Horrible experience (dine in)today this is the third time in the past couple months go in there to order a family meal and a three-piece breast meal and was told it would be six minute wait which I was fine with, turned out to be 12 minutes only to tell me they are out of breast pieces and it will be another 20 mins. Same thing Happen the two previous times I was there and I had to change my order. I was not going to let them do this a third time so I told them I would wait and wanted the managers (Jason) number, call him as I waited for my food we talked and he would talk with his staff and offer some free tea which I don't really care for. Only to get home to the worst packing and they shorted me a chicken breast. #horribleservice #wasteofmoney #gosomewhereelse

While ordering a 20 pc. chicken strip family dinner at the 2831 N. Bryant Chicken Express there was an older man sitting on the counter watching the employees very closely. He accused the young man who was preparing my order of putting too much chicken into the box. When the server protested saying that he had not the counter sitter said he had counted the number of pieces from where he was basically accused the server of lying. I do not feel that it is appropriate or proper for an employee to be disciplined in front of customers. When I asked if counter sitter was the manager I was told no that he only managed the back (kitchen). Why was this man not in the kitchen and why was he so rude to the other employees (my server was not the only one he was criticizing)?

Please help me understand why and how there seems to consistantly be a 30 min. Wait for chicken? On 4 different occassions I have gone to the cedar hill tx location each time between 7 and 9 pm. Only to be told there is a 30 min wait on chicken? So on 3/21/2016 at 7.45 pm, I went to the drive thru and was told 30 min wait. I left and came back 35 mins later and was told the same thing, 30 min wait on chicken.? Chicken express really. Resolution, fix this issue. I shouldn't have to leave the city to get express service from chicken express. Also some customer relations training may help. Very poor attitudes working in this location!

Im writing with concerns about the poor management at Chicken Express on Sycamore School Rd, August 30 at 12:25. Not only was the MOD quite rude to me, but she gave me the wrong order. I sent my fiance to pick up food for lunch and he asked for a 2pc dark dinner with fries, roll, and corn nuggets. I received a chicken strip basket with no corn nuggets. So i called to speak with the MOD and she was very rude. She never apologized for their mistake and questioned me about why it was wrong. I explained that it was incorrect and she told me to bring it back with the receipt. I felt like that was inconsiderate because their mistake left me hungry for the remainder of the day. I was appalled at such behavior, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere as suggested.
I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Your company has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon. I would like to be compensated with either a refund or gift card for future use and an apology. I plan on hearing from someone within weeks.
I am filing a complaint about my local Chicken Express' hours. I arrived at said location at approximately 10am to find that my diet coke needs would not be met on that particular morning. I am well aware of the posted hours on the door but this is unacceptable. Normal people are up and about well before 10am and they're should be facilities to accommodate these people.

Spoiled chicken was being fried and sold on July 25, 2011. I know this because I was an employee until the incident occured. It was first brought to my attention while I was doing the dishes and I noticed a peculiar smell; which I had not smelled once while working there over a year. I asked the cook what it was and after a while of looking around and getting the manager involved we discovered that it was in fact the tubs of tenders, and we later discovered the raw gizzards gave off the same odor. There are two franchizers of the restaurant and one of them said to simply wash them off and they would be fine, we did wash them and they still had the same sour smell. The other owner actually came by and looked at them, but when she did she insisted that she could not smell anything, but myself and two other employees finally showed her the difference after comparing a nonsmelling tender with the contaminated tenders. She then admitted there was a difference, and she reluctatly threw away the tubs. Even though she said it was normal because it was freshly made marination put on fresh tenders, but still left the same sour smelling gizzards in the cooler. After asking around some more I figured out that the same sour smell had happened earlier on in the week but nothing was done. I also disovered that when marinating chicken, employees had used hot marination while marinating chicken to keep their hands warm and this left the raw chicken in air tight tubs with hot water and this was why the chicken had a distinct sour smell and was in fact spoiled.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I ordered the 4 piece tender meal with a side of coleslaw? The whole thing cost me 14.92? The amount of mashed potatoes and the size of the chicken strips looks like a kids meal for my 3 Year old? Like they are barely the size of my pinky

Went to order and pay and was told was unacceptable cause card machine was working offline and was accepting some cards another time was told that I could not pay less than 1 dollar with a card both by same person very irate
I have a minor child that works at this location and they come home each day complaining of how the managers curse, employees curse at my child, as well as an employee threatening to slap my child on 10/08/23. My child went to one of the managers about this and was told “ what do you expect?”

Line was so long, we waited in line forever just to get up to the drive thru window & witnessed people coming back for wrong orders. Our wait time until we drove off with our food was just a few minutes under an hour. Also dinning room isn’t open due to lack of employees. It’ll be a long while before we go back.
I was told the drive through menu blew away in a storm. We haven’t had a storm in Paris in over a month. See the signs in the drive through that doesn’t exist. Date of visit was 8/2/2023 at approximately 3:00PM.
Lady at chicken express was very rude unethical and unprofessional to me in front of my husband and kids. Said she don’t have to be nice because her brother owns it ! My kids ask why the lady so mean mommy!
I purchased a liver and gizzard combo at chicken express. The gizzard and livers were spoiled and green on inside when I attempted to eat the food. I returned to the store and received a full refund. I will never eat at Chicken Express again. I returned all the food to avoid my family getting sick.
So I go threw the drive threw and order food. Well my son wanted some cheese sticks. I don't see how ya'll can charge almost $3.00 for only 2 cheese sticks. So yes I'm making a complaint. Your store sucks. And i will not go back to it I spent almost $50.00 on food. This was on April 27th 2023. At 5:14 pm
I went to the resturant in Cisco, Texas and ordered 12 livers. The menu states 12 "LIVERS" 9.99. What I received was 3 livers and 9 pieces. I told the guy there and didn"t seem to care and a young lady showed and said that is what you get pieces and walked away. If you are going to sell pieces of livers then state that on the menu.
