I booked a ride on15th of July at 5:49 pm from Korangi Karachi modal colony Karachi but your captain refused to go to my destination and forced me to cancel the call. No careem cars ware available nearby so I refused to cancel then captain misbehave me and didn't move towards me so I had no way to cancel the to book a new. But as I told you before that no careem car was available nearby so I couldn't book a careem ride and had to go through Uber
Kindly refund my cancellation charges because I was forced to cancel as your captain was not ready to pickup me

I am taking Careem rides for almost 1 year, but never had a complaint, but during my last ride (booked for my family) on Tuesday 11th July 2017 on Toyota Corolla LEE-4593 Driver Name: Asif Khan, experienced a worst ride ever.
My bill amount was Rs.305, and i gave Rs.500 currency note to driver, but he did not have change (i am sure, he lied), and he told me that he will add remaining amount in my account. I paid him 500 rupees. He told me that he had added 500 to my ride.
But when i received an email / checked my account, he only posted 305 rupees. I called him immediately, and complained, he lied that he has posted 500, later on he was so rude, and asked me to contact company.
Careem Team, 200 is not a big amount but its a fraud / unethical / theft and criminal activity. I just wandered that dont u have any control on such issues ? because i am unable to find any proper complaint number / email where i can report such happenings.

For the last two days I have been charged Rs. 1300 + for a ride from Bahria Town Rawalpindi phase 3 to Serena Hotel Islamabad. This amount is reasonably high and is happening since recently. Is there any special reason for that. Please look into this unreasonable price hike. Otherwise, we have no choice than not to avail Careem's services any more.

I have used Careem couple of time and never had any problem. But from last few week the attitude of drivers are really crazy, when we book careem am sure they can see the location from where they have to pick the client, when we call them they say sorry we cannot take a pickup as we not in your location or stuck in traffic if that is the case than why do they accept the request from client, and later we charged and force to pay in our next trip for the rider we have never taken. On friday 7th July the driver by the name of Mehmood Zia ([protected])accepted the ride and when we got the message on the cell your careem is here we called to see where he was, so he replied i will take time say half an hour to forty five minutes if that was case than why did he send the message your careem is here.
You guys need to be more professional and need to give some training of manners and how to use the app and look for pickup location.
Hope my complaint will be treated as important.

I hired your service at Karachi on 05.07.2017 and requested for pick up from Qasr e naz club Road Karachi to Jinnah international airport Karachi. The captain alloted to me Mr. ABDUL BASIS vehicle no. AZJ223 cheated me . He didn't reach me at my location and cancelled the hire of himself before reach me. Therefore the amount of penalty was unduly charged to me. He wasted my time and I missed my flight as well. I complained immidiately at your customer service at Karachi by phone and registered my complaint but in vain. Kindly address my complaint immidiately under advice to me and oblige.

When I hear about cream earnings I decided that I will purchase a car and I will register with careem.
But; when I purchased a Daihatsu MIRA Car Model 2014, registered 2017, and when I went to careem DHA Karachi office, Careem staff asked me that we can not register your car in "go plus" we are registering your car in only "go". and they told me that the company changed the policy.
I worked 2 days with careem and I am totally dis-hearted because I am getting very low amount while I am driving my car myself.
I purchased my car on loan and how can I pay my car's installments when I am earning very low amount.
Please think about this problem.

not guilty.
On the same day at 08:25 PM I booked the ride from Defence Road
Rawalpindi and captain told me (cell # [protected]) that he is stuck
in traffic jam in Ayub Park (a picnic point) and cannot reach at pickup
point in two hours and he told me to cancel the ride, and on doing so
the same plenty of Rs. 137 was imposed.

I booked a ride fromairport society rawalpindi at around 1.30 on 30 june 2017. The captain was syed zahir ali, car was red suzuki go swift 1.3 with registration no. QY-113. The driver started the ride before reaching at my place. I waited for him for 10 to 15 minutes after he atarted ride himself and my bill was being counted. The screen of my phone showed u will reach destination in 31 minutes and so on...upon asking he said that happens automatically by careem app and he charged me extra... No one picked call on hwlpline either and even the captain didnt attend ny call fir first 10 minutes...he was ridiculous take strict action. I need a reply of my complaint forom u

I called careem on 28th june 2017 at 10:00 pm in jinnah avenue centaurus . After numerous phone calls the cab did'nt reach there as he failed to find the
route to reach there. Waiting for around 45 minutes the ride was cancelled by me but I was told that I had to pay a penalty of 120 as the captain was assigned.So i took another local cab and set for home because i could'nt wait longer than that.

unethical and unprofessional behavior of captain
This complaint is about the Careem Captain Tajammul Abbas having car Blue Daihatsu Mira, Registration # BJB 318 and the cellular # [protected].
I booked a Careem ride from F.B. Area, Block 20 to F.B. Area, Block 10 today June 28, 2017 around 01:00 p.m. upon receiving the details of captain as detailed at para 1 above. I called on his number and asked his where about, I responded “I am close to your area and you have to come across the road( Shahr-e-Pakistan), else I’ll have to take a turn”, I said that Careem has to come to your door step, that’s what Careem is for, and the Client doesnot have to walk to main roads. (Please note that this was not my first ride with Careem and never had I encountered with a Captain with this behavior).
The location that I clicked was 1 min away from my house. The Captain refused that he’s only allowed to come to the pin point and he will not come to my doorstep.
Seeing his weird attitude, I immediately called Careem helpline (refer screen shot having time 1:13 pm), told that lady about the unreasonable behavior extended by Careem captain and requested her to change the Captain. She told me not to worry and that she will give me another Captain soon. That was quite vague to me as I had to visit someone that time only, I said the same to her with how soon will it be 10 hours or two hours, unfortunately there was no satisfactory response.
From then, I waited for new ride, but was startled to see intimation about the same Captain. Then I received the message that your Careem captain is here (refer screen shot having text messages at 1:23 pm), I immediately called the Careem helpline (refer screen shot having time 1:23 pm) to ask about this strange pattern of service, when I was assured that the captain will be changed then how come that Captain is approaching me. They said that you are to follow-up with the Captain, I was rude enough to said that where should I look for him, in whole Karachi, when he already had refused me to come to my gate. There was no satisfactory response for me. I think Careem people were expecting me to cancel the ride so that they won’t be blamed for their unethical and unprofessional service, that I didn’t.
Well, after hanging up the call I traced that driver (refer screen shot having time 1:33 pm), he said that he was outside my gate, I immediately left for outside, where he misbehaved a lot with me stating that he was not my personal driver. Indeed, he was not, otherwise I would have fired him, besides, he argued that the doorstep is the pin point, instead of admitting his mistake. (please note that misbehavior with a female is not by the law in Islamic republic of Pakistan and is counted as an offence, and the series of my telephonic calls to your helpline and the ride with the same driver means that Careem has backed this nonsense.
To my surprise, this Captain said me that since you are Syed that is why I have not cancelled your ride, otherwise I would have done that and you had to bear that. Is Careem riding on this Burham and Shoodar concept? Please stop this intolerable behavior, Pakistan already has enough of it.
I called twice again to the call center and told the agents that if they did not have any other driver they could have informed me, so that I would have availed Uber or have made another arrangement (refer screen shot having time 1:37 pm and 1:47 pm)
Above and beyond this, at the end of the ride the Captain charged me waiting charges of Rs.50, its not the amount that matters, it’s the matter of my respect and I have found this a deliberate act of disgracing me as despite of the complaint of Captain’s attitude, I had to bear with him
I need an answer to all my queries as to why Careem agents did not provide me a better Captain despite my constant complaints and how did that man charged me for waiting, when I am supposed to sue the Captain and the company for disgracing me

Today I have booked careem from Commercial market to I-10 Markaz. In 5 minutes white carols car RI 98 arrived G-6/2, Gali 12, quater 380-C. From here the ride ended at PWD society, near Bahria town.
The among on meter was Rs.310. But he charged us 680. According to the driver they charge double due Eid, which was yesterday.

I had booked a ride today using Careem. I called the driver to enquire about his location, to which he responded that he will not come and pick me as the road is jerky.
I asked him to cancel the ride so that I can rebook it. He said that he wont cancel, as it will apply a penalty on him.
Now i can not book a ride, and my careem app says that driver is on his way.

I have just had a terrible response to my recent trip request for a driver called Katim Muhamad and his car number is 6627 ص ص . I requested careem, but the driver could not reach me though he was using the GPS. He called me and asked me to cancel the trip since he could not reach me. When I tried to cancel, the application notified that i would be charged 15 EP for cancelling. I asked the deiver to cancel, but he replied rudely that he would not. He also claimed that it was my problem NOT HIS PROBLEM and it was me who had to cancel. I turned off the application and I will not use carreem application again.
