My partner purchased a 500ml bottle of coke from the local shop a few days ago it says on the bottle its BB is 30 Apr 17. After drinking a small amount of it he became poorly with being sick and constantly running to the toilet -as he got a metal sort of taste in his mouth. We still have this bottle of cola and we am highly disappointed in this as we drink coke often and this has how put us off drinking it.

I am Mohlatleo monyemangene(28)year old male. today I bought a 1.25l Schweppes and poured one glass and drank, on my second glass I was shocked to see algae or whatever it is floating in the glass immediately I checked in the bottle I noticed more and more of algae though the best before date seems fine 12september 17, when I took it back to the shop the owner didn't want to exchange it because it was already opened. My name is Cinthia Melucci, my second lastname is Gonzalez. I am a marketing analyst.
I saw your commercial about the latino comunity, and i felt kind of descriminated, left out.
I know, is not the company intentions, to create such a feeling in consumers/ clients. But i think, not even 1 company realize, that there is a whole different side of the latino people.
What i mean with that is, in South America, (i am from Uruguay), many of our native people were killed, so many of us, have lastnames from Europe (people who conquered the territory, mostly italian, spanish and portuguese). As you can see, my 1st and 2nd lastnames are Italian and Spanish, but i am a Latina, right?
What bothers me is that no one seems to care in do a little research, or try to integrate our south american culture into the picture of latino.
(Wich i think is a huge insight for your marketing department)
This is actually the 1st time i write a comment/ complaint, to express what i feel about it, and i am doing it, because this company is huge, and usually makes greats commercials. But i think is time to stop generalizing our latino culture, just because the majority of people living in US are from Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, etc.
This is one of the reason is hard for us, to actually feel conected to the word Latino, because, nothing of our culture, of our way to live is shown or mentioned, in commercials like this.

Can of coke leaked all over the inside of my cupboard. No signs of any openings or damage to can ! It was a mess! I called the phone number on the can expecting at least an apology but the women was rude and combatant! She said I should have read the expiration date on the box of coke before I bought it and I should have read the numbers on the bottom of the can because my defective can was out-of-date. I explained that it was purchased from either winn-dixie, destin or public, destin or sam's club, fort walton beach—all reputable major stores. I explained I had no idea that there was even expiration dates on soda and that I did not know that we consumers are required to investigate those dates before purchasing or else coca-cola is not responsible. She even said that their can manufacturer only warranties cans for 1 year. How in heavens name was I suppose to know all this? It's a can of soda, not a new car—how much of a detective are we suppose to be before we grab a can of coke? I explained that I could not see any damages or holes but that the botton of the can rim is dark and spotted. The numbers on the can are very hard to read sep1216mbo 31118wv1. When I called I was disconnected as I asked to speak with a supervisor. I want my money back and apology for the mess they made to my cupboard.
I am a grandmother who has bought coke for my whole life—this is bad customers service! This is the 2nd time I have had problem with coke—maybe they should check out their distributors in this area, are they selling bad stock? I have been a Diet Coke customer for since 1969. Tab was my first taste of diet and I enjoyed it. I have switched to Diet Coke with no problem. I have drank 2 to 4 a day since then. I am retired now on a fixed income and most stores make u. By 4 or 5 12packs to get a deal I can afford. In the last year or so I have had to throw away Diet Coke away because it has gone bad. This week &. And we're bad. What is the shelf life and why so short. This diet I found bad. Was dated October. Can you be so kind to answer, I would appreciate any help u could give me.

There is 1 liter glass of sprite unopened that contains a cockroach inside. This is from Cambiohan Lapu-Lapu city with a neck code of 15DEC17F21917BS. We have not opened the bottle yet then its already have something inside. It was noticed that when a customer buy the sprite, he just returned it in our store because there is something unusual in the bottle and when we see it it is really a [censor] roach or something.

I went to my local Morrisons today and purchased 4x8pack of Coca Cola they were 2 packs for a £5 I thought bargain so grabbed another 2

As I've opened the last pack to put in my fridge I could smell sick I thought it could of been something in my fridge but it wasn't as I checked the cans at the inside of the bottom of the packaging was all dry sick ! I called the store and made them aware, they've offered me a free case of coke in this Circumstance this isn't good enough this have happened while they have been packaged it's absolutely disgusting and have put me off Coca Cola !

I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago about a refund and I haven't heard anything else back and the money has not been refunded to my account. I am very angry because for one the lady I spoke with was very rude and she didn't ask for much information from me. I have been waiting on my refund for going on 3 weeks. It may only be 4$ but every penny counts. If possible I would really love to be refunded my money. Thanks

I am a lifelong Coca-Cola drinker but I am going to switch my drink selection because of you dropping your sugar content. You would think that you would have learned from switching recipe from new Coca-Cola back in the 80s. If people want to lower sugar content living by Diet Coke. You have ruined your recipe yet again by changing your recipe. Back in the 80's you switched to the new Coca-Cola recipe and your profit margins fell and I predict the same will happen by changing your recipe again.

Bought coke from Costco put it in a cooler and when I went to check the cooler to get a soda the cooler bottom was full of coke. It appeared five cans had leaked into the cooler this is not the first time this has happened to me. Are you guys making the cans thinner ? please fix this problem

I purchased a can of diet coke from my local shop last week. I put the can into the freezer for chilling as I always have done with any cans of coke I have purchased from you. To my utter shock, I was awoken in the middle of the night by an almighty bang coming from inside my flat. I immediately jumped up and instructed my other half to go and investigate as I was too scared! Upon thorough investigation, he noticed that the freezer door was wide open. The can of diet coke had exploded, actually forcing the freezer door open! Coke had gone all over the contents of my whole freezer, of which some I had to throw away (as coke had seeped into packaging)!
I was very disappointed in having to throw good food away and clear up such a mess in my freezer! I have attached a picture to show the extent of the mess that was caused. I'm not very happy at all that his has happened as I have always put cans in the freezer before now and have never had a problem. It also does not state on you're cans not to put them in the freezer, therefore I would like some sort of compensation or apology at least as I have now Not slept properly for days because of the explosion and will definitely not be purchasing any other canned drinks from you in the meantime.

I have grew up all my life drinking diet coke and for the past 2 months straight your coke has been down right awful . I have purchased it from many different stores around and everywhere has the same problem. I have actually taken 3 cases back because it tastes so fast but it isn't expired or anything. Just tonight I was drinking a diet coke and it wasn't great but I finished it anyway and there was little particles in the bottom of it. I am going to switch companies and maybe switch to drinking Pepsi if the problem isn't solved. Thanks for listening to my concerns

I bought a coca cola from a vendor machine downstairs at tata consulting service, 5201 great america pkwy, santa clara, ca 95054.
I found some thing strange in my month, at the first several drinks.
The picture is attached. It is with a straight oval shape but sharp at one end.
It was lucky I didn't swallow it.
Desirable resolution is not acceptable for a refund, return or repair.
I have been a fan of coca cola for 20 years.

Purchased 4 cases of coke 1 liter last december 29, 2016 from maasin, iloilo, philippines. Found out that their is something inside in one of the 1 liter bottle. I opened a can of soda, and took a nice swallow, and felt something in my mouth. I pulled it out and it resembles rat droppings I really hope this is not the case.
Cherry Coca-Cola is my favorite drink .I drink at least 7 to 8 cans a day. I took pictures. I know Coca-Cola is a very well-known product and I've never had any issues in the past that's why this really surprises me. I really hope you guys can resolve this matter, I do know that rat urine can be toxic I Can Only Imagine that the feces from a rat could be just as toxic! I would appreciate some kind of feedback on this this should definitely not be overlooked

To start with it is pure Stupid that the Coke Rewards expire within 90 days of purchase. When you buy cases on sale, you can't drink all of the cokes in 90 days and why would there be an expiration date anyway. If the Customer bought the products then there should not be an expiration date.

Also, the codes on the inside of the 12 packs are very lightly printed and they fade. Another thing is, it is difficult to figure out some of the letters such as is it a v or an u etc. I don't think that they really want you to be able to redeem the codes. They just want you to buy more product and as far as I am concern, they can take their rewards and cram them where the sun don't shine. I have bought my last coke product.

I love a good fountain diet coke. I treat myself just once a day to a 32 ounce cup. It has tasted like regular coke or maybe coke zero and I don't care for either one of those products. It's just not the flavor I'm craving. At first, I thought it was just at my usual convenience store, Mini Mart on 7th Street in Ogden, Utah. I took one back and they refilled it while I watched them refill into a fresh cup, it still didn't taste right. They said they'd had several customers say the same thing I said. Today, I went to a McDonald's on the other side of Ogden. Again, it tasted like regular coke or come zero. Again, I had it refilled. Still tasted wrong.
I've been a Diet Coke drinker since 1997 when I was diagnosed with diabetes. So, I know what it tasted like, and I've always had to be very careful not to drink an entire 32 ounce cup of regular coke.
I've never complained before, I do enjoy Diet Coke. Have you changed the recipe?

The vending machine at the vancouver airport (ylw) at gate d52 (and probably at other gates) is extremely annoying.

It repeats the same loud sound effects every 30 seconds. this would be ok in a high traffic area, but it blares noise at people waiting at the gate. after about 6 repeats, it was like nails on chalkboard and we had to mov to another gate. i'm normally good at tolerating repetitive sounds too.

It makes me want to never buy coke products, and i'm a frequent buyer.

I opened a new can of coca cola life, comes in a green container made with real sugar cane sugar. It tasted like soap. At first I thought maybe the top of the container had come into contact with soap but when I took another sip, the taste was actually in the drink itself. On december 9th on the Interstate 30 frontage road in Benton arkansas a van driver was driving dangerously. The driver changed lanes without signaling, or regard to the distance between his vehicle and ours. We barely able to avoid a collision by running onto the shoulder of the road. The license plate number for the van is B291261, van number 07M645631. There can't be any reason why a driver for your company woukd need to run another vehicle off the road just to pull into a gas station.
