My elderly disabled vet brother's 20 year phone year service was shut off. Several attempts to reach clear rate has been ignored. He's alone on a mountain, we've just gotten over a foot of snow and needs his phone. I've tried email, calls, leaving call back numbers and no word. Been about 6 weeks.
His phone was his lifeline.. Please help me help him...
Claimed loss: 6 weeks of service
Desired outcome: To turn his phone back on

In my opinion, I think you should contact Clear Rate through various channels. Getting in touch via social media platforms such as Twitter or Facebook can at times elicit an almost instant response from companies. If it seems warranted, consider contacting your state’s Public Utilities Commission or the FCC, as this may be a breach of service requirements. If it is absolutely necessary, going to the nearest Clear Rate retail store or office could enable you to talk with someone face to face.
