CeX / WeBuy.com review: Specific staff member

Staff member in Waltham cross branch keeps discounting perfectly working equipment with no damage, no faults and with no parts missing and gives no explanation for doing so. He has done it to me personally multiple times and have witnessed him do it to others. At first o thought it was just policy but now I have heard multiple other complaints about him, he is also very rude to customers and other staff members especially if he is being corrected... However I would not have written this complain in the first place if he wasn't witnessed stealing somebodies copy of diddy kong racing for n64 as they was making a trade in when they was distracted... It is the man with black hair and wears glasses just so you don't mistake him or incase he tries to put the blame on another member of staff...
