I am writing this email to complain about rude attitude and big embaressement happened to me by staff member her name is Jayde register001 while I am shopping at coles branch the entrance 2261 at the front register while paying for my shopping.

After getting my weekly shopping and went to the till to pay she was standing over their serving customer infront of me so I started to put my groceries and items on the belt and I grabbed the divider between my items and the infront customer items . then this voucher of wininng a car was next to the divider I picked it up showing to jayde with a friendly smile
to jayde as after I buy my groceries I staple the receipt to it ((I always buy on weekly bases around $ 230 from coles this time I bought groceries for $ 238.48)). then she gave me strange face and said infront of other customers "second time when you want this winning competition voucher you should ask me first" and she was saying that rudly even if this to be done she shouldn't deal with me in this abrupt attitude she should deal with customer in politely and talk to customer in a friendly way . I am pharmacy director and never treat any of my customers this way . many situations happen like this will never ever treat our customer this way . She gave me sensation that I am stealing or so . I have been very offended by her attitude and need official apology or I will take it further and lodge complaint against your company to consumer affairs NSW.

your product carries Australian Certified Organic cert number 10645, yet the packing states "packed in Australia using teas from around the world ", there for this is not a genuine Australian product and can not carry an Australian certificate of organic's . this is misleading and false packaging . I suggest that this product be with drawn from sale, this complaint will also be sent to the Australian consumer commissioner for review and be brought to attention of relevant media !

I write this letter to complain your staff's lies and rude attitude in cole, which is located at figtree, wollongong.
Today, I want to purchase some items in figtree coles. One tally clerk, who is a shorty boy, asked me why do you come to Coles everyday. I was confused why your tally clerk asked me this issue. Is it the real quality of your staff? If coles have many guys like him, all customers will choose your neighbour-Woolwealth. The customer service in woolwealth will never appear like this guy. It is very rude to ask customers why do you come to coles everyday. It means coles expel customers. Another staff-named Rebecca is also working at coles in figtree, wollonong. When I buy some items on the storage rack, she prohibited me to buy. She told me she is manager, and she makes rule. Are these two stuff representing coles staff' quality? I wil not purchase items at coles in figtree, wollongong again.
I suggest coles should dismiss Rebecca and this guy. Otherwise, you will lose more and more customers. More and more customers will choose woolwealth.
I will look forward to the results, and tell the result to other customers.

I'm sorry. I'm a stupid, pimple faced little boy who likes to make fun of everyone every chance I have because my mother and father liked having sex with me. I was at Kincumber today at around 5.15pm. The register operator's name was Deb, outstanding customer service. This lady was wonderful and the level of care when packing our groceries is fabulous. We look for Deb every time now, keep it up coles this service sets you apart from other stores. It's a pleasure to have witnessed such a high level of customer service it's something you don't see everyday.

South Penrith - Saturday 20-05, I took in 10 items of Natvia 300grams to the Customer Service desk and spoke with one of your staff, she helped to the best of her ability - the on duty manager provided no help or assistance direct to me and only minimal to the staff member and she had 'I couldnt care less attitude', she told the staff member who was helping me that nothing could be done until I personally approached the onduty manager who was doing her own shopping mind you? I dont understand why, telling me "I'll come down when Im done", (dont wear your name badge and uniform unless working) Eventually she came down to the customer service desk, yes I had no reciept though I had 3 transactions of $150+ over a period of 9 days (via my netbank saver), we do the bulk of our shopping at Coles, we are a family of 6 - I even showed the Coles website which says that a reciept doesnt need to be presented, "Coles trusts our customers", the onduty manager said thats changed, she than changed her statement saying that it only applies to Coles products - Coles website states its only not honoured for tobacco products. It was very disappointing, my wife and children waited in the car for 45mins, thinking it would only take 5 mins, later on I returned with the electronic reciept I was sent via flybys, I had rang them, got a copy and was given a full refund, of course no apology, the whole experiene was as if I was on trial for being a liar and thief. I had another manager eventually ring me later on and apologise and offered a lousy $20 voucher, pathetic - with the amount we spend each week, the disclaimer on your website re trusting customers, having loyal customers run around making calls to track down receipts- especially on a Saturday, you really need to keep staff and website up to date with your return policies etc - prices might be down, but along with that is customer service, if management conduct themselves in that way with that attitude of untrusting etc Id hate to work there or buy there again for that matter.

collection of large metal rubbish contains at very early hours 2/3am every second morning.
The collection of waste BIG meal bins at the rear of Coles Coburg North Village on the corner of Gaffney and Sussex street . The rear Coles in (Meriom)street (short dead end st) off Sussex street, as a resident and a local customer of Coburg North Coles shopping Village. My place of residence in Sussex street, I live right opposite this dead end street ( Merion st) the rear of Coles with my three young children. Now we can live with the non stop of delivery trucks 24/7 day n nite, but the collection of the large metal waste bins we cannot. For I am complaining along with my elderly neighbors next to me. Now enough is enough as our daytime routine of life is being effected, especially my young childrens sleep and there emotional aspect in general not to mention the effect it is having on then on there schooling. The thunderes roar that echoes back up from the dead end street (Meriom) upon collection with the most thunderes bangs and scrapping of metal on metal and along the bichem at these small hrs of every second morning has now taken its toll on myself, my three young children and my Nice neighbors . I'm asking someone to consider this fustrating and very totchers situation for all who reside on Sussex st opposite (Merion st) the Delivery and Collection point at the rear of Coles. I placed 4 x 12 (48 boxes in total) of Roses Chocolates 150gram.
On collection of my items today 19th May @ 12:15 I was then advised that a substitute had been given, as my items were not in stock. (16 boxes out of 48 were Roses)
I asked why I wasn't telephoned and given notice that it may take a few more days for the order to be filled.
We give out a box of roses chocolates to all of our customers, so it would have been nice if Coles would have telephoned me prior to collection and to advise of the change..
Also a couple of the boxes of chocolates are damaged.
I hope that you can pass on my dissatisfaction to the staff at Hastings and that I will no longer be shopping at any Coles supermarkets in the future.

coles delivery, meat expires the same day as delivery!!

I was extremely disappointed to find out, that the chicken breat we purchased has expiry date 19.may which is TODAY - the day of delivery! This is a scandal! And it's not the first time- last delivery we got chicken with one day till expiry date! And it was already smelly! This is serious. Are you doing this in purpose, getting rid of old products, just sending them to people? I start to think this way and this means huge scandal all around the country! And meat, seriously? People can get sick. It's not a yogurt which can be eaten few days after expiry date.
Speaking of which, last time in Cleo's I saw a promotion of yogurts, 80%, for those of them which had expiry date the day after. 80%! And you sent us the meat THE SAME DAY AS EXPIRY DATE!
What are you going to do about this? I want some SERIOUS compensation, otherwise I will go to the press and you'll be in big trouble.
Yes, I have a proof, I showed the meat to the driver! You can check it easily, delivery adress [removed] Sydney, delivery time around 12.15., 19/05/2017. Feel free to ask the driver. I took a picture, too.

I would like to make a complaint about the Coles Brand Lamb Rogan Josh Curry I bought from coles. I've eaten many of these before and normally they are great but the one I ate and my wife's had barely any meat in them whatsoever. Probably 3 pieces in total, all very small.
Its a bit of a let down seeing as we bought this for dinner and soon realised it was mostly sauce.

On monday morning my son & I were shopping at coles woden act
After collecting our groceries we joined a queue to pay for them,
It was extremely busy at the time around 1.30pm therefore the queue’s were quite long
After being in a queue for about 20 minutes we were the next to be served.
As my disgust and amazement the male check out operator handed the lady whose purchases were being put though
A sign saying let us serve you at another register or something along those lines.
Seeing I had grandchildren to pick up after school I had no choice but to leave my groceries at the checkout
And leave.
It has been my experience when this happens the sign is given to the last person in the queue, not someone
Who’s been standing there for 20 minutes or more.
That being bad enough the purchases I had were on special, after I picked up the grandchildren from school
I called into coles at jamison macquarie act store only to find out they had run out of the items I wanted.
I know i’m just one in a million that shop there but I hope my message is passed on.

How were coles able to charge my credit card when I was not in the shop that day? Complaining to westpac re this item on my credit card drew the following response... Please advise how this happened.

I am complaining about the staff attitude
I went to Coles supermarket in Brandon Park early in the morning at 8am. At the counter I was confusingly get the wrong rewards card (which was Woolworths card) by mistake. The cashier named Eileen didn't say that I've got the Woolworths card so I was thinking what's wrong and then I realised it was a wrong rewards card then I gave her Coles rewards card and said sorry right away but she shouted at me and said "THAT'S INSULTING, LOOK AT YOUR BACK, IT'S A COLES! IT'S COLES! " .
This is unacceptable!, I was feel ashamed in front of other customers next to me.
At the first place I've said sorry,
Secondly I came from night duty so my mind can't focus because I was so sleepy. Lastly, nobody's perfect! I'm just human that can make mistake. She shouldn't shouted at me! Whatever problems she has she must not bring that at work and she doesn't deserve that position! I hope you'll get attention on this matter so other customer don't experience this kind of treatment. 2 items discontinued at your supermarket
I have shopped with Coles for over 30 years and am thinking of changing my supermarket shopping with Safeway or Aldi.
Every week l would treat myself to your brand pizza Supreme for $5.00 and now have been told that you longer with have that product it was so tasty, and cooked well lots of toppings on it and has been replaced by a Tandori Chicken one so l tried it, could not find any chicken and it had a funny taste to it why do that? Have you not heard "when your on a good thing stick to it"?
My second complaint is at the Deli you stocked peppers in oil and l would buy a medium container of them each week and they are gone now too, what is wrong with this company? your going from great to not so great anymore.

I am a regular shopper at Coles and can't understand why you do not have a self service product location touchscreen in your stores. Often I see customers wandering around trying to find an item asking other shoppers or "visitors".
You used to have laminated cards at aisle ends but they were pretty limited.
If I can't find it easily I end up not buying it and you lose a purchase.
This technology is easily deployed and you would only need a couple per store located at above little kid height.
It could include all products at a descriptive level e.g. flour or by brand.
Do yourselves a favour Coles and help us to help ourselves.

i went into coles today in my home town in busselton i had nearly gone through a checkout but i thought nah ill just go through a self serve as i gone to pay what i had to pay for i had put in $20.75 in the machine then i waited for the recipet and all to come out i was like why is it telling me i still owe $20 when i already put it in then i called the lady over that was on self serve there i said i put in this much in the machine and its telling me i still owe $20 well she like well check on the camera to prove that i did i felt like a thief im not a thief i understand that they gotta do that coz i know coz i work in a supermarket my self at woolies there the way she said it check it on camera i found her abit rude a little was not happy i waited like 20 mintutes for them to check i felt like i wasted my time while they checked i would not lie about something when i was telling the truth hope it dont happen again i dont think ill be back at coles again for a while now

I purchase my milk mainly from Coles Supermarkets in shopping centres however, sometimes I pick it up from Coles Express Service Station (West Wollongong) when I am in a hurry and need a top up. I would like to point out that the "Quick Serve" fridge at the very front when you walk in where milk and other dairy products is stored for a quick grab and pay should not allowed to be in this position and without a front door like a proper fridge. On two occasions recently I have purchased from his area and both my milks expired a full 7 days before the expiry date stamped on the label. and I was left with half a container of sour milk. THis is a health hazard. The position of these doorless fridges at the very front where everyone walks in is clearly being affected by the increase in temperature, sun, etc.
