Delivery and exchange of washing of machine
Whilst staying in my apartment in Antibes I purchased an LG washing machine from the big hypermarket store outside of Antibes.

On Monday 17 July, we purchased an LG washing machine from the large Carrefour hypermarket outside Antibes (see attached). We purchased the machine on the basis that you would install the new machine and dispose of the old machine.
We made it clear that we had no lift in our building and it would probably require two people.
Delivery was planned for Friday 21 July.
Friday 21 July 2023
Two men arrived on Friday morning with the new machine. However, they would not uninstal the old machine and connect up the new one on the grounds that the uninstal might cause a leak. We were not informed that we had to uninstal the old machne ourselves. I offered to do this myself but the men were not prepared to wait. They unpacked the new machine and left.
I uninstalled old machine in a few minutes after they had left the apartment.
That afternoon, we returned to the Carrefour store and explained the situation.
The shop assistant (Marienne) was very helpful and after a number of phone calls said the delivery company would contact us. They did contact us on our return to Antibes and arrangements were made for Sunday afternoon.

A man arrived on his own on Sunday afternoon and installed the new machine. As he was on his own he could not take the old machine down the stairs. As I am 70 years old, I was not able to help him lift it. He said he would report back. We received a phone call a couple of hours later saying the machine would be collected between 7pm and 8pm that night. No one arrived.

I returned to the Carrefour store and once again explained what had happened. Marienne once again made phone calls to the delivery company and she assured me that they would collect Tuesday morning.

This did not happen. I returned to the Carrefour store after 2pm and spoke to Marienne again. After further phone calls she said the delivery company would call us. Later that day, we were informed that they would collect the old machine before 10am on Wednesday morning.

This did not happen. I returned to the Carrefour store and Marienne once again made more phone calls and said we would be contacted. We heard nothing further and, as we were returning to the UK on Thursday 27, we could not spend any more time on this matter. The old washing machine remains on the 3rd floor landing.
As stated, the whole reason for purchasing the washing machine from Carrefour was the promise of an easy exchange of machines which clearly did not happen.
In addition, I spent a significant amount of my holiday (over 4 days) travelling to and from the Carrefour store to try to resolve a simple issue. I would add that I have no complaints of Marienne at the Carrefour store who tried very hard, on each occasion, I returned to the store (4 times!).
It is clear you have no control over your delivery/installation service and I am extremely unhappy with your after sales service.
No doubt I will have to pay an external company to remove the machine on my return to France and I expect you to reimburse me of any costs incurred.

Misbehaviour/ claim of my money
Mr Tabish misbehaved on the less than 10 items counter and forced me to buy a whole box of biscuits as my little one needed one. He wasted my time for buying extra things forcefully. Also he didn't added my one item of white top aged 3-4 years worth 799Rs in my bag. I again went there to claim but they didn't gave me my item, and again wasted my time. I am angry much at this behavior. He also double charged for the shopping bag.
Desired outcome: I need my article/ or return cash for my item which he didn't gave me.
LED 43 P635 TCL
Sir we bought LED from Carrefour on July 17th and it was delivered on July 19th and after that we did the installation then after three days the problem of the panel started but we ignored it but it started filling then I asked for six days. Then I went to Carrefour and complained and then the electrician from TCL came and he said that the panel is bad. Then I went to Carrefour because it is Carrefour's policy that if any fault is fixed within seven days, it will be given a new unit. I took the unit twice and paid 5000 rent but they are not listening to me and they say that we don't have any other unit and they say we will change it only when the new unit comes and if the new unit doesn't come. So we will not return it and sir they also knew that this unit is bad as we had said but the same unit was delivered to us sir why are they defrauding us and now they are humiliating us that the unit has not arrived yet. Take another brand's unit by paying your money, Sir, why is this unfair?
Nikai NWAC24056HC20 Air condition 2 Ton
1) The Air condition was only delivered to my door. but it was not installed. I had to pay for a technician to install it.
2) The Air condition is supposed to be 2 Ton that is 24,000 BTU (12,000BTU/Ton) but the Air condition received is only 20,000 BTU as indicated in the cartoon and in the user's manual. This clearly smaller than the size I wanted to suit my reception area, my old Air condition was 22,000 BTU and I wanted to replace it with a bigger one, that is 24,000 BTU, the Air condition's data in the webpage did not show the BTU rating, it only showed the Ton capacity, which is deceiving.
Desired outcome: I am really disappointed for these two issues above; I have bought products online before but this time is different.

HP Laptop
Dear Team,
Please be informed I had purchased a laptop online from Carrefour on 24th April 2023 vide Order Number 3352732676844A. I received the order on April 28 2023.
After using the laptop, I realised that the charger is becoming too hot and also when the laptop is not in use, the battery the next day without touching drops to zero.
First of all, I called the call centre [protected] and after several calls and follow-up, also going to your service centre in Al Khaleej Centre, Dubai meeting Mr Babu, and again escalating the complaint, the Carrefour team finally picked up the laptop to carry out the repair on 6th June 2023. Today is 14th June 2023, and I was supposed to get my laptop on 10th June 2023. They picked up the laptop vide Airway Bill [protected] - Imile.
I am in touch with Mr Ali since the beginning of the complaint. His number is [protected], but until now, there is no news about when my laptop will be delivered.
It is a brand new Laptop, HP and under warranty.
I would appreciate it if the team can intervene and help Carrefour to return my repaired laptop, laptop bag and charger ASAP.
We have purchased things from Carrefour and this is the first time, that our experience is so bad with Carrefour. There is no complaint attended to even in the call centre number, and no emails were received after the call. If Carrefour serves us like this, then how can we give repeat business to Carrefour?

Complaint regarding misbehavior and time wastage by staff member at carrefour emporium mall, pakistan
Dear Carrefour Emporium Mall Management,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store. I encountered an unpleasant experience with one of your staff members, Asif (Security Supervisor), and the co-supervisor, Zafar, which resulted in wasted time and a damaged item.
On [06-13-2023], At 08:14pm By Receipt;6050302400252306132014 Served By Tabish (141). I visited Carrefour Emporium Mall and proceeded to make my purchases. After gathering the items I needed, I proceeded to the checkout counter. It was during this time that Zafar, as the security supervisor, cross-verified my bill. Unfortunately, during this process, my item was mishandled and consequently damaged. Additionally, due to the time delay caused by this incident, a frozen item in my cart thawed, leading to spoilage.
I would like to acknowledge that your staff promptly replaced the damaged item. However, the entire incident not only inconvenienced me but also resulted in a significant waste of my time, which could have been avoided if proper care and attention were given during the cross-verification process.
As a loyal customer of Carrefour Emporium Mall, I have always appreciated the quality service and products that your establishment offers. However, this particular incident has left me disappointed and concerned about the level of professionalism exhibited by your staff members.

Petrol pump charging money without getting fuel
The petrol pump located in Villeneuve-les-Bezier Carrefour is locking money from my account without getting fuel.
I used my English debit card on the pump station, but my card was declined. Although it was declined, my bank statement is still showing £130 locked of my account. This money has not been debited, but is shown as locked.
I tried to put fuel on my car 5 times using these machine, hence I have £130 x 5 locked of my account. In other words, £520 are locked in one of my accounts, and £130 are locked in my secondary bank account.
This occurred on the 31 May 2023.
This is my money, not Carrefour's money, therefore it needs to be returned to me.

Poor customer services at Carrefour Islamabad
No customer service is being provided at Islamabad WTC carrefour. Nobody attends the telephone i.e. [protected], [protected].
Seems either there is no representative present or they all enjoying free salary.

I was lied to about the salary I'll receive
In a phone interview, the regional manager told me I would get a certain wage. When I recieved my wages, I saw that I was paid less - mininum wage, and with deductions on top of that. I complained to my direct managers, but it didn't help. The regional manager clearly gaslights me. Going to court will cost me more than the money I'm owed, so he probably thinks I'll just give up if he stalls enough. To add an insult to injury, today I was told to hang a sign about how stealing a bit of food could get us fired.
Desired outcome: That I'll recieve the money I'm owed, that thr regional manager will be ousted and that the higher management will make it clear that such behavior will not be tolerated.
Overcharging for the items
During my last visit on dated: 13th May,2023 at 5:30pm by Receipt:6050302002442305131730 served by Sadaf Ali (149) at Carrefour Hyper Market Emporium Mall Lahore Pakistan . I was overcharged for 2 Numbers Rose petal FMLY 8+2 pack of Rs.879 vide code No. [protected] in DPH category extra as i bought only One and billed it thrice is the receipt. i had to pay extra charges so they should refund the amount. Also their email address for complaint is not receiving any email so they do it delibrately. So no customer can complaint and get their issue resolved.

Missing items in the delivery
I found that there are missing items on my delivered orders today. The delivery van left immediately without even handing over the receipt.
I called them many times on their mobile but they are not picking up their phone. This has led me to suspect that they did it with intention.

the missing items are Amica Chips Ruffle 130g (1pc) and 2pcs of Rebisco Peanut butter sandwich.
Although, it may seem small amount of items, you will lost the trust of your customers if you will neglect this kind of issue. This is not the first time I have encountered this.

Today, someone from carrefour customer service called me again. She said my missing items wil be delivered today. She has said it will be delivered from 6pm to 9pm.
Before 5pm, I got a message from a mobile [protected]) telling that its from carrefour and asking my address as if they are about to deliver the items. I gave my address and informed to deliver around 6 or 6:30pm as I am on my way home. When I got home I send message thru WhatsApp at 6pm, then I receive a message that my item will be delivered at 7:30pm and another driver will come.
I have waited and then I received a message again from another mobile number [protected]) at 7pm informing me that I am being tried to call but I am not answering and further saying that my missing items will just be delivered tomorrow (again!).
I am starting to suspect that Carrefour does not have the intention to deliver the items. I have learned my lesson, I will never do an online purchase in Carrefour. The staff and system just sucks. What a way for a company to become popular.
Someone from Carrefour customer service called me and informed that they will deliver the missing item the next day with matching time frame. I have waited but no delivery came. I got an email informing me that my issue has been resolved... I wonder where they delivered my items.
A complain on cheese
I always shop at carrefour and its ben maybe like more than 5 yrs but today i bought mozarella cheese wich theyre on promotions so i bought it without checking on the expirity date i bought also other things like labne fetta cheese hommos etc... they sad on the stickers price that the mozarella cheese date will end on 18 of this month april 2023 and today its 14 means it will be expired after 4 days have the receipt and all pictures too ive opened the cheese to taste it well it taste like garbage its the least i could say its not for the price but my complaint was that i was so disgusted with the taste im quite sure there's pkenty out there bought the same cheese too . My aquamist water bottle
i came in to do shopping on Wednesday 5th around 6pm and change my aquamist water bottle i was given a receipt and kept in a book i was holding while doing shopping i misplaced it, i think it fell from that book without my knowledge i reached the counter and couldn’t find it so they charged me 1000 for the bottle i went to solve it with customer care and they told me yes you gave me an empty bottle i remember and i also have a copy of the receipt you gave me but thats my copy for us to refund the 1000 charged for the bottle i’ll need your copy i went searched the whole supermarket twice i couldn’t find it i think the cleaners cleaned it she said she can call the manger on duty to help( korir) i waited until 9:40 he never came ati his held up in a meeting so i just went home without help from anyone yet i waited until closing hours so unprofessional

Suspended refund for 45 days
I made an order on 16 Feb 2023 .. order number [protected]. And there were 3 items out of stock ( 2 chiken and 1 pack of cheese) .
I kept calling to follow up on my refund and everytime the reply that we will deliver your request to the concerned departement and 2 days later the reply was the concerned didnt reply.
Since that day I call them every 4 days with no luck.

Unauthorised selling process
I want to file a complaint against one of carrefour branches in Egypt, New Cairo, 5th settlement, el Hamed mall branch
Today Wednesday, 15 March 2023, I was shopping in carrefour branches located in el Hamed mall around 6 PM,
As per the policy here in egypt in carrefour branches, each customer is obliged to buy from 2 to max 5 packs of the essential products based on its type like sugar, Rice, Oil etc...
Today, while I was shopping in the said above branch, I found that the branch are selling those essential to another retailers and carrying them out of the branch in a truck not related to carrefour...
When I asked for the branch manager help, he didn't do anything...
When I told him that I will call the police and report to consumer protection agency about the illegal act carried out by the branch which is against the current policy stated by the franchise he kept shouting and he told me that this is out of my business and asked the retailers to move and transfer the products out of the store quickly...
Desired outcome: I need a clear investigation with the branch manager of doing illegal selling process to another retailers

Each time, each each time I order, there are mistakes with products and the most impudent - spoiled items. After texting Customer Service there is anyway no respond, app is made in bad way, impossible to reach anyone. Notes were not noticed, nothing is changing, every order spoiled items!
I have photo just from last order, as of course don’t keep previous. But each order there are issues with quality, each time I am submitting it in the app, but no response and no result
