Service complaint went to your store in Keithsburg the lights are on in the parking lot and in the store it wasn't yet closing time I had two minutes maybe three the gentleman at the door told me they were closed I asked him if it was 10 o'clock he shook his head yes I looked at my phone and they hadn't struck 10 yet the gentleman and open the door again after looking it Saying to me are you paying with cash or card I reply card all I wanted was gallon of milk an an a pop that was it told me never mind I couldn't come in because I was paying with cash . I've never such thing ever happen. If your hours have changed then it should of been posted on door or site . Because last I checked 10pm 10pm not 9:50 or 9:56 10:00 pm . You are the only store here an the next one 20 mins away or more. Not very convenience if you don't stay open to the hours that you have posted and when you change your hours in the past it really made everything more inconvenient for lotta other people they have different hours of work I really enjoy the store and I really enjoy the employees are there but this gentleman must not be an employee from the area he must be in Uncle from another area because I've never had this happen in the past
Desired outcome: To go back to your store hours that it was for years ! 6:00am to 11pm

I was kicked out of the store when asking about the new employees. I'm a regular who spends hundreds a week at Casey's. and I was making conversation asking if we're getting new hires at this location. I love the current employees because they work hard and deserve more help.

I was in Rochester IN. At Casey's when a young man came in. He has a doctor's note for his Fiance and the lady Tracy was her name, asked well why couldn't she bring the note in? He explained that she was at the hospital for x-rays. She rolled her eyes and he left. Tracy then told another employee that the girl was worthless trash. And it was [censored] that she was taken off by her doctor. The employee has only missed 1 day since September 28th. She worked almost 50 hours one week just at Casey's. She does work another job that she had before Casey's.
Desired outcome: Tracy terminated
I will continue to stop in and see how your employee is doing now that I heard Tracy.

My grandma is dying. She contracted covid and out into the hospital on Sept 22nd and was finally relaxed with hospice yesterday. Kim Radke promised me she would work with me while we go through this traumatic event. Instead. Kim fired me without telling me. This is the last time I will probably see my grandma alive. This isn't how you treat people when you have a written and oral agreement to being supportive.

Hello I am Natasha I worked at store #1404. I am not happy with how my boss Nelsy had treated me over the lest several weeks I had worked there. I was in a car accident this month and I have several doctors notes stating that I can not work and that I have restrictions do to the fact I have not lift heavy things and I can not put my arm ubove my head. She wanted me to do everything including truck knowing this. She had (fired me) but does not wha to put it into the system that she had do to my doctor notes. I feel like something should be done about this. She has fired many people over medical issues.

I was at Casey's in Brunswick, MO and the employees were outside talking about their assistant manager with some very expletive words. The manager was standing out there with them. This was so rude. I am a customer and do not care to listen to this while there. Especially when no one is inside to hep you. I feel if employees and the manager are so unhappy they should not be there. They should not be there anyway with the language that was used and the manager should not encourage this.

Customer service treatment
I had previously senr a complaint through my mobile app but yet to receive a response. At the casey's in the 1300 block of A ave west in oskaloosa iowa, my boyfriend and i had went to cash in cans around 10 pm almost a week ago. And after receiving such rude and horrible service from the ladies on duty i had forgotten my bag in the dumpster area. When i had returned back several minutes later my bag was gone and when i had asked the staff about it they all rudely claimed they hadn't seen it and the 2 outside rudely stated NO, one added she saw us both leave with a bag and a tote. Well i stated well i also had a bag with me, an army bag and in a snotty tone she said well i saw you leave with your stuff...and i had explained to her then that due to her attitude every time we came there is the reason i was going to file a complaint. Well they both had gotten louder and ruder and twice i stated have a great night and finally just said have a great one. Next thing I know i had gotten stopped by an officer and had been requested to sign a no trespass order for that store. So when i got home and my boyfriend learned i didn't find the bag and not there was a trespass order filed against me he had gone to the station and decided to look inside the dumpsters. He had found the army bag stuffed inside a large black garbage bag tossed into the dumpster and had went inside and asked who did that. The response was i don't know. That is the main station we have done business with and the only one open 24/7. I am utterly perturbed that not only did we receive very poor customer service and the fact that they were extremely rude then placed a no trespass order against me but i also obviously was lied to regarding my bag and someone im sure an employee had decided to stuff it into a garbage bag and throw it into the dumpster just to be vindictive. That staff has provided the worst customer service experience to me than i had ever experienced in this town. As a customer service employee and as a customer i hope that the employees at fault will have some kind of consequences for all that had happened and hope that the trespass order could be dropped as i had not done anything to deserve any of this.

store- elk run heights that store used to be a very good store, but now one of the worst store i have ever been in. trash not empty floors dirty bathroom disguising no food doughnut case full of casey pastry not fresh.
bathroom- no toilet paper no paper towel no soap mess every where almost made me sick.
trash- all bins full inside and outside.

i have been a loyal customer to caseys for almost 15 years go in everyday to different ones, this one is the worst i have ever been in. i did go in this one everyday not anymore.

I was on gas busters casino bus, 07/27/2021. I was buying a med capachino which was good. Then picked a glazed donut, got on the bus started to eat the donut and there was a awful odor every time I attempted to eat it. Ended up having to just throw it away. There was nothing else to cause the odor.

Placement of cold trailer next to my house, running all night.
My home is right next to a Casey's gas station. A semi trailer parked there cold trailer right next to my house, it is running all night and I am getting exhausted fumes coming in to my window. I can not close my window and use my air conditioner due to the the trailer running. I find myself getting a head ach most likely from the exhaust from the running trailer. I talked with the night manager who was very kind said he would call the store manager. I Talked with her and she said they can't have the trailer moved and that there should be no problem with exhaust. I find this unexpectable my health is being compromised by the action of your employees. I only hope that I am able to sleep without having issues from the exhaust from the trailer running all night.
