Mail still coming to wrong address (
We opened a complaint about a month ago (#[protected]) that you guys closed (never received any real update on it). This month, the same letter arrived at our house for the third month in a row. Clearly you have NOT fixed the problem. The mail is addressed to Sukdeep Brar at 30 Westpoint Mews SW, Calgary Alberta T3H 5W6. It keeps getting delivered to 30 Westpoint WAY SW, Calgary Alberta T3H 5W6.
I know the addresses are close, but it's interesting that it's always their Enmax bill. Please advise on what we need to do to get this properly delivered.
Desired outcome: Stop sending us this person's Enmax bill. (Thank you!)
Mails going to a wrong address
I've changed our mailing address from 401-7400 Markham Road, Markham, On, L3S0C5 to 2 Berger Ave, Markham, ON,
Final address if 2 West Royal Road, Etobicoke, ON, M9P2C3. They charged me 120 dollars. But my mail is still going to 2 Berger Ave and 401-7400 Markham Road.

I haven’t received my package
I am still waiting for a package that was sent to me from Canada using Canada Post in APRIL! And I still haven’t received it now in August. Appalling customer service with no email details so I can get in touch with someone to help resolve the issue
Track number CC238630939CA
Desired outcome: That my parcel arrives to me safely
Unnecessarily refused mail
My business tried sending a package to France; it had a small alkaline battery in it and was refused by Canada Post with one word, "Battery" written on the explanation sticker. Naturally, I removed the battery and mailed it again. It came back to me again with the same one word, "battery" written in the same hand writing. Why?
Desired outcome: Refund of my initial shipping fee ($27) and the $9 I had to pay to pick up the returned package.
Damage to Mail Box by Postal Person
On Friday as I picked up my mail from my mail box, I noticed more light was coming into the box. So I went outside the lid of the mailbox no longer closes. It stay open constantly. This has never happended before. As far as I am concern the person was rough and trying to be quick and damage the flip that closes. I want this repair or pay for a new flap. I have noticed that the more the younger the less they care.
This plate has been always great and oiled so whatever the person did should broke the flap and will not close; the person FORCED MAIL IN and it is not necesaary.
Date: Friday August 5, 2022 at 122 grand ave; around 10-11am
Regard Anna
Desired outcome: Want payment for a new flap plate for the mail box. I also have picture.
Signature Fraud
Hi,
On August 4, 2022 parcel was delivered to 800-136 Market Ave, Winnipeg, MB to Manitoba Technology Accelerator.
MTA is a business incubator that works with clients from all over the world. One of MTA's clients inquired about a letter that had a chq and was allegedly delivered on August 4, 2022 to the said address. Said client claimed that parcel was delivered and signed for and provided MTA's employee name and signature. Upon further investigation it was determined that the said employee did not sign for the parcel as the employee was off that day. It then took most of the day on August 5, 2022 of talking to everyone present on the floor trying to find out who has this parcel as it contained a monthly payment from a client. Turns out no one because the letter was put in the mailbox.
CanadaPost delivery courrier took it upon themselves to use the name of the person they knew worked on the 8th floor without checking if employee was even there and then proceeded to forge their signature. This is not acceptable in any circumstance as this puts a liability on a person that was not even aware that parcel was being delivered. Why is CanadaPost providing a service they are not willing to deliver on? CanadaPost employee not only committed fraud by forging someone's signature but they also made the sender look less than intelligent for trusting that the parcel would be delivered into the safe hands. Sender was paying for a certain service and they did not receive it. What parameters does CanadaPost have in place to prevent its' employees for committing fraud?
Parcel in question is [protected]
My name is Danijela Fazlic, person whose signature was forged. I can be reached by email at [protected]@mbtechaccelerator.com
Desired outcome: Do not sign on behalf of Manitoba Technology Accelerator employee behalf
Non delivery of mail from UK government pension board.
I have just been advised that my UK pension payment has been suspended due to my non response to a letter they sent me in March of this year. I did not receive this letter. The person I spoke with stated they have received numerous similar calls from Canada. They have sent a reminder dated July 19th, which I have still not received. I realize that this time frame is still reasonable, so I await this communication.
Desired outcome: Efficient delivery of mail please. This is poor service.
Undelivered parcel
I saw on line that my parcel had been delivered but my friend said it never was.
The tracking number is LM176031306CA.
Please look into it. It was mailed out on June 10,2022
Thank you
Desired outcome: To have it delivered or to be compensated for the loss
Parcel not delivered, only notice dropped off
identical complaint to C Strangemore of st johns, CA.
Today is the 3rd time in a row that delivery has not taken place & only a prefilled delivery notice is dropped off. The whole family is home, I'm in my living room next to the door and no knock or ring takes place. Its an expedited delivery of medical product but the delivery man can't find several seconds to knock on the door & expeditiously disappears so he wont be noticed, leaving me having to wait additional day and going to the post office for nondelivered service of payment.
Desired outcome: I want the person responsible for not doing his work to be identified and punished for not doing his work and imposing hardships on people.
Express mail envrlope package with e university certificates sent from Toronto to US Arizona took 16 days to go.
Disappointed by the length of time it took. I was told at the post office it would take 5 business days but it took over 2 weeks to reach.
My daughter needed urgently for her job.
I paid $43 for expedited post and registered and insured for $900.

I need to get compensated for the delay.
Desired outcome: Please refund the postage of $43https://statuspnr.in/canada-post/tracking#CX675033030CA

Desired outcome: fire the carrier , assign a new one.
Package delivery
I live at 17 musgrave street st. John's nl a1a5a6 [protected] I am reporting that the mailperson in this area does not deliver packages to this address ; he/she simply places a card in our mailbox requiring us to go to the post office to pick up the package. This happens repeatedly no mail is delivered to our door there is someone home 24/7 and no attempt is made to make a delivery. When you have senior citizens relying on delivery of their drugs by mail (and I have checked with the sender and advised them that the packages are not being delivered and they think that the post office is doing their job and delivering the goods they have shipped — priority I might add) seniors have to then get a taxi to the post office to pick up their packages. This is totally unacceptable practice for the canadian postal service to have adopted, and obviously support ; since I have already complained in person when picking up the packages and no action has been taken to correct this lack of service that has been paid for. Please explain why this person is not delivering packages.. We had a completely competent and friendly mail deliverer prior to the last few years
Desired outcome: MAIL DELIVERY TO BE RESTORED AND AN APOLOGY PROVIDED IT'S HARD ENOUGH BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN WITHOUT BEING IGNORED BY THE POST OFFICE OF CANADA
Sub station (post office) used when item needs a signature but no one is home.
The 16th of June a card was left by the post person indicating that I have to go to pickup my registered letter at a postal outlet. The recently closed the postal outlet at my local drug store and sent me to a corner shop 3.5 KM from my home needing two buses to get to. However there is a postal outlet at a drugstore in a fair sized mall that requires only one bus to get to and is 3KM from my home. I called Canada Post to see the letter could be send to the more convenient location and was given a ticket number [protected] that the request was sent and would take 3 to 4 days for the move tobecompleted. In addition I asked why the item was not sent to the more convenient location, I was assured that this question was included on the same ticket.
On June 20th I received an email stating that "We wish to inform you that all the necessary actions in connection with your Canada Post Customer Service ticket have been completed and the ticket has been closed." The email indicates that I could reply to this email if I had any questions. I asked for a confirmation that the letter had been sent to the more convenient location. To date they have not replied.
On June 22nd I received an email stating that the item was sent to the right substation because it is tied to specific postal codes. Again I was invited to respond to the email. Again I asked for confirmation that the item was transferred and to date I have received no response.
Unsurprisingly, the item was never set from the original substation. I found that out when I tried to retrieve the item from the substation that was more conveniently located. So yes, I had to go to both to retrieve my registered letter.
Desired outcome: That Canada Post follow through with it's promises, that they respond to questions send as a reply to their own emails and take into account that some people do not have access to a car and must rely on public transportation to get around.
Refusal to deliver package
A family member sent me a birthday card in the mail with a gift card inside. Said family member made the package to be registered, so instead of canada post delivering package to my mailbox, which it would have fit in, they left a sticker to pick it up. I attempted to pick it up twice. First time, I had a recently expired license, but I brought a copy of a utility bill and my lease agreement from my landlord. I was told it was against the law to hand over my package. I have no passport.
This did give me the gumption to get my drivers license updated, when it came in the mail the next week, I was somewhat happy, the next day, another sticker showed up that my package would be available to be picked up until june 24, 2022. That was my first day off that I could get to the post office, so I was hopeful. When I showed up, the lady at the counter said she had already processed the return for it, and it was still in that location, she actually showed it to me, but would not hand it over. It was 3 pm MST and they were open for 3 more hours. She told me that she had processed all returns in the morning, meaning anyone wanting to pick up a package that day, wouldn't be able to pick up their package either.
This was the Pharmasave Dominion location with the Canada Post retail outlet inside the location. Their address is 665 8 St SW, Calgary, AB T2P 3K7. Notice #[protected]
Desired outcome: I would like my family member to be refunded the cost of shipment and the cost covered to use a different carrier of choice as Canada Post cannot be trusted to deliver the mail.
Delivering without parcel key/mixing it up.
This is the third time this has happened, when Canada Post has mixed up the parcel key. I watched it happen this time. Been tracking my package, is up the road, so wait in lobby. Finally think I see them after an hour 1/2. I see a guy carrying a packing and assuming it mine. They leave, I check my mailbox but no key. So I keep waiting. 5 minutes later I get the delivery message. I call, request they have someone come back and correct it. Am informed they can only make a ticket and could take up to 3 days. Meanwhile, everytime this has happened I never see my mail. My building is full of theft. Why I waited in the lobby. I even requested my package be delivered to a post office if I wasn’t home as they seem to never buzz me. I watched the person not bother. DO BETTER. THIS IS COMPLETE BS
Desired outcome: Put mail in the correct spots with the correct key!!!! Look at what your doing! This is garbage!!
Flyers and ad mail.
For two days in a row I left a note in my community mailbox to stop placing flyers and admail in my box. When I went to get my mail todays flyers were on top of my note.
Desired outcome: I would like it stopped
Rural route addressing
When is Canada Post going to finish updating Rural Route addresses for everyone?
Over 5 years ago, Canada post updated some rural routes in our area (south of Calgary) to the municipal addressing (this was a postal code serviced by Calgary - T1S 0X7). This update allowed us to receive packages at a rural acreage without any problems. We moved 5 minutes down the road to RR addressing (east and closer to the town of Okotoks), and have many problems with ordering packages as many places will not deliver to our postal code, as it is linked to RR addressing. After 4 or more years of waiting, I am wondering if Canada post has plans to update this addressing inconsistency that is a problem for some residences. It would be great to get updated to the new addressing so that all packages can be delivered to our address!
Desired outcome: Updated rural route addressing to the municipal address, as it has been done in other areas.

Mail Forwarding or On Hold Service
On June 16, 2022 a Canada Post service notification was received, at an address, where several prople reside.
The 'addressee' on the label stated: 'all names', linked to the correct address.
This was untrue, was to be put on hold for only one individual and after lengthy phone calls with C.P. it was corrected and assured others mail would flow again within 24 hours.
My complaint is: How can '1 indivual' at an address, put the mail of everyone else at that address, on hold or forwarded?
This is a major issue!
Desired outcome: Mail service must be confirmed by all indivuals affected!
Mail took FIVE WEEKS to get delivered
I mailed a large envelope from Campbellton, NB to Moncton, NB on May 2nd of this year. It took about FIVE WEEKS to arrive at my daughters home. Please tell me why this happened. Enclosed is a copy of the envelope. Its ripped only because she ripped it when opening up the package. You can see the return address which is mine was correct and the address of my daughters was also correct with the apt. number. There is NO indication on the envelope front or back that there was any other problem with the postage or address.. This is really unacceptable to take that long.. Normally would take 3 to 54 days.. NOT five weeks.
Desired outcome: Explanation as to why this even happened.
