There really isn't enough space to include everything that went wrong. I have a case that is still open and I am waiting for Whitney to call me back, but time is definitely of the essence here. I made an appointment, one week later and after many tries to get an update, I had to go to the dealership to get an update, many excuses and a discussion from Keith on how customer focused he is...(not), the car was still not serviced. Weeks went by and a few visits back to the dealership to no avail, I called corporate. By the time the case was activated, I received a message that the car was ready, paid $500 for diagnostics and an auxiliary battery, drove for a week and then...at 3:00am this morning, the battery light came on, message displaced that the car was cutting off and the rest is history. It will not charge, will not start, had to be towed and there it sits. My daughter works from 5pm-3am. being stranded waiting for a tow truck on a vehicle that is still under warranty and just been in the shop for a month is not what we expect when paying for your product! Unacceptable, poor and perhaps deliberately horrible customer service no matter how you slice it. No loaner car was provided for the month. I work opposite hours and have had no sleep for a month due to this car situation and the complete lack of urgency and skill to repair what should've been easy. No return phone calls during the jeep's stay at the dealership. Only to be told that he had other customers. Well, I am a customer and understand that I am not the only one, but I am one nevertheless. I at the very least deserve the service that comes with the purchase of your product. This is inexcusable and deserves some attention immediately. I will not return the car to this dealership in hopes that you have one that understands the importance of customer care. I am requesting that someone call me immediately, escalate this issue, provide a loaner car or pay for a rental and repair the car correctly/quickly so that we all can rest well knowing that your product transports my daughter from point A to point B without breaking down. Can that be done? I am livid and will contact an attorney if not responded to within 24 hours. Clock is ticking. Your product is a lemon or your service is. Your inadequacy is costing me time and money. Prove me wrong.
Claimed loss: Loss time at work. Loss sleep - invaluable. Loss money - car not fixed as stated by the so called experts.
