I am a former employee of this store and I am having great difficulty receiving my w-2 form. I have called Gennie, the manager, twice and gave her my current address and she said it was on the way over a month ago. I have even reached out to the owner Ronnie who has not returned any of my calls or voicemail about this concern. I recently received information that my w-2 is still sitting on her desk at the store. Can someone please do something about this? We are all adults and none of this behavior is acceptable. Especially from the owner and his manager.

Do not spend money at this place! I ordered chicken tenders and asked for honey mustard and when I got home I had nothing so I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager. She stated on the phone it was hard for her to hear so I spoke louder and she hung up and I called back and she stated I was hollowing at her. She made excuses of how I should have checked my order before I left because honey mustard is extra. I told her that when I was ordering she should have charged me for what I asked for. She then tells me that she have family who is dying. She never said sorry for our mistake or for the inconvenience. When I told her that she hung up again. I then drove back up to the restaurant and when I get here the staff tells me that she is gone to the bank and no other manager is here to give me a refund. I told them I would wait and took a seat. If she is the owner then she need to be trained in how to treat customers.
She did finally come out to where I was sitting waiting for her she come to the table and I asked are you the manager and I calmly told her that she hung up in my face twice and she snatched the box off the table and stated I'm not going to argue with you, which no one was arguing at all and the restaurant was busy so if it was and argument people would have noticed. I told her to just refund the money. The worst service ever! She don't deserve to be a manager or even employed at any restaurant.

rude behavior, cursing, obnoxious and extremely loud employees
My wife and I were at the location at 107 N Hasler Blvd in Bastrop, TX. The lady at the counter acted like we were an extreme inconvenience, we got our meals, two of the snack boxes, as we were sitting there eating, the entire crew kept getting louder and louder, cussing up a storm, my wife is currently in a wheelchair due to surgery so I moved a regular chair aside for her to have enough room to eat, someone just basically threw the same chair back at the table, almost hitting her in the process. And as we were leaving, normally people are supposed to be nice and wish you to return, not here! These people are extremely rude!
chicken, drink, no mashed potatoes.
My mom purchased food from Chicken Express here in Lufkin Tx. They forgot to give us our mashed potatoes after waiting over 15 minutes for the food. The dr.pepper was tar and didn't taste like they had changed the drink. The chicken was dry and did not taste dry at all. It tasted like it had been left there for hours. Also there was no good customer service.
unethical behavior
My daughter was at the drive thru right before 2:00 and the Forney Special was on until 2:00. She started to place her order and they to.d her to hold on. When they came back to finish her order they said it was after 2:00 and she could no longer get the special. I called to speak to the manager and she said, well what do you want me to do about it? Our computers control it
You lost a customer. I am a business professor and plan to tell all of my students in my classes about your poor customer service and how not to treat your customers. Very disappointed Chicken Express. We have been loyal customers.

There were 4 of us waiting outside the women's bathroom for over 10 minutes. We knocked multiple times and after the third time an employee came out with headphones on. We told her how we've been waiting for over 10 minutes and she proceeded going to the back of the kitchen talking to her coworkers about how she "doesn't care" and she will "rub her ### all over our food" knowing that we could hear her.

Hi my name is Jesus Rodriguez I am a frequent costumer. I went to chicken express @ 9:40pm here in Snyder TX for 2-30 piece chicken tenders family meals and the manager refused my order because they had already turned off the fryers and didn't have enough tenders made.Then after I told her I was the costumer to please turn on fryers, I wouldn't mind waiting. She said no, buy the time they we're done cooking it would be time to close. So I had to go to Mc Donalds instead. I would really preferred chicken tenders. Can u please get issue resolved so I don't have this problem in the future.

The other night I got off of work and decided to go get something to eat. I pulled up to the speaker and ordered my normal meal (#1, fries, roll, and a Dr.Pepper). Then I pulled up to the window and the lady didn't even smile at me. Terrible customer service. I get you guys were getting ready close, but at least fake it. Then when she handed me my food, it wasn't even slightly warm. I didn't say anything about because she seemed very mad and irritated. This actually happens a lot when I go. The people are very unfriendly and the food is almost always cold or lukewarm.
missing half the order we paid for!!
My husband went through the drive through and ordered/ PAID for 2 of the chicken strip boxes and an extra side of mashed potatoes and also asked for ranch and serendipity... all together they forgot our rolls, mashed potatoes, and the ranch and serendipity! so basically we paid for 2 full orders and only got half! We are very unhappy having paid for something, driving all the way home and finding that half of it is not there!
chicken livers
We drove through your Gun Barrel City location this evening, March 1, 2017. We purchased an order of 6 livers, 9 gizzards and 15 tenders. We drove to our friends home and proceeded to have supper. My husband bit into one of the livers and almost immediately spit it out saying it was rotten. When he looked at it, it had a green area on it. That cut our meal short because we were all leery of getting something spoiled. I called the restaurant and spoke with Summer, who identified herself as the manager on duty. I explained what had happened and she said all the livers have green on them. That's the sack that's on livers. I told her it was spoiled and she said, "No ma'am. All our food is fresh." My husband is 59 years of age. The man has probably eaten his weight in chicken livers in his lifetime! How dare she tell me that the liver he said was rotten, was not! This is inexcusable! We spent $26.92 on food tonight that we not are not comfortable eating!

I am sending you this complaint regarding my visit to your store on Davis Blvd. I was there 2/17/17 at approximately 615-30ish, on my way home from work. I ordered the 4 piece tender meal and asked to pay also for the gentleman that was ahead of me. (His car tag was a veterans Purple Heart) The young lady that waited on me said ok, took my card in and then came back and said she had to have my pin # to complete the transaction, I asked for the manager, another lady came out proceeded to tell me that y'all had to change your service for credit/debit machines and that now certain banks, NOT All required the customer pin #. She offered to let me come in and put my pin in, I told her the pin #. I will go to my bank and change the pin # That is ridiculous and I am appalled! I was determined to pay for the Veterans meal and get my own dinner. Either you need a better "Merchant Service" provider or you need a portable box for your drive through. I have been to that store many times over the last 10 years and have NEVER had that issue there or at any other drive through. I would appreciate your attention to this issue and get it corrected immediately. I spent $19.99 on the Veterans meal and $7.03 on mine. I pray that with all of the Identity theft in this day & age that I will be safe until my bank opens in the morning!

When I pulled up she greeted me with "order when your ready" very rude. Made it seem like I was a inconvenience and she was annoyed. I work fast food don't take your attitude or #### personal problems out on customers. And then my order was wrong at the window I said I wanted two fish and she got me for a number two which was tenders. Mind you i'm typing this while i'm pulled up waiting forever on my fish. Don't cared to be contacted and I will never be back to this location. There are other applicants that have good personalities and make people want to come back in sure, consider it.
incorrect order
I order 7 tenders with green beans & mashed potatoes at the one 4791 SW Loop 820. It was my lunch. Get back and there are fries instead of mashed potatoes. I called & when I couldn't come back that day, I was asked if I could come the next day. So I said yes. The girl aftee putting me on hold twice tells me ok. Bring back the food & they will replace it. I'm not understanding this. She tells me the only way they can replace it is if I bring back the food. I will never eat there again. I had stopped cause of the service but I was like let me try it.
manager on duty
So I was having a lunch day at chicken express 2/15/2017 and this manger on duty was cussing up in down about everything just about every word was a cuss word she cussed an employee about the rolls don't smush my rolls and watched the employee and she proceeds to slap the counter and says don't squash my mother ####ing rolls.. and then there was no gravy and she cussed up and down about that.. enough said. Hopefully something will be done about this there was children in the lobby when this was going on hopefully some other parents said something as well
quality of food and service
I go to this location at least twice a week, well lets say i did. The service and the quality of the food is seriously going down hill. You have to wait for one of them to get to the counter to wait on you if they are not busy. The food is hard/dried out lately. I usually get there around 8:00 p.M. And most of the time i can get what i want, but unless you specify certain things like fresh fries, you get ones that have sat and not even a full container. They do not know what suggestive selling is. I know it is 2 hours before closing, but if they don't have the pieces of chicken, they don't even offer to cook it. Other chicken express will do it and tell you the time and give you the choice. Then while you are eating, they are sweeping, mopping, turning the trash cans around so they cannot be used. When mopping, they don't even put out a caution sign. I asked one employee about it and she replied, i will if someone comes in. They sweep around where you eat. I came thru drive thru one night instead of eating in and i asked the girl to wipe off my drink, soda was running down the side. She used a rag that was just laying there by her to do it, i don't know what she had been using that rag for, or what chemicals are on it. Last night, the chicken in the picture below, was so hard, and what good would it do to complain, they did not cook anymore chicken. People that came in after me, had to substitute pieces for what they wanted. I have noticed each time i go in, the service and the food is going down hill. It is really sad when it is the closest one.
poor service and catering order
I don’t usually write a complaint but I feel my service today warranted this for two reasons:
1. I placed a large catering order on 2/13/17 to be ready for pick up at 12 noon on 2/14/17 and chose your location because I like to contribute to other local businesses in my immediate area. Upon arrival at 12:05pm the order was not ready for pick up. I then decided I should add 8 fish fillets to my order which I was advised would take an additional 10 minutes. My order was not ready until 12:33pm which put me behind in feeding my employees by a half hour. When I arrived at my location and unpacked the order, there were no condiments like ketchup, spice packets, hot sauce, tartar sauce, butter, and the signature gravy that usually comes with every order. This order was a large disappointment In what was expected for $183.00. Invoice #000015.
2. The location manager swiped my credit card for the order and then issued my credit card to a random customer in the drive through, this was my company corporate credit card, and gave me back some other customers debit card which I noticed and immediately returned to the manager. His immediate reply to me was to call the number on the back of my card and cancel it, hard to do without the card in hand and not a very professional response.

I'm not a very happy person. we have visited the sherman location several times. and every time the very large black girl is rude during taking our order. we went last night at 7pm on 02/05/17. I had to repeat my order to her 3 times. she would say in a very rude voice (is that all)? when I arrived at the window, of course i'm checking my order. on the receipt it didn't have my extra 2 rolls. I said something to her, she then says that will be a $1.20 something. I didn't argue. I just gave her my card again. completely forget to look and see if my coleslaw was in the bag cause it was an extra also. the whole time while waiting for my order she stood I in front of the window with her back to us. mind you she a very large girl which took up the whole window. that was completely rude. never once did she say thank or have a good night, nothing. it was like the whole process was an inconvenience to her. when I arrived home the grave lid was partially open and spilled gravy on the food. and wouldn't you know it no coleslaw.
food left off & no replacement
I came into the Chicken epress location 4451 south Collins, Arlington Tx 76018 on January 27. 6 Cookies & fries were left off of my order. I called the store & the lady that answered said she'd replace my cookies & fries & give a 20% discount. I came to the store today & was told I couldn't because I didn't have a receipt. If she took my name down & offered the discount & replacement why should I need my receipt. I never have trouble at this location, but this was really ridiculous
complaint about service & employees
Employees since getting drunk, smoking marajuana with younger teens & around their children while in uniform. Very poor reflection for business and our community! Employees seen by other businesses smoking on property. Amanda Harmon, Holly Harmon & another employee named Kim (?)...this has been addressed w/ store manager & corporate yet continues to accure. The quality of food is poor & language in store especially from Amanda Harmon is extremely poor!
