I found myself craving a Costco hotdog but didn't need to do ant shopping. Went through the exit door where I was stopped by Casey and told I had to go through the entrance. So I had to take my basket since I was ordering a few things including s pizza and find a line to wait in then go to order. After I received my order I see Casey let g in s family of 4 through the exit to purchase food. There needs to be a easier way. So after all was said and done my craving for your hot did a left a bad taste in my mouth.
unusual waiting time at the membership counter

This email is to express my outrage anger about the unusual long waiting time in front of the counter.
It was 08/06/2017, I was waiting for the stuff to put my membership info to the system at the counter. For some technical reasons, I waited for over half an hour for the frozen or broken system. Whole process was outrage! If my friends were not shopping inside, I would definitely leave cosco and never come back.
Please kindly take my complaints seriously. Thanks!

I arrived to Costco to open a membership. I waited in line to be attended. There were three employees attending one customer, then two employees attending another customer, and two employees on the computer. Not once did anyone tell me they would be with me or anything. About 10 minutes passed. Another lady walked up to return merchandise and one of the employees went directly to her to help her. Again, not once was acknowledged. The customer service was horrible. I went in ready to open a membership but was pushed away because of the lack of customer service from the employees. Definitely won't be coming back.
Today I bought a bouquet of flowers from Costco, well by the time I got home 15 mins. the petals of the roses had fallen off and the other flowers smelt like that had been in water for ever. I think they were old and brought out from the cooler and soon as they hit warmer air down hill all the way. that was a waste of $14.99. Never again will I buy flowers from Costco, not that they care.

05 August 2017 I was in the Costco North Lakes Brisbane Australia, when I was ready to make the payment I showed the joint account card to the cashier I don't know he is racist or something he rejected my joint account card with a very negative attitude. According to the policy I have fully right to make the payment. This experience is totally unacceptable. He is totally a liability to Costco hope never meet such a cashier again. I went into Costco and ordered and paid for pizza I wanted ready for pickup Friday at 6:30 because I know how busy the store gets and I had company coming over at 7. I arrived and my pizzas were not ready u til almost 7. The employee said my pizzas would be the next ones. Well i counted 13 additional pizzas were given out before I received mine. I did not order anything special. 2 peps and a combo. What's the point of going out of my way to pay and order to give you a heads up if my pizzas weren't going to be ready on time.

Today is Friday Aug.4 1623 I'm am currently at the Victorville Costco location to return some furniture. I was advised by Jason the store manager that in the spirit of returns he would no take back the bed frame and head board witch has a stitching issues. He advised me that he would elevate this issue to his V P. Meanwhile I was to take the furniture back home with me otherwise I would forfite any resolution, I told him that was unacceptable and to cancel my membership. I am a long time member of Costco and have never had any issue. Please advise me on the next step. Meanwhile my daughter is without a bed.

The Costco telephone on-line order customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I received a damaged mattress from Costco-online, ( a hole in it and stained). I tried to return it online with a web form, but it said the next step was to call them. I waited over 1 1/2 hours 0n line, no answer, twice. The next time it gave me a call back number over an hour later I received the call while I was in the dentist's chair, I could not take the call. The next attempt ended in a hang up after two hours.
I there went to their store and was told they could not exchange the mattress, but could only return it, and type good base, and buy a new one from their store. Inotherwords they would not replace the damaged mattress. And, I had to return the identical mattress foundation base, and get a new one. My trailers would only haul one item at a time, so 3 trips to costco and it was returnd and I had a new one. fortunately my grandson could help me, with their hauling and moving of their mattress and foundation.
I also returners a dryer, I was told I had a gas line for the dryer, I did not, and ordered an electric one. They service came to pickup the old dryer, one week after I had returned it, and was to deliver the new one. The new one was on a truck, that was later. Now the dryer is at their local distribution point, arrived one day late, and they claim they cannot deliver it until the 15th, actually the 11th, but I will be gone, so now the 15th.
This is the worst online, and local for that matter, service I have ever received from any, company. As Farmers Insurance says, I have seen a few problems in my 77 years...

Good afternoon, I went to Costco this morning because I needed to pick up some pictures at the photo center, and I did with no problem . Then I wanted to. Add money to my Costco cash card and the lines were too long and I find have any groceries, so I wanted to find out at the customer service desk and ask, where other than the register I can just add money to the Costco card so I headed to customer service to ask and the worker told me to go back towards the main register and go to the managers desk so I was heading towards the managers desk when the receipt checkout employee tells me I had to exit to enter all over again, but it was the tone he say it to me and I explained to him that I was just asking the employee at customer service where can I go to do one simple transaction in adding money to my Costco card but he didn't care in what I was saying, he just wanted me to exit and walk back in and I wasn't having it because I never left the store and just wanted to come in through the exit, I was still way inside trying to get some help. The thing is that I should get stressed for no reason because I wasn't doing anything wrong. He got me in a stressed mood and feeling sick. I don't need to go to a place to spend my money and come out feeling like that. I was polite but livid for his tone and reaction. If you work with the public there should be a proper way of telling the rules to the right people not following the rules. But I felt I wasn't breakin any. I hope I was able to explain myself.

I'm totally disappointed in the services that yall let this employee aquire in such respected facility. On several occasions I have visited this store and treated with the poorest customer service if you want evidence just go back and run the camera footage. You really have to change your buyer for Men's clothing.
1. Pants: Most pants are either straight leg or relaxed fit. How about people who would like their pants to fit properly instead of having loose fit. The Hip Hop days of fashion are dead. Most of the pants are fit only for farmers.
2. Shirts: Most all of the shirts have a either high polyester blend or or completely polyester. How about a natural cloths such as 100% cotton or silk. I have in the past purchased many silk shirts at Costco, now there none stocked. Too many Kirkland brand clothes that are atrocious looking and fit poorly. Evidently style is not a priority which is strange as most people buy clothes with a high emphasis on style

I watched a toddler eat out of the strawberry container, told an employee and showed her. She said oh, grabbed the strawberries and then put them back when she thought I left. At checkout, the cashier let someone go in front of me with no explaination. I asked what was going on and they ignored me. No apology, nothing. Leaving the store, they asked to look inside of my purse. I'm shocked, I've never been treated this was and never want to go back.

I am Chinese American and I got my Costco membership card since 2012 . I was shopping in Costco twice per week and spent 100-300 dollars each time. But since start membership card check at front door and I got unfair treatment. The workers at Costco choose people to check membership and they never missed me cos I am Looking like Chinese and they don't check white peoples. The only time they didn't stop me cos I with my husband cos he is white. It was happened to me yesterday again and the worker even stopped me go inside. I was very angry and think about closing my Costco membership and I didn't want to go to shopping yesterday. I am think about spent less money or not at all at Costco start now. I am sure lots Asia people have same unfair treatment just like me. I wish in future have another Asia wholesale shopping center just like Costco so can treat Asia equally.
kirkland organic soy non-dairy beverage vanilla
We are 1/2 way through a case of this "replacement" soy milk. The rest is going in the trash because we, my wife and both of my grandkids, do not like it at all.
We have been drinking your former kirkland vanilla soy for years, have always thought it the best taste as well as having a fair price.
We are shopping around for other soy milks but so far, nothing compares with the last, older soy milk from kirkland.
We did have a conversation with another Costco customer today at the soy milk aisle. She felt exactly the same way we do and was wishing you would bring back the old stuff too!

This is the most unprofessional bunch of so called pharmacists working in the Markham and 14th location in Ontario. Everybody gives the run around and do not seem interested in helping out in any way. I am on regular medication that i pick up on a monthly basis and every time I go I have to either wait or they do not send the refills to my doctor in a timely manner which causes so much inconvenience and time. If I wasn't on regular medication that is so costly I would never use the Costco pharmacy.

I have a complain, we are really fustrated and it is 11:15 at night and we are unable to sleep. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, upon arriving the receptionist made us sign the paperwork and took a the credit, I asked him to make sure that the room we got is what we purchased, if it is oceanview and 2 bed because we paid extra for the view and we requested 2 bed because we have a boy. We ended up spending an hour and 10 minutes at the reception while we are exhausted in the heat arguing with very rude staff ( Isay and Yara). They kept giving us rooms at the end of the hotel and refusing to give us the room we asked for. We ended up in a room at the end of the hotel no ocean view and facing the restaurant of the neighboring hotel, with live band all night, while I'm writing you the email the band is still going. We can not sleep and it is a vacation, we are very disappointed with Costco deals and Hilton. Again, our boy is having a anxiety because how loud is the band and how he is disappointed with the ocean view. We need a solution for this problem immediately please.

litter purrfect cat litter
I have purchased this cat litter from costco for a couple years. The last 2 buckets I have found have been extremely dusty as well as no odor control. I liked the lemon grass mild scent as its not overpowering but I dont even smell it and they claim on their packaging that it is 99% dust free and it is terribly dusty. I would love to see more options such as a more reputable quality product such as Tidy Cats.

Visited my local Costco 7-31-17 Ft.Myers Fl 41 and Cypress lake. Upon our arrival my wife witnessed one of your employees ask an elderly man to get off the motorized cart he was using because it was raining. After we completed our shopping and were leaving i was approached by another employee who wanted the electric cart i was using saying for future reference costco does not allow those carts out in the rain, i am an amputee. My complaint to you is are the carts for use or not. As an amputee and an executive member how do i get what i purchase in your store to my vehicle if it starts to rain, being Florida it rains almost everyday this time of year. Why we elderly have to suffer waiting for a motorized cart for 45 minutes to one hour. With our disablilty to walk we have suffered over seven years trying to shop at Costco. They only have 4 available in All there stores. In cypress, Tx we have alot of disabled customers. We love the store and it’s five quality of products but ashamed of its policy to only have 4 carts to disabled.. other competitive stores have approximately 10 or more. Elderly people need help and Costco seems to over look these customers. Sad
I would like to explain how my experience the other day at Costco made me feel that Costco is bending the law to fit their policy about no pets or "Service Dogs" can be placed in a Costco Cart. Their Company Policy is in conflict with the ADA Law. Mr. Derek Snead the person who wrote this policy has used this policy to Discriminate against the Disabled. The law was designed to prevent businesses from not providing "REASONABLE" accommodations for disabled individuals and their Service Animals to be allowed to perform their service. I was told that their policy "complies" with AZ State Law and the ADA Law.
The above-named attorney (Derek Snead) placed two (2) links on their public policy release regarding Service Animals "NOT" being allowed to be placed in their shopping carts, thus preventing my Service Animal from doing her job. Following both links provided by Costco to justify their position (policies). Link # 1. Goes to a Question and Answer page, which asks if a company can prevent disabled individuals from placing a service animal in the cart in her carrier, which does not allow my service animal to touch the interior of the cart. The reply from an ADA employee starting of with the word . . . . . "Generally" which means that there are times when this policy and not the law means that there are exceptions to this rule, policy that would make Costco guilty of Discrimination. While in Costco we witnessed many children standing in these same carts who had filthy shoes on, dirty diapers, and we also saw one person who had a car battery in a cart taking it to automotive. Let me say that this battery is filthier than any service dog could ever be. Link # 2. goes to the ADA Law. We have reviewed this law many times and there is "NO" reference what so ever about service dogs in shopping carts. My 6 mo. old newly trained 8 lb service dog cannot walk alongside of the cart or be carried at my side as my disability prevents me from doing so. It is too dangerous for my service animal to walk alongside the cart without the chance of serious injury. Please write Costco and let them know how you feel . . . . . Thank you.

I visited your store on 83rd and Bell rd in Glendale, Arizona this evening. My mother and two 10 month old babies went to purchase new carseats and other goods that were needed. When at check out the lady (not sure if a manager or not) told us that I cannot buy anything because my name isn't on the membership even though it was my mothers card and she was with me. She explained that I was only able to pay with cash, however.. the ATM inside the store was broken. The only suggestion she made to fix the problem was, "how about your mom buys it and you just pay her back." (Very nice managerial problem solution) Your company lost out on hundreds of dollars in sales this evening and because of this incident that could of easily been avoided, my family is canceling our membership and I am advising everyone I know to do the same. Very very disappointed in the companies customer service and because of it we are discontinuing all future business.

I would like to respectfully submit a complaint about the Night Owl Security system.
As a long-time Costco customer, I have come to trust and respect the Costco brand.
Usually, if it if from Costco, then I feel the product is of good value and workmanship.
Not so with the Night Owl security system.
The hardware "seems" fine, but it is hard to verify because the software is so buggy.
We are business owners and are using the security DVR and Camera system for our business.
Unfortunately, the software has many issues that make the system unusable. There are literally too many to list, but the main problems are with connectivity and being able to remotely view the live camera and play back recorded video.
I am sharing this with you because I value the Costco brand and would like to continue to trust products you sell.
But with the Night Owl security system, we feel your product selection group has dropped the ball.
