customer service
I want to make a complaint this was not the first time I have left upset with this pharmacy located at 2075 E. Hatch Rd.The Pharmacy is the worst I have ever encountered. I had got a couple prescriptions sent from my newborns pediatrician since around 10:30 am on 3/13/17 .My daughter started running a fever I had to call the pharmacy because it was around 5:30 pm and they still did not. All me or text me about my prescription. I am enrolled in the auto message and text, I was on hold over 30 minutes.I gave them my info and they said for me to go by I go and they still do not have it ready. They told me they will expedite it and will have it ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Over 25 minutes pass and nothing.I got back in line to ask what is going on, I hear a pharmacist call my daughters name just the first name and makes me get out of the long line. I go and she ask info Oh and it's not mine she says it's a different person. That I need to get back in line very rudely to me. Like it was my fault it was a different person She should of called the entire name not just by first name .clearly it was her mistake. I told her I been waiting all day and they told me it would be 20 minutes more. She didn't care gave me and attitude very unprofessional and said just get back in line .Does she not have the correct training to call the whole name .no customer service skills at all . UNPROFESSIONALISM! a lady with a big wording tattoo around her neck collar bone. She really needs training or this is clearly not a job for her.During all this my newborn is running a fever. This is just ridiculous that there is always something going on with this exact pharmacy other family member have also had problems with this one . What is something what if happened to my daughter between all this waiting time. I had to end up buying something over the counter and wait till I got a call back from her pediatrician for amount to give my newborn. Very disappointing most of the CVS I been to they are always rude to you.
the intern
I was just at the cvs on cresent road in clifton park store number 996 I believe, and I was inside at the pharmacy and the young girl checking me out so extremely rude on her tag said intern, if she's just interning and this rude i'd hate to see her full time, I want to hand her my cvs card and she said no I need your license very snotty and when my order was complete she didn't hand me my bag, she held it out then dropped on the counter and walked away, this isn't the first time she was a little brat either I believe it was last month and had the same thing happen, she is a very rude pharmist in training
pharmacy department
I am just over going to CVS for reasons that they are #1 Rude and any personable customer service that use to exist is gone. The pharmaceutical tech usually acts like a guard dog when you arrive to drop off your RX because she has to be certain that you know it will be 2hrs later that you will receive your medication. One time I was shorted 30 pills. It was suppose to be 150 and I recd 120. Big difference! ! One time at the drive up window the lady sent the script back to us and said Quote " Go to your own neighborhood " I was completely horrified. I've already changed my son's business of 1500. Monthly to costco. My husband and I will be next. In calling corporate to complain..I was on hold very long time, nobody could answer the phone. In complaining to the young girl at the register she said " I don't know what to tell you"
customer service
My wife went in to pick up a few prescription and to have one canceled on March 7th. Her first encounter was with Pharmacist Assistant. He was rude and condescending. My wife was in tears and sobbing. He next interaction was with the Pharmacist and he was no better. She left in tears vowing never to go back.. Bad choice for Target to switch to CVS in store pharmacy.
She later told me that the assistant was absolutely rude he kept on telling her that her grimmer was incorrect in the context she was using it. This when she was embarrassed by his comment she went to correct herself he would make another snide remark regarding their conversation. At this point she was in tear and the Pharmacist came over but was supporting his assistant. My wife was so distraught she left in tears and had to ask a Target employee if Target had a manager to talk to about the interaction. The Target employee state the CVS was under there own and not Target. This is outrageous and not okay. Something needs to be done. She has had numerous other negative interaction with this same assistant in the past. CVS needs to remove or transfer this person.
customer service
I have been a regular at my CVS pharmacy for 3 yrs. Never once have I been so insulted and spoken rudely to as in the past month w 3 different interactions all involving one person.
1- I was dropping off a written prescription. I was called to the window where my paper was taken, she did 1 or 2 computer entry- then told me-oh, you are filling to soon- I can't help you at which point she gave my paper work. I started to tell my situation while she continued to shuffle med baskets and pill bottles, not once acknowledging me. At this point her coworker told her she forgot to do xyz in morning and her reply to him was- I was too busy, we lack team work and I don't feel like being here today. I was still at the window and I got out of line went to a different staff and asked him to file it because I literally was begging to not stand up do to weak muscles.
2- Next day, medicine follow up call .Same person from first interaction. I called to check on its status. Employee picks up the phone and says- Hold on I'm busy right now.
Without addressing her comment, I hung up and called later and got a professional.
3- I needed a medication filled. My doctor sent order over during early morning, I called CVS where the same employee from Issue 1 answered. Stating, I'm a bit busy, I'll do it when I have time. I was direct and factual w her in saying I need that medicine by tonight. In which she said, okay I'll do it right now - pick up ( i asked) 45 mins-60 mins. It came 530, off work. I call to check on med status ( could've gotten done early). Staff member tells me nothing has been started for it and it will be an hr wait.
prescription pick up
3/10/17 Elizabeth Lewis [protected]. I went to pick up my prescription at the CVS pharmacy at 2025 S. Park Centre Drive in Salt lake City. There is a pick up and drop off for prescriptions at this pharmacy and this pharmacy was doing both at the drop off window and because the women was waiting for her prescription to be filled at the drop off window the line for the drop off increased to 6 people waiting to pick up their prescriptions. I told the tech that there were 6 people in line waiting and he yelled he knew and there were only two people working tonight. Then the lady who was holding everybody up chimed in and said if they had more people they would be helping. I informed her she was in the wrong line and we were all waiting on her prescription. Then the pharmacist said this is not a fast food McDonalds which i thought was very rude. I talked to the manager of the Target in which the CVS store resides and she stated that they have complaints non stop about the pharmacy and that she would never get here prescriptions filed there due to the all the complaints. Obviously this store needs your immediate attention. This is the second time that I went to this pharmacy to pick up a med and had to wait while someone else was getting their prescription filled plus payed for. Very rude employees and not following the policies. The manager of the store gave me a 5$ Target Card. If you want to keep your customers you need to do something about this situation.
pharmacy dept
On 3/3/17, I called CVS Rx for a refill request on my blood pressure medicine. They said they would contact the physician and get an authorization for the refill. The MAIN PHYSICIAN has passed away, and I went an entire 8 days without my medicine. I went in the store this morning, and the lady behind the RX counter said she would only give me 3 tablets. I don't drive and I insisted upon an 8 day supply, because my son wouldn't be in town for the next week, and I need my BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE. I plan on doing business elsewhere.
service
Today 3/9/17 at 11:00 am, I had an unpleasant talk with a clerk name Grace, I wanted to return a product I bought at full price few days ago.
Today I come back to the store with a 30% off coupon and asked Grace I wanted to return the product and repurchase that same product with the discount coupon. Gave her my CVS key ring.
She keep asking me if I had my CVS card I said yes and showed her
she was talking to me in a short manner and said I don't know what you are talking about, sighed, throw her register key on the counter in a very disrespectful way then said I can't help you then walked away !
I had to go to another register to make the transaction!
I am very disappointed.
I live 2 miles from the store and like to come to that store at least once a week for the last 10 years.
I would like to hear from you,
Thank you

customer service
I was in the Newman Ave Seekonk MA location tonight, I went to the the pharmacy to purchase my items and pick up my prescription. My total came to $35 and I let the cashier (Ashley 1058466) scan my CVS card, which I had a 20% off coupon sent to my card the day before. I asked her if the 20% off was there and she said no, so I proceeded to check out I didn't want to hold the people behind me up. As I was walking to my car I checked my CVS app to verify the 20% was on my card, which it was. So I went back in to simply see if there was any way I could get the 20% honored, Ashley proceeded to tell me "I already told you it wasn't on your card, but I will call a manager" at this point I could tell she was a bit annoyed that I was interrupting whatever she was previously doing and seemed to be a burden to her. The manager (Rafael) then approched me with the remark "what do you need" I myself am a manager and i would never talk to one of my Coustomers in such manner that he did to me. I explained the situation to him and he said there was nothing he could do because it's not on my card, I at this point was more upset with the way I got treated than concerned about the 20% off so I said OK and walked out. I was very taken back by the lack of professionalism from the manager and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
prescription called in is lost
I am a physician who called in a prescription for a patient at 930 am on march 5 at a CVS on maple street in Terre haute in Indiana. Patient was told that there was no prescription called so patient complained to me. I called the pharmacy and the pharmacist said that it is because I called before the pharmacy opened which I know is not the case because I call prescriptions after office hours. I just feel this is very bad service for both patient and doctors. We are talking about illness and suffering here, not just some merchandise on the shelf!
customer service
Hi I was just at one of your locations in Santa Barbara Ca 93111 turnpike store and I over hear one of the managers talking to an employee so un professional im guessing it was a supervisor or manager she was talking very rudely to one of the cashiers it doesn't matter what the situation was a supervisor should not speak to an employee that way in front of other employees and the supervisor wasn't even clocked in once she spoke to the cashier she said goodnight to all the other employees and walked out the cashier seemed embarrassed and upset. I think I heard the name Susan? Please train supervisors in a professional manner. I work retail and I understand that sometimes people make mistakes but don't deserve to be treated that way! please look into who this supervisor was and let them know that is not ok! And the other cashiers working there were rude to top it all off! I live 3 minutes away from this location and seeing that makes me not want to go In there no more.
cvs photo - mobile coupon was not accepted
The CVS pharmacy store at 6417 West Higgins Avenue, Chicago, IL, 60656 has not accepted the in-store coupon $2 OFF - passport photos.
I was told that it was the CVS policy to only accept the paper printed coupons.
But the online coupon has no where mentioned that it is mandatory to print the coupon and provide it at the store.I had no option other than paying the full price.

Re: wrongfully treated customer
store no.: 2123
manager name: mousoumi
sales associate name: unknown
Dear sir or madam:
I am writing this letter regarding how i was treated in a cvs store located at 61-01 wood haven boulevard rego park, ny 11379.on march 3, 2017, at approximately 3:30 pm.
The minute i entered the store the associate approached me and asked if she could help me with anything. i politely said no thank you i am good. i started to walk down the aisle where skin products are located and started to look for acne cream for my son who was with me at the time. the whole time i was looking for the product, the sales associate was standing there watching me, which was around 15 to 20 mins. i stated to her that she is making me uncomfortable. the response i received from her was, either i allow her to watch me or she could call the police. then, she proceeded to make accusations that i or my son who is autistic could be “stuffing things in the backpack” my son had on his back. i told her to go ahead and call the police and continued to search for what i was looking for.
The associate then called the police from her cell phone and gave full descriptions of me and my son like we were suspected criminals in front of the other customers. i was embarrassed and humiliated. the police arrived on the scene and i requested to see the manager so this could be rectified. not once during the whole incident did the manager make an appearance to see what the problem was. it was almost as if the manager was aware of the situation and was condoning the behavior of the sales associate. without anything being resolved my son and were then escorted out of the store.
I have been going to that cvs location ever since it opened and not once have i ever been approached in such a vile manner or made to feel like i was a criminal.
I look forward to hearing a response regarding this matter.
Regards,
Andre walker
prescription refund
On 2/15/17 I attempted to return a prescription mistakenly filled by CVS 7363 in Lynchburg Va. It was set to auto fill by pharmacy and when my wifes prescription changed, the medicine was not removed from auto fill list. I picked up on 2/13/17 with other medicines assuming all was correct. When I was told she didn't use the medicine any longer I attempted return to local store. I was denied a return because the pills were filled in store and not in a sealed manufacturers bottle. There has never been an issue for this before or had I been informed about this policy. I was denied the return of $104. I have called both the store and corporate about this concern and as of 3/1/17 there has been no return call to me.
At minimum I would like to be refunded for the $104. Additionally I would like to a resolution to the poorly executed refusal and unprofessional manner in which the pharmacist acted.
employee policy
I live in Orange Virginia, I just had my first child a year ago. With no help. I found that CVS had the best prices and deals on baby formula. My CVS however would never keep enough in stock. One of the employees (Pamela Prill) was sooo helpful and always made sure to keep it filled for me. Pamela has been with this CVS for 20+ years. She always is super friendly and helps all she can. I just found out that she was let go for a simple mistake that she had done. She did not steal, she was not rude to customers, she always came to work and helped where needed. She simply in 20 years made a mistake. She asked the company to give her another chance but was told No! I think that is bad policy for CVS for such a great employee. I have been in CVS and dealt with rude employees and never once seen anything happen to them. To me that should be customer policy.. customers is what gives them a job. I am extremely upset the way Pam was treated after her time. And may have to consider changing to Orange Pharmacy.
lack of required supplies
Twice I have filled a new script only to get home and find that needed supplies were not mentioned or offered. New insulin that required pen needles. I spoke to the pharmacist and asked if I needed to know anything that this was all new. Nothing. Good thing I read the directions before they closed. Friday I picked up a solution for a nebulizer which states must be diluted before use. No one mentioned it. No Dr in office till tomorrow to even get a script for a saline solution! I feel the pharmacist has really failed. I must go another night with no meds. Not happy in these first 2 months using CVS
medications
My husband put three prescriptions in last Tues he was told they were out until 3-1-17th I believe this is too long to have to wait plus our insurance changes. On 3-1-17 and we will have to pay full price this was all explained but no response from CBS pharmacy tech we have used CVS for years and now we will be changing which we hate to do I believe they could have done something to accommodate and have meds in store in a timely manner.
prescription
I was mailed a letter from cvs to stop buying 30 day supply of simvastatin and buy 90 days cheaper. I had switched insurance at this same time, so I switched to 90 days. Cost $40. I paid it. Next time I needed to refill I only needed 30 days because the doctor was going to change my dosage In 1 month. The one month costed me $6. I'm like wth. I called and complained and want a refund from cvs for the over charge. Now I have gotten another letter from cvs. Heading says "change to 90-day refills to avoid paying more" this is not a geNeri letter. It names my exact perscription.
prescription
Each month, I am told the medication I am prescribed is not in stock for the 30 day supply. I am told "sorry, we only have half". I am expected to pay my copay twice because the pharmacy does not have enough of the medication or go with out the prescribed medication. It is unbelievable that a pharmacy would encourage someone to go without their medication because "it will take a min of 48hrs till it is available". I will take my business somewhere where it is taken serious.
