unauthorised deductions from bank account
The company is a total scam. I similarly asked Ryan air for a £20 voucher for discount against future flights. This company then deducted £15 a month. I called them and the person at the other end is in another country and is like a robot programmed to say only set answers . Call this number. [protected] They told me that my agreement has been cancelled and they will refund me two months worth, I need to submit a claim for the remaining payments. Wonder if Ryanair know they are linked in with this scram. Sooo angry

unauthorized payments
Like many others I was scammed into joining this when I booked tickets via the train line.com, for the last 18 months they have taken £10 from my account, my own fault for not looking at my statement often enough, however these scams should be illegal. Beware of dodgy links, I know I will be now.
unauthorised payments
Like others on this website I have been recently found out that I have been making unauthorised payments to Complete Save after they obtained my bank details from a Trainline tickets purchase. The website asks for your details to get a refund the takes £10 to 15 from your account thereafter. At no point have I agreed to a direct debit with Complete Save.

completesave.co.uk
Completesave.co.uk have been taking an unauthorised £15 per month since July 2015 to January 2016 before I noticed it. NatWest Bank said they could not refund the money. I phones Completesave.co.uk and they said I made a Ryanair purchase in July 2015 and that is when I became a member. I answered that just because I purchased a flight does not give them authorisation to take £15 a month. So not only is it a con, it is condoned by Ryanair and I suspect other companies, how can you trust on line purchases. I await a refund.

unauthorized payments
I recently noticed that £15 had been taken from my account. I realized because I was making sure that I didn't go below a certain amount of money in my account by not making payment with the consecutive card, and the total went down by £15. I then search for all of 'Completesave.co.uk's transaction with my account and found that they had also taken £15, 5 days after I bought my train ticket from trainline.com. After doing research I found similar incidents have occurred with other people including these two companies. I did not authorize these £15 payments. Is there anything I should do? How can I stop this company taking my money?

I have been buying quite a lot of goods online.
I definitely did not agree to paying £15 a month to them. I will have to check back further but I noticed that they have taken money from my account for the past three months at least.when I noticed this today the 18th of December I phoned them to cancel any further payments and low and behold it was a automated service asking for an account number which I do not have The automated voice service gave me a cancellation number which is [protected], hoping you can help reclaim my money back. Thank you William Connor.

I just realize that this completesave.co.uk took 15 pounds out of my bank account
The amount was only deducted today, however the original date of the transfer was on the 3 Dec 2015 (thursday). I was completely taken by surprise since I haven't contacted or even heard of such company before. After researching a bit I found their website that sales the idea of a membership for costumers who shop online regularly. My question is how that...

I don't really know where they cached me, as I do shopping online often, maybe argos, primose, secretsales... The question is then I never gave them my account number and neither I gave them permission to take me 15 pounds a month from my account, whats the point if they offer 10 pounds free discount, whats the point on paying. This people take your bank details from other companies, wich allow them to do it, that is a scam, internet need more rules, more safety for people, this is not legal, they sneaked on our bank, with a confusing information, even lying!, internet needs so much to improve, they toke from me 75 pounds, I went to the bank, as I don't trust this company anymore if they are capable to trick in that way (But the bank ask me to contact them, so I will do it), I explain everything, they gave me the money back and I think the bank will deal with completasavings, is horrible how completasavings works!. I asked the bank don't make any payment coming from that company. You have to be very carefull!
I have just received my Barclaycard statement with £15.00 payment to these people I have never to my recall

unauthorised credit card monthly direct debits
I have never heard of this company or had any communication from them but they have accessed my credit card from an on-line purchase and been taking £15.00 from my account every month for the past 12 months. My card provider tell me I can only retrieve the money taken for the past 3 months and the rest is up to me! On checking the Completesave.co.uk website I still don't understand if they provide a legitimate service or not.

£15 charges to my account
For the past 2 months I have had £15 taken from my account, both times I have had new debit cards issued and they have still managed to access my account and make a card purchase. I have never heard of them before, let alone authorised them to take payments. These payments were made 15th sept and 15th oct
unauthorised charges on my bank account
This company is still going strong with this scam. I discovered £15 monthly taken from a savings account without permission. You get stung apparently when checking a box saying 'Get discounts on future transaction' when buying stuff like tickets off Trainline. They poach your bank details and sting you. You get no emails telling you that you are now a member, no login or password to access their website and no actual benefit as far as I can see. They never contact you they just sting with monthly bills until you find out and stop payments with the bank. Very clever.
no product - they just take your money, every month
Without my having even heard of Completesave I find I have been paying them £15 per month out of my BA AMEX account since June I buy my train tickets on Trainline.com, and when you pay on line they offer you a money-off loyalty voucher. If you are unwise enough to think that on a site like Trainline.com it would be safe to find out more, you would be wrong. Just by clicking on the box you are signing up to a scam that allows this dodgy little outfit based in Switzerland to help themselves out of you account every month. Why are Trainline and Argos and other apparently reputable companies allowing their reputations to be besmirched in this way? Are they in cahoots? Is it a nice little earner, like extended warranties and card protection? And why if so many people are complaining are the banks and credit card providers not stepping in? I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but we've trusted the banks a lot and been proven wrong!

fraudulent withdrawals
I've just now realized that this company has been withdrawing £15 from my lloyds bank account without me giving them permission to do so. Tomorrow i'm gonna have to go to the bank and cancel this, without knowing if i'm ever gonna have my money back.

unauthorised cash withdrawal from my bank
On the 1st of October 2015 Completesave removed the sum of £15 from my bank account following an on-line purchase. I wish the sum to be returned to the account from which it was removed. My details are Geoff Morton 81 Hollybank Drive S12 2BS geoff.[protected]@yahoo.co.uk
unauthorised money deducted out of my bank account
This company keep taking £15 a month from my bank account, even though I have never authorised this. I have sent them numerous emails and can never get in contact through telephone. Please can you help?
Thanking you in anticipation

Hi Mary
It is Fanita again i forgot to mention that when i asked for a full refund i was told that a link would be sent to me via email and after filling it out ill get my refund but so far all the links i received are just so jibberish and irrelevant. I don't know if you people think everyone is stupid but yourselves. All i want is my money and i shall never bother you guys but just so you know i have made an official complaint to the FSA and am going to call trading standards tomorrow because i thought i could resolve the issue with COMPLETE SAVE but apparently not.
HI Mary from the complete savings team
My name is Fanita and i live in Preston Lancashire well i've just read your reply to the previous complainant regarding having to enter ones details in full but i totally disagree 100?%. I signed on with JD WILLIAMS on shopping and made a purchase in October and after my transaction you guys popped up offering a cash back so as i began to fill out the form i got to where it says enter your card details so i decided not to continue with the offer and cancelled the whole thing but for some reason you guys were able to obtain my account details i don't know how and started charging £15 ever since. I didn't realise at the time coz i have a similar amount coming out of my account for something else however i was doing an online banking when i noticed this amount debited from my account so i checked it out and saw COMPLETE SAVE so this morning i rang your whatever you call yourselves and spoke to a guy and i asked him to expplain to me how it is even possible that you had my account details and he said it could be a technical problem between yous and JD Williams. You guys you are an absolute FRAUD and i think trading standard should be onto you. This is not the right way to make a living because it is very disgusting stealing from unaware hardworking people. I hope you guys find a better way of making a living and stop ripping people like myself off.
I absolutely agree!
I too have had £15 per mnth taken from my account unbeknown to myself, I have tried cancelling and ringing them but to no avail.
I will contact my bank tomorrow to get a refund via their unauthorised fraud team
Having lots of trouble with this company right now.
They have been taking money from my account for three years. They are now trying to tell me they stopped taking money from me 8 months ago dispite me showing them bank statements clearly showing them taking money last month.
I will not let this go and will continue to harass them until they return all my money.
I question the legality of what they are doing!
stealing money from my account
I just checked my online banking to find this company have deducted 15 pounds sterling from my bank account for the last 2 months. Reading here this is a well known scam. I contacted my bank and the Visa Dispute Team will put a block on it and help me recover the 30 pounds they say. Just a warning to check your online statements and I want the police to arrest these bloody thieves!
monthly membership fee £10:00
Money taken out of my bank every month since June 2015.on the 24th. of the month. I am requesting a refund as I have not filled any forms for this service. They have even obtained my new card details from somewhere. The only place were this has been placed is at PayPal. which I am going to cancel if t does not stop
completesavings.co.uk have taken £10 out of my bank account without permission to do so. They call it a 'membership' fee and accused me of filling out a form to sign and physically given my consent for the £10 a month direct debit. I'm not stupid and my memory is spot in. At no point have I even heard of / been in contact with / joined this website. At no point have I ever entered my bank details into this fraudulent membership scheme. They have taken my bank details from somewhere and illegally taken money from my account. Clicking onto this website and reading the customer forum, I can see that there are hundreds of consumers with the same problem. I would like this website investigated and shut down.
I have just seen a company called completesavings have taken out £10 from my personal bank account. I do not recall signing up to any membership, I have recently booked online the following; travel lodge and trainline, I was not aware at anytime I had signed up and agreed to a company I have never heard of taking money out of my account. Very angry and would like my money back please!
Hi. Company called completesavings have been making unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account for months now. I just realized recently when i had a close look at my statements. I went on their website and saw loads of similar complaints from other people whose accounts were being debited without their consent.
Kindly look into this to protect scores maybe thousands of innocent and unsuspecting people form this scam. I also want to have all the money they have taken from me back. Thanks
please cancel membership asap...do not charge or debit my credit card...i did not authorize any usage on my card...greatly appreciated...carl sigur
After a phone call I have cancelled the membership and they have said they will refund me the money within 5 days, lets hope so.
Hi Carl:
I just read your post and want to give you an official response on behalf of our company. It’s important to me that your concerns are addressed and that your issue is resolved. I checked our records and found that you cancelled your membership yesterday, January 12, 2009, when you used the online membership cancellation option at our website. At that time a refund of the membership charge was processed. This refund should appear shortly as a credit in your account depending upon how frequently your credit card issuer posts transactions. You will not be billed again.
Please be assured that proper authorization was obtained to charge your credit card. I'd like to provide you with information on how the membership was enrolled to address your concern. I'll send you this information in a separate email.
In the meantime, if you have questions or need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at [protected] Alternatively, you can contact me directly at mary @completesavings.com. If you contact me directly, please reference this post.
Thanks,
Mary
unauthorised payments
I recently discovered that my credit card was being debited £15.00 per month since August 2014 by these scammers.
I should have noticed sooner but this was a very busy card with lots of transactions and I missed it until I recently paid the card off and found only this remaining.
Contacting the company was next to useless, they wouldn't even speak to me and insisted on speaking to my wife who is not even a cardholder on my account.
It turns out that when my wife travelled to Bedford last year, I paid for her ticket and as a result this company thought they would have a nice pay day from my account.
They have agreed to refund 6 months payments but that still leaves me £120.00 out of pocket and I'm not having that.
I shall be reporting them to the FSA and trading standards.
Judging by the number of complaints on this forum, these people are serial scammers.

money stolen from account
A couple of months ago I bought tickets online from National Express and a popup came up offering me a £10 discount. I submitted my account details thinking this was a National Express discount scheme and a month later the discount was actually a £10 charge on my account, for two months now I have been conned. I contacted my bank who will look into this company. At no stage when I filled in the details did it say I will be charged £10 monthly. I have read similar stories about people being done the same way going back five years and they too contacted the fraud section. How nothing has been done, I don't know. Seems that online fraud now is legal.

unauthorized payment
I recently checked my bank account for balance and found that there was an unauthorised payment on my account. This was a sum of £15.00 for completesave.co.uk. I have never signed up for any discounted shopping sites, as I am abroad I have no way of accessing hotmail accounts or other data as my phone is a UK mobile phone company. Please will you remove my account from the site. I have tried to ring but there was a reference number needed which is supposedly provided on the email correspondence. I will need to take further action.
