We have experienced a series of problems that are causing significant disruption to our operations, and I believe it is essential to address them promptly and amicably.
First and foremost, the primary issue we are facing is the failure to receive payments for the tutoring services we have provided to students through this platform. Us, tutors have dedicated their time and expertise to deliver quality education, and it is our expectation that we will be compensated accordingly. However, it has come to our attention that payments have not been disbursed as agreed upon, causing financial strain and frustration among us, tutors.
Moreover, attempting to communicate and resolve this matter with this company has proven exceedingly challenging. Our attempts to contact their customer support team via email have been met with unresponsiveness and what appears to be a deliberate blocking of our messages. This lack of communication makes it impossible for us to discuss and resolve the payment issues through proper channels.
Desired outcome: WE HOPE THAT THEY WILL RE-ENABLE OUR ACCOUNT AND LET US WITHDRAW OUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!!!
