undelivered magazine
I have been subscribed to the magazine 'coip de pouce' for more than a year. I think was being delivered fine. When I renewed my subscription; I never received any. When I inquired at the magazine office they said that it was returned to sender with an undeliverable address. This was sorted out with them...address on file was the correct one so they reinstated my subscription. Still no magazine...emailed them again and AGAIN Canada Post is saying it is wrong address. I have not moved for 30 years! The address on file is apparently the correct one. I just want my magazine!

My address is: 44 Valleywoods Road, Apt. PH 01, North York ON M3A 2R7. August 29 & September 5, 2018, I get a lot of Amazon deliveries, mainly paperback book in the bubble soft pouch envelopes.
For the past 3 weeks, I get my mail through my apartment door but the Amazon deliveries I get a "Delivery Notices". Today we (3 people) were at home all day. The mail landed on the floor and the "Delivery Notice" jammed into the door mail slot. No knock on the door, just envelopes. I am a disabled person in a walker. I do not get many chances to go out and about shopping or getting my mail. He takes only mail with him (no packages) when he delivers the mail. I have complained to Amazon but they are at the mercy of the postal delivery people. Now I am telling you what is happening. I have made several complaints about package deliveries in the last 4 years. It only takes one rotten apple to make life tuffer for those who rely on the postal service for the thing they need/want.
When I get dropped off at the apt. front door by wheeltrans or friends I have watched (on several occasions) the postal worker sitting in his/her van filling out "Delivery Notices" BEFORE delivery starts. He does not carry any packages into the building. I have heard the same complaint from other apt. dwellers in the area complaining to the postal worker at shoppers Drug Mart, Parkway Village Plaza, when waiting in line to pick up packages.

Someone was home and I was watching my phone for a buzzer so I could let the Canada post mailman in to deliver the package. This is a wedding gift I needed right away. And they didn't ring the doorbell or even go upstairs and knock. Half the time they may leave a package in my postal box but not even provide a key. The service is just awful. I've been in the customer service industry for 15+ years.

please explain why a letter mailed August 17 from Mississauga ontario took 12 days to get to Whitby Ontario. this has been happening to many of my bills. I can only assume the postal delivery person is withholding mail. please respond back to me and explain. I am waiting for a letter from New Burnswick mailed August 21. delivery of a small parcel
I was expecting a delivery of medicine today, August 27, 2018. Both my husband and I were home all day knowing the delivery would come today. At 4:00 p.m. my husband checked our super mail box to ensure the mail had not come yet. It had not. He returned to our home using our front door, where Canada Post leaves notices when we're not home. He then sat in a chair reading about five feet from our front door. Nobody rang our door bell. Nobody knocked. At 4:45 pm, he opened the front door to check something in the garden and found the attached Delivery Notice. So basically, the mail carrier took the time to fill out the Delivery Notice, walk up to our house, and hang it on our front door's door knob. However s/he clearly couldn't take the extra 20 seconds it would take to actually ring the doorbell and/or knock. My husband is not deaf - he would have heard the bell or a knock. I was in another room all day but I'm not deaf either and would have heard either. I notice the Delivery Notice conveniently doesn't have a time written on it when the notice was delivered. It could only have been between 4:00 and 4:45 pm. There's just no other option. This is unacceptable. If you can take the time and trouble to write the notice and actually walk up to our front door, then you can darn well knock on the door or ring the doorbell. Now we have to wait until after 1 pm tomorrow to go to the post office and get our important medicine. There's no excuse for this. Just no excuse. There is no way you can now resolve this for me and get me my medicine. What you can do is speak with the mail carrier and let them know they need to actually do their job next time. I will, however, be informing the company that supplies me with this medicine that they clearly cannot rely on Canada Post. Also, a client sent me a cheque on July 16, 2018 and I still do not have it. Who knows what happened to it but it's not the first time my clients' payments have not reached me via Canada Post. I am giving up on using Canada Post in my small business and using courier services that don't belong to you from now on. You simply cannot be relied upon to provide the service you say you provide.

On 22 August, 2018, 2200 hours, I answered the door to find Edmonton City Police there.
They wanted to speak to me . They were sent by Teresa Abrams on a matter unrelated to Canada Post.
I had NOT broken any laws, but they wanted to "talk to me". In short, it was an intimidation scenario. They were satisfied with my answers.
While the constables were quite professional, my wife is suffering from Post-traumatic stress and it did no good for her malady whatsoever. Teresa Abrams knows of my wife's problem.
Please take disciplinary action against Teresa Abrams for using civic /government services to harass people for her own personal means and ends?
Having someone who perpetrates such acts is extremely detrimental to the image of Canada Post.

called Mastercard to inquire about monthly bill -- CLERK told me that my mail has been returned that the account was closed and sent to collections ? WHAT OMG ... I pay full bills on a monthly basis always ...

Over the past several weeks we are repeated
getting someone elses mail . Once we got 3 wrongful deleiveries on 1 day.
What is the problem with the sorting? Even after the mail is sorted it can't be too difficult to review the address prior to final delivery. Our fear, is that our mail is going somewhere eles and we may never get it.

I have sent a mail through Canada post and paid extra money for my item to be delivered within 2 days. as of today it has been 12 days and my item isnt delivered yet. I have lost a deal worth $15000 as well as lawyer money, because of that i spent a night at the hospital from the stress i had and still have. I have a proof of everything i said and im going to file a claim through court.

new post mail box (community)
I live at 258 Barber Drive Fort McMurray Alberta. They replaced the community post mail box with a new one, but instead of using the old location, they moved it to another part of the lawn I share with the city a few feet away. As such it created a big hole where the old mail box use to be. They put down sod, but not properly. There is no leveling done. No dirt under the sod. It looks terrible. The grass is now mostly dead. I have to maintain the lawn, but without it levelled, its is next to impossible to mow the grass. Without it properly levelled the grass doesn't grow and is brown compared to my green grass I do take care off well. I am looking to have someone do this properly please as I've been told this is not a city issue as this is a post office issue.

On Monday, Aug 13th I received a message from a stranger on social media saying they think they found a package of mine on the side of the highway. This package contained an almost $400.00 item inside. Anyone could have picked it up on the road, and if it weren't for this persons honesty my business would have suffered greatly. The delivery person left a parcel pick up notice in my mail box, yet they had no parcel and clearly didn't make a delivery attempt. I am completely frustrated that I was not contacted by Canada Post about my lost package. I've also received emails saying that my package was delivered when it obviously wasn't done so and I had to go pick it up after the other person dropped it off with Canada post.
The box was banged up quite a bit but thankfully the contents inside were packaged with protection and there was no damage. But due to the stress and events of Monday I am wanting a resolution and some form of compensation for this. It is completely unacceptable, and I feel like this is just been swept under the rug. The delivery driver that day should also be talked to about what happened so that no one else has to go through this.

An XPRESSPOST Post package (PG439688975CA) carrying the passports of my son and I was sent 8/8/2018 to be delivered to my address on 8/9/2018.
The package was misdirected by Mississauga Gateway to the wrong Toronto depot (600 Commissioners St) and did not resurface until it was found at the correct depot at 195 Wicksteed Ave on 8/13/2018
My complaint is filed in 5 parts:
1. The package went from Commissioners to Gateway to Wicksteed without it being scanned. I was unable to track the package. The Canada Post customer service team was unable to track the package. Supervisors at Commissioners and Wicksteed were unable to track the package. There was to be 24 hr updates with online tracking tool and there was a 5 day period in which there was no update
2. The package was reported to be at the Wicksteed location on the morning of 8/10/2018. I went to that depot on the afternoon of the 10th, morning of the 11th and morning of the 12th; in each instance I was told that the package was not there when it was.
3. If it was not for emotional plea to the operations team at Gateway; A call to the Wicksteed facility would not have been made and my passports would not have been found until the stated delivery date of 8/18/2018
4. The Canada Post customer service team was unsempathetic and not helpful. I had to take command with face-to-face meeting with members of each facility in order to locate my passports.
5. Canada Post failed in delivering the package within 2 business days
The delay caused me to miss my father-in-laws funeral. The emotional toll this placed on my family has been unbearable.
I will be filing suit if an appropriate remedy is not found. I look forward to discussing this matter further.

A mailing was sent from Ontario to BC on May 1, 2018 and it arrived back in our office marked "return to sender" three and one half months later. This is not acceptable to our charity. Can you explain where that mail sits for that long?
We often have complaints from people who send us mail and report that it takes weeks to cross a province, why is that?

My mail has been opened in my mail box! Envelopes removed. We have a new delivery person and they are terrible. U organized...jammed mailed...and now opened?!?!
I have three letters that have been opened! Brand new boxes and not tampered with! Please have this new employee chatted with.
I have Contacted the sorting center and still haven't heard from the supervisor.
Please tell me WHY my credit card bill and vet bill have been opened and what is going to be done with the delivery person.

I have received mail from RegCom funding in Scarborough 16-445 Midwest road several times. It is addressed to people that moved from my address 15 years ago. We have put return to sender moved each time. I have googled them and cannot find them (Reg com). I dont want to rceive any more mail from them. What can be done? My daughter had a parcel delivered, I have a sign on my front door to use the other door, this grumpy man, did not even knock on the door, he knocked on my front window, scared me and I asked him if he can read? He said "Do you want the package or what?" Not a nice person at all. Not a young man either, he was old enough to know his manners. So not impressed with this behavoir. NO reason for anyone to be knocking on a window. This incident took place on Aug. 14, 2018, @ approx. 1:30 ish in the afternoon. I had to sign for her package, and he was listening to his music quite loud so speaking to him was not easy either. This person was very RUDE. Not a very pleasant encounter. Since when do people knock on a large window to get your attention? Not acceptable. So unprofessional. I would expect Canada Postal workers to be professional then this.

I've had 5 parcels in the last 2 months gone missing. The tracking information says it was delivered to my community mailbox, but every time I go and check, there's no key. I've repeatedly called and opened service tickets to no avail. I'm getting email delivery notifications from Canada Post itself. This leads me to believe someone from within is stealing people's packages and updating tracking information falsely. What's worse is that you wait on the phone to open a ticket for a good 20 minutes but nothing happens with that ticket. Instead they want the shipping company to call and open a separate ticket. Which company os going to call and sit on the phone on hold for half an hour. Also, that doesn't address the fact that your tracking information is inaccurate or blatantly false. It's time you investigate the people that work for you.
van driver
The delivery driver rung my doorbell and within 10 seconds he already left and sped off in his van. He leaves a delivery notice stating that my package would be available tomorrow for pickup. Its been 3 days and my package is no where to be found. Honestly Canada Post needs better delivery people and system. Sack of [censored] company. Definitely needs improvement. Drivers do not give a [censored] about the packages being delivered.
