hi I took a ride today the track showed that the captain had arrived. where as he HD d not arrived. he was somewhere else his navigation was off the whole time so I had to track him and then call and tell him where to come.
he came after so long I waited for him yet you guys took waiting charges.
secondly check our route nap. he took me back and forth to the same place again and again.
first he was asking me the address had my map on. then later he was like let me drive. I know the way.
thirdly I was feeling so sick and nauseated with the low A.c it was my worst experience.
my question is when I waited for him and saw him coming in front of my eyes why the initial waiting charges if my location was on what was his problem.
secondly he almost took me back to korangi. just check our route map and see how much we roamed today. I reach in 40min
today I reached in 63min exclusive of the time spent in calling him and explaining him everything.
your driver is sick. not in his senses. according to him I did not guide him properly. but if he had the map why was he taking my instructions?

Hello hopefully i will get the proper action about your captain who wanted us to cancel the ride, and it was really urgent to reach at airport but he forced us to cancel the ride because he said its too much rush hours, its non of our business you just cant ask the coustomer to cancel it.
Thats really rude attitude which is not acceptable, leave the jib if you cant handel it.

i received Message from my bank that i used careem cab Service and they detected amount from my bank + international card swipe charges but i didn't use their services. first i called my bank and ask them if this is a mistake they said no careem charged you with this amount.
so i called careem helpline they asked me to email on [protected]@careem.com
so i filed my complaint and send them bank message i received.
the response i get is please share your bank statement with us.
so now what they exactly what me to do.
Go to my bank ask them for bank statement in fact Pay charges for my statement and then email them
they want me to do all the hassle work
they should check their account statement they received this Money or not.
what they are basically doing is fraud they are stealing people money.
and their response is pathetic.
now i called my bank ask them what to do they asked me to visit my branch file a claim and complain against careem they will do the further.
The point is they are stealing people money so be careful every one.

I am very disappointed about your Very pathetic helpline service never received my call whenever i called careem on their helpline. Just machine operator speaking and waiting on call. Very very very poor app and driver dealing with clients are pathetic. On 12 June 2017 the driver accept the ride and before reached my destination to pick me up he press the arrived button and go for other ride without picking me, when i called the driver he said he couldn't pick me bcz he cant know the location i asked him why he press the arrived button as you are not here at my location he said i was near you but due to rush i cant pick u i said him i will complain about you he turn off the call and he cancelled the ride but the ride charges of 150 PKR charged to my account without picking me up. i called helpline for complaining but no call operator was available after waiting for 5 minutes. I have been charged by careem 150 rupees without ride. I request you to return my 150 PKR otherwise i will file a court case against your company for wasting my time and mentally torture me.

Driver has canceled my request so I am not liable to pay this balance...

Yesterday June 13, 2017, i booked a ride Booking ID [protected]. the captain Yousuf Ahmed, accepted the ride, i called him several times to ask the exact location where he is so that i can guide him the way to home. he kept wandering here and there on the nearby streets, showed the status that he has reached but didnt reached to me. and after 10 mins he cancelled the ride. I booked another ride at that time to reach to my destination. but at the end of ride, they charged by double, the one which was cancelled by the captain that 1 also. kindly look into this matter, and return the amount of 150 rs which was charged unauthorized as the captain cancelled the ride.

"I told the captain to take me to Fawzy Moaz, semouha, Alexandria Egypt then he asked specifically where and i offered him to guide him excatly where in Fawzy Moaz street. He drove me to Semouha as agreed -supposdely- i looked couple of minutes in my phone i found myself in Roushdy! he was busy chatting on the phone with his girlfriend. when i stopped him and asked "where are you taking me?" he apologized and sgave an excuse that he doesnt know where is Fawzy Moaz. Knowing, Fawzy Moaz is one of the main and well known street in semouha area!
like seriously! what was the use of the GPS he has?

i raised my complaint and i received an email which i consider an automated one that they will waive tip charges because of what i incurred.
Truly, nothing was waived and this was not the first time.
this was unprofessional and not the expected service i was looking for.

My friend used my phone number behind my back to book a ride . He does that every time with a different phone number.now I downloaded careem and I can't create a new account it says an account already exists with this number so can you remove that old account or tell me the password or whatever. I can prove that this is my phone number through messages or anything else.

i have used careem quit many times and didnt receive any complain from your services, but today i have used your app thrice a day but i only reached my destiny one time. at first, the correct location was not provided to the captain and then i booked the ride again and due to signals issues from the captain (as he was not receiving my call neither responding to my messages due to signal problem) i missed the second ride as well, the captain warned me that i should cancel the ride and receive a penalty, but my question is, why would i be having a penalty? as due to this in convenience i have suffered a lot.

Gray Toyota Corolla, ZZ-840, deputed for me for Careem. When I made a call to Mr. Nadeem Iqbal Shehzad from my cell phone, just after the ride booked, he answered me that the tyre of his Toyota Corolla is not functioning well, you will have to wait 10 minutes, I said it's ok...I'll wait for u...but against my expectations he did not came for about 45 minutes, I called his 4 times, but his answer was not satisfactory. Neither he cancelled the trip in due time nor he responded in positive. It also reported to Careem call customer support center in the meanwhile for assistance but they they also did not cooperate me as well. Ultimately an amount of Rs. 120/- was imposed on me which is totally unfair. Customer Support Center assured me that an amount of Rs. 120/- will be obsolete d from my account but a negative balance of 120 is still showing in my account.Why? I wanted to take ride but your Captain refused to go with, how u can charge me Rs.120 -ve instead?
IS IT NOT A FRAUD AND UNFAIR MEAN BY CAREEM ADMINISTRATION?

My name is Danish Akbar and am from Pakistan. I booked a ride couple of days ago for Gulshan-e-Ghazi, Karachi and when the Captain arrived, he told me that we don't provide services in that particular area and to add insult to injury, they charged me negative balance of Rs. 136. Now how could you justify this act. Was it my fault that you guys don't provide services in aforementioned area? How are we suppose to know where you go and where you don't? Kindly, get rid off this negative balance ASAP.

Yesterday Morning I booked a trip to work, the captain told me he is 2 minutes away, I waited for 6 mins and I started calling him several times until he cancelled the ride with no apologies. I booked another one he was about six blocks away. I waited for him with calling his phone from 8:34 AM until 9:00 when he cancelled!

Unluckily, due to captain issue, I didn't continue after 1 week. According to the Careem representative I should get the money back in 2 weeks. It's 4th week going on and I am still waiting for it. I am out of Pakistan I can be contacted via email only.

I ordered a Car to take me from Kafr Abdou, Alexandria, Egypt to Sporting Club today 29/5/2017. When the driver arrived, I kept calling the captain to make sure that he was standing in the right place but there was no answer and I kept looking for the car but I could not find it. After that I found that the driver cancelled the trip and that I was charged 10 pounds as a cancellation fee although I was not the one that cancelled the trip. Yesterday I have been charged twice for rides that I have ordered but didn't benefit from. one of them the driver cancelled without even calling me and telling me and the other one the driver phone went off suddenly and I had to wait for 5 mins in the street until a public cab picked me up but I got charged later for that ride.
