Chicken Licken review: Crappy service and food

Good day, as a very good supporter of your brand I hate to inform you that I am very disgraced by the service and brand regards to food and orders, received my order and noticed that the order was wrong too, this whole order was not just wrong but the packaging the soul man load up meal came in was so saggy that the box looked like it was standing outside for a while, the utter disrespected for client service is very alarming at this branch which will result in your brand being tarnished by these people, I also will never again support your franchise nor your brand. Might I also just add that this was not the first incident at the above mentioned franchise (chicken licken, Boksburg, Atlas Road, South Africa)
