I love my Clark sandals. I've worn them especially when when traveling and they are exceptionally comfortable. They look brand new from the top. However, the rubber soles have cracked and are coming apart and are no longer wearable. I would request either a repair or a replacement.

shoes are separating sole from upper. had them in shoe rack over winter wore them to church and they literally fell apart, The shoes are a size 5 and as you may know they are hard to come by, is it possible to receive a replacement pair or a gift card to use for replacement pair. I have several pair of clarks and really like them was sad to see this pair discentagrate.

I wore a new pair of Clarks for about 2 hours and the leather tops completely separated from the sole. I bought them at a end of the season last year and do not remember where. Clarks are very comfortable and too expensive to fall apart after 2 hours. I have worn Clarks for 20 years and have been never before had a problem with them. I've worn pairs to do yard work after they no longer look nice to wear to work or church.

I have always been fan of Clark shoes for many years. I am the owner of several pairs of Clarks and have never experienced a problem until Monday, December 4, 2017. The sole completely disintegrated at work as I was walking to my desk. Luckily I had another paid of shoes in my car. As you can tell in the below pics the shoes have not been worn that much. Good day! I love Clarks shoes/boots and so does my granddaughter. I ordered two pairs of boots from the website clarksshoesoutletusa.com on 11/05/17. Through this site you must process payment thru Paypal which was completed on 11/06/17. I have received notification from PayPal that payment was processed, and have also received my Visa Statement which also shows that payment had been made to zqs.store on 11/06/17. I have sent to date 5 emails requesting a response. No response received. Order # [protected]. Checking my order on their website still indicates that the order is "unsettled", obviously a problem on their end. My correspondence with this company has included the receipt from PayPal indicating that payment was made to zqs.store. Again, no response has been received by this website. I have always been fan of Clark shoes for many years. I am the owner of several pairs of Clarks and have never experienced a problem until Friday November 3rd, 2017 at work. The right slide felt different but I had first thought I had not worn since first of 2017.
About 10 am, I looked down and the sole stitching had pulled away almost causing me to fall.
If you still have the receipt, I would recommend taking them back to the store of purchase to see if they could assist you with a replacement. Unfortunately there may not be much they can do however since it has been so long.

I am a big fan of Clark shoes, I have thrown several pair away because they come apart from the sole, just got 4 pair out of my closet and the same thing has happened to them. I put them on and walk and then they come apart, I paid good money for all of them. Three pair of winter shoes and one pair of sandals . I am so disappointed in Clark right now that I don't have faith in the brand. I also have a pair of Ecco sandals that the same thing happened to, and they cost more than the Clarks, what is happening to the quality of shoes we used to buy.

The sole of my shoes disintegrated while I was walking to a very important meeting. The incident happened on 28AUG17.This is the second time that it happens. I am a great fan of your products and have more than 7 pairs of Clark shoes, but this is the 2nd time that this happens to me. The first time I didn't complaint, but now I want my shoes to be replaced with a new pair same or alike. I contacted customer service 4 times already and have not receive a response. Finally I sent my shoes to the nearest store located 1100 South Hayes Street, The Fashion Mall in Arlington, Virginia.

I have bought over ten pair of Clark shoes every pair had the heals and soles simply disintegrate and crumble. My last and final pair fell apart today. I was so embaressed I had worm these less than ten times hardly broke in I am so confused how can they continue to produce and sell such shoddy merchandise? Clearly the shoes are not cheap. The wearability is great. However, as much as I pay for these shoes just to have them fall apart is not worth it.

I was a huge fan of Clarks shoes, i am no longer. I am a chemical engineer working for a large chemical company and am on my feet much of the day.
My last two pairs of Clarks literally disintegrated while i was wearing them in my lab. Funny thing is, my departments on going testing and development of various qualities and quantities of styrene butadiene rubber lead me to believe that Clarks have made a grave decision to use sub-par material in the making of their shoe soles. Their decision to do so may save them money on the forefront but they will soon discover it will be to the company's detriment.
Anyway, i will no longer purchase Clarks and i will discourage my friends and colleagues from purchasing them as well.
Clarks, please consider refunding the $76.83 i spent on your product, for the last time, just 5months ago.

I am so dissapointed about these shoes that belonged to my mother . I found these while going through her personal items and they were beautiful. They were brand new, maybe worn once. And I chose to to keep them to wear in her memory. I wore them and realized that soles on both shoes were splitting, I tried desperately to repair but the soles are unrepairable. I and my mother have always been a fan of Clarks but no longer after this.. I will keep the shoes only in memory of my mother. Clark shoes are not cheap and should last a lifetime, and your company should look into the materials that you at using.. As of now, no longer will I purchase Clark shoes for me or family..
shoes soles fell apart
7/2017 I have my son in laws shoes here and the rubber on the bottom is all sticky and chunks are falling apart. The uppers are in excellent condition 36582 but the soles can not be repaired. I think that for the price that is paid for them they should last forever but I know that is just not possible. But I have never seen or heard of anything like this. I would like a full refund I do not want another pair nor do I want these repaired. Both my daughter & her husband wear Clark's shoes and none of her shoes have ever done this. Thank You Laura Alaimo

I have or had a pair of Black Nubuck Chance in a size 8M. The number is 79490. I wear them to church on Sunday and they fell apart. The sole came apart in little pieces and the sewing around the shoe broke and the shoe fell apart. I left with only pieces of shoes. I would like a coupon for a new pair. hi I purchased a pair of clarks leather shoes, and within a single day of wearing, the inner sole lining falls apart! Photos as attached.
The quality is really unacceptable and I am very surprised since I am a regular of clarks shoes and never have had any problems with the quality before. Please address this as I am deeply disappointed, given that the pair of shoes cost SGD$100+

Visited Keighley, West Yorkshire, store on 2 May 2017 to purchase a pair of shoes, asked the assistant about paying by cash and that I just needed to nip out to cash point, she went on to say to me cant you pay by card, I found myself explaining myself to her, when I turned and said I do not need to explain my finances to you. Most of the cash points were down that day, so I eventually found one and went back to the shop to find the shutter half down and assumed they were closing, I went on in to another shop, when your assistant rudely followed me and humiliated me in front of staff and customers in that shop, saying I was rude to her and that she had waited for me to return to the shop to get the shoes.
I reported this incident by telephone to your customer services, I was given a reference 002119758A and was told they would contact the Manager of the said store and the area manager and that they would get back to me.. I was contacted on 3 May by the same person to say she had spoke to the manager and that they would be dealing with the complaint internally, I asked about feedback and she said they didn't pass on my details and it would be dealt with internally, and indication that my complaint was not going to be followed up, I telephoned you customer services again on the 4 May and spoke with Ian, I asked about feedback and was told it was a mark against the store so it had been recorded, he went on to say if I wanted the shoes he would ring the said store to see if they still had them, and would I call in the shop and pick them up pay for them, whilst the manager is there on Saturday or Monday when the said assistant is not in the store, I was then told not to say anything to the Manager about the altercation as she would not know anything, another indication that nothing was to be done about my complaint, did he really think I was going to go in the said store pick up the shoes and pay for them after I had been insulted and humiliated by your store assistant, I would find it hard to ever go in that shop again. When making my complaint I asked if they wanted the name of the shop that I was followed in to and that the assistant there could vouch for what had been said by your member of staff, the reply was point blank, they don't need to know, yet another indication that my complaint was not going to be followed up, no apology, no nothing..I will be writing further to the ombudsmen, should I not get a satisfactory out come ...

Further to the information already given, I passed the said store today, I was told the said assistant would be spoken to by the manager regarding the altercation this weekend as she would not be in store until then, the assistant was there today...I was previously told not to speak with the manager as she would know nothing about it, then why had the complaints dept told me that the manager would be speaking to her, , I personaly think I am b eing told anything that suits them...at the time I contact them..
Quality of product
My story is exactly as everyone elses. I wore the shoes just once - within 20 yards of walking, both soles literally disintegrated.
A company that initially had a wonderful product is completely loosing its base, and will continue to fail for lack of taking care of the issue.
All the bad word-of-mouth will close this once good company down, and rightfully so! Clarks should be ashamed, as there is NO WAY they don't know this about their product, and still continue to sell to an unsuspecting public!

very bad quality shoes
I have always brought my shoes from Clarks as they have a good reputation for good quality and long-life footwear.
However I am extremely disappointed with my latest pair of slip on shoes that I brought for £60 as the binding holding the leather to the sole has completely come apart.
I brought this pair of shoes to were to occasions such as party's or weddings.
I am very disappointed in your service and would like to bring this to your attention and hope you can resolve this matter.

I recently bought a pair of Clark slip- on shoes, I paid $49.99 plus tax. The whole soles came apart from the top of the shoes and cracked open. As I was walking, the soles started to break and cracked open, the tops came apart from the soles. I started to fall. I have never had that problem with any other Clark shoes I have purchased, but I am afraid to consider buying any more Clark shoes I am afraid of the hazardous position I could face. I have taken pictures to show you how they came apart. As you may can see from the photos they were worn very little. I only wore them 2-3 times.
The store would not make them good. I was told that was a factory issue, I would have to contact the Clark company. I hate to lose the money I put into these shoes as I am on a fixed income drawing only a little over $1000.00 per month.

Hello I have heard such great things about clarks shoes, so for Christmas I asked for a pair for work because I have to wear black dress shoes. I wore them only at work and only inside and after 1 month the whole side broke open on them. They were perfect not tight I don't understand what happened and why for the price they didn't last. I was shopping with a friend, and I noticed something strange and uncomfortable in the way I was walking. I looked at the bottom of my one shoe and noticed the heel was badly disintegrated. I then noticed the sole on the other shoe was starting to crack(see photos). This was only the second time I had worn these shoes. I love Clarks but would think twice about buying them now.

I got a gift last month from one of my aunts i.e. a pair of Clarks shoes which are waterproof (as shown in attachment). I was very excited when I saw them since I have always known that the shoes of this brand are comfortable, durable and trust-worthy. However, I have been disheartened with my experience by wearing it only a couple of times. I am writing today to share my harassing experience and to see if my issue could be resolved so that I could start wearing shoes again.
After I got this pair of shoes, I decided to wear them for a day to see if they were comfortable. For the first day due to excitation I wore it for a full day and it seemed to be fine but with just slight itching at the back of the right foot. I ignored that and thought it could be due to thicker socks. Next day I again wore those shoes to work. Surprisingly it became challenging to walk all day with those shoes on due to repeated small pain at the back of my right foot. I took my shoes off at work so that I could concentrate on my work. However, when I went back home and after taking off my socks I found that my area above the ankle of right foot was completely red and swollen. I was in a shock! That night I had to keep my ankle covered with cotton to be able to sleep. The next day I tried wearing a different pair of shoes as I did not want to completely injure my foot. Sadly, it still pained alot since the injury was already there due to wearing Clarks shoes for 2 days. On the weekend, I had to wear slippers all the time so that the pain could be reduced which would allow me to walk comfortably. This Monday I again tried to wear Clark shoes to work and started facing the same issue. I strongly believe that there is some manufacturing defect in this shoe which is causing an injury to my foot whenever I wear it.
I am writing to request you to kindly look into this matter ASAP and take necessary measures to resolve this complaint at the earliest possibly with a replacement of the shoe.
I hope my concerns would be considered and appropriate action would be taken regarding the complaint and harassment being faced.
