I went to cash crusaders today at 11h00 to have a look on the fridges that they have and luckily they had a Defy Fridge with water dispenser for R3400, then I took a picture and sent it to my mother asking if she likes it and she did then I went back inside and ask a lady that works there to assist me with laybuying the fridge and she so I paid then went back to my workplace. Around 12h30 the same lady came to myworkplace and she said she's been calling my number but I was not picking up, anyways her manager said I must come and fetch my money because apparently the fridge was advertised online and someone paid for it alredy and I asked her how come because the was no sign. showing that the fridge is sold and why was it still on the shop floor and why did she process my payment if the fridge was sold already and I went back to the store to speak to the manager or the supervisor and she said both of them went out and I asked can you not call them for me she said no but they will pass thd massage that I wanted to speak to the manager, however she was told that I can take back my money and I asked to tell the manager to call me back since she said the manager will be back before they close the store but they didn't call me till now.
I would like to know is that how customers should be treated, why was the no sign that shows the fridge got sold already, why was the fridge still on the shop floor, why is the manager is so unproffesional, what will happen with my time that got wasted for nothing and lastly I want the fridge because I paid for it.
