I ordere a careem . And waiting for it .when he arrived he said how many people you are ? I said we are four including a 7 years old child . He said you five are not allowed to sit in ..leave my car and go for something else .just leave and go . He misbehaved with us and we were standing on the road and was surprised to see his behaviour . If u dont allow 5 people to sit in, then its my mistake and if yes then you should take actiom against him .

Careem has hired illiterate people in their customer services in Pakistan . Be it be email support, call Center or Facebook team . Ask them one thing they will make sure to twist, turn and never return with the answer of your question. I have been asking for a consolidated billing summary of one year but for some reason these people are unable to understand my requirement and send me a different answer every other day, imagine it has been 10 days since I initiated this concern and till day all they are doing is ping pong by sending emails to and fro. Everyday a new agents send a new reply and you keep wondering on the other side of the screen have I asked them to send me something superficial that they have never heard about. Careem should atleast have an escalation point apart from useless email / helpline / Facebook teams and should hire a customer experience manager to ensure all complaints are resolved within a certain timeframe ! Myquery is still open and God knows when I will get a billing summary for 12 month.

I am here to inform u that someone in islamabad is using my gmail account.. i am using this account since 2014. how is this possible to have two careem accounts on one gmail id so kindly please check that and remove this gmail id from that person account bcz this irritates me alot. Yesterday the 24th September 2018, time 2.10PM, the careem driver dropped me at my location. He charged 17 rial (reflects on his mobile screen) which I paid at the same time. In fact, I received a greet message for Happy careem ride as well as contains charges 17 rials. After some time i received their email which says 12 rial outstanding and my total charges was 29 rial. I mean seriously? I never expect this from careem. Unfortunately, I have to book careem in the next day where the driver screen displayed 32 rial (including my outstanding charges) I had to pay an outstanding penny to that driver! I mean why? for what reason? I would request careem to refund an outstanding amount which is 12 rial.

Have called Careem multiple times to ask where the funds deposited were. Its been more than 24 hours.
The phone respondent states that money is being verified.
VERIFIED for what?
Took the cash so it should show up on the credit right away as before.
Lately extremely unethical activities are going on at Careem with poor customer service.
Moreover, tried buying packages but customer service gives wrong advice.
Packages can only be purchased by credit cards.
Customer service suggested to pay driver then call back to buy package.
Which is not possible because driver cannot add large amounts.
Why should I trust any amount with Careem as it does not show up on the account?
Careem is stealing money from its customers!

I booked Careem ride and called captain at 6:52pm, told him the location where I was waiting. My set location was also correct. However, captain did not turn up for 30mins. When he reached close to my location, he stopped at a stop ahead of my location and set "captain has arrived status". I had family with me and walked to his location bearing inconvenience to my family. When I reached there, he was standing on opposite side of road. I asked him to come to my side of Road but he drove in opposite direction. My phone battery was low and it died at this point. 45 mins of my time was wasted, my family, both of my elderly parents had to face inconvenience, walk on road and still we did not get Careem. I am a regular and quite old user of this service. I am hopeful Careem will do everything to investigate and remove the panelty of Rs100 that's been charged to me unfairly.

This person is upnormal, He left my wife & 2 children in a very dangerous place, He treated them badly, He shouted in their face, when my wife tried to know the reason behind advising them to leave the car, He shouted in her face & informed her with a very rude way that He has a problem & they must leave the car, He didn't even tried to help them but oppositely He treated them badly & didn't even care about the 2 children, He tried to left them in a more dangerous place but my wife felt unsafe & that He planned for a bad thing so She insisted to leave here on the spot although it was a dangerous dark place.
Although the driver advised her that He has a problem with his car & it's not moving & She must find another car, He suddenly took his car & move away.
My wife & childrens were very afraid, they were crying when She called me so I Left my work on the spot & drive fastly from Sheikh Zayed to the intersection point between Mehwar Saft & the ring road to save them.
I need an immediate action & investigation with this impolite & unsafe man, He must be fired.

I used to buy kilometers in careem and two days back they just blocked my account and when I asked they gave the reason of fraudulent activity on my credit card, I have attached that email response, I contacted them by all means but they stop replying my emails and when I call them they just give a new reason every time and don't listen to my problem, at start they said don't worry you kilometers unit will be back, then asked me to wait for 24 hrs, but after 24 hrs i got no response I called again and they said you will not able to use your account even your units will not be back ..

I have taken Careem from airport in Sep, 3 at 3.00am to Madinaty and the average rate on application 109 LE but after the i arrived astonished that the driver asked for 212 LE i told him about the rate is only 109 showed screen for 212 LE
next day i rcvd the invoice 43 LE.
this is the second case in the same week.

Complain against a captain
I had booked Careem through Phone no. [protected] and traveled to Wapda town, Lahore Pakistan on September 3 at 00 : 43 hours. After end of journey the driver charged me Rs. 283 where as the bill was of 153 i.e. 130 extra. I had trusted to him thus did not see the figure
on his mobile. By this action he has broken my trust on him as well on CAREEM, mean Careem do not inquire about the character of her Captains. I don t need the compensation but the action against him. His phone number was [protected].
