Procuct not working
This is my last attempt to resolve issue with my Clermont smoker. Early on in my warranty period, the temp probes quit working. I contacted your company in march of this year and still I am having issues getting replacements. Your company offers: oops we thought they were sent, then we are sending again, now your shipping department is behind. This is all unacceptable to me. replace the temperature probes immediately or refund my purchase of almost $900 now. I don't expect either because your customer service has proven to be useless but this communication strengthens my court case.

2 skillets 10 inch and 12 inch
bought one each about 18 months ago, wash by hand and use plastic, silicone or wooden utensils. Both are showing significant wear, even some scratches
68122-24 is the 10 inch ; 68122-30 is the other.

They are both non stick coated.

I am very disappointed that my stainless steel cuisinart cookware lids do not have steam vents. When I called customer service to ask why they told me rudely that they were not the manufacturer and that if I was unhappy with their product I could return it.
I have a beautiful large double handle deep skillet made by cuisinart came with a glass lid purchased at homegoods. I consider it a fraud..the very thin coating of metal on the bottom of the pan scratches badly from cooking and there is a pitted spot in the bottom exposing another underlying metal! This is supposed to be a top quality safe stainless steel pan. it is not! I paid $50 dollars for it several years ago. wasted my money. I was taken in by the beauty of this fake stainless steel fake quality pan. Not usable because its not safe. its shedding its ultra thin fake steel interior!
12 cup programmable coffee maker model#dcc-1850 sn#[protected]
I sent a complaint about this coffee maker. It has totally rusted on bottom of maker. I was told to wash it with vinegar which made it worse.
Obviously the material on the bottom of this machine is sub standard - shouldn't ever rust if right material was used at production.
The coffee maker looks terrible.
I will not buy another product from this company. It is only a year old. Warranty states that it protects materials as well as function= obviously this is not true

Cuisinart 3-in-1 pizza oven plus
It is impossible to get this product below 500 degrees on the lowest setting. It is imperative that you hover over the oven and open the pizza door to lower the temp; then close it when it falls low. Absolutely ridiculous! I have never had to be a helicopter parent for a bbq in my life! Biggest waste of 300+ bucks ever. Also, impossible to clean. Everything burns on and there are so many sharp edges everywhere. I nearly needed a transfusion after cleaning it. I wouldn't give this thing away to anyone; that would be cruel. The flame should be adjustable on the consumer lever because it is clearly not done correctly from the factory. All sharp edges should be rounded to avoid the deep, painful cuts sheet metal causes. The magnet on the pizza door needs to be stronger but that is the least of my worries. Overall I would give this oven 1 star because it looks good. That's where the good news ends though.

The skillet worked nicely when it was brand new, but after a while everything started sticking to it and it was becoming difficult to clean. We had to presoak it before having to scrub it.

12 cup coffee grinder/maker
The coffee grinder component does not hold enough coffee to make a good cup of coffee for the 12 cup servings. But the real problem is a poor design that leaves varying amounts of the coffee grinds behind in the grinder or in the grinders chute leading to the filter! I have had some mornings ruined by a badly weak pot of coffee that had to be poured down the drain! Then there is the cleanup! The device takes much more time to clean and must be thoroughly cleaned after every grind/pot as the humidity from the brewing(?) makes the grinds stick to everything! This is a poorly designed and built piece of Chinese Junk! At the price , I expected quality! I do not recommend buying anything from this purveyor of Chinese Communist Junk Products at premium pricing! Cuisinart Coffee maker is a rip off! Their company service is lousy and the reviews censored or selected , I believe, on their website and not to be believed. I tried to leave a review there unsuccessfully!
Desired outcome: They should refund , no questions asked , on this defective product line, all money from anyone who request it! Made by Chinese Communist should be in large embossed letters across the front of these products !
Cuisinart coffee center, SS-15 series
Hello. I bought this coffee maker from Kohls about a year ago and have really enjoyed it...until recently. For the past several weeks, I have been unable to brew an entire pot of coffee. The brewing cycle stops prematurely, sometimes after only a partial cup of coffee drips into the carafe. I have tried cleaning and descaling the coffee maker repeatedly, but the results have been disappointing. I have turned it off, unplugged it to try to reset it, and did everything the manual suggested to resolve the problem, to no avail. We also replaced the charcoal filters in both the 12-cup reservoir as well as in the K-cup reservoir, but nothing has improved. In addition, the K-cup side of the coffee maker has not been filling cups to the proper volume either. This morning my husband tried to make a 10oz cup of coffee and got less than 2 ounces. We can't seem to get anything from either side of the coffee maker.
We have several Cuisinart appliances and think highly of the brand, but this experience has been rather abysmal. We take good care of our appliances and are hugely disappointed in how this one has failed us. We suspect this coffee pot is defective and not representative of the quality we expect from Cuisinart.
Desired outcome: Since we love our coffee and paid a handsome price for this coffee maker, would it be possible to get a replacement? We've only had it for a year, and that's too soon for it to stop working. Thank you for considering this request.
I just bought the cuisinart coffee center model ss-15 series and have been having problems with the single serving I buy all my products from cuisinart. I am very disappointed with this one. I ask for a replacement.
Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven
I have to say that I am very disappointed in this product, as Cuisinart has a very good reputation?
It was purchased 10/04/2020 and I received as a Christmas gift in Dec.2020
The other day, it just stopped working? I feel that this product should've lasted a lot longer then this? I also see there are more complaints on the same or similar products.

Cuisinart Twin Oaks Dual Function Pellet Grill
I have called and left messages for the Customer Service Department of Cuisinart Grills and have not rec'd a response. I purchased the Cuisinart TWin Oaks Dual Function Pellet Grill October/12/2021. I have had issues with the grill since I purchased but at least the Representatives returned my call and sent corrected parts. I have not rec'd a return call since I started calling Monday 4/23/2022. Very Concerned! My grill needs to be fixed!

Cuisinart Toaster Model CPT 160/FKK
We have had the toaster for about 5 years and never had a problem.
We had just come home from church (3 hours out) and noticed an acrid smoke smell in the house. We searched all over and finally found the toaster had
caught/stuck in the down position. It was in an enclosed area on the cabinet
counter top and when we opened the space it was almost like an oven.
Some plastic cups had melted in the spqce and if we had not got home when we did we would have definitely had a fire. We were able to release the
down unit and toaster does not work anymore (of course we would not use it
even if it did).
Dangerous situation.
Desired outcome: Test these units thoroughly for automatic shut off.
i think i am missing something. its on a counter enclosed, plugged in and it automatically turned on?
i did a search and that model it doesn't turn on unless the lever is pushed down. did anything fall and push the lever down?
SS-GB1 Series
Purchased at Bed Bath and Beyond. I use pods for single cups most of the time and the cups overflow. Set to 8 oz it dispenses 12 oz. set at 10 oz it dispenses 13 oz, and set at 12 oz it dispenses 16 oz. So ,it either overflows or I have to watch it and turn the brew off before it overflows and makes a mess.

My toaster oven turns on automatically. This is a fire hazard.
Doesn’t matter what setting it’s on, it turns on, gets very hot, then turn soff and back on again.
I have 2 houses and have 2 of these and both have the same problem.

Coffee Grinder Model DBM-8
Product just simply stopped would not grind coffee.

Ordered a part for my Cuisinart Grill back in October/21. A picture of the product I ordered is below however they just sent empty rollers minus the skewers which can't even work without the skewers inserted. Response from Cuisinart says they don't actually have the full piece to send even though that is what they confirmed I ordered, so they issued me a return label to send item back.
They confirm return of item back early November but have never issued refund. The response to my inquiry about the refund started with excuses and now their emails don't even make sense. Below is a copy of the latest correspondence.

Ice cream scoop defective
I have had 2 cuisinart ice cream scoops that have metal eruption in the bowl of scoop after use. I only hand wash and dry, never the dishwasher. Happy to send a photo of this last one before I throw out. I have since bought the OXO ice cream scoop and have had no problems. Just thought you should know for your company's information as I would imagine that whoever is manufacturing the scoop, someone in China perhaps?, is obviously using inferior metal.

Air fryer toaster oven
Not a complaint, this is a review
I have had my Toaster oven for only a few months and mostly use the air fryer and baking options. I use the product daily, I really love the product. However I can't understand for the money spent on this why none of the pans are coated for protection. It looks like an 30 year old oven already, The pans, even when I spray them to protect them are coated with burn marks and yellow and I have tried everything to scrub them clean. It looks disgusting quite actually. I am very disappointed. I won't buy the product again just for this reason. Sorry.
Coffee Maker
This is not so much a complaint as it is feedback on a design feature. I bought a DCC-1200 coffee maker and I am please with it except the means by which the reservoir is filled with water to a given level.
The little "stair step" thing inside the reservoir is hard to estimate, especially on the lower levels of fill, because of how far down it is.
An earlier Cuisinart coffee maker had a level indicator on the outside which was by comparison very easy to use. I would suggest you design that one into future products that take water prior to use.

TOA-60C Cuisinart Air fryer Toaster Oven.
I was given a Cuisinart Airfyer Toaster oven for Christmas, it was purchased with a gift certificate at Canadian tire on 24th Dec 2021.But unfortunately it is missing the Pull out Cromb tray and air fryer basket.It says these are included but i was very dissapointed to find they were not.I could not return it at the store as the box was thrown out with all the boxes and christmas paper.Is there any way i can get these two items shipped to me?

I made a call to Cuisinart Customer Service today and it was the worst customer service experience I've had for years, if not so far. I called to inquiry about the warranty on an air fryer that I purchased less than 3 years ago, which should be under warranty as defined by Cuisinart warranty policy.
At first, the representative kept on arguing with me that my air fryer was out of warranty based on the serial number and "year" (though I don't know what she meant by that). I told her the original purchase date was December 2018 which was technically less than 3 years ago, but she still insisted that she was correct and said "I don't know what you are trying to say". I didn't know how I could be more clear, shouldn't you know better than I do? Also, the air fryer was out months ago and I luckily found out in time that supposedly it's still under warranty. Come on Cuisinart, don't run away from your defective product. If you provided 3 year warranty then you should honor it without giving your customer such a hard time!
Then I was finally able to convince the representative to process my claim, and she was not willing to provide clear guidance. She asked me to send my proof of purchase to an email, and I had to ask her to repeat multiple times to clarify what she said, and she could've just spelled it out to be helpful but she didn't. Still not sure, I then spelled it out to her to confirm I got it right, and she said "that's what I said, 'cord'!" I said "I just wanted to spell it out to be sure I got it right, " and she responded "I am not saying you're wrong, that's what I gave you." For the other part of the email address, I had to beg her to spell it out too. Then I had to pull teeth to get every piece of what I need to do to get the claim submitted correctly. Yet I still do not know for sure whether it was done correctly, based on how helpful this phone call was.
Cuisinart, you be the judge whether it was correct or professional to treat your customer like that. I've been a loyal customer of Cuisinart but today's experience really deflated my confidence of your brand. I gave you benefit of doubt when my air fryer went out. But now I not only question the qualify of your products, but also more of the quality of the training provided to your employees. It should be better than that.
