Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Seller doesn't provide precise info about the delivery

The worst services ever. I ordered some stuff from the company www.choxi.com. These jerks provided all necessary info, but after that I haven’t received the order. The seller replied to my emails at the beginning, but after 3 days he stopped. As well as he didn’t tell me precise info about the order. I still don’t know where my order is.
So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

I don't know what racket this company has going now but I have been trying for TWO YEARS to be removed from the mailing list and they continue to hammer me with their spam at least 10 times a day. I have written, threatened to get a lawyer, blocked them. They send from a new address. Every link in the email goes to a blank, dead screen so there is no way to unsubscribe now. It's as if the more I wrote and complained, the worse it got the more someone tried to make sure I got more mail and couldn't unsubscribe. I just got 50 emails saying I'm now a VIP customer. I have not ordered from NoMoreRack for years and never ordered from this new company. I wrote 23 emails requesting they stop mailing me. It stopped for 2 months and now it's worse than ever. It's also obvious they give/sell my email to other companies as my email is buried in spam and kook solicitations now, also. I got nothing but apologies, "We're so sorry" and "we'll remove you" and it never is. This is a spam company and my next step will be to report them to the FTC and get a lawyer and sue for harasment. I've had it.

I have been trying for 3 days to return "The Spring Cardigan" as it has a small hole in it. I don't want to place another order until I resolve this problem. Your prompt attention to this request is greatly appreciated. With NOMORE RACK it was quite simple to get to the return screen; maybe I need help from someone. I have been trying for 3 days to return an item and get onto a screen that allows me to do this. It seems so easy to deal with NOMORE RACK; I need help as the item has a small hole in it. I don't want to order again until this is resolved! lzn531@comcast.net

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Nomorerack charges your credit card but doesn't deliver the item

I am very disappointed with nomorerack.com. My husband ordered a massage chair for over $900 with a coupon for my christmas present but the order was cancelled even after my credit card was processed. It was supposed to be a surprise & I was a bit confused when I got contacted by nomorerack rep. I verified the purchase & I was impatiently waiting for my gift for xmas... It never arrived but the credit card was charged! We left for our vacation & 4 weeks later after I came back, still no delivery! I contacted their horrible customer services, & nomorrack is telling me that they cancelled the order. Why?
I have asked over a dozen time to speak to a manager & I was told to go back to the sire & reorder. No excuses or any reasons was given to me why this happened. I even asked them, what if the item is not offered any more? What about the coupon we previously used to make the purchase? They just ignore your emails & they can care less about this inconvenience.
Customer service is horrible & is is really giving this company a bad rep. I own a business clothing company & never in a million year I would ever treat my customer this way! Take your $ elsewhere... Not worth your it!

I ordered 3 items on december 20, 2012 1 mans bracelet, l ladies bracelet and pet bags, at the end of december i called them at [protected] and asked when my items would be sent and they told me they would check into it and call me back. Never heard from them i called back in january 2012 and again asked about the items i was told it would be sent out soon and gave me an order number 4321889 and they would call me back. Today i called again was told that the items were sent to me and they had the tracking number and my signature. I told them they did not as i had not received them. They told me if i wanted my money back to
Go to the police and make a complaint the send it to them and then maybe i would get my money back i asked them to provide my tracking number and signature paper and they said no. I know that the money that came out of my bank account was not a huge amount however it was over 65. 00 and i am 73 retired and bought the gifts for my grandchildren. I have no been accuseded of
Being a thief by this company and given no once but 3 times dreadful and horrible results. The supervisor that spoke with me
Told me i had nothing i could do but to get a police report. What kind of company is this and i have researched them and they had done this to a lot of people this is a scam and fraud. .

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Item appears as delivered, but was never received

I have spend over $2, 000 with nomorerack. So far, some orders were fine, others were super slow (4+ weeks), had one that was the wrong size, but so far I had no major issues.

At the start of December, knowing that I would be traveling, I order 3 products that never arrived to me:

A bag, a cover and a Zpad.

After spending 5 hours on the phone with terrible costumer service reps, being "disconnected", and them refusing to escalate, the end result was that I am out of $$ and products.

My previous order arrived damaged, and the way they resolved a defective product, was to give me $20 store credit. (?)

that I can not spend now, because the Nomorerack people decided to close my account.

The problem is that the items were sent via USPS and LOST, as in they appear as received, but they were never delivered. The costumer rep refused to help me in sorting this out and flat out told me it was not their problem.

I purchased two Samsung smart watches and tracked the package to my door. The package arrived completely empty. The company has not responded to my request for a refund as a matter of fact they stopped responding to me completely. I have since filed a police report and a PayPal claim. This was first and last time purchasing from this company. No wonder the prices are so good.
NO MORE NOMORERACK FOR ME EVER AGAIN!

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Returns

I ordered two pair of boots from this company. They arrived in one package. The color was not as shown on the website and would not work for what I wanted them to go with. I called for a return authorization and they said I would have to send each item back separately with two separate labels at a cost of $10.00 each. I said I wanted to send them both back as in one package as I had received them with only one label. No where in there return policy does it stat that you have to return each item individually at an additional shipping charge. After much discussion and also talking with the supervisor they refused to allow shipping the two items back in the one original package with only one label. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

The item order as listed is: Order #[protected] TM-F2-NAS2 Terra Master 8TB (4TBx2) Private Cloud Storage for Home and Small Business They say buried in the description was a statement that drives are not included. This item description should not have included any mention of drive capacities since they were not selling any drives. They are charging me $10.35 for shipping the item back. I plan to never do business with them again.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Scam alert

I ordered a tablet computer from nomoprerack.com & it was dead on arrival. When i complained within the 30 - day period to do so, they then said it was past the time period to do so, by telling me that "delivery" on the item was earlier than it was. They adamantly refuse to send me a tablet that works or recall this one & refund my money.
Do not do any business w / nomorerack unless you're ok with getting junk that doesn't work & no refund / exchange.
Nomorerack is a scam & a ripoff. Period.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Referral, customer service, lies

I signed up for nomorerack and never purchased anything due to complaints Id read. I noticed a commercial on tv and decided to check the site out again. I saw that the site was trusted by Google and also was referred by several tv shows.
I decided to refer 2 of my friends in order to get there advertised referall credit. Give $10.00 and Get $10.00. My first friends credit was declined when she tried to check out. My second friends credit never was sent. Customer Service sent me on a 2 day runaround. First wanting to see the screen shot of the referral. Then saying that the referral was fake and I had made up fake emails in order to try and scam them out of the referral money. My one friend decided she wanted some dresses and because there is a time limit on each item she decided to pay and use the referral money later. I explained that they could easily confirm that the referrals were real people with different addresses and different bank accounts. Especially the friend who had already made a purchase. The Customer Service department would send replies that didn't resolve anything. I spent 2 days talking back and forth until I decided it was the biggest scam ever. Adverting to get you to sign up and such a hassle that most give up. I went to there face book page and posted a chat transcript and there policys to show the public that what they were saying in there chat was completly different then what was said in there policy's. The face book staff kept taking my posts down and sending me messages telling me that face book was for good posts. They told me to take my complaints to the website. One thing I did notice in there policy's was they had to right to refuse the referral bonuses at the discretion. Which means they more then likely find a reason to decline all of them.
One of my referrals really wanted some cardigans advertised for $30 for 3. She asked her son to have me refer him and get the $10 off for a mothers day present. I referred him and he signed up through my email and never received the referral bonus. When he contacted Customer Service they told him he needed to finish registering his account. He thought he had finished. I went to help him and he had done everything right. He contacted them again and they tried to tell him that he hadn't signed up through a referral and wasn't getting it. We basically had given up at this point realizing that no matter what you did that they were not honoring there referral program. A few days later my friend received an email with a $10 off of 30 coupon. We should have know it was not going to work. Not only did the $10 off coupon not work they also advertise free shipping for your first purchase with them. Well that wasn't being honored either. I am writing them one more time in his defense and telling them about my complaint online. I am sure that I won't get anywhere. Hopefully someone sees this before they go through the headache I did.

Never received the product I was charged for. I emailed and called for several days. eventually I gave up because it was only $17.00 and I feel like my time is worth more than that. The thing that makes me mad is that I ordered a cute ring for my neices bday and it never arrived.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Misleading faqs and poor customer service

I searched for a long online and finally found a garment which was at nomorerack.com. I ordered it Sunday 4/20. As of today 4/24, there is no shipping information related to my order. Their FAQ page says allow 10 -14 days for shipping. To me that means it should arrive in 14 days +- ! I contacted customer service several times to get a status and they script their reply is please allow 2 - 3 weeks for processing. That isn't stated anywhere on the site. Also, they tell me to allow 7 days for the item to be packaged and shipped, and that is why there is no shipping information on my account order history page.. They also repeat customer service 101 nonsense : If there is anything further I can do to assist you please let me know. At Nomorerack customer satisfaction is our main goal. yet they won't do anything. Awful customer service, awful fulfillment of the order. I will not order from them again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE ORDERS FROM THEM EITHER. They will disappoint you. Lastly, they offered free low cost shipping, yet if I had the choice, i would pay extra so I can get it expedited. By the way, they don't escalate either.

I placed an order back in Dec.of 2013 and order was sent to wrong address, and item was returned, I submitted e-mail on-line .They didnt even have the courtesy to contact me about order, I never received a credit to my account.I never had this problem with other companies. Thank-you.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Returns refused

I purchased a couch throw. When I got it I should have just sent it back. I figured I would give it a chance. It was stiff and kept sliding off the couch. I washed it and it laid down but continued to slide off the couch. I contacted Nomorerack and they said they could not issue a return since I had used it and sent me a list of items that made it nonreturnable. There customer service sucks and I will never order anything else from them. I hope people willl think twice because if it doesn't work, you don't like it or any other reason, you are STUCK with it. They are rip offs.

Calling them rip offs is a bit extreme isn't it? There are a lot of stores that have lists of non returnable items, this couldn't have been the first time you've encountered the concept but if it is i'm guessing they don't refund the item because of bed bugs. Im not saying you have bed bugs but the store can't determine that so its easier to just put it on their non refundable list.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Counterfeit monster headphones!

I ordered Monster Ncredible Ntune headphone in December and the broke in March. I went to the Monster website to find out warranty info and when entered the serial number it a me up fake. I contacted Nomorerack.com and they said they had a strict policy on counterfeit products and would immediately refund our money and fire the vendor. Well it's been 4 weeks and about 40 emails of run around non sense. They will never refund your money or replace the item. They keep coming back with, well this is the vendor that we purchased them from Firemall LLC, so now contact Monster for the warranty. Nope! They're not authorized either. Next Digit Pavilion electronics. Same thing. The fact is the serial number is bad. Do not buy products from this website.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Poor customer service

I ordered 2 covers for my ipad air a few weeks ago. After not receiving a shipping email after about 2 weeks I checked the website to find out that they had the wrong address for delivery. Not only had the address been changed to an address I lived at more then 2 years ago in another state for the shipping it was also changed for the billing. When I finally contacted someone (which only throughout live chat on the computer) I was told that there was nothing they could do as far as the address even though the item hadn't shipped yet. I was told to contact the shipper once it is in route. Once I contacted the shipper they told me they could not change the address but would cancel the order and send it back to the shipper and I would receive a credit for it. Well a few days later I went online and seen where the package was delivered to the address that I specifically said I did not live at. The order was never cancelled on anyone's part and I was basically out $30. When I contacted nomorerack again they sent me a generic email about how I can just return the item if I wasn't happy. I will NEVER order anything from them again. I have never experienced such poor customer service, they are very unprofessional.

I orderd a pair sandles two weeks ago, and just three days ago they said they shipped it on saturday and when i looked out side my apartment it was not there . So i called them on tuesday 0n the 19 of august and i saw it went to the wrong address where i use ti live at and i have not lived there for over a year now and they know that i and been ordering stuff fro them for over a month now and called them and said you send the wrong item to the wrong address and they can't send me another pair and we can't refund your money. And i was piss of at them . I will not orderd from again. they just lost a good customer. That's sad.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Credit card # stolen

Ordered products from NoMoreRack.com. Tablets only worked for 6 hours, boots fell apart a week of wearing them. You can not get a hold of a live person. Emails are generic. The worst thing ever is...my credit card that i used was hacked and it was used all over the world, California, Iowa, New York and Australia (so far). I have never had my card #'s stolen from me until I used NoMoreRack.com and I have proof. Wells Fargo has the best Fraud department and they have found proof that my info was stolen from NoMoreRack's database. So i urge anyone who reads this not to buy anything from this website! There is nothing good about this site. It has been an ongoing headache trying to get my refunds and to reach anyone live. They are no trying to tell me that they didn't receive one of the tablets that I returned (it was the very 1st one I sent back). PLEASE PLEASE dont use this site! Sincerely VERY UPSET CUSTOMER

I agree with your assessment about nomorerack.! I made an online purchase in December 2013 through a website called nomorerack.com and guess what? I found out that their system was either hacked or someone from inside took my credit card credentials and tried to make purchase of $1, 300, $2, 090, $7.72 and tried to spend a night in an Inn called Temple inn located somewhere in Arizona.
I did an online chat with someone at nomorerack and advise them of what happened and they apologized and generally as I suspected the agent was going around in circles with me so I generally went back to ground zero. Nothing will be done. So needless to say I have to cancel my credit card wait for a new one and hope and restart again. This is horrible and their chat is not worth a penny. I wish someone was on a live phone call. this is what happens with companies like this you get what you pay for. I definitely better warn my family and friends about this escapade.
So I figured you guys can pass this around and be careful with utilizing nomorerack as this company could be the culprit of this dilemma.

This company will not send me my tracking #, I made my order nov.27. I have tried to get ahold of them and they send me useless e-mails. The last one was this morning asking me to scan my id ! Si I called visa and told them what is going on and they have reversed the charges.. Here is a copy of what they sent me

My name is Anisha Duke and No More Rack is unprofessional and very rude to customers. In December my children's grandmother purchased 5 tablets for my kids, ranging from ages 13 to 8. No more Rack guaranteed that if you ordered by a certain date it would reach the house buy Christmas. This is not true, we received the tablets on the Friday after Christmas. By the new year 3 out of 5 tablets just froze. I tried to contact No More Rack the day after New Year's, only to hear an automated system saying due to high call volume they were not answering the phone to submit everything by email. So, I submitted my claim by email. It took No More Rack 2 to 3 days to respond back giving me the run around through email, I repeatedly asked through emails for them to contact me through telephone and not email, of course I did not get a phone call, just emails back and forth. By the time they found my order between all the back and forth emails, they informed me I was out of the warranty so they could not do anything. Also, I was contacted from buy safe by the rudest customer service agent ever. Mrs. India continued to speak over me telling me they would not help me it is out of warranty regardless of when I received the tablets. Also I asked to speak to a supervisor and to my surprise Mrs. India asked me for what? She stated she handles all the calls and they would not help me and her supervisor is out then hung up on me. I have worked in customer service for the past 6 years as a customer service manager, No More Rack and Buy Safe are very unprofessional and I pray this business does not last long. Maybe to someone else its not a big deal, but I'am a single mother of 5 and I don't have time to throw away, nor the money to throw away on tablets that are trash. It has not even been two weeks and now we are stuck with 3 tablets that does not work and 3 very heart broken children. NO MORE RACK NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. Thanks Anisha Duke.

I placed an order today for 1 pair of $19.99 Dawgs. Entered my credit card info and never received a confirmation. Tried to send a customer service complaint but it wouldn't go through.

This company is terrible! I now have to watch my account closely to make sure I'm not charged.

I do know this is a complaint forum and I sincerely feel sorry for all of those who had a bad experience with No More Rack. Several months back I read this complaint forum and was nervous about purchasing from NMR. They had something I wanted at a very reasonable price so I gave it a shot. If I don't get the product I won't be out a lot of money. I am so happy I did! My first order came quickly, just as described with no problems. Since that time I have ordered too many things to even count! I have a beautiful (and authentic) pair of Coach sunglasses, curtains for my living room, cell phone cases, dresses for me, leggings for my daughter, super hero wall clings for my sons bedroom, tank tops, bracelets and much more. I don't think I would order anything expensive such as a tablet or laptop from ANY website because if something does go wrong, I want to talk to someone face to face and wouldn't want the hassle of sending it back and waiting for a new one or a refund. Also, I recommend looking at the material of purses, shoes, boots, wallets, etc. If it's "man made", PU leather or imitation anything, stay away! Buy cheap and you will buy often. Stick with real leather and suede. You will get years of use out of it and it won't look cheap. Buy smart, know what things are a good deal and where to be wary. And remember: if the price is too good to be true, it's probably a piece if junk.

I placed an order and received a notice that the order did not go through. I placed a second order and with some changes to the first order. I paid through Pay Pal. When I checked the next day, both orders had been charged. I called No More Rack to cancel the order and they said it was already being shipped. I asked about refund and they said to return the items. As each item was received I marked them to return to sender since some items were duplicates. I lodged a complaint with Pay Pal and they said since the items were sent, they could not help me. I contacted No More Rack and asked for a refund. They said they would give me in store credit. I do not want in store credit since I do not trust them so I have lost all my money. I have copies of the emails and communication. I someone could help with this problem, I would appreciate it. The amount of money is almost $400.00.

I have never purchased online before and made my 1st purchase in July 2017. But unfortunately while reviewing my September credit card statement I noticed that someone gain access in their company gained my credit card information and decided to make fraudulent purchases totaling over $1000.00.

If this what Online purchasing is all about then NO THANKS. I will never purchase anything Online again. I informed them to closeout my account and reported the incident to my credit card company as well.

I ordered Australian bots, 2 pair, on Deceber 6, 2017. Guaranteed to be here by Christmas. It is Decemer 22, 12. My package has been delivered to Apopka Florida...I live I Cottonwood California. I have no Phone number or address to find my Christmas gifts. This is the first and last time I buy anything to be delivered from a company you cannot reach! Don't buy from this company. If anything goes wrong you cannot reach customer service.

I bought a tablet from then for a present. Gave it to my husband it worked for a few days and now does not. They will not exchange or honor anything because it has been over 30 days even though I did not give it to him until last week. Would not buy from them ever again.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Bad business

I purchase a pair of boots for my daughter in early December as a Christmas gift and when she tried them on she found a hole where the boots were stitched. The next day I requested and RMA# so I could just exchange them but no reply. I email again 4 days later and I then received a reply stating that I was past my 14 day return policy which I explained that these were a gift and I purchased them early to allow for shipping to be received by Christmas and after emailing back and forth with 2 different people their response was... "as per our policy we cannot accommodate your return request"... Common sense would tell you to be more flexible around Christmas since people do buy gifts early and some even buy them 14 days before Christmas. Bad business and I will not do any more business with them. STAY AWAY!

I had similar problem with 4 pair of boots I purchased for Christmas presents. The were too small. I called Customer No Service to request the RMA# and never received it. They claimed they sent it and couldn't send it again but to call my local post office. I work for the post office and know that they don't provide RMA's the merchant does.

To make a long story short, they finally told me it was past the 14 days, however if I return them on my own and put the RMA# on them, they'll issue me a credit for the return and credit my shipping.

I was a dummy. I did and guess what? It's now April and I still haven't received credit for the 4 boots I returned and they kept my merchandise.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They have the POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever seen.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Not receiving product I bought

I bought several items from No More rack on 11/29/13. There were no issues receiving and tracking several items. It did take a little long to get. Well, my items shipped at different times. One such order was a watch and my tablet. I received and e-mail from them saying it had shipped and received one tracking number. I tracked it and was excited to see it was being delivered. I got home and there was a small plastic padded bag in my mailbox. I opened it and it was my watch. NO TABLET. I waited a couple days nothing. Finally I tried calling their customer service line. told me to email, so I have emailed them twice with no response even though they claim to respond in 24 hours. I guess I am just going to be out for this tablet after seeing so many complaints. I have never had an issue with them. I ordered a tablet for my husband last April no problems. I really think they just did not ship it and took my money. I do not live in an area that someone would steal it. I had a laptop delivered and no one bothered it. I am so mad. This company does not strive for customer satisfaction at all.

I ordered a set of sheets from No More Rack. Com., & received them with no problem, so ordered a 2nd, then 3rd order of the same sheets, all on my credit card. I never received my 2nd or 3rd order, and got excuses from Customer Service. I was also not able to find a mailing address for this company which makes me question their ethics!
