At the circle k store and Shell gas station on Bayfront Parkway in Pensacola,FL the clerk who worked last night's (Fri,Aug 5,2022- Sat,Aug 6,2022) overnight shift ..has repeatedly been rude,rasict ,and disrespectfully to me for absolutely no reason whatsoever.Im certain it's personal although I have no idea why.I have been purchasing items from this store for over thirty ...years...I've NEVER been treated this way..He is a new employee as well which truly baffles me.I don't understand what kind of power trip some of your employees seem to struggle with ,but they have no authority to act and speak to people the way they do.. He's militant and apparently just doesn't like white folks..I don't appreciate it.Especially after cc onsidering the amount of money I've spent in that one location since 1992..When I asked him what the issue was he responded by informing me I'm no longer allowed there..He does not have the authority to do that..and I'll be inquiring as to the owner and operator as to what his problem is

Customer service, not accepting coupons
So, the ONLY reason I purchase cigarettes at Circle K, is because the cigarettes I smoke, have e-coupons that are accepted at all Circle K locations. You have to go on the app, it lists the stores that accept the e-coupons, and today was no different. I arrived at 6055 Cochrum in Olive Branch, MS store 2709808 at 11:43am, and as soon as the cashier sees the coupon on my phone she says “we don’t do coupons from the phone”, never bother to try it or anything. I said well, I use them here (and other locations) on a regular basis and have never had a problem. She turns and asks her manager, and again without even looking she affirmed the same, we don’t take phone coupons. What bothered me more than anything was just the piss poor customer service in general, not even TRYING the coupon, then having to ask for a bag for my other 2 items and the receipt. It makes no sense that a receipt is not offered when it’s printed off and throw in a stack beside the register. Not sure why you’re keeping receipts that are for the customer. I just want the management and employees to be educated on what they can and can’t do. Cause now I’m going to drive 3 miles away to the other circle k location, where they don’t even ask a single question before scanning the barcode. I am a little irritated because with the e-coupons, and having to select a specific location, you only have 5 minutes before the barcode expires. So besides the inconvenience of having to drive somewhere else, I’ve now lost a $3 coupon because of someone’s lack of even caring to TRY to do their job.
Desired outcome: Educated employees, managers and just better customer service. Training!!
Vanilla prepaid visa card
I bought a $500 Vanilla Prepaid Visa Card on July 27/2022 and when I went to use it the card had been used in the UK. I live in a small community in Ontario Canada and am nowhere near the UK. How is that possible. I took the card right out of the plastic cover it came in. Please if you could resolve this as soon as possible I live on a small pension and cannot afford to lose that money.

Racial injustice
It was about 4am on July 26th 2022 . My name is Manuel Michael Bryan and I am writing in regards to an encounter I had at this circle k at the south west intersection of 83rd Ave and Indianschool Rd. I walk my wife up there at this time actually a little before so she can catch a ride with a fellow employee while our car is being repaired at a shop.. Well just a couple days before that Mt wife and I had gone in on July 24th 2022 about 3:45 am and I got a cup of coffee and the lady that was working that morning was a very nice African American woman who wanted us to save money and pointed out that circle k had the sip and save deal . So my wife paid for the sip and save discount where a customer can pay $6.50 so they can come in and get one drink every day for a month. We thought this was great . So anyways yesterday July 25th the circle k was closed do to a shooting outside of the store . So I could get my coffee now two days in a row and now I feel so uncomfortable to go to this store but it's in my neighborhood and my wife and I have lived a block away for five years now. Well thus morning I walked my wife up there she got in her ride to work and I went to get a cupcof coffee that is July 26th 2022 about 4am . Well the doors are locked and I went to see if the lady working would be nice enough to maybe let me get a cup of coffee as soon as possible . Well I asked her through the glass if I could get a cup of coffee and she scrunched up her face and said I'm closed . I said ok to myself I'll wait a minute . So I waited outside for almost thirty minutes and this other customer pulls up park's his truck at the pump and of course at this point I'm just wanting my cup of coffee to wake up to the man who parked his truck was a older Hispanic man and I'm a white man and this man goes up to the window and the lady walks over who is also Hispanic working the store at this time and she walks over and opens the door immediately to this other gentlemen but I was of no importance . I feel like this lady is absolutely rude and racist and I believe she should be fired . She ended up calling the police on me telling them she asked me to leave the store and told me I couldn't come in . This lady needs to be reprimanded.
Desired outcome: I ask that the employment of this employee for circle k no longer be employed by circle k.
Steam purchase gift card $50.00 each ($100.00 total)
I was going to purchase 3 of these Steam Gift cards and was only able to only purchase 2 of them as the your representative was having issues loading them and was getting error messages he told me that the system was down in which was fine by me that was not the issue. I went into my car to send the numbers that I had scratched off to my kids so that they can use them. They had told me that they were not good and were used I immediately went back into the store to notify the representative and told me that he cant refund me the money or exchange as they were final sale. This was not proper reply as I just purchased them no more than 10 min or less as I was parked outside the store. I was advised to come in the morning at 9am to speak to the store manager and the representative sent a copy of the cards to the store manger via phone took pictures and also of myself to verify who I was. Rajini the manager stated that she would be in the morning at 9am. So I agreed to this and said I would be in the morning to discuss. I came in the morning just after 9 am she wasn't there and the representative called the Manager Rajini and said she had called STEAM and said the cards were used and cant do nothing about it. I asked for the number of Steam and the manager Rajini used said that give me the number which is this one [protected] which is you merchant number? I should not be given this # as this is only for store user only... the representative on the line told me to contact STEAM only via email that is the only way to contact if you would have issues. So your Manager Rajini lied in checking this transaction as she never did.
My point in this are 2 things that the system that loads these cards failed on Saturday evening as the representative tried multiple times to load these cards and were not done correctly as you can see on your camera.
Secondly I was lied to by your manager and this is the worse thing you can do to a customer she told the representative that she investigated and she clearly did not.
Desired outcome: I want my money back as this was clearly an error on the stores part the cards were defective .Secondly a customer should never be lied to especially by your Manager Rajini Luciano Di Lena [protected]
I was overcharged on my recent purchase.
ON 7/18/2022 I brought a 1 liter. Cherry Cola and A 40 oz King Cobra Beer and this happened 4:20 pm at the 7815 N. University Store location and she charged me @5.99. The soda pop cause 99 cents with taxes 1.09 and the King Cobre Beer cost 2.99 with taxes which leaves a total of $3.98 cents but she charged me $5.98 and I am owed a total of $2.00 and no she did not give me a receipt. Isn't this a violation of your company procedures. Ripped off
A Cashier working around 4pm on Saturday July 16th said his name is Edward? The Location on Guadalupe and Rural. I handed him a dollar in quarters and 10 cents to pay for my drink. Then handed him $4 in ones, $2 in quarters and a half dollar coins. I asked to put on pump 3. When I go to fill up my tank I noticed that he only put $4 worth. I was nearly on empty when I pulled up that location just trying get home. I was embarrassed to even go back inside to inform the cashier that the amount was wrong. When I came in there was another cashier that I did not catch his name. I informed the guy the person that was just here did not put the correct amount on pump 3 as I requested. He told me to wait until he comes back. Edward walked back out and I went up to him to inform him he shorted me $2.50. He argued with me saying I only handed him $4. Then pulls out the half dollar I had handed to him earlier and The tells me he will give me $1 back. I stormed out furious how that played out to point where I ended up crying out of frustration. I had to Waited a few minutes to calm myself down and went back inside and asked for my change back. He began to tell me that I was lying. I was trying to inform him I know what I handed him at least give me my change back. He started to walk away continue saying i was lying. That’s when the other cashier stepped up and told me he will take care of me. He ended up putting more than the $2.50 i requested. I will not be going back to this location after this experience. I do hope that Edward learns from this experience. Taking customers money is not okay. Hopefully appropriate actions will be taken.
Desired outcome: Manager on-site stated he will take care of me and put more than the amount owed.
Clerk error
Yesterday I visited the Circle K at 9931 Watson Rd, Crestwood, MO to get my bi-weekly Lotto tickets. I ask for 3 plays or $3.00 on one ticket for the MO lotto. The clerk, in error, rang 3 individual $1.00 tickets which is not what I asked for. While he admitted that to the manager on duty, she stated I was still getting my same plays and they couldn't void those. She asked if I wanted those tickets and I said no, that was not what I requested and left the store.
Why should I pay for their error? Why could they not have rung another ticket with the correct request?
I left the store without my ticket and went up the street where I will start getting my gas and tickets.
Very, very poor customer service.
Desired outcome: The new clerk that rang the tickets clearly did not have proper training.
Parking
I regularly go to Circle K on Washington ave. in Evansville In. recently they started construction work on the Mcdonalds that occupies the same building.
They take up all the parking in the front and the worker inside circle k told me that they were told to use the other lot closer to the highway and they do for a couple days but then they go back to parking wherever they want. They are very rude to customers and to circle k employees.
Desired outcome: Make them park in back or park closest to highway 41 and stick to it. They act like children having to be told over and over again

Customer approached me a regular and told me my manager made him feel very uncomfortable and disgusted says my manger between 1 and 3 am on his shift told him put that up he stated put what up he told him put his 👋 excuse me.. Gas station
Two days ago I attempted to buy gas at this location. I started outside placing my card into the machine. After the machine read that the receipt that I needed would be unavailable. I stopped the transaction of getting the gas outside the store. I went inside instead. When I get inside to pay for my gas. My cash app card is declining for insufficient funds. When I looked in my cash app history the gas station pump had already too my 53 dollars and change. The workers could not help me because they said it has nothing to do with them. I never was able to get gas. And I am still waiting on my cash to be returned from my card.
Desired outcome: I would like my cash refunded as soon as possible.
I stopped for gas in Dublin Ga at store #4508 on 7/22/22. I paid at the pump with my visa debit card and pumped $12.06. My card was charged $24.06. I though at first it was a hold/pending charge but the final charge to my card is $24.06. I was overcharged $12.00. How do I get a refund?

I bought a bag of these chips and was not very happy with the taste. It was very bland, to be honest. There was a small spice kick at the end, but overall the flavor was lacking. I had a few of my coworkers try them and the consensus was the same as what I thought. I am an extreme lover of all chips. I buy chips from Circle K gas stations multiple times a week. I'm disappointed that these chips didn't meet the standard that I am used to with your product.
Easy pay/cash card
I live in Gulfport MS, and all the Circle K stations are not honoring the Easy Pay Card. Not the cashiers or people that work there, the gas pumps themselves. If I pay inside with an Easy Pay or outside at the pump, the result is the same, you automatically get charged the CC price. I drove to six Circle K stations in my city and neighboring cities. Every single station is doing the same thing. This is outright fraud, as every single station is advertising the EASY Pay price and others. You pull in, put your Easy Pay card in the pump, select the grade and start pumping thinking you're paying less. It's a scam! Class action suit here guys! Pissed! Yeah, over a tank of gas, 20 twenty gallons, you lose about $5 of savings, but it's the point. You guys are lying and scamming us!

8 hr shift no lunch or breaks
So I have been working here for almost a year and I get 8 hr shifts with no break or lunches my boss said we are not even allowed to sit down for a few minutes I need to know if this is how circle K company works do we not we any lunches or breaks? I work 4 days a week graveyard shifts 11pm to 7am 8 hrs no breaks or lunches is this normal or the circle K company or is it my store that is being this way I just need answers I used to work at walmart they provided 2 15 min breaks 1 before lunch and 1 after lunch and then of course either a 30 min or an hour lunch am I able to atleast get a 30 min lunch
