I booked my ride its location was showing about 3 mints away from my location but when I directly contact with caption he was about 30 mints away he was on another ride too.. he was convincing me that I'll get you, after that I canceled the ride and you charged my wallet so thats way I'm complaining that its not the good thing to charge my wallet without authentic reason...

Complain about careem captain
We are book creem yesterday from my sister account sana liaqat([protected]@gmail.com) Estimating fare is 188 and we reached our destination fare is charged 258 ..
And driver going so slow then we told him go medium then he using too bad language looking like molvi but actually not..he saying that ider he utar do ga like that so take strict action other wise i m going to consumer court..
travel services - charges high amount
I travel by careem every day from Mohammed Bin Rashid Space centre to International city China B03 and the actual charge is around AED 50.
I have the promocode TOPMYWALLET for this week ( 40% upto AED 20) and yesterday ( 4th Nov 2018) I travelled and was charged AED 49 ( Booking reference [protected]) and I guess no discount was applied.
Last week I had promocode WITCH and the discount was AED 15 and after the discount the amount charged was AED 34.
Why did this difference arise and I am having this promocode till Nov 10, 2018.

I just booked a Careem cab from my registered number [protected] at 5:16pm. The captain assigned to me never came to my location and have just posted "reached at location" message to cheat me and your company. Please verify and take strict action against this culprit.
He is adamant not to pick my call as well. Arrange another cab for me because neither your captain is coming Not am I able to book a new cab.

Most respectfully, I want to launch a complaint against Careem Captain Named Mr. Mudassar Awais, Go Mini, Grey Mehran Go, LEH-8943, about my last Sundays ride i.e. 28.10.2018 from Allied School Pak Campus to Lahore Fort. It was a shame for me to travel with such a lier, he charged me too much as Rs. 850, and added just Rs. 647 in wallet. I don't know why he did this, but after this very bad experience I decided not to travel with Careem anymore. Also, I am complaining for the last two days that I face this problem but I received no response from your side. Please give me back my money taken by him fraudulently. I need justice from your side. Please help me at your earliest and resolve my problem.

I always use careem and yesterday too I booked a cab for my friend's family and it notified me that the Captain has arrived, I went down myself with my friend's family but could not find any cab neither did the Captain contact me and within 5 mins the booking was canceled. I had to book Uber then as there was BD 1.500 showing on my outstanding, kindly reverse the amount and warn the driver as we were stranded in the rain with kids
wrong critical information from high positions, blocking my account & others

You can find this chat between me and the official page for Careem, note that they block my account as they said because I made a trip for the captains upon there request ( as this policy wasn't not mentioned in there polices ) and take from me about 200 L.E
And two from there respectable supervisors give wrong informations twice
The first one told me a Wrong information about the reason for this block,
And the second handle me in order to accept that my money had gone and I won't have any kind of refund and he promised me that my account will be recovered ( without my credit) as I am an old customer who made more than 250 trip with this Company that supposed to be respectable company, and after that my account wasn't came back
They know exactly how to kick there Clients, customers And how to win a dissatisfied customer

Dear sir well wish to all careem menagement. Sir my name is Muhammad Shafiq i am vendor & captain in careem pakistan karachi. Sir the issues we all captains are having here with the management of careem Pakistan is increasing day by day. First of all permit me to inform you about my issue. Sir as you know that careem give us targets and offer bonuses on completing targets. Last week the target in insentive box is 80 rides 6800 bonus & on 90 rides 7500 bonus. So by following insentive i did 83 rides. Then i waited for bonus. After 2 days past i didnt got my bonus. And when i checked it was totally changed. The insentive which is 80 rides 6800 bonus till saturday on tuesday it changed to 85 rides 7100 bonus? I got shoked then i contact the captain support center. They forwarded my complain through mail to authorize person then i had a call from center i told him that sir i have been cheated in bonus insentive changed imidetly plz look after my complain then that person on call saying me that do you have any proof that we said 80 rides 6800 bonus you got any proof snap shot? I said no sir i didnt know that i will going to be cheated as if i have any idea abt this i definatelly take a snap shot but i was not ready for this kind of issue. Then he said ok so we cant do any thing next time take a snap shot of insentive page...
So sir here management is cheating with captains like this i duscussed it with other captains they are also having these kind of problems facing diffrent issues from the management of careem pakistan.
Sir many of the vendors & captains have left careem because this kind of behaviors. I want to get this into your knowledge because this is a very nice company good services for the poor peoples of Pakistan. But menagement is not handeling it properly so vendors & captains are changing there registrations with uber & other companies...
Sir kindly get notice to these issues imidately coz it is disturbing the reputation of careem. People loosing there faith on careem i discussed with other captains all gave me same answer that they are trying to join uber or other companies. It will be downfall of the reputation of careem. It requires immediate action. As being a responsible and sincere captain of careem i think it was my duty to inform higher menagement abt these issues. complain about captain accepts ride and not willing to come
I am once again disappointed by careems service and captains dishonesty. My ride was confirmed by the person with id [protected], when I called him about explaining my location he directly told me that he has not enough cng to come to pick me and drop at my destination, when I asked him to to cancel the ride he told me there is no option to cancel the ride, means they are making us fools also. I had no option and canceled the ride and booked other person with id [protected], he messaged me to cancel the ride, once again I was helpless to do anything, this is about 1:20am of 25th oct, when I was returning with my family from hospital, even they have no values to not to do these sort of things when someone is from hospital, so shame

i am captian since 8 months now your company blocked my driver id without any reason my id number is [protected] please reiew my id, i have also visited your office in faisalabad but they are not treating well they are saying you have performed fake bookings but i have not done any thing like this.they asked me about some rides which was not less than 1.5 km but your system recorded them only 0.3km .i also told them ADMA is not working well some time it did not calculate distance and not make fare at the end of ride that ride goes for approval and need info about waiting time and distance but they told me its your mobile fault but my mobile is new i have already changed it because before 1 month same thing happened and that time they review my id and unblocked my id

i ordered a taxi and it left. I have a severe injury and needed to get to Aster clinic, I didnt have access to my phone via internet but i was able to call the m an to say i am on my way. When i called again he said he had gone as he had waited 10 minutes. This is unacceptable as I had called him to tell him my situation. I should not be expected to pay the -14 that is on my account when i made contact with the driver and said I was coming. I expect an apology and the debt to be removed from my account. I am very disappointed with the service I received.

Hello I am Muhammad Arsalan hailing careem captain ID: 764096 I need to flag that petrol and gas prices have been raised like fire and its impossible to save a hundred bucks a day. How can a driver earn when you give Rs. 7/km. Please consider increase and also bonus structure has nothing for part timers plus peaks are also decreasing and also stop Go cars to shift go mini because they get both way rides from Go and Go mini and we just get Go mini and they take our most of rides. Careem has become completely customer centric and left captains hanging. Please reconsider my complaint

I registered myself for Captain online on 10 October 2018 was scheduled for training on 11 October 2018 at 3PM however once I reached to Careem office Abbottabad and after training careem office came to know that they don't have any information which I filled online which has clearly wasted my time and resources

I have recently booked a ride on careem service and I had a balance of Rs.116
When I reached my destination the driver charged me Rs.410 and I got a notification of Rs.291 on careem book a ride application, but wouldn't admit it.
He took Rs.410 anyways
Now I don't have any balance left and the driver didn't even return me my money.
This service charged me double the price which was required.
Neither the driver nor the service is returning me my money back...!.
