Warehouse lights on 24/7
2 Price street Employees refuse to turn off the lights when the warehouse is closed they are on 24/7 365 days a year. I live next door and need blackout blinds from the light pollution.

I am putting in this complaint because I'm so tired of not getting my package tags. Prime example today I had to take a tracking number down to my post office because I've been waiting for this package & when I got ahold of the company they said I should have had it by now. Sure enough the post office received it April.12/21 & I did not receive a tag to go & pick it up. Also there are weeks we go without mail like our mail carrier holds onto our mail until they have enough to go out & make their route worth their while. There has to be another way to make sure our mail is actually delivered to us on a regular basis. I don't like this private mail delivery service at all, it's so uncertain. It's always someone different when the contract comes up so you never have the same mail person & so you don't get to know your post person at all. We had one lady for quite some time & she was great, we really got to know her & then this bidding for the route came into to play & we lost her. Ever since than it's been the absolute [censored]s. I really miss Rhonda, she delivered our mail every day & left tags for packages if they were too big for our mail box. She would bring the pkg then buzz me to come down & get it so she wouldn't have to drop it off at the post office. This never happens since we lost her, I have to go down to the post office for most of my parcels. This is Wednesday May.12/21 when this incident took place about not getting that tag for my parcel. Even the postal girl at Shoppers Drug Mart has complained to her supervisor about people not getting their mail tags but she doesn't believe her. This needs to be looked at!

Canadapost is no good: I had big problems with them in the past and nobody apologized for it, but today I am writing about the last case which is very disturbing and creating big problems for me.
Today, I received one of two envelopes government sent me, the other one taken to the drugstore post office by the delivery person.
I am not even complaining about not receiving the secoond envelope at my address, but why it is now stuck in the drugstore post office. Drugstore has one Stupid & Rude clerck working in their post office - Why Canadapost has not trained this person?
I will write my conversation with this person for you to understand me better:
Me - Hello, the Passport Office sent me two envelopes, I received one of them with my New Passport in it today but the second envelope is brought to your office by the Canada Post delivery person.
Clerck - Bring one Photo ID to pick it up
Me - I don't have any Photo ID, I sent them to the Passport Office
Clerck - No, you did not send the original ones, come here with the original ID.
Me- Yes, I sent my original IDs, how can you say I did not, like you have seen me doing it?
Clerck - Because they don't require the originals for Passport
Me - They might not require the originals but I did send the originals
Clerck - Come with one piece of Photo ID
Me - No, you are accusing me of lying but all my Photo-IDs are in your office, yes, in your office in the envelope which I am trying to pick up, the Passport Office is returning back to me!
Clerck - I can not give them to you
Me - Well, I did not ask you to give them to me. Do you accept my new Passport as a Valid ID?
Clerck - No, you have to show an ID with a photo

Unprofessional delivery.
This is third time my package arrived opened no customs yellow tape, or anything explaining why, it just has been opened halfway with sharp knife or blade and part was missing. I don't know who complain too.

LH138338422US was returned to facility yesterday. I made 2 phone calls sent 2 emails. I forgot the apartment on the form.

It was slapped with return to sender at 9 pm last night.
Your delivery person did not even look at the name on the mailbox.
It is clearly marked there.
No one bothered to phone me. My phone number is on that custom form.

Super Box
Hello,
Upon attempting to pick up mail today I noticed our super boxes at location L6L4063 have been changed and updated. While it does appear that the cylinder from the previous box was installed in the new box, it was done so in a manner that the cylinder will only partially turn but not enough to release the door to access our mail.
This needs to be resolved ASAP as we can now not access our mail and we are expecting important documents.

overnight priority post
I posted and paid for overnight service at 10:05 4/26 expecting it to be delivered 4/27. Not deliver yet on 4/28. Tracking number [protected]. Is there any recourse to refund difference for non overnight delivery promise? Refund? Sent from Canada Post Manulife Center, Toronto, ON M4W 1B0. Tracking shows arrival in Memphis 11:50 not what was promised or paid for.

Over the past year or so the mail sorter in congress sask canada has consistantly put the wrong mail in the wrong boxes I even got the wrong key for the parcel compartment and being it a friday before a long weekend had to wait till tuesday to get the mess sorted out. There is maybe a dozen boxes in congress which is served from assiniboia sask outlet. I cannot see what confusing issue is causing this hugh mixup. it's got the community talking about getting her replace because my mail is no business of my neighbors and it is a frequet and on going problem. Good afternoon
We are a Natural Gas provider that services a rural area south of Lethbridge Alberta. Starting in December 2020 the length of time it takes our bills to reach our customers is unbelievable. A hamlet 20 minutes away was taking up to a month to receive bills in the mail. Where mail going to Ontario was taking two weeks. We have had correct Lethbridge address being returned to us with return to sender stickers. Even though they are the correct address and then we send them a second time and not have a problem.
As you can imagine the frustration of our customers and company not receiving bills in a prompt time frame, and the added late payment fees due to bills not being received.
We have started delivering our bills to each individual post office
(8 different stops) to ensure our customers receive there bills on time. Which takes time out of our day and adds to the frustration of how our small town postal service works.
There has to be a more efficient way for our small town postal office to provide service to the surrounding communities.

Occassionally we get mail delivered to our door from a group called https://ca.nextdoor.com/?noredirect=true . There is no way in their mailout or on their website to request them to stop sending these letters without registering and giving them my personal information. I want them to stop sending me these letters in the mail. The letter says quote "This letter was sent at the request of your neighbour by Nextdoor." I believe this is a phishing scam and I want it to stop. No "neighbour" should be able to sign me up for anything without my permission. Desired outcome: Cease and desist sending me these letters and make sure in the letters that others receive there is a phone number or address to send get in contact with them.

Driver
A Canada post driver has repeatedly made deliveries on Saturday to my address with his radio blaring music video and photo attached ..he's been asked to stop this by our concierge and he has ignored every request ...I asked him personally on Saturday, April 24 and he ignored me. I'm fed up. He is rude, ignorant and thoughtless and lacks any consideration. Please deal with him as his actions are disturbing the quiet and peace of not only this building but also of the entire neighborhood. Thank you,

Poor customer service
I made an error and gave to Canada Post a package to ship to a company that was not meant for that company. I went this morning to the Canada Post that I dropped it off at last night. They said they had the package BUT REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK TO ME because of some unknown policy. Customer service was equally useless. So my package will now ship to the wrong place where I will likely NEVER see it again. THANKS FOR YOUR garbage service.

Willful employee destruction of property
I went Into the Post Office Just before 4 pm on Friday, April 21, 2020. I was told the package could not fit through the mail slot, so I opened and addressed the issue so the package could be mailed, asking the employee to be careful, because it was an iPhone without a phone case. after paying I paid for my label, I was leaving, and turned back to ask a question to see her drop my package from shoulder hight into an empty drawer.
Non delivery of a valuable item since Arr. 9th.
Since Apr. 10th, this item was processed in Mississauga Ontario and has not moved anywhere since. I have called Canada post several times to complain about this valuable parcel not being delivered in 3 to 4 business days Paid $62 .00 for express shipping and $600dollars insurance. So far I have received nothing but apologies, but nothing on the status of my shipment. I was issued a high Priority Service ticket early last week. Only to call back two days later that ( with heartfelt apologies) the High Priority service ticket was incorrect, and a new one was issued, Still not one word on my parcel. I explained that I am now pressured to pay for this item that was to be paid for upon delivery. The supervisor again apologized for my position. After 15 days of nothing, I must pay for this lost parcel that no one can find since it was processed in Mississauga. So, I must pay for the lost item, and then pay another $600 to purchase a new one and get it delivered. I need a refund on my $600.00 plus shipping. This was a high priority item. I have waited too long for zero response and 23 apologies.
Desired outcome: A ) they find my Parcel and it starts moving TODAY, or I want a total refund.
Admail delivery despite NO ADMAIL sign
For the past 3 days, April 20, 21, 21, 2021, I have been receiving ad mail through my mail slot at 2524 Ash Street, Vancouver BC, postal code V4Z 3C4, despite my having a sign above my mail slot that says NO ADMAIL, which has been there for years.
I can only assume there is a new letter carrier, or a temporary one, that is disregarding this sign, because it has never happened before, for years.
Please see to it that I no longer receive any admail.

Reused service due to disability
I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask.
Refusal of service based on this is a clear violation of human rights.
There is a full physical barrier between the postmistress and the customer, and there was no one else in the building.
Banning any individual from service or entry is a dangerous precedent. Treating any human being badly because your authorities told you to is a complete replication of historical atrocities that we all are repulsed by.
Desired outcome: Full service to anyone and everyone with any disability or medical condition. It is illegal to ask for proof of disability
