home ticket, even though I was home.

I told the postie I wasn't taking paperwork that should never have been filled out because I was home, have disabled arms that were not working properly today & was in a huge amount of pain.

1/ Why are the forms filled out before they get to the address?

2/Why do disabled people get bullied to clean up Canada Post garbage?

3/How much money is being wasted filling out forms before you know if the person is home or not?

4.Why is Canada Post allowed to bully disabled people?

5/What mandate does Canada Post have in place to help disabled people?

6/Why is Canada Post forcing customers to dispose of paper work that shouldn't be filled out until it has been determined that no one is home?

Canada Post delivery not made

April 27th I ordered a new office chair from Amazon, was a great price, and it was to be delivered April 30th. I happened to be off work on that day, so I checked the status of my chair at 9 am and to my surprise it was out for delivery! Great! Check back on it at 10 am and according to their website, 10 mins after it was scanned as out for delivery, it now said notice left.

So, what does that tell me? Obviously that they aren't even going to try and deliver my package. Canada Post hasn't delivered a single package to me in the past 3 years, I always have to go pick it up even though I make sure the delivery dates are set to dates that I have off work. Worst company ever. If I could choose who delivered my packages from Amazon, I would never pick Canada Post...EVER!

Canada Post parcel delivery notification

3 times now delivery notice sent by email at approx. 10AM - I go to post box at post office at 2-3pm and delivery card "not" in box - have to get next day - big pain in the butt - mail box full of junk mail but no parcel delivery cards - obviously junk mail takes presidence over everything - I am notifying companies I deal with to send all my parcels via UPS/Purolator etc - Canada Post not reliable in any circumstances, -if you ask the people behind the counter at the post office about this matter they just shrug their shoulders and say - " don't have time to put cards in boxes" - no accountability whatsoever -

Canada Post late delivery

A letter was put in a mail box in St. Catharines Ontario on April 6th. It was received in Edmonton 2 1/2 weeks later on April 24th. When paying almost $1 to mail a letter I expect it should arrive in 6 days at the latest (from what I figured from the very hard to understand website). How is it possible to take the amount of time it would take to drive there eight times, taking into account the two statutory holidays ? I often send mail from Edmonton to St. Catharines and it isn't unusual for it to take two weeks. Please explain what the delay is from. The price of postage should be much less and compensation for the poor service should be provided. Any private company would compensate and apologize to keep getting the business. As there is no competition other than expensive courier we are powerless and seem to just have to put up with it. Would at least a book of stamps to make amends not be justified?

Canada Post mailed card

On approximately April 1, I mailed a card to my son at 26 - 3520 - 60 st Edmonton T6J 6H5. As he is new at his residence, he said he had to go to Canada Post office to pick it up and just went. He went today and said it was not there. More to the point, I sent another card, two days later, with a Below the Belt $75 gift card for his birthday. It was not there either. My address is 1373 Bonner Cres. Cobble Hill B.C. No, it was not special delivery but I did pu the gift card inside another card to disguise its nature.

Canada Post delivery

In BC Canada, lower mainland, not only did you not properly deliver the package and notify me, you went ahead and left me your garbage non-delivery "we missed you" slip.

Complete and utter trash, that is not even the worst of it, you also went ahead and dropped my package off at a post office to be picked up all the way on the other side of town when there was a perfectly suitable post office near my address within a city block!

What a useless waste of my tax dollars, the company deserves to go bankrupt!

Canada Post driver and his lack of package delivery

The Postman/Driver for our building refuses to leave packages at our doors, and doesn't even attempt to deliver. He sits in his truck and writes out all the tags. He then comes in and puts them in the mailboxes, even if I am home waiting for the package.
This is the 4th time he has done this!

Latest incident: Tracking #[protected]
Door Tag #: [protected]
Building: The Shaughnessy, 1235 15th Avenue W. in Vancouver

Delivery due April 10th- I left two notes, one at the mailbox and one on my suite door, and he still just left the tag instead of making the effort to deliver.
This is unacceptable service. I have packages delivered so I DON'T have to go out and get them. This is a habit of his, and it is extremely annoying and offensive that he refuses to do his job.

Canada Post service issue

Hello,

I wish to submit a formal complaint regarding our postal service person as they are continually failing to attempt parcel deliveries when our gates are open which occurred again today. They simply leave the delivery notices in our mailbox conveniently located at the front of our property in the event the gates are closed. This is causing much inconvenience and disruption as we require to pick it up at a 7/11 with WiFi when we are electro-hypersensitive.

Please inform them they are required to deliver or attempt a delivery to our front door.

Canada Post unethical behaviour

04/08/2019
Delivering ad mail for our company and was at the back loading dock where we have been dropping ad mail off for years. While doing so had an encounter with the loading dock Rep named Judy I believe? She called me a F-ing [censored] when I was leaving in front of 2 other of your employees, who had said to me she is unfriendly to begin with and wasn't the first time this has happened. I just happen to hear her when I was going back to my truck.

Asked to speak to the supervisor (Robert) and he did say its unacceptable for one of his employees to speak to anyone like that. He just informed me to write my complaint down and leave at the front. I don't believe my matter was taken seriously an now I'm worried about my mail to be taken care of properly, as she is the person handling it.

Pretty sure this will go unresolved but I just wanted to make sure our mail will not be messed with as it cost us a lot each spring.

Steve,
