zyrtec coupons from the sunday newspapers
Today at noon, Sunday, May 7, 2017, I had two (2) Zyrtec coupons for the nasal spray & pills. I had the exact item as shown on the coupons. The coupons are good until May 21. Your system wouldn't take the coupons. The clerk even tried to enter the code number on the coupons & it still didn't take. She did not even ask if I wanted to see the manager, just said sorry I can't honor the coupons. I asked to see the manager about this problem. He was able to help me & the system then took the coupons.
I spent $35 in your store today, if nobody was able to help me I was going to take my business elsewhere. I believe you should look into this problem as to why your computer system was not able to take my coupons. This store is located at 6501 Harbison Ave., Phila. PA, the clerk's name was Gabrielle.
Thank you.
improper notification of medication received
Received a called from cvs with ordering a refill of nasonex - - today (5/6/17), I had another problem with my mother's medication — I went thru the drive thru and asked if the prescription that I was picking up was nasonex — the answer was yes — got home and found out it was the generic — called the store to found out what the doctor had written — stated it was for nasonex but he didn't check the box for no substitute — so they filled it with a generic — would have appreciated if the aide that waiting on me would have stated it was the generic (they seem to not be able to read the the order that is attached to the bag) — I would have refused, since my mother had used this generic spray before and didn't work as well as nasonex — cvs #1735 — rx 0711475
Ps: this is not the first time this has happened, will add this to her other generic prescriptions that have not been used, that cvs has failed to inform the customer that they make switches, even when the customer asks — by the way this customer is 98 years old — not all generics are equal to the non-generic products
cvs pantyliner
I have been a CVS customer for quite some time now and I am very upset with my current experience. There was a CVS brand of pantyliner on sale, buy 1 get the other for 50 % off. But there was only one pack left. I noticed that the always brand had the same quantity but was 30 cent difference. I asked the manager of I could still get the sale and she relied no! "I can't do that! She didn't even try to find an alternative solution or took the time to see if there were any extra cvs brand in the inventory.
depend
I ordered Men's Depend Underwear for my father on the 28th of April. The company sent a large box of Kleenex instead. How stupid can someone be. I have complained in person and through messages several times and the company keeps blaming me for the mistake. This was a purchase for a medical need. How could a company this large be so dumb. I suggest everyone stops using CVS. The company keeps throwing a fit about $53 dollars when they should just do their job and give me a refund for their mistake I am sure they can afford it. Everyone needs to go back to school or take a class on how to treat people. The power of the internet will definitely make sure everyone knows what a terrible company this is.
price check online discrepancy
May 4, 2017 - checked online for Tabu Spray Cologne. CVS web site said it was available at my CVS store in Mustang, OK. Price posted was $15.49. When I got to the store, the price was $17.49. Lady at store verified price as $17.49. Also verified it was not on sale recently.
Was in a hurry since it was needed as a gift. Got cheated out of $2.00. I took phone picture of web site pricing and availability at myCVS.
refusing to fill prescriptions from my doctor.
I just found out today the CVS will no longer fill prescriptions from my doctor. I have CVS Caremark insurance, so I have no choice in where I take my prescriptions to be filled. The medication in question can be fatal to stop abruptly. I have 4 days of medicine and can't get in to see a new doctor for 3 weeks. My death is on your head CVS! Prepare yourselves for a lawsuit of epic proportions.
photo service
I am a public school teacher. After a school field trip, I ordered 147 4X6 prints online with the CVS One Hour app. I intended to put in the coupon code MOM10 to get the prints for 10 cents each. Before I got a place to put my code in, the prints were sent to the store. I expected to be able to give the code to the store on April 29, 2017 the due date for the coupon code.
My order number is 0X4CY03M.
When I arrived at store #7094 and told them of my difficulty, the manager said that he could not help me and I would have to pay regular price for the photos. I would never have ordered that many, because I live on a limited school teacher budget. I was in tears as I left the store, after paying $50.35 for my total order. Savannah, a very nice clerk, gave me the 1-800 number to get it resolved.
When I called, the CVS personnel told me that my coupon should have been accepted at the store. She called the store manager while I was on hold. She was flabbergasted when she got back to me and said the manager would still not OK my coupon. Her advice was to move my business to another store.
I have been a CVS customer for 25 years in League City. I should not have to move my business to another store to get good customer service.
This is terrible customer service.
I want a refund of the extra money that I was forced to pay for the photos.
I should have paid $14.70, instead of the $42.63 that I was charged.
How can we remedy this situation?

employees
The store on Hickory st in Denton, TX has very bad costumer service. There is never anyone on the sales floor to help you. The cashiers are very busy, so it is hard for them to help. I have called there to ask questions about things they sale and the phone will ring and ring before anyone answers. I don't know what position she holds but Crystal needs to go. She placed me on hold for quite awhile because I needed a price and she was too busy in the backroom to go look for me. I don't know what could have been more important than a customer's questions. I heard she is dating a vendor, maybe he was there at the time. Who knows. Something needs to be done with this store.
unethical behavior at checkout
On 5/1/17 at Register #2, Transaction #5232, Cashier #1470795, Store # 3039.
While in the store with my 4 year old grandson, the Cashier named Lorena asked for my CVS card. In a struggle to grab my grandson from running out the front door, I tossed my CVS card on the conveyor near my purchases. Cashier scanned the card and threw it back at me. I told her that was a bit rude. And her snotty reply, "you did it to me". When I explained that I did not, but trying to control my grandson, she continued to be rude. When I asked her name, she pointed to it on my receipt and again told me she was going to treat me like I treated her! Again, she was totally oblivious to a rowdy 4 year old and the fact that my CVS card was tossed on the conveyor with my purchases. I'm not sure what kind of society that we are living in where young people believe they can be disrespectful to the customer and make rude and nasty comments with no concern of consequences or how it may affect their jobs.
Unbelievable! We always have a bad experience at CVS...they are all snotty beasts!
prescription discrepancy
04/30/2017
Transferred prescription from Walgreens (Plano, TX) to CVS (3910 W. 3rd St. Bloomington, IN) and was given a different named medication (Mibelas) from what I've been taking going on 2 years now (Minastrin). I return to the pharmacy to inform them the medication that I just purchased is not what I've been taking. The pharmacy technician asks me, " Is this the medication you take?" I respond, "I've never taken this medication." The technician then went to ask the pharmacist about the discrepancy. I was then told that the medication given is the same thing and they've had trouble getting the other medication ( my original prescription). So I asked did it have the same active ingredients and if it was the generic. I was told yes it is the generic.
The problem: A pharmacy should never give a different medication (even if only in name) to a customer without notifying them /giving proper explanation of the change (there was no pharmacist consultation) and getting the customer's consent to take the different medication. A customer should not have to "discover" this once leaving the pharmacy only to return for questions and concerns that should have been addressed when the medication was given.
Desired resolution: Pharmacy staff should be retrained on this aspect of customer care. Building a strong trust and rapport is essential to good business and even safety.
terrible customer service
My mother and I were at a CVS this evening, she getting alcohol and was told because I was not 21, my MOTHER could not purchase the alcohol... even though it was for her and only HER consumption. The policy was never stated, and the employee was rude and took it as my mother was buying and giving me alcohol even though this was not the case. Very disapointed in CVS. Employees name was Aramis.
pharmacy rewards switched from target
I was a long current consumer from target pharmacy and when they switched over from target I was told I will still get my rewards. I have had many multiple filled no reeards recieved yet! Ask target pharmacy about it and they said they were told that also it would continue to be getting rewards nothing to do from me. They gave me receipt to call cvs consumer to check. I was told nothing can be done about it cause I need sign hipp form online. Ok so all this time I haven't relieve my rewards coupons from a form I knew nothing about. I want something to be done to recover my coupons or gift card my whole family fills prescription there for this reason.
patch (testosterone)
Product was not in supply. I think it would be a respectful consideration to notify customer of medication not in supply immediately once order is received from doctor office. This courtesy would prevent unnecessary trips to CVS just to be told "Sorry we are out of stock" I have been a satisfied customer of CVS fifteen (15) years, but recently I have began to feel the lack of personal service. I am close to switching to another local pharmacy if I continue to feel disappointed with CVS declining service.
lack of service
Last week(Friday April 21), I had my doctor call my prescription in and after the doctor's office called I figured I would receive a call from CVS stating my prescription was ready for pickup. when I did not receive a phone call I looked it on line and it showed it would not be filled until the following week. I call the Lynn Haven Florida store to find out why they were not filling my order. At that time I was told they were out of stock and it was my problem to find another local CVS to fill my prescription they would NOT call any other stores to help locate the medicine I need. The only reason I still use this CVS is because it is close to the house. Almost every time I use this pharmacy there is problems, poor service and very, very poor attitudes that sick people do not need to deal with. Your Cooperate office needs to retrain everyone in that pharmacy or replace them. I DO NOT receive that type of service from other local stores.
customer service
I was in CVS last week in Fort Myers florida, the location on Palm Beach Blvd and Buckingham road. Cathy "took care of me". She was very disrespectful to me and made me feel uncomfortable, questioning my return to this location. I decided to come back and try again and was greeted as soon as I walked in by a woman named Jackie. Her customer service was amazing and her knowledge of the store and items was impressive. Because of the way I was treated with Cathy, I won't go in when she is working. The manager was also friendly and knowledgeable. I find myself shopping at this location to certain employees schedules and find it to be a much more enjoyable and rewarding experience.
mickey toaster and waffle maker
I'm very upset yesterday I went to the store in culpeper that I usually shop and get my scripts in walgreens (which I was looking for a new place) anyway I go in the get other meds for my daughter. I see mickey toaster and waffle maker originally 19.99 for 50% off. I'm in love pick up 2 of each. The cashier said I don't know why they are not coming up 50% off they have been. He states let me call the mtg. A women came over and than looked he explained she walked to the Isle I followed her. She looks up as there a several signs and says it's only the popcorn machine and the Gummy. I said but the sign is right under the ones I picked as they were all mixed. I have pics I will try to attach. She than turned and walked away as I was explaining this is not my fault. I am very upset. Not only didn't I get what I wanted but the mtg Pat was rude, unprofessional and completely uncaring. I've never dealt with a mtg like that. My daughter was sick so I could not deal or go find her since she walked away from me without any regard for me the customer.

pharmacist
I came into pharmacy after my dr appt. To get my prescription filled.i was told that last month my dr office nurse was rude to them and that they where told by nurse that they would not fill my entire prescription that is true.the medication i take requires a pa.to the point they where not nice at all to me because of that incident. I then watched the pharmacy tech put the prescription through insurance she says it went through then she walks over by pharmacists and comes back and informs me that the can only fill my prescription the day of after i was told last month it can be filled one day early.i asked why they keep changing policy and she says rudly you where informed of this i was not!.i explained i was going out of town and that i set up my dr visit so that i would not have a problem having it filled yet they still gave me a hard time she then says well ill fill it .as im waiting for prescription to be filled i went to front to get a soda when i came back i sat in pharmacy area where an older man was sitting with a toddler. He says to me gee i hope i dont have problems getting my prescription like you he than proceeded to tell me what he was taking and i told him that people abuse and sell the drug that is why its so closely monitored that was all thzt was said.i was than called to counter and checked out only to realize i did not bring any cash in and did not know my insurance now has a 3$copay i then asked the man that i had the conversation with earlier if he could barrow me the 3$ and when we get outside i will give it back that i have it in car he replied no i dont have it.i then told the clerk i had to run to car to get money be right back.as i come back to pharmacy i observed all the techs and pharmacists huddled together and then the pharmacists comes to counter and says in a loud voice im not going to be able to sell you this prescription due to what i overherd you say that you are selling your medication for 10$ a strip!in shock and having the entire pharmacy of people hearing what she was saying so much for patient privacy...
She says u can get it filled someplace else.i said to her she must have misunderstood what i said because i would never do anything like that and i said to her how could you have herd me say somet like that when i was only seated there for a brief 5 min.and she was wearing a Bluetooth she the pharmacists replied i have ears all over pharmacy
I have never been so embarrassed, humiliated and descrimiated against in my entire life...im hiring a attorney and suring cvs for my right to privacy now that the entire pharmacy knows im a recovering addict. She had no right to air my private business and accuse. Me of selling my medication in front of other people i am 51 and have been clean and in recovery over 8 years. I will never forget how badly this pharmacists made me feel and how incredibly terrible she is to make an accusation like that!

customer service at 1101 market st. san francisco, ca
On April 14th around 7:50/8pm I came into CVS for an emergency small pack of sanitary napkins. After searching the aisle for a couple of minutes I found the feminine care products; as soon as I started looking for a small pack of the super sanitary napkins one of your employees came by adjusting items while keeping his eyes on me. Once my friends came in to joined me another employee came by to keep an eye on us. Both staff indirectly follow us to the cash register, never asking if I needed help or was I finding everything ok. When I ask the cashier what's the name of the two male staff working the floor, she said didn't understand my question and did not offer a bag for the sanitary napkins I had purchase. While searching the web for the District manager contact info. I came across yelp reviews about how this located is not properly stock. The first manager I talked to, to report Wing, Joseph, and Melissa, and also to ask for the district manager, came off very nonchalant, said he could not give the district manager personal contact ( I only wanted his(business) office contact ) and said he would talk to staff. The second manager offered a $10 dollar gift card that I had to come into the store to get( didn't even offer to send it by mail or email), none of them spoke of a planned to provide good customer service. I would like to to know CVS protocol on training your employees on quality customer service?
