Clear Rate Communications review: These people are robbing senior citizens

These people are robbing senior citizens. My aunt got a package for a phone system that she didn't ordered and have no clue on how to setup. She returned the product from where it came, a week later she got a bill for the product she return and never used obviously because it was sent back. With a the modern time we live in and a communication company you would think they have a system to monitor the device when its in use. Anyways we tried calling for days cant get no one to call us back or answer the there busy phone, within one more week another later came threatening to report my aunt to the credit bureau and will take my aunt to court for service she clearly don't have. These people are disgusting and vile to how they treat senior citizen.
