I placed an order a month ago, with expedited shipping and have yet to receive my order. I've called customer service four times, and have sent numerous e-mails to the customer service department per their website with no resolve. At one point, I was told to contest the charge with my credit card company. I can't get anyone to respond to me or help me resolve my missing package.

The employee by the name of Amanda at the North Star location was very rude and disrespectful to me and kept calling me the name "stupid" because I didn't know the answer to the question she kept asking so I asked to speak to someone else and she said no because how would they understand me either and hung up in my face. I called back spoke to someone else and the Amanda employee took the phone and hung it up. I'm so upset and embarrassed that this type of person would be employed at children's place.

Horrible customer service
Hey! I called the location in Mobile, AL today to get some information about school shirt and the manager Kathy was very rude. She hung up the phone in my face and when I called back to get her name because I was still asking a question when she hung up. She told me her name with an attitude. I told her I was going to contact HR and she said she didn't care. I really don't appreciate the way she treated me and don't think she displayed how a manger should treat their customers. Never received my order
I never reciev my order # [protected] tracking number said its delivered to our mailbox dated aug 7 but no package there. When I called them and told about the issue they refused to refund me. They never answer the multiple emails I sent them and messeger. The customer service just said he cant help me and just said u need to call the post office and I did and said that package is lost or missing. I want a refund for the item that I never recieve.

I had 2 orders but I am concern about the one that arrived August 6, 21 at 2:57. It was delivered by USPS. When I received my package it was already opened upon delivery. Everything was gone for the exception of 2 polo shirts and a Dino blue sweater. There was no receipt of anything for the exception of a package that included Doordash, KiwiCo, Shutterfly, and Geico. I am 76 yrs old trying to buy for my great grand for his 1st day at school, which is tomorrow. I called UPS, USPS, and most of all The Children's Place. The said the couldn't help me. I questioned my mailman and he said it was opened when it was delivered. I will never do anymore online orders. I was more than disappointed.
Desired outcome: I don't have a problem paying for what I received but I am upset to have to pay for something I didn't receive.
Discrimination of a disabled Veteran
I understand that covid-19 has everyone scared, and your store in the Oglethorpe Mall here in Savannah is the only store requiring mask. One of your employees asked me if I had a mask, I explained that I have a medical condition and was unable to wear a mask, she asked me to prove it, besides having my Veteran's Disability card I have nothing else to show my medical condition, she forced me out of the store at that point.
It is illegal for her to ask for proof and it's discriminatory to deny service due to said disability. Also I believe it's worth noting that there were multiple other people w/o mask before I entered the store.
Desired outcome: I would like to know if the is is how your disabled customers are treated?
Your mistake is costing me more money.
I ordered a duplicate pair of boys jeans, that's two (2) pairs of the exact same item. You sent one pair of the correct item and a pair of girls jeans. Now I have to return them and pay shipping? How the hell does this make sense to you? Unless you plan on reimbursement for cost of shipping I will let my opinion of the way you do business be made aware of, and discontinue patronizing your store.

Hi purchased some clothes on march 19 from children's place 1355 Kingston road Pickering Ontario for a total cost of $219.87. Order # [protected]. I received it after 10 days and realized that must if then had sizing issues. But then the lock down started and the stores were closed and I was unable to return the items . When the stores reopened last week, I went to the above mentioned store to return the items ( unused, unwashed and with tags in the original packaging) and the cashier refused to take the items saying it had to be returned within 45 days. Really!? How am I supposed to return when the shops were closed? I waited until he show re-opened and this is what they tell me? This is highly disappointing and I do t want to incur costs for items that are not useful for me. I want them to be returned. Incident involving a toddler
My 1 1/2 year old daughter was in her stroller in front of me while I sorted through clothes. As I leaned over the table to check for her clothes a sign fell down and hit my daughter in her right eyelid. She has a scratch on her eye that was bleeding at the time of the incident. With so much rage I rushed out of the store to attend to my baby. She is okay, however that sign should have not been there and this situation could have gone a completely different way. My daughter could have lost her eye or her eye sight. I am not pleased with how this sign was just sitting there on the edge of the table so carelessly. Anyone could have knocked it down. Especially a toddler who was not in a stroller. I will not take extreme measures at this time because everything seems okay but I wanted to complain about the workers who were in the store at the time it happend. That sign was in a dangerous place and it could have hurt anyone.
Desired outcome: Who ever set up the store and put that sign there should be penalized and they are lucky i am not taking it to court.

I went in to the store yesterday, 5/2/2021 and had the worst experience I have had there. I needed a bigger size in a sandal I had purchased previously and was talked to in a way that someone in customer service should NEVER speak to a paying customer. As I loaded up with clothes I was purchasing, a woman came over and gave me the sandals back and said in a rude tome "I can't take these back, they have been worn. They have dirt all over them so I can't resell them". They had only been tried on in the house and immediately removed. They had no scuffs or foot marks in them, so obviously had NOT been worn! They had something on the strap, which I did not know was there and for all I knew it could have gotten there from riding around on my floorboard of my car for a week or I could have even bought them that way. The way she accused me of trying to return shoes that had been worn, and the way she spoke to me like I was just trying to screw her over or something. I believe her name was Julie and she needs a course in customer service!
