Tax invoice 865925530920, when are you delivering? Purchased 27 nov, its 5 dec and no call from you to deliver. You state in your email a call will be given within 3 working days. Cannot connect on the phone and asked to leave message to only be called back in 2 days. You have a sale but not anticipate the "overwhelming response". Then why have a sale if you cannot cope. Is this the service courts render? For a big organisation, you are definitely disappointing.

Delivery issues
Ordered a camera on black friday, supposed to be delivered a few days later but didnt. No updates or whatsoever, went online but cant find the current status also. Called them 3 times because it has already been over 10 days, all they say is they will check and get back to me...but they never did. Based on the email they sent out earlier, they said they will let us know if our shipment gets delayed, they cant even keep their own words, how to conduct business like that?

Online purchase
Had made an online purchase on 26 nov. 2018. Delivery slot given was 30 nov. But until today no one from courts even bother to contact me or at least give an explanation on the order status. Left message online and facebook and all i get is in midst of checking and person in charge will get back. Is that how courts operate ? If uncapable of doing online please do not operate online business.

I placed online order on the black Friday (23rd Nov). There is no self pick-up in the option and the only option you have is to be contacted. According to their T & C, customer will receive call after 3 working days the order placed. Then i think it is still acceptable. The i just wait for the call
But now it has one week, and I have not received the call from courts.

I had just bought a Nintendo Switch bundle with Super Mario Party game at Clementi. My children was keen on the bundle with Pokemon game so before buying, I ask the sales guy again about this and I was told that the Super Mario game is the later one. After buying and returning home, I took a look at the Internet and saw the Pokemon game was the later. Apparently the sales guy has misled me.

During my visit to the recent THE TECH SHOW 2018 at Suntec Convention Hall on 3-Nov-2018.
Flyers stated there is free Seagate pouch given for every 1TB Backup Plus Portable Drive at Show Special Price of S$79.
I've purchased total 2pcs of 1TB (Gold & Blue) colour from Courts at the show but when I opened up the package box, I could not find any free Seagate Pouch at all...
I've attached all the evidence so need your help to investigate & advise if I can go the nearest Courts Store (eg Jurong Point) to collect the "missing" Seagate Pouch from the staff?

Europace casement air con
I paid $999 with my uob debit card on 15th november 2018 for the purchase of europace casement air con. It was scheduled to be installment on the 26th november 2018. And on 21st november 2018, courts contacted me that there was no stock available for the air con. And courts would offer me a refund on my $999. However, the refund would again take at least another 1 week to 1 month depending on the banks and merchants involved. This is too unreasonable on courts side. Because courts had already collected the payment on the 19th november 2018, which my bank informed me when I went to uob bank to enquire about the refund. Courts have caused me to take alot of leave and wasted alot of my time. The least you could have done was to just refund me back my $999 in cash and not further delayed me for any of your so called procedure. Bacause you have already collected the money and failed to delivered your goods. And keep giving me more trouble as I needed the $999 to purchase from other shop for the casement air con. Just to buy 1 simple air con, and its going to take me more than 1 month and still not able to do it. All because of courts irresponsible way of conducting business. Because I was being forced into accepting courts way of dealing their business. Really need to post it on social media to let the whole world knows never to purchase from courts as you are a irresponsible company. The air con was purchased at jem courts outlet.

I want to complain about the delivery service provided by Courts. I bought a TV and the date of delivery is stated to be on a Monday, 2 to 6pm. Later the sale person from Samsung called to say that the TV could only be delivered on a Thursday. On Thursday, We waited for the delivery until 6pm before we rang the sale person from Samsung. He asked your company delivery department to call us and your department said that the delivery is going to be on a Friday next day. I then asked for the TV to deliver at 4 to 6pm. Your company called said they would deliver at 10am. I told them not to as I requested the TV to be delivered at 4pm. However the delivery people called to say that they will deliver only at 7pm.
Courts is such a big company, engaging a huge number of workers but yet thing like such, you cannot meet the quality standards. Your workers were rude and pushing responsibility to one another. I am totally disgusted with such standard that I will consider buying anythings from Courts again. I am sure if I will share such an experience with my friends, they will too think twice before they will buy anything from Courts again.

but after I purchase 1 week, I saw a lower price with same bundle but mure advance model than I bought, I go to shop and sales and customer service is nice to refound the delta of double which is 60 dollar. but when proceed the counter, counter don't know how to proceed, final she got it and ask me sign the refound (60 dollar), but your final refound is only 30 dollar which is not right, when I ask the manager, he give me one paper to talk about condition, why finally show it, never the shop have this term condition and He have a bad attitude, ask him to call back to me after talk with his boss, one day didn't receive it, need courts management to feedback soon, and contact me,

Courts finance hotline
Bought a scooter under 1 year installment fee. Have been paying for more than half a year. Noted that ive to pay by 20th. But a couple of times on 20th or so a courts staff will call and check if i had made payment or will make soon, and i will inform them over and over again that my pay will be on the 25th so i could only pay on either 25th or 26th. So far the previous months the staffs who spoke to me are very polite n courteous and they understood my situation. No issue so far. Im left with 3 months and suddenly i received a letter being charged extra for "no payment" when ive been diligently making payment every month when my pay comes. Called the finance hotline to clarify, but this staff Katherine/Catherine was very rude and totally shut me off. When my fiance called and gave my IC number for clarification, she respond in a sarcastic tone, because i called her the second time. Could you guys please have a more competent customer service operator than someone so rude like her? I do not want to waste anyone's time and i definitely did not enjoy wasting my time to call and clarify things when i have better things to do. She is not of any help to my question either. Totally shut me off. Only when my fiance got mad then she started to tone down and talk nicely. I dont owe her a living so please get someone who is respectful enough to attend to your customers. Not saying that customers is always right, but I am nice if people talk to me nicely, regardless of the issue. I wouldnt be complaining if she hadnt been so rude. Please look into it or else you guys are gonna have alot more complaints coming in. Thanks.

Delivery
I order a washing machine for my 66 yrs old mum from Courts Amk. It was promise by your sales executive that the delivery man will help to bring the old washing machine outside the house corridor so that the town council will help dispose.
My mum was alone when the delivery man came. After installation, the delivery man refuse to bring the old washing out as he claim not his job.
Ok well. So your delivery guy expect a 66 yrs old woman to carry out herself? Or is it really not his scope of work and the sales person lied? YOUR COMPANY COURTS did not fulfill what was agreed and Is Courts going to answer if my mum is to trip and fell while carrying the old washing machine out?
Fyi i am very angry. Pls take back the new washing machine and my family and i will not buy from Courts ever again. Pls call me to arrange the timing to collect back.

Yes its is settled as i had went down to assist to carry out the old washing machine. I have appointment with the town council on the disposal and i cant be making town council people making a waste trip. My mum says its ok, everythg settled and so well...
Appreciated your offer of sending someone down to assist after the complains but its ok. Next time(if any, maybe not ) i will make sure i will ask the sales person to key in the disposal as promise in the invoice to avoid any more unpleasant events.

Delivery delay
Purchased Bosch Washing machine at Courts warehouse @tampines on 8 oct and delivery scheduled for 14 oct Sunday, 11 am to 2 pm time slot.
Since my address is at Pasir Ris, very near to the warehouse, I thought that delivery time should not be straying too far from the scheduled allotment. But to my disappointment, when 1 pm approaches and I have yet to hear from the delivery man, and I was planning to go out to do some marketing for my dinner plans, so I waited and at 1.30 pm the man finally called but not to say they are coming but to further delay it to 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm! I have no choice but agreed. And I still could not go for my marketing as I was afraid that they would arrive before I'm done.
At 3.05 pm, I received call that they are 10 mins away, so happily I opened my door, ready for them to wheel in my washer.
My washing machine only arrived at after 4 pm!
I thought delivery persons suppose to be equipped with tools to do installation?
I have to lend them a spanner. To make matters worse, they could not attach the hose to the tap ! They say I have to go and buy a connector!
I have to tell the man to adjust the leg for me so that it don't wobble!
I have to go buy packet food for dinner! I could not use my washer immediately!
Courts should have proper management of their delivery services!
Such lack of professionalism in their delivery is unacceptable!
Lack of time awareness and lack of tools to do a proper job!

49inch samsung tv
I bought this Samsung tv on the 1st of September during ELectronics fair.. after brining my tv back home and opening it there a very large one line black screen crack internally. So I immediately called Samsung and guess what. The repair fees cost $800 and its excluding labour fees of $160... I bought the tv at $1269.. it's only less than a few days and I have to pay this amount. Because Samsung don't cover internal or external cracks in their warrenty ... so I called courts since Samsung asked me to.. and nobody is doing my case now at all?!

Delivery attitude
Brought washing machine and was stated for delivery on 28 Sept 2018 but called to say will be delivering on the 3rd Oct 2018 and was stated on the reciept wanted an mandrin speaking person to call and will be the last to make the delivery at night and call 1 hr before the delivery time but ended up an English speaking person called for delivery at 1235pm and say is on his way when people is still working how am I to rush back when my work place is far from where I live, have they check the reciept throughly before making the delivery and engage the right person to contact and still can tell me the person stay far cannot deliver the things isn't this a delivery person's job to check througly the reciept and try to follow simple instruction stated on the reciept?!

Retro red dan I bought today
Today i went to tamp courts and wanted to buy a standing fan and this lady staff served me and she introduced me to this fan and i told her i wanted a dan that is not so noisy and speed is normal will do.End up she intro me this particular fan outlook is nice and i ask her is it noisy she said no not at all. I told her if there are any more choices she showed me one more but the price was lower and kept insisting the red fan is the best .So I bought it and went home and fix up the new purchased fan and to my horror it was the noisiest fan i have ever seen! Thats very unethical of your staff. The fan was one of the more expensive fan among all. Just cause she wants her commission she recomended me a fan that doesnt tally with what she says or what i want at all
Who do i look for in the cooling department?
It is as noisy as hell. My daughter and hubby asked me why i buy such a noisy fan! All thanks to your female staff that recommended me this fan when she claim its not noisy at all. Ya rite. So I assume this cant be exchanged anymore becausei threw away the box? Alrite then forget it

Samsung 2 door fridge
Made an urgent purchase for a fridge. Samsung 2 door RT32K503ASL/SS. After heeding the advice of the delivery to wait 3 hours before powering on my fridge. The very next day, the chiller compartment was sweating and cannot feel any draft but the freezer section was ok. Called the hotline and the telephone voice recorded voice messages asked to press numbers here and there to transfer me to the appropriate dept but subsequently hung up on me without even letting me spoke to any customer relation officer. Such poor after sales service. Swear not to buy from Courts again.
My tax invoice is [protected]. My wife just spoke to your sales staff, Rhea. I am even more appalled to learn that he dismissed it saying we may have too many stuff or the fridge door had been left open for too long. And they didnt even inform the service dept to send someone down to take a look. Mind you I had been monitoring the whole damn day.
I am a technical guy & is very sure something is not right. Please tell your sales staffs not to dismiss the customer feedback. If they know nothing technical. Let the tech/ service dept handle.

I ordered a L-shaped sofa from Courts. I do not have my tax invoice number but I understand you may obtain the details from use of my mobile number ([protected]). The sofa was supposed to have been delivered on 19 September 2018. It was not. When I check with two of your customer service representatives yesterday (20 September 2018), they informed me that they would check on the status and call me back. I spoke to Donna and Fateha. Neither called me back. The sofa was also not delivered yesterday. It is now 2 days after the date the sofa was supposed to have been delivered and I have no sofa. I am appalled by this service.

Couldn't refund us the full amount for the refrigerator and extremely bad customer service/ethic
My parents bought a refrigerater on 14 September, thursday and she paid the total amount. The delivery suppose to take place on Satuday which is two days later. On friday, I receive a call from courts saying that the refrigerator we ordered is out of stock which they didnt told us so on that say when we bought it. They ask if we want to wait til next week...
