CeX / WeBuy.com review: Was sold a broken laptop charger

I wad sold a broken labtop charger by the Whitechapel branch and labtop.

The labtop is working but the charger is faulty.

Policy on receipt says 2 years... I was told to contact their customer service team and I have the receipt! The CEX resolver people claimed that Whitechapel didn't sell the charger in that condition... The wires are burning out of the black extension... That means the item is faulty. Im in the middle of file a full report with my dad and also taking back the labtop aswell becauseeee who the hell wants to support a business that woulf treat a child like this
