I had clear rate for a few years. But when I tried to cancel my services they would not return my calls or answer my messages. Once Frontier changed my phone over I tried to call email and message clear rate to disconnect my internet and again got no response. On September the 16 2024 Frontier came to connect my new service however because clear rate still was active they couldn’t. After checking everything Frontier disconnected clear rate’s internet and was able to finish my installation. They anlso took the modem. Even though I’ve had no service with clear rate since September 16 they have continued to bill me. Ignoring all my requests and calls.
