Concord Rents review: Bogus charges

It may be a little to late but I moved into Lee Vista Apartments back in may 2021. New to the state so I didn't know anyone . Myself and other black family got kicked out all because one kid was picking fights so Christina the manager thought it was a good idea to kick us out in the middle of covid and around the holidays. I asked her why. My son was an onlooker like everyone else( spanish) kids Also but they were not kicked out only us. I asked for an extension cause I was on sec 8 and it was a process cause I ported in . They said yes but then when I told them it's taking a bit longer for me to find a place for my kids . They said then they would file eviction. I cleaned the apartment thoroughly . I told them the dishwasher is broken. I submitted work orders on multiple occasion. Christina said not to worry. I was told I would only have to pay 210 partial rent. Why a couple months later I was hit with a 5400 bill and they sent pics of broken blinds and how they were trash bags , they want to charge me for wood staining that they made, charge 3200 for pest control cause the next door neighbor place was filthy and the roaches probably came over after I left. Then John from the office told me I can reply if I agreed with charges and I told him no cause I took a video of how I left the apartment . They put me on collection. They never deduct anything from my deposit and I never got it back. I had a panic attack and ended up in the Er but before I left I spoke to Christina because they wanted to charge me for lake view etc I never asked for it they gave it to me. It soo much bogus charges was added on , she said it would be removed but then instead I got hit with additional unnecessary charges . In 6 months and a 5400 bill. I didn't know who to turn to because I was new to the state. They are ridiculous . I posted some pics . It wouldn't let me upload the video
