About 2 months ago a green mail holding box was placed on city property that I have to upkeep. Since then I've had to constantly clean up garbage around it every week before cutting the grass. Cigarette butts, elastics, and plastic ties. It would be much appreciated if this would stop immediately as I have a neighbor who wants to move it to the street if this continues! So confused as to why this person thinks this is ok.
This photo is what I pick up every week. I have a hand full of blue elastics as well.
I expect this issue to stop in a timely matter as email and phones calls are fairly quick. Thank you!
package misrouted
I was expecting a package on wed sep 26/18 and it was on its' way until someone re routed it to the next town... The package contains meds I need today... Not tomorrow. Now what... Is it really that hard to get a package to the right town? What am I supposed to do now?

delivered package and left outside in rain with no cover
Canada Post delivered a package containing music and left it at a back door with no cover from the rain. This door is never used and packages have always been left at the front door where there is a covered deck. No card was left in the mailbox to show we had a delivery/ While the package was outside it rained and destroyed 200.00 worth of music books.

I've gotten a few packages now that require a signature in the post office person that delivers them knocks on the door from across the freaking Street I've been home on two occasions the first one I thought maybe I could have missed but now there's no way this person is the weakest knocker of all time.. and im not receiving packages from wish .. i havent been contacted on that issue its a federal offense .. if this doesn't get fixed soon ill contact the police to investigate .. as for the rude mail man [censored]ing fire him or her this is rediculous especially when they are paid well ..we have a new mail man he is hold and he is the biggest rudest jerk ove ever met i bought our old mail man timmies cards and everything bruce was great these new cock stains should be fired cant even knock on a door .. don't worry tho ive been paying extra to use other sorces for mail just so i dont have the headaches of canada post .. since bruce left been down hill not hapoy the slightest ..your mail couriers need to be friendly as they are you face .. that old mail man needs to watch his mouth ignorant old [censored]..if there was ever an option to pay for mail service and elect to not use canada post .. i would in a heart beat with out a thought

I asked a postal worker about my mail, and why I haven't been receiving any mail. She rudely answered me by swearing at me about my mail box not having a lock on it. Then continued to give me the third degree on why my mail box has to be locked.
She also has been delivering mail into the wrong postal boxes.
I was going to ask her where I could pick up my mail that I haven't been receiving. I didn't want to make her more angry, so I didn't bother. This was on Friday September 7, 2018

June 12th of 2018 I was issued a mail box change not by my choice, the post office in Blackfalds Alberta told me that I had to switch mail box's from 2682 to 1835 due to making the office smaller. I was told I have one year to change all my mail to the new address. I have personal and company mail coming to this address. So what is happening now, I am not receiving all my mail, it doesn't matter which address I have on it. I am not receiving my paycheque I am not getting my mail from the government and getting late charges.. I was waiting for a cheque from insurance company for over 2 months, they resent it twice, it was never returned to sender, it just never showed up. Had it sent again to my daughters address and received it within a week. This tells me there is something wrong with my address. I have talked to the post office, got told we will look into it. Nothing. Called the 1800 number for help. Got told we will investigate it. Got a call from Dave in Olds telling me to put the right address on my name, tried to call him back left voicemails never got a call back. Nothing has changed. My Cheques have still not arrived. Usually every month on the 10th they are in my mail.. I need this resolved ASAP as I need to get paid to my pay bills.. my email address [protected]@telus.net. My phone number is [protected]. I received a letter from American Express which contained confidential info about my credit card. Envelope was opened and taped. I am attaching images of the envelope.
At first I thought maybe it was sent to wrong mailbox instead of mine and that person opened without noticing and taped it and put it back mine but that is not possible because our mailboxes can only be accesed by Mailman. Please also be advised a month ago I received a letter with my credit card password but I never received the actual card for that password so looks like something is happening. Two days [protected], and 2018-09-21) in a row, no attempt to ring my door bell (I am always working at home) to deliver packages. Instead, only pickup notices were left in the mailbox. I had to wait another day, wasted time and gasoline (polluting the environment) to get them.
All parcels were small, and not heavy! All were from Ontario.
I suspect the postman/postwoman was substitute worker because the regular worker is always responsible and get the parcel delivered to my hand. The same situation happened last year when a substitute worker took over from the regular one who went on vacation. Very irresponsible or outright lazy.

For years now my mail has always been messed up. Your letter carriers clearly have 0 idea how to deliver mail let alone knock on a door. Im expecting xpress mail from Toronto and instead of knocking on my door (i was home and have 2 dogs, we would have heard it), they left a notice with NO time on it. I went to rexall 2 days in a row and no package. This is the 3rd time this has happened and instead of hiring thieves try vetting your employees.

On Sept 17, 2018, a Canada Post letter carrier arrived at my door, did not knock or ring the doorbell, and instead dropped a delivery notice through my mail slot. Now I have to go through the hassle of waiting another day, and then picking up the parcel myself.

priority post, toronto to calgary, $ 49.00 dollars for small envelope, appr. 20 gram weight.
My Wife send me a Credit Card in the mail which she took with her by mistake. She gone to a Post Office in Mississauga to send it Priority Post, which she paid them 49 dollars and some cents. Canada Post interpretation of priority post is that it will be delivered the next business day. This was send Friday, September 14th. I am in Calgary waiting for this card to be delivered on Monday, September 17th. Well using the Tracking #, it was in Calgary at 4:46am, processed and listed as"in route". Checking the Tracking later this day, it was now listed for Tuesday, September 18th delivery.Why?
If I would have used Fed-Ex, it would have cost $ 38.00 and would be at my door in the am on Monday.
Needless to say, I will NEVER use Canada Post again and I hope they go on strike for a really long time. Who needs them anyway.

Canada post is horrible! I have been receive my child tax checks 10 to 14 days late when contacting the government all checks were mailed on time and are supposed to be garantee delivery on the 20th. The government gets it out on time then Canada post sits on the mail! People depend on their checks to buy grocries for their children. 10 days late is unacceptable and disgusting. Am I suppose to not feed my child because Canada post doesn't want to hire people to deliver the mail? The government should send out mail with another company other than Canada post. Why don't they post the phone number on the Canada post website? Site sends you in circles never giving you the contact info. Then it times out when trying to submit a complaint online. Shame on you Canada post.

I called with a simple question regarding the prepaid credit cards you carry, and the lady who answered my call said she was too busy and having a bad day to help answer my question. she then continued to snap at me and raise her voice with me and never answered my original question. so I would like her to be fired from her job. she does not deserve to deal with the public EVER! with an attitude like she has. I wish I had her name to give. BUT I DO KNOW SHE WORKS FOR THE WINDSOR ONTARIO DIVISION. So I hope she gets punished for 1.ruining my day 2. for yelling at me and disrespecting me. 3. for never answering my question which is her only job to do. 4 for making me waste my time looking for a way to report her actions . and I still don't know when the cards will even be available again...
pair of winter boots
The post office worker put my parcel (a pair of winter boots) into my very small box. Instead of putting it in one of the larger boxes for when you get parcels, he stuffed it into my small mail box with my other mail. It took me some time to get the parcel out. I find this unacceptable as there was no reason not to leave a key in my mailbox for the larger boxes where they usually put parcels. This happened with the Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada post office.

My complaint is as before. As I said a parcel containing winter boots were stuffed into my small mail box where my usual mail is put in it. The post office worker instead of shoving it into my SMALL mail box should have put them in the larger boxes where they leave you a key to open the larger box. I had a lot of difficulty prying them out of the box and although the boots are not really damaged except for a couple of bumps, I find this unacceptable that the worker could not put it in a larger box or deliver it to my home. This happened with the worker from the Sturgeon Falls Post Office in Ontario, Canada.

Everytime I deal with this one older lady, shorter spikey blonde hair, she is extremely miserable. Today however was so bad. I went to ship a package out, and I'm not a pro and don't normally ship anything back to companies, so when she was reading the shipping options she was talking so fast I couldn't understand her, so I asked her to repeat herself and she got so pissy and basically raised her voice and just repeated it faster. Now I'm unsure if I picked the correct option because I don't even know what she was saying the whole time. She never ever smiles or says hi when anyone walks in. She looks miserable and shows she hates her job. She just threw the receipt on the counter at the end and couldn't even look at me because at the point she knew I was mad because I just completely stopped talking. I wanted to cry and was extremely uncomfortable. It took everything in me not to loose it and say bad things to her right there. I am sick of dealing with her, and will honestly turn right back around if I ever see her there now. She should NOT be working in customer service what so ever. She needs to be fired. I will complain until she is.

They said my documents reached in Mississauga in Aug 30 th. It's is super slow to deliver from Mississauga. Again this is my very important documents from Japan.

addressing changes postal code changes and mail pickup location
Terra Nova Estates 3535 St Joseph Blvd had a K1C 1T1 postal code and collected mail not delivered at Shoppers Drug Mart 2954 St Joseph Blvd. It is 2.7 km from 100 units at this address. We were assigned a new postal code K4A 0Z6 our mail pickup has been moved to Shoppers Drug Mart 1937 Portobello 5.3 km away and very difficult to get to for many residents of the Estate. Further to this issue each unit in the park was assigned a box number with no concideration for house location. We are looking at renumbering the homes in the Estate to match Canada Post addresses. In order to do this the numbering system has to flow in some order that makes sence when driving around the park looking for the address. Right now there is no logic to the numbering system so we can not use the mailing addresses to number the homes.
We would like to go back to K1C as we are completely surrounded by that postal code and we would like to have our pickup postal station back on St Joseph Blvd "The closest station to our residences".

I made a purchase online. I accidentally used my old address as the shipping address. I went to the post office to inquire about intercepting the packages because my old address was a P/O box at the post office. Fortunately, the package was at the post office. Unfortunately, the most ridiculous policy ever is for CANADA post to send the package back to sender which happens to be in China rather then give it to the purchaser who is standing 20 feet from it with valid identification and could provide more than one piece of identification. Now I have to wait who knows how long before receiving my package. I realize that it was my mistake but how ridiculous is this policy. I'm sure CANADA post keeps records and could see that that was my old address and my new address and with proper ID I should have been able to receive my package.

Mail was stolen from community apartment mailbox after being left open by mail carrier. Apt 711-4515-Varsity Drive N.W. Calgary Alberta postal code T3A 0N8 It is my understanding that this is the 3rd time this has happened. I am caring for the person who lives in this apt while she is out of town and I know there was 4 pieces of mail on 6 Sept that I found missing on the 9th Sept when boxes were left open.
