Ever science I filled a complaint about harassment against a fellow employee
I have been retaliated against by store manager and area market manager.
I have had to work several days by my self because the area market manager would send our manager to other stores to help out. We are given no lunch breaks have to stand on flat hard rubber mats all shift cant go to bath room I litter had crapped in my pants one day because were so busy I couldn't tell customers to go out side so I could lock the door and use the restroom.
I repeatedly complained about being left alone.
Many morning I had to do EOD.. Have to check truck in and wait on customers at sometime. I was put on administrative leave because a raised my voice to the market manager
I have not heard anything back from them weather I was terminated or what.
I am thinking about contacting an attorney and seeing about my rights

I walked into the store at Circle K on South Broadway and to get a soda it slipped out of my hand by mistake and fell on the floor a lady came up to me who was a manager named Pam yelled at me and screamed at me and told me to get out of her store because I dropped the soda and made a mess it was an accident it slipped out of my hand other customers was in there also this happened on May 23rd 2016 approximate noontime I would never go back to that store again she made me cry she made me so upset that I did not know what to do I was also embarrassed she made me feel low she made me feel down I would never go back again Circle K will never be in my store I will go somewhere else from now on like QuikTrip or any other places but never Circle K you lost this customer forever
credit card transaction cashier and untruthful $4.99 deducted from credit card without permission
I was trying to make a purchase for $7.91 and credit card machine went through and said approved the lady at the counter told me that it did not go through credit card statement shows the transaction went through for $4.99 customer behind me in line paid cash for my products or items to deliver to be purchased I was told my transaction did not go through by the teller but credit card transaction on credit card statement shows transaction went through for $4.99 customer behind me paid for my items with cash but I was still charged for $4.99 I would like a refund please

No one should go to the circle K on Val vista and Elliot and deal with the old woman with the eyebrow piercing, I went to get an iced coffee and like 2 drops came out because they ran out, so I went to the fountain soda part and she was like your gonna have to pay for that. And I was like ummm okay? So I went up with a drink and an empty cup and she rang me up for it and the drink and I said by the way your out of coffee. And she said which one, and I should of said go figure it out yourself and do your job and I said the mocha one she was like k. And I left the cup their and she held out the receipt and I said you can keep that too. Just lost yourselves a lot of good business. She also kicked out three kids that looked like they just got out of school and were very hot and she said you guys need to leave now! I would get rid of her soon or I will make sure this store never gets business again. I know a lot of people that will not return here and I know a lot of people that have problems with her as well.

i just want corporate offices to be aware of how their management is running this store, the management team that evidently has been there for years, are the rudest, most uncaring, unproffessional people I have ever met.when I was hired in not only did the management complete ALL my required testing, which really confused me, but told me I would be working full-time.While I worked here, any customer complaint I had was against the management.I know to this day they are still doing employees nessacary online testing themselves.I hope you know what a shady and totally unproffessinal establishment your company is running with store # 3200 in Middlesboro, ky.i love Circle K, AND I ONLY WISH CIRCUSTANCES HAD BEEN DIFFERNT.they made me feel very cheap and dirty

I recently went into a circle k store number 1101 in st. Augustine florida. I was approached by the manager who raised his boys got into my personal space and was threatening regarding the amount of condiments my friend and I taking after purchasing food. He explained that we were not allowed to take these condiments and basically embarrassed me in front of several people in the store. I explained to him that we did purchase food and was not aware that there was a limit on the amount of salt or pepper that we could have. I also explained to him that he could have approached me in a more civil manner without being threatening yelling at me are getting in my personal space causing me to feel intimidated. This manager's name was george and I believe that he should not be in the customer service field since he seems to be very unhappy with his job. That is no way to handle a situation when it comes to customers especially when it comes to condiments that they are allowed to receive after buying food from your store. There is no sign stating the amount you can take or that you can not have any at all. I have been at the store for many many years when it was a kangaroo and now it's a circle k store and if this is the treatment that I was receiving the future then I will not be going to the store again

I spend a great deal of money in the circlek at preston hwy and durret lane. I am there at least once daily and purchased all of my gas, drinks, cigarettes, and snacks at this store because it is extremely convenient.
My purse was stolen tonight in an unrelated incedent where my vehicle was broken into, therefore I had no credit/debit card and it was too late to withdrawl cash at the bank. I had plenty of change so I went to buy cigarettes with $4 in quarters and .15 in nickels. Sonya was the customer service rep that waited on me. She asked if I was only using coins and I said yes, all quarters. I was very nice and polite. She then refused to take the money for the product and stated that they did not have a coin counter amd she wasn't going to count a bunch of change. She then made a comment about a birth mark that I have on my neck, calling me a s**t to have marks on my neck.
She embarassed me and insulted me infront of a store full of guests. She refused to allow me to spend money and made me feel attacked fof circumstances beyond my control. I was a daily customer and spent a lot of money there and now I will travel out of my way to make purchases elsewhere. I have never been treated so poorly for absolutely no reason.

I'm not really sure how to go about filing a complaint. But I went into your circle k store in karnes city texas and picked up a tray of fish at 9:20pm on 4/1/2016 and also a few other items. I live right around the corner from the store. When I arrived home I started to eat my food and when I tried to bite into the fish there was no meat in it because it had been overcooked. I'm sure it was put back in the grease to reheat it. So I called the store to let them know that I would be back there once I got done tending to my father who is handicap. The lady on the phone was rude. I came back to the store and the woman that had waited on me was rushing to her car to leave the store. So I went ahead and took the fish inside anyway. A lady named kristina was there and had a really bad attitude and proceeded to wait on the other customers while I stood there with the fish. Finally I let her know that im the one who called and she rolled her eyes and asked for the receipt. I told her that I was never given one. So she says well uh... Let me see if I can find it. She pulls it up and says well you brought that over 40 minutes ago! I look at the receipt and told her that the receipt said 30 minutes ago and I only live around the corner which I drove home, ate the other things that I purchased and then returned to the store. I wasn't complaining about the fish being cold. I said it was not edible so the time that had past was irrelevant. She says was no one even there to cook anymore. I said okay well then i'll need my money back because this fish is dried out and overcooked because it was refried to heat it up. She reluctantly gave me my money back with and attitude. Didn't apologize or even make eye contact! Then walked off without saying anything after she gave it to me. It was only $5 but its just the point! I go in this store i'm sure twice a day and have been going to this store since I was a kid before it was even circle k and have never been treated this way! Something must be done! She needs some customer service training!

I had a horrible experience with your circle k located on silver springs Blvd near the Wal-Mart in silver springs. I can get a store number if needed. I went to purchase a redbull for $4.89. I took the label that said the price. They tried to charge me $5.33 when I told them the price was wrong...they told me it didn't matter what was displayed I was getting it for what rang up. When i told them they have to honor it...she said well the sign can be taken down. I'm the manager and I can't even change the price. Today is March 23 and this occurred approximately at 7pm. I was so embarrassed at how she spoke to me in front of other customers I will NEVER be back.

As of the new year, Circle K raised their price of NEW fountain drinks in the Arizona region from $0.79 to $0.89. No issue. That is normal to increase pricing due to inflated economy and value of an american dollar dropping. What Circle K neglects to educate their customers and employees is the refills stayed the same: Refills up to 24oz $0.69, refills up to 44oz $0.79 and refills up to 52oz $0.89.
I have been fighting with each employee since this price change and am finally complaining and sending this information to the department of weights and measures. Their fountains still show the refill pricing and the employees still try and argue. Shady business ethics to not inform their employees to essentially steal $0.10 per refill if not more depending on the size. If circle K sold 500, 000 "refills" that equates to being $50, 000 stolen from their customers!
I have the same argument at a few of the stores in my area as well. Even when I point out on the sign they have affixed to the fountains which gives the refill prices, they still will not charge me the correct price. I have gone so far as to pour out the soda when they won't charge me the price stated. There's a waste for them right there - instead of charging me the correct price, they have essentially lost whatever the company pays for the soda I just poured out. They are not doing their company any favors by overcharging for refills. Nor are they encouraging me to continue to patronize them

On february 10, 2016 I went to the circle k location at 8110 u s 64 in bartlett, tn to fill up my truck. A woman pulled in behind me and started pumping her gas while she was on her cell phone. I didn't say anything to her and went to the counter to talk to someone. I asked the girl behind the counter if they do anything about people using their cell phones while they pump gas. She said she had heard something about the cell phones putting out a spark or something. Then a woman named demetreus curtis who I guess was the manager came from the back and said "oh, that ain't gonna do nut'in." I said "well, if it isn't going to do anything, why are there warnings posted on the pumps about the use of cell phones?" she said "well, call the police! And while you're at it go ahead and report the other 10, 000 people that do it!"
I couldn't believe her response, so I left and went somewhere else to fill up. This was one of the worst customer service experiences i've ever had and i'll never go to this location again.
gas price difference from posted to pump/ dirty store spoiled drinks
I pumped gas this morning at the circle k in cudahy, the posted sign has it @ 2.49 but when i pumped the price @ the pump said i paid it at 2.59. This is the second time i report an issue with this store and the clerk says she gives the manager/owner the message and they never call me back. I previously reported price difference and previously reported gnats/fruit flies, this morning i was also going to purchase sweet tea and it was full of gnats, i reported this issue again to the clerk. This gas station has commited several different types of fraud. About 6 months ago my husband pumped here with his debit card and he was charged an extra $100.00 when i called the guy i spoke to said it was not his store doing this that it was my husbands bank, i called the bank and they denied this issue being them they tried conference calling the store and the guy did not answer the call, the clerk kept saying that he was not available anymore. In the end our bank credit us the $100.00.
NYou should call your local Department of weights and measures. that is a hefty fine up to and possibly including shutting down the location.

On the morning of january 15, 2016 I stopped to get gas at the circle k on secor rd in toledo, ohio near the michigan border. The pump clicked off, I looked at the wrong number (Not the dollars but the gallons) but did not realize that I was looking at the wrong number. Therefore I thought that there was something wrong with the pump, I would have apologized for my attitude if brigit with mary (Her manager) hadn't leaned over the counter and say, "we were right and you were wrong". Having been in management for about 20 years I was shocked that the manager believed that this was appropriate behavior. At a minimum my employee would have been written up, reprimanded, I certainly would not have smirked at the customer and say nothing at all. What a disappointment that customer service has come to this.

Dec 2015 one of my co-workers talk to me very rude and disrespectful my store is in between store manager when I finally had the chance to speak to her she tells me my co-worker is under a lot of stress.i know people go through thing but that does not give anyone the right to talk to you in any kind of way. I did not feel she handled it correctly she on more personal than business. It is a lot of favoritism shown you should check that out I work here for 6 months trained most of the staff and came in when people called off. No one deserve the disrespect.

I fell in their parking lot at store 7554 on 850 County Line Road, they don't want to pay the claim for medical bills. . They refuse to give me a copy of the video or accident report which was requested several times. Their manager Phil is a bloody liar and has no integrity. The accident happen September 17, 2015 at 11:56am, I have a lotto ticket I bought that same day and time. I have been going back and forward about this just want a copy of the video for that day and time 11:56 to 12:00. Below is the area that I fell and the manager said their were no cracks and these pictures were taken of that area. I went to Circle K 7554 store 850 County Line Road Lakeland, FL on my lunch break to play my lotto because it is five minutes away from my job and I don’t like being late, because points are taken off, on my way to my car I tripped and fell in the parking lot right on my face I was so embarrassed I looked around quickly got up went to my car and back to work so that I wouldn’t be late. When I got in my car I saw blood my mouth started bleeding when I got to work I didn’t think it was so bad and my manager took me to our Human Recourses and I explained what happen and he advised to go back and circle k and let them know what happen and then go to the emergency room because the cut looks very deep in my lip, My manager took me back we spoke with the manager Phil he gave the address to circle k and said give it to the emergency room.My manager took pictures of the area while we were there, I asked for a accident report several times Circle K refuse to give me one, there were all kind of excuses it prints to corporate, the manager did not take any pictures or anything. When their insurance travelers contacted me about what happen, I sent pictures of my busted mouth, the parking lot area where I fell, they denied saying the manager says that is not the area I fell. I said he is a bald faced liar, how would he remember when he didn’t take any pictures at that time, all you have to do is pull the video from that date and time since I still had my lotto ticket I knew the exact time to look at. Circle K refused to do that I requested the video several times and they also refused to give me a copy. I am writing so that everyone will know how the manager Phil is a bloody liar, their insurance Traveler’s did not investigate by going taking pictures of the area, they took the manager’s word of course he would say that he doesn’t want to pay out a claim, so store if you fall at Circle K 7554 store 850 County Line Rd Lakeland, Fla stay on the ground don’t move and get an accident report before you leave. Take pictures of you on the ground. There are cracks in the pavement all over that side where I fell. Even a blind man can see them. Neither Circle K manager Phil or Traveler’s insurance has any integrity. All I want is my medical bills paid because I fell on their property I got stitches in my lip outside and inside. I go in every weekend and after work and seem to be lucky enough to catch the donut guy delivering fresh donuts. I asked the clerk tonight if he'd been in yet, he said no, not for another hour. So reluctantly I by 3, one day old donuts knowing they've probably been fondled, and are not fresh. I leave the store and the delivery guy pulls in with a fresh batch. I go back in and ask the clerk if I could trade the 3 donuts out for fresh ones. He refuses with a nasty attitude and enjoys telling me that now he gets to throw all the old ones away. I threw my bag on the counter, asked his name and said I'd speak to the owner/mgr. He tells me his names alex and I leave to get in my car. He runs out after me out telling me that I shouldn't threaten peoples jobs and flips me off. Ok, so I lost out on the fresh donuts, but in the name of good customer service, I think he could have let me trade them for fresh ones since the batch of ones I bought from were going directly to the trash. I did ask nice, then asked if he would get in trouble for doing that and he said no. They lost a good customer as Ive shop there a lot in the past. The other staff members are super!
