Pharmacy issue
I have been filling prescriptions with CVS for many years. One store in particular,#3433 in Ft. Myers. I have a script for a controlled substance that I need filled sometimes. This script has come from the same doctor in the last 11 years. I've never had any issues in the past. The pharmacists and staff have always been amazing. The last time I had this script filled was in February. Recently I have been to the store 4 times over the course of a month and each time I've been told to come back the following week, because it was not in stock. After the final attempt last week, the girl was rude and could not tell me why I was having issues getting it filled. With an attitude she said "you're not the only one needing it". This is after telling her I've tried 4 times in a month. She did not care. I went a few miles down the road to the next CVS and was told they were out of stock. The next CVS I tried refused to fill it for me. They said I was too far from home. After we exchanged some words, I explained my situation and he checked CVS inventory. He told me both stores that turned me away had plenty in stock. That store manager then called Store #3433 to find out why they keep turning me away. Someone told him that I was red flagged. I don't even understand what that is for. Even If I deserved a red flag for something, why was I not told? I also got the script there in February. Why did staff keep telling me to keep coming back later and try again if they were never going to fill it? I'm frustrated and angry at this whole situation. Surely your store policy is not to treat customers this way. Especially when they have been coming there for years. My parents have also been using this same store for 20+ years. I want answers. Please & thank you.
Desired outcome: I want this pharmacy questioned about their training and behavior tactics. I want to know why this happened. I want to make sure it doesn't and isn't happening to anyone else and most of all...i want an apology.
service/prescriptions
pharmacist great/underling tech most unprofessional ever lost or business.
Desired outcome: warning to others
Not having prescription on timely basic
I had a prescription by my docter faxed to cvs in fort valley georgia on the 12th o
Of may 2022 to be picked up on the 15th when I went to pick it up apparently they did not know if it had been ordered. I called back on the 16th of may 16th may 2022. I was told that they had no idea when it would be delivered this is a prescription I need on a timly basic. My name is dexter floyd and my phone number I [protected]. Thank you.
CVS and Islamophobia
I had my Doctor send in two prescriptions for pain (non-narc). CVS flat out said "You don't need them woman!" I said I had refills on them and they lectured me I'm not even allowed to say "hello" or they'd call the police and have me beaten and raped. Then they insisted I that the last time I got refills was May of 2021. I said "No, I saw the Doctor in January of THIS YEAR!" They called me a liar and told me to shut up or I'm banned! So next time I have to go for my heart/bp meds if they deny me or give me the wrong prescription I'm not allowed to say anything or I'm banned for being a terrorist! CVS has gone way too far with women hating and islamophobia! CVS at 4627 N. Main Columbia SC needs SHUT DOWN RIGHT NOW! I wish my insurance covered another pharmacy. It doesn't.
Desired outcome: SHUT CVS DOWN FOREVER!
I filed a complaint with CVS and they ignored it citing "standard company policy". (?!?!?!)
The "manager" is Mitchell Jones and he is a big dude and constantly follows me and bullies me. Why is this legal?! Other Muslim women at my Masjid said they were grabbed, intimidated, shoved, pushed and called names.
CVS has taken away my 1st amendment rights and my civil rights.
Tricare/Medicare Advantage incorrect medication pricing
On 05/11/2022, I went to the South Hill VA CVS to pick up two refills. One was a 90 day supply of Amiodarone 200 mg. I was charged $12.74 when the Tricare allowed amount is $6.52. The $6.52 is what the CVS in Kerrville TX charged on 02/01/22.
On 05/11/2022, I went to the South Hill VA CVS to pick up my 90 day refill for Carvedilol, 12.5 mg. I was charged $8.78 when the Tricare allowed amount is $1.74. The Tricare allowed amount of $1.74 is what the CVS in Kerrville TX charged me on 02/01/22.
The three customer service representatives that were involved in processing my refills seem to be uninformed on how to process my Tricare/ Medicare Advantage medicine request.
Is this experience to be expected in the future? Is this the way Tricare customers are to be treated? Shall I take this concern to Tricare?
I request a review of the amount I was charged and refund the excessive charges. Thank you
Desired outcome: My name is Davis Parham, DOB is 12 Sept 1946. Issue my refund for the excessive charges.
Women like me at my CVS are overcharged constantly and it's legal.
Pharmacy tech
Tuesday, 5/10/22 around 6:40pm I went to pick up my Blood Pressure and Heart Failure medication. The bald (Blonde) african american Tech with what appears to be feathers on her eyes informed my 80 yr Old Father who has been a customer of CVS for over 25 yrs that they could not refill My heart failure medication Entresto until the 24th because my insurance doesn't cover it. My 80 yr old father concerned about his daughter (I) with an 18% functioning heart said, "She will die if she stops her medication". The pharmacy tech responded, "Oh Well, that's not my problem" with such a nasty, insensitive, rude, dismissive tone. As I sat in the back of the car with my 5 month old baby and my 8 yr old, I could not believe how rude and dismissive she was. She continued to be rude speaking over my Father and laughing responding once again with a rude attitude "ANYWAYS". Who speaks like that? What happened to listening and assisting a customer? What happened to getting help if you can not handle or in a bad mood to help with a situation? I can only imagine how she speaks to other customers. Being in the customer service industry and running my own business our job is to assist and engage with customers helping them find solutions not speaking to customers like they are beneath or trash. The pharmacy tech continue to laugh with her co workers and jump around while on speaker like hyenas. Not one care in the world did her or this location have. No sense of compassion or consideration for customers who are ill needing their medication. Mocking the situation while continuing to laugh. This went on for about 15 mins until the pharmacist finally explained why I couldnt receive a refill. If this information was given when we spoke to the Tech we would of had better understanding. I was offended especially for my father who was just asking a question. I can only imagine how many others were treated poorly, dismissed when in need of their medications. Not to mention, customers already have a hard time dealing with their sickness, trying to obtain the correct medication and to be treated like you dont care that to need this medication to survive days, months or maybe even yrs is very insulting and insensitive. The stress that this tech caused could of made my heart fail at any given moment. Then, What? Im Sorry? If you can not assist the public then you shouldnt work with the public. This is the reason why so many people DO NOT go to that location and I finally understand why. My family and I been customers for many yrs and after this experience we take out business elsewhere and make sure to the associates, businesses as well. This location should screen their employees to make sure they actually qualify for a customer engaging position not just hire to fill a position. The lack of behavior, ethics, customer/patient care im sure has been misrepresented by the pharmacy tech. This uncooth technican should be reprimanded and removed immediately from engaging with customers until she receives proper training how to provide customer service. Shame on her supervisor for allowing this kind of behavior! I will be contacting the BBB as well because how We were treated was a disgrace!
Desired outcome: How would You handle this situation?
The "technician" attitude is EXACTLY why she was hired.
Customer service
I drove to store to pick up a prescription which the pharmacist told me yesterday would be ready by 3pm today. I arrived at the store at 5pm and the person in the drive-thru told me it would not be in until tomorrow at 3pm. Fifteen minutes after I got back home, I got the automated call that the prescription was ready. I waited on hold for another 20 minutes to speak with the pharmacist who verified that the drug was there and the tech must have looked in the wrong place. This is poor customer service and a waste of my expensive gas due the staff incompetence.
Desired outcome: Staff trained to give good customer service
They didn't look in the wrong place, they're playing deadly games with your life.
30 minute wait for drive through
The CVS at 680 Sutton in Streamwood is one of the worst drug stores I've ever been to. A couple months ago, inside the store, the store manager was comparing Democrats to nazis in a conversation with another patron. With a line at the register. Yesterday, with 1 car in front of me at drive through, I waited 30 minutes for a covid test. Lady in a lexus in back of be honking constantly. When I reached the window, I told the tech 'hey I've been waiting 30 minutes and this jerk in back of me was honking the whole time'. He couldn't care less and started getting into with me for saying anything. Really? I'm fighting with the tech now!? Had to go inside to find out what was wrong! The pharm manager is an overwhelmed jerk who could not care less either.
Desired outcome: I know CVS is closing stores. Start with THIS one.
The CVS I am forced to go to compares Muslims to "neandertals". I'm Muslim.
pharmacy
i just spent 24 minutes on hold waiting for your pharmacy to pick up. I called at 1:25 and was immediately put into onto hold to wait for a pharmacist. well, as it turns out your pharmacy had no problem having me sit on hold while they went to lunch. As i know for a fact more than one pharmacist works at this pharmacy it is ridiculous that they all take lunch at the same time. even more ridiculous and completely unprofessional is allowing a patient to sit on hold while they go to lunch! how do you run a business like this?
Desired outcome: i want an explanation not an excuse for this behavior and why you think this is a great way to treat a patient/customer? my email since you didnt ask is [protected]@yahoo.com
The pharmacist and staff
Yesterday, May 3, 2022) I went to the pharmacy around 6:30pm. I went to the drive thru the you lady waited on me was rule. My prescription was denied by the insurance company, when I asked her to explain she won't. I ask to speak with the pharmacist she told me I have to wait, after waiting for a while we went in. Now I just left the ER and I was on crunches. The pharmacist was busy with a customer. When he finished with the customer, I asked the employee to let him know we have been waiting. The Pharmacist yelled at me and told me to go sit down NOW and wait! He said, he didn't care how long I have been there. This Pharmacist is very rude, and I have witness him yelling at other people. I want to move my prescriptions to another store, where I would be treated better.

Women are cattle at CVS, no rights no nothing.
As of late the pharmacy at Target in Sangertown mall New Hartford NY
The old crew, before covid, was efficient, cordial, very good at their job. I worked at a rival drug store but found these people were excellent. Now there is never the same people from month to month and the last 3 times i ordered very important medications they were never filled before I got there 2 days after ordering them. I am locked by my insurance to go to your store but I would be long gone otherwise. waiting in the storeup to 45 minutes for orders that should have been ready. Again it was never the old crew only these new people. also there is 3 to 4 people and less service than the 2 that I dealt with before.
Code date on product
I purchased Boost Women Balanced Nutritional Drink, I never looked at any expiration date as I figured the store would be careful and not leave expired products on shelf, I used a couple of them and thought they tasted funny, but I just thought it was just because of the flavor but no the expiration was use by 18 Dec 2021. I called store and asked to speak to a manager, I asked her if when they stock shelves do they look at expiration date, she said yes, so I told her the expiration was last year! She told me, just bring in the receipt and I will give you another, I told her that I don't keep those receipts, I take coupons off and then throw paper receipt away, she just said sorry. As a customer of CVS, I thought that she handled this very poorly and not very good customer service especially when she was a manager, I could see if she was just an employee and didn't have any authority. Thank you for reading my complaint, I appreciate it.
Desired outcome: someone to respond to my concernCarol Chapman, [protected]
Expired prescriptions too.
The Pharmacist
I just had the worst experience I have ever had in a CVS. I arrived to pick up my medications and while standing in line for a few minutes waiting on the customer in front of me to finish something strange happened. He finished the RX person started to lower the gate, I asked why and she said "we are on break from 1:30-2pm, I didn't know that CVS closes for lunch, but it was 1:29 and I explained that to her. It didn't matter she said we deserve a break too. She said loudly, I still don't have my medication.
Desired outcome: email or call me [protected]@msn.com
Not notifying customers of prescriptions being ready
I had confirmation from my doctor that my prescription - that I must take daily - was called into CVS at 3001 Lone Oak Rd, Paducah, KY on Friday, April 29th. I did not receive a notification until late today, Sunday, May 1, 2022. Now tell me, what doctor's office calls in prescriptions on Sundays when they are closed. It obviously was called in on Friday, sat around for a few days, and then they notified me. And believe me I was experiencing withdrawals.
Something needs to be done about the laziness of the staff at this CVS. Not caring about people's prescriptions is unacceptable. They need to be dealt with. They are obviously in the wrong business.
Pharmacy
I am a very, very sick patient. I have meds that are sensitive. CVS is almost unreachable by phone, Covid blah, blah, hold, being unintentionally disconnected as well as intentional end of call rude style hangups. Prescriptions requiring multiple calls (hours) and damn near begging. I am too sick to be treated like this and further more no one should be. All I want is timely scripts once a month. I have valid scripts without question from the leading area healthcare providing group. SouthCoast. They also cut off paid delivery saying it was insurance. They are not much help.
Desired outcome: CVS start recognizing customers are important, a flu is not
You must be one of those unvaxxed white supremacist idiots that deliberately cough on black and brown people. You helped contribute to 1,000,000+ deaths in the US. Hope you're happy!

I have been going to the CVS in Spencer, MA 01562 for 3 weeks. They are supposed to open at 8am. I have waited patiently several times for them to open. They are not opening close to 8 am. I have had to leave several times after waiting from 10-15 mins without my medication as I have to go to work. Several others are also waiting. This is unacceptable in...

04/26/2022 Store location 208 West Washington 201-5920 STR#2934
I've been a loyal customer at this CVS location. The staff and manager are usually friendly with great customer service skills. However, I encounter the new manager he's an African American man and has no people skills. He doesn't provide a welcoming environment in the store. Instead, he approaches people in a defensive matter that makes me as your loyal customer uncomfortable, also the staff that is normally friendly works under pressure.
Desired outcome: He's a Black Man about 5:11- 6.0ft tall. He needs to be made aware of his disposition to your customers is unacceptable. Change his approach or replace him.

On 04/16/2022 a package was delivered to CVS 1099 New Britain Ave., W. Htfd
CT 06110 through "usps" the time stamp says 11:15 am this package was signed for. I inquired about my package 04/18/2022, 04/19/2022, 04/20/2022, and again on 04/21/2022 and spoke with the manager who stated he didn't see anything even though the USPS has stated it was signed for, leaving me to believe the package was signed for and stolen. I am very sorry I switched from
Walgreens to CVS I know they don't have a theft problem, I will never do this again nor patronize a store where the manager could care less, I would have prefered that it be sent back at least I wouldn't be out of the money please ask your manager to review the tapes to see who stole my package
Desired outcome: I would very much like to have my property after I use my coupons I promise I never darken that door way again. Please rectify my problem.
