The coca cola company located in Msayleh Road, Zahrani South Lebanon is causing so much Pollution to our neighborhood by throwing all of their wastes and garbage near their doors which is bothering the neighbors (since the coca cola company is located in a neighborhood). We have tried talking to them asking them to stop, but they weren't responsive and they keep throwing their trash everywhere. I am contacting the main company and writing my complaint hoping to find a solution for our neighborhood and to make them stop throwing and burning the bottles and trash near our neighborhood, and causing environmental damage to the neighborhood. I have attached few pictures to illustrate my point. hope to receive an answer soon and a solution. Thank you

Today I purchased a 3 liter diet coke at walmart. The cap had not been sealed properly and 3/4 of the bottle leaked out. In doing so it soaked some other merchandise I had purchased and caused a mess in the car. I bought the diet coke at a walmart store in Elgin, texas. I noticed that several of the diet cokes there were leaking but I found two that I thought were properly sealed. Apparently they were not.

I bought two bottles of 1.25l Coca-Cola.I just opened one and is smells funny and the taste so bad like there is no gas at all or kind of a dr.pepper.im from Kosovo and it seems this one if from Kosovo.I want to let you know that this is terrible.I do not know how they are making this drink but somebody from your Comp should check on them. Some cheap brands from Kosovo have a better taste of coca cola that this one.Barcode:[protected]

We hosted a horse show event, called the Canadian Cowboy Challenge on May 20th and 21st, 2019, where we had a concession. My husband bought about 10 flats of canned Coca Colas to sell. After the show, when we were cleaning up, we noticed that a lot of the cans were empty or nearly empty, even tho they were unopened.
We were very disappointed and angry, as you are a large company, yet have such poor quality control.

Yes, disappointed and angry but not surprised! I had a previous experience of this very thing, last year, on December 28th, 2018. On that day we were hosting a family holiday party, when my orange flavored Coca Cola was entirely empty, unopened.

This time it wasn't one can, but 9 cans! I am agast, being ripped off like that. No there is no hole in them, as they were still in package contained.

At this point a simple refund is not enough. You need to really pay for your error, to reckon with this!

I would like to have 1% of the company, to compensate. My daughter is a lawyer, and this time not just a poo poo small amount. As of yet, I haven't even revived anything, agreed to from last year!

I do have photos of the empty cans available for you to see or you many send out a representative in the area to see them, as well.

I hope this can be resolved.

I purchase 6 packs of Coke and Sprite at Shoppers drug mart on mohawk rd in Hamilton. Every week I purchase 3 pkgs of each coke and Sprite. All summer long we have been noticing that at least 2 of the 6 bottles are flat upon opening. This has just happened only this summer, but it is every single week and every single case we buy. Im wondering if you possibly could have just had a bad batch somewhere along the line. I have been purchasing these products for about 10 years at least weekly and never have had a problem before, then, i found another flat pop today and finally decided to write you and let you know. Approx 11am 9/14/19 I am disabled . I asked for help lifting Coke 6 pks from the shelf to my cart. The young man stocking shelves replied "No, I work for Coke". I would think since he is representing your company that he would help me with a smile. I mean, I was purchasing your product after all. I visited today a restaurant (Chicks Inn) located at saddar bazar lahore cantt zarrar shaheed road saddar. they served expired cold drink coca cola regular bottle with expirey july 2018 printed on bottle and when i asked they said it provided by coke and put blame on you even they said coca cola company take and send back bottles after refill but why printed expiry on that bottle with different and bitter taste.

I am waiting for your kind and prompt responce other wise option is available for me to go internationaly. Same complaint i haved submitted to punjab food authority

The last 3-4 six packs of regular & diet cokes my family has bought 1 or more of the bottles have been flat tasting. Can't take back to the store since 1 or more bottles have been opened. So I'm left to just throw away the remaining flat bottles. I always make sure what I buy is in date. The last pack I bought expiration date was for Oct. 2019. Never had this problem before with coke.

We bought a brand new mini fridge to take with us vacation. When we got at our destiny and wanted to get something to drink, grabbing a coke from the fridge we noticed this black stuff on our hands. When we opened the fridge again, we see that not only is it on every can but all over the inside of our new fridge. I immediately went to clean the fridge by removing all of the cans but it wouldnt come off easily. So I litterally had to scub this stuff off w a magic eraser. It still left small marks. I put paper towels down to help protect the fridge but when we arrived home, I found the fridge again destoyed by this residue. The pictures will show you the gross stuff that came off of these cans. Not only did it leave marks in the fridge again, what we saw was disgusting to think we were drinking this product. I tried to include pics of the bar code and the info printed on the carton so you could possibly research this and correct it. We feel we should be reimbursed for product and damage to the fridge.

I'm not sure if there is really a point to this, because your website indicates there are 568 complaints and only 3 have been resolved. At any rate, I purchased a 2-liter from Walmart. I paid no attention to the bottle or contents. Just grabbed it and went. When I got home, I noticed it was not a full bottle and the seal was not broken. I did return to Walmart the next day, but it was a inconvenience. Just like writing this complaint, that will go no where, but it helps to get it off my chest. I think I am switching back to Pepsi.

It's not the first time I taste a difference in one of you coca cola products (I usually buy coca cola zero in aluminium can or plastic bottle). It seems to me that the expiry date of your product is longer than what it should be. Today (07/09/2019) in Amsterdam I bought a zero coke 500ml bottle with a best before date of 17/10/2019 (L 17R 10:53 Wy I, other identifier SKU [protected], origin, : Warszawa). The taste is still as coke, with some bubbles but the taste is really off making ot undrinkable. I have worked as a Process Engineer in a consumer goods conpany before, and would just like to suggest to your quality team to make the expiry date shorter. I have left some cola in the bottle and I can send it over to you if needed. Thank you in advance for looking into this, I like your product and want to trust I get quality taste when I buy it.

Hello, after trying several times unsuccessfully to contact the
local company manager here in Albuquerque, NM whom has failed to return our
phone calls I'm not sure where to turn next; hopefully someone there can
help. I live on a rural street with a mom and pop convenience store on the
corner. On Wednesday morning 04/03/2019 about 0800 a delivery driver in a
Coca Cola truck was slowing to make his turn into the parking lot of the
convenience store (Called the Morning Star Grocery in Tijeras, NM) as I was
coming to the stop sign at the end of the road. I came to a complete stop
and glanced at my phone as I was on my way to work and wondered how I was
doing on time. The driver had pulled partially off on the shoulder of the
narrow 2 lane highway and stopped, blocking the traffic in the south bound
lane and completely blocking the view of the highway from the stop sign. I
glanced up at the driver and nodded assuming he was waiting for me to move
out of his way so he could make the tight turn into the road as he hadn't
moved for several seconds and there was no way he could make the turn with
my vehicle there. As part of the south bound lane remained blocked and as I
was unable to see around the large delivery vehicle I slowly pulled out
from the stop sign and began my left turn into the North bound lane just as
another driver came around the front of the Semi and we collided, denting
the bed of the other driver's work truck and completely destroying the
front end of my daily commuter, a 2004 Toyota Prius. Talking with the
insurance company they initially determined I was not at fault as the other
driver was South bound in the North Bound lane. The other driver of course
claimed he had not crossed into the North bound lane and as my vehicle had
the most damage, the insurance company ultimately ruled in favor of the
other driver. No one from either insurance company came to look at the
scene of the accident and the police report was completely un-helpful as
the policeman who had stopped hadn't witnessed the incident itself. The
driver of your delivery truck being the best witness and a major
contributor to the accident, was and has continued to be unavailable for
statement. In the meantime I am out a vehicle and not sure of where to
turn. I am the sole income for my family and it is vital for us to have
reliable transportation. We are on a tight budget and a new or even
acceptable used car is not something I can easily come by. If there is
anything that can be done or if you need any further information from me
please let me know. I hope this can be resolved. Thank you so much for your

Here is a picture of the vehicle
parked in the same location but further off the shoulder. You can see the
driver's license number on the front and the size of the tractor trailer.
You can also see the way the oncoming traffic is blocked from view. It has cost me the loss of a $3000.00 vehicle the replacement cost of a $2000.00 vehicle including registration and insurance costs and aproximately $1000.00 in lost work time to attempt to recover from this avoidable situation. If there is any information available as to how I might recover some of this cost it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There was dirt "inside" the bottle of your coca cola product and it was almost emptied! Yuck! How do you go about this issue? This issue happened today in Dayhagon Elementary School, Dayhagon, Medellin, Cebu. This is not the experience we expect from long time customers. We are not even sure if that dirt will poison us or worse. It was not something appealing nor healthy, that's for sure! Someone almost drunk all of it! We need your immediate response to this matter. I am a business owner who had a meeting with one of the senior level managers. Up on my arrival I saw the person sitting on her cell phone having some type of fight with her husband. While waiting I was so uncomfortable hearing her that I step away . At the end of my meeting I did manage to ask what her name was she stated Brenda deleon.

I have always thought CC to be the best company:however; I'll not be a customer of CC with this type of unprofessional employees

I purchased a Coke from Dunkin Doughnuts on August 31, 2019. This was a standard 16 oz plastic Coke bottle. I distinctly remember hearing the safety seal "crack" as I opened the bottle. Since I was driving, I wasn't really paying attention to the Coke bottle, and I took 2 drinks and set it down in my cupholder of my car after placing the cap back on. I stopped at a light, and removed the cap to take another drink, when I noticed there was something floating in my bottle (please see attached photo). Yes, although I thought they were mice, I was later informed they are two rat pups (babies).
After puking violently, I sought out a doctor that told me there wasn't much they could do for testing, but to get myself to a hospital if I experienced any headaches, nausea, or general ill feeling.
With that being said, I am a 53 year old male, that has intentionally avoided the "spot light" for my entire life, and I have proudly made my reputation as a good honest person. I am NOT looking for fame, and I am not looking for any type of compensation. What I am looking for is answers. After thinking about this for a day here are the only possibilities I could come up with

1) Coke has a serious issue in one or more of their bottling facilities
2) Coke has a very disgruntled employee that did this intentionally
3) Or the scariest thought, that someone has the ability to open a bottle with a safety seal, add any type of contaminants they choose, and have the ability to reseal the bottle with a new safety seal.

I am willing to send whatever information is required to track down this problem. I have the bottle, with it's occupants frozen in my freezer (inside a Ziploc bag). I would like to know what facility it was manufactured at, and the manufacturing date. I would request acknowledgement of this complaint and the information requested above.
