terrible site!
I waited for over 2 month and never received my order. Then I contacted Zaful customer service and found out that they are very unprofessional and dishonest. The rep I spoke to told me to go to the post office and check if my package was there. I said that I already contacted my post office several times and they heard nothing about my package. After all that nonsense I demanded a full refund. They said that their company never gives refunds and the only thing they could offer is a store credit. I'm disgusted with this company! So contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. Only after that they finally refunded me! Terrible site!

I have placed large order on the website www.zaful.com. The clothes were made from cheap-quality fabrics. As well as these items didn’t look the same as on the website. I wonted return whole order, but I see they don't want refund money, but giving me some kind of Z wallet (which is store credit) and i don't want send and spend more money for shipping if they not gonna refund my money, so this company is spam end they just make money from nothing to full people! i don't want ever buy anything from this company, so why i have to send items end spend more money for shipping?! items (dress) was short and cheap and miserable like they made for 10 years of girl? I am so upset what i pay money and i can't even give to someone this "dresses" or something look like dresses they are so cheap! this company should not exist they are miserable, i can't call them phony number is NOT working and NO live chat and customer service is OWFULL and FROUD ! this side should be close but how return my money can anybody tell me? i believe it should be some service where i can complain and get money back? I purchased some items from Zaful and things I received were so rubbish! The worst products I've ever purchased! I'm so disappointed I've wasted my money on garbage. I ordered four dresses and none of them looked like pictures posted on their website. One of the dresses was really huge, like a tent! The other three were super tiny. In addition to that they were poorly made. I'll never order anything from them ever again! Biggest disappointment of my life! I want my money back.

I ordered a sweater from Zaful about three months ago and I am still waiting for it! I contacted customer service and they said that my ordered was shipped long time ago. Great news! So here we are three months later and still nothing! I have contacted them and was told to be patient. They said that sometimes shipping takes 45 days. Really? How about 3 months? Of course, I cannot track my order, because tracking links they gave me are not working! Horrible service. I'll never order anything from them again!

Zaful is just another scam website, better save your money and shop elsewhere. Do not let the nice pictures fool you. All the negative reviews are true. I have no idea who writes the positive ones. I bought few things from them, and when they arrived sizes were incorrect, nothing fit. So I decided to return everything, but their return process is a real nightmare. They give you the round and round online with no access to phone customer service. I spent weeks arguing with them and still received no return information or address! Completely ridiculous!

I don't understand how a company can even call themselves a company when they have terrible costumer service and do not even ship the right products or sizes. I ordered three dresses from them on September 7 of 2015 and I just received two of those dresses recently. I have yet to receive the third one and on the topic of the other two. Both dresses were too small and I went by the size chart and then one of the dresses was not even the right material as the description said it would be. I just can't understand how these people who run this "company" can live with themselves when people are throwing money down the drain. And there isn't even a way to reach them! Ugh I am so done.

where is my order?
I ordered some items from Zaful website few months ago. I even paid extra money for express shipping which was very expensive. I was expecting to receive my items in few weeks, but still nothing. They also haven't dispatched one item and didn't tell me it was out of stock. I contacted Zaful customer care many times now, every time I hear only excuses and promises. Well, I hope I'll get my stuff someday. I checked the reviews, there are many negative ones. I smell a scam, but I don't want to be disappointed.

I ordered the 2 coats .They were discribed as having wool in them. Not 1 bit! All polyester!THEY PRACTICALLY GLOW IN THE DARK! They are ugly and I hate both coats and want my money back immediatly!They also fit too small(I always order small) in weird places. Very uncomfortable!

I ordered clothing in early December 2015. Received 2 shipments of clothes that would not fit my 13 year old (who is VERY small and thin) and these were size Large! Total waste of money -- they want you to upload precise measurements of the clothes and pictures to get a refund BUT their link to upload will not accept the size of a standard iphone photo. Just gave up. The third shipment has never arrived -- I asked for refund and they told me to 'wait a little more time' -- how long? six months? a year? Don't waste you time or money!

I purchased a shirt in early December, 2015. I tried to contact Zaful many times since I received nothing. My tracking number does not work, I cant even track my order. Their reps' are absolutely useless, they sent me a tracking link, which was invalid. Their rep asked me to wait a little more longer. Every time I send them an email I get the same automated response about how my package cannot be tracked. It's absolutely ridiculous!

I ordered a Shawl Neck Gray Wool Coat which popped up on a face book add. The price was right so I took my chances. It took nearly 3 weeks for delivery and when it arrived it was too small for me. Very tight, short sleeves and small through the shoulders. The size guide did not reflect the “actual size” I received.Thinking it would be a simple return for exchange turned into more trouble than it is worth. They requested a detailed report & pictures showing measurements, which I provided, showing it was 2” smaller than size chart. They apologized saying they were unable to replace. They offered an $18 store credit but only a fool would make the same mistake twice.

We ordered a swimsuit over 3 months ago from this company, we live in Canada.. Never received anything and when I submitted two tickets to inquire where swimsuit was we had no reply. Of course there is no number to call to ask anything and we have come to accept that we were scamed. I strongly advise that the complaints board find a way to shut down this very dishonest company.
Very unhappy with the contact process. I ordered nightwear and honestly no one would wear it. I am fed up trying to fil in a form which will not recognise my email address etc. I am seriously thinking of sending the item off to China Where it came from. I wish I had read the reviews about Zaful before I made my order. I checked their website and found a lovely looking coat! I ordered it, but when I received it I was extremely disappointed with the quality. It was also way too small for me. The most ridiculous part was that sleeves were sewn to the body of the coat! I contacted customer service and provided some pictures. They refused to give me a refund and called me a liar. Their rep said that it was I who sewn the sleeves! Really? I spent days trying to get my money back and even contacted PayPal. They promised to resolve this issue. I will never order anything from Zaful again!

grey coat
Ordered the Shawl Neck Gray Wool Coat. Definitely is not the coat advertised, Skimpy on fabric and very tight in the sleeve. I've steamed the coat to try and get the creases out, but nothing works. Though the price was right, I won't be able to wear the coat and having read other complaints now, am concerned about getting my money back.

I ordered a simple black dress from Zaful and received an ugly piece of who knows what! It looked nothing like pictures on their website, and even did not look like a dress! It was very poorly made, with several defects. And it was so extremely tiny! My dress looked like small black rag! l took a picture of it and sent it to their customer service. They apologized and offered me an exchange. I refused and demanded my money back. I don't trust them and I don't need more of their tiny rags! Very disappointed!

Their website is beautiful and looks very professional. It's easy to get lured, but please don't fall for their cheap prices! Zaful is not a reputable company. I ordered a dress from them, but when it arrived it looked nothing like the pictures. Zaful is just another scam company delivering cheap garbage. I wanted to return the dress, but after I checked all the reviews I decided not to waste my time on it. These people will do anything to keep your money. I won't be ordering from Zaful ever again.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Zaful. I was unaware that this company manufactures and ships everything from China. If I knew that before I wouldn't have ordered. I'm pretty aware about how horrible these Chinese websites are. I purchased a shirt back in December 2015 and still have not received it. Their tracking system is completely useless, it does not track anything! I contacted their customer service and asked about when my order will arrive. But I received only computer generated responses telling me that my order cannot be tracked. The original confirmation email said it would take only 7-14 business days. And it is now February! It's completely ridiculous. I'm very disappointed. Better save your money and shop elsewhere.

I bought 6 items online and i received them all about a month later. Not a single one was made correctly or fit. I kept one out of 6 just because they needed a detailed report on every item being returned along with pictures. Complete BS. It doesn't fit just give me back my money. This was in September and I returned them on October 31 when I got the rest of the items. (Came in 2 packages) I spent $26 to return this crap and 3 months + later I still haven't receievd a dime.

I must say that Zaful is just a scam. I ordered three dresses back in November. It is now February and I received nothing yet! I have contacted Zaful customer service several times but they cannot tell me anything about ma order. It is now almost three months since I made an order so I have basically given up on expecting to receive my package. I want my money back so I will not stop fighting!
Do not order anything from Zaful! Well, lesson learned and I'll never order anything from a company that cannot even provide a telephone number to contact them. Stay away!

When I made an order I thought I was buying cute looking dresses, but when I finally received my order I was so disappointed because my dresses looked like garbage! Those dresses looked nothing for what I paid for. Colors incorrect, sizings were wrong, dresses were made from rubbish material. I'm extremely disappointed! I really hate company's like Zaful, who steals money from people and sell cheap garbage. And I'm really sorry for all the people who are shopping at Zaful right now. I hope they're aren't buying too much. I basically lost over $50! Don't fall for their cheap prices and good looking clothes! Stay away at all costs.

After reading many reviews I decided to give Zaful a chance. I went to their website and found out that they have lots of cute items. Unfortunately my experience has not been a positive one. I ordered three items and received only one. What did arrive looked horrible, more like a rag that something a person could wear. Other two items were never delivered. I contacted their support and received some instructions how to return. I took pictures of the faulty items, submitted a ticket and requested a return. Several days passed and I heard nothing from them. At first they told me that returns are possible, but then they said that the only thing they could offer was store credit. Are you kidding me? Store credit is not a refund, that's an attempt to make me purchase more garbage from them. Horrible!
