I have recently made an order on 5/30. After placing the order it said there was a problem submitting my order but the money was immediately taken out of my account. I have received no shipping information on my parts. I have emailed them and texted them about my issue and no response, I have also called 3 times and waited 40 minutes at one time and never spoke to anyone. We ordered a crank for a motor
We ordered a crank for a motor. Was given an estimated delivery date of 5/5- 5/12. This deadline was critical to us. When the part was late we called a couple times before 5/17 and was told it had been delayed and hadn't shipped yet. On May 17th we spoke with Rory Short, shipping manager, and explained our situation. Rory took time to overnight the part to us and it arrived on 5/18, in time for us to meet our deadline.

Horrible business. Poor customer service. Ordered parts for my lawn mower, 3 weeks later still waiting on my order. 1 part of my order been at usps for over a week now. Finally spoke to a person and said my order would be overnighted, got a tracking# for usps and not my full order as promised. Called backed and asked why I was lied to, guy said he does not look at it as I was lied to. Horrible business, absolute nightmare trying to get my order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

However, I contacted Cycle Parts Nation after Amazon's Customer Service could not help me, and Connor from CPN answered my phone call, and he did a very professional job, that not only searched for my item already shipped, but he handled the exchange for the item I really EM wanted, but he also took his time to call me back and make sure I could get it within the time scheduled. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My husband ordered 1 simple part towards the end of April/1st of May. The email he was sent stated that the ETA would be 5/7-5/17 & he would be getting a tracking number "soon". I called 2x last week & was told different stories both times about when his part would be shipped. On said it would be going out in 2 days & the other said it would go out "no later than Tuesday, the 18th." Here it is, 5/20 & still no part or even a tracking number for the order. I have tried texting the number they tell you to & it says it's a landline. Why say text us at this number if it isn't even a cell? I am now on my 3rd call to them today b/c the 1st to times I tried to call them, I was hung up on after 30 minutes. I am getting highly irritated with this company.

Had a great conversation on the phone with someone in the parts department. I had had rotten luck with *** (never buy from them) and a friend recommended Cycle Parts Nation so I gave them a ring. The person I spoke to seemed kinda over it, so to speak, for the day but was very helpful and cordial. They were able to determine that they did not have the part in stock that I needed and then proceeded to look up two other places that did have the part in stock and provided their phone numbers, without me even asking. Once I had the numbers and names written down that I needed, the person helping me said I could call back and ask for them if the other two places didn't work out and they could find some more dealers for me to try.
I'll end this by saying that I don't feel that companies like this one do very well over email when it comes to customer service. The most sure-fire way to get efficient service is to call over the phone BEFORE you order, in my experience.

I bought a roll cage and a roof for my RZR almost 2 months ago and never received it. On My 4th 2020, I purchased a roll cage and a roof for my 2020 Polaris RZR. I still have not received it. When I call to inquire about it, I usually sit on hold for near one hour. Then I am always told by the customer service agent that it is shipping that day or tomorrow. It never ships and they only tell me what I want to here. I just want my money back at this point in the amount of $1496.13. I read the reviews online for this business and should have done so before giving them money. There are dozens of stories just the same as mine. My order # is ***. I have tried all week to call and after sitting on hold for nearly a hour it goes to voice mail or they just hang up the phone. Please let me know what we can do to resolve this. Thank you

I ordered a list of parts on 3-21-22. Called to verify stock of the items on 3-22-22. The woman I spoke to said that some items would be delayed but it would be shipped by Friday. I attempted to email on 3-28-22 to ask for tracking. The response was that this address is for tracking numbers only that I need to call or text. I called and the system said there are 7 calls ahead of me and should be answered in 2 minutes. 25 minutes later I was hung up on. Called back and now there are 9 calls ahead but still a 2 minute wait. Again 25 minutes later Im hung up on. Tried to text and get a response that this is not a good number. I attempted to contact through the website contact and it tells me my email is not a valid email address. I want the parts I ordered or my money back!
I ordered a part on line on April 10,2022. They processed my payment via credit card and sent an email confirming the order. Based on all the bad press Ive read on this business, with many claims being identical to my own, Id just like to cancel my order and be refunded. On March 9th, I ordered a part through Cycle Parts Nation website Order# *** - Order total $113.73, I have never received any communication from Cycle Parts Nation other than my order confirmation. I never received my order, I have email, called, and used their online contact form on several occasions to attempt to receive a refund for my part which is clearly never coming, and have never received a response.
I purchased a garage creeper for my husband in August along with two other small items. I received the small items but not the creeper. I called in August and was told it was being processed by *** and it should be to them within a week. That was two months ago. I cannot get anyone on the phone and my emails have gone unresponded. At this point I just was a refund.

I called and they said the order was sent to the wrong place and they would re-order. I have not received the confirmation or the refund.

On October 21 Cycle Parts Nation advised my parts were on back order. On November 3 I emailed and texted asking if I could add to my order. Received no response. Tried calling received a recording with no option to leave a message. No December 7 sent a text asking how much longer should I expect to wait for my order. Did not get a response back. Cycle Parts Nation has ghosted me. I would like a total refund of my payment to them.

It was charged to my *** credit card. The latest delivery date was 5/8. The reference number was ***. I never received the part. When I called I was put on hold for 30-45 minutes and then transferred to voicemail. This happened every time and no message was ever answered. My emails were not returned. This is not a complaint about poor service. This is theft. After 10 days and receiving no further updates on my order; I tried to contact this company via both email and phone to inquire about the status of my order. I received no response to my inquiries. Consequently, I emailed them and told them to cancel my order. The following day, I received an generic email telling me that they were processing my order. I emailed them once again (that same day) and told them to cancel my order due to their lack of communications. I informed them that I did not want to deal with them and would return any items shipped. Once again, I received no response. Days later, two packages from them appeared in my mailbox. I marked both parcels as refused and had them returned. I expect a complete refund on my credit card. Any reputable business should be able to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

I ordered a set of dual saddlebags from indianpartsnation for a 2018 Indian Scout Bobber, expecting delivery between Mar. 30 - Apr. 4. Instead, I received one incorrect saddlebag. Upon contacting customer support, they promised to send a return label and the correct order. However, subsequent attempts to discuss the mix-up resulted in them hanging up on me. The website now shows the single saddlebag listing updated with the dual saddlebag item number. I paid $315.67 and either want the correct saddlebags or a refund.

On 5/15, I contacted them via email to ask when the part would ship, just to make sure the timeline was still good. I never received a reply. On 5/17 I did not receive a ship notice or tracking. I waited until 0/19 then started calling them. I had probably a 12 calls to them, with +20 minut) wait times, and never connected until the morning of 5/24. I spoke to a young lady in parts who informed me that *** had again backordered the parts and they did not receive them on the 15th. She informed me that they were likely backordered until the end of June. I let her know that I could not wait that long, and would like to cancel my order. She said absolutely no problem. They never credited me, I called many more times and then on 5/19 the part shows up, they still won't answer me.

I found local parts on 6/7 and have attempted to call a handful of times and email the order inquiry address - Received a automated response that states "This email address is used for automated responses... Please text or call us at (***) *** and someone will assist you ASAP." I am trying to see what the cancelation or refund policy is, and I have yet to have any order updates. Called the number back, it would not send as a text message stating it was an invalid number, and got the same automatic voice stating there was a 4 minute waiting time with 16 people ahead of me. I received this same statement the other times I had called in as well, 4 minutes and 16 people ahead of me. Very suspicious that its always the same wait time and same number of callers. I think the whole website is a hoax, and there are no real people to talk to. I will refuse the package and expect to get a refund or call back.

Despite multiple calls to their provided number and assurances from the parts manager, Justin, that an email confirmation would be sent, I've received nothing after 2 months. Justin's failure to confirm the return is both misleading and deceitful.

I either want the money returned for the two remaining items on this order or the parts...I prefer the parts. This is a last ditch effort to get someone to talk to me and sort this out ASAP. If not, i will call the MI State AG's office and file a consumer complaint. I'm happy to provide invoice, documentation of what few emails I have. I placed an on-line order. My credit card was charged, but the order has not arrived, and all my attempts to contact the seller have failed. On May 19, 20 or 21, I placed an order using the internet with Cycle Parts Nation for a fuel filter for a *** generator (order number ***). In response, I learned I would get a confirmation email, which has not arrived. During the order process, I also learned there may be some delay because of covid-19. On May 21, my credit card was charged $24.21 for the part plus shipping. On May 27, I placed a call to the company, but hung up after being on hold for 25 minutes and then wrote to the company (via a "Contact Us" link on their web page), but got no reply. On May 29, I followed the same sequence (except the phone call got a busy signal), with no reply. Today (June 1) I again wrote via the web page cancelling the order and asking for a refund on my credit card. I also said I planned to file a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com. I am attaching a copy of the screen-shot showing the internet response to my order. While the response indicates an estimated delivery of 5/27-6//10, I am particularly concerned that I was charged for the sale 10 days ago, but have been unable to get any response from the seller.

Ordered (5) parts for our scooter June 11 totaling over $300 on credit card. Delivery promise date early July at the latest. Received one $1.95 part on July 10. Requested info on balance of order... no information available from the company. When calling Customer service number usually cannot get through or wait 30-40 minutes for a representative. They kept telling me order will be shipped "any day now". Now their phone lines have been shut down so no way to communicate with them. When you email their customer service for an update - no response. So I email and texted them July 23 asking for a cancellation of my order and a full refund (I ship back the one small part). They said they would do this and submit my refund by Friday, July 24. Did not happen so I asked again. They stated I would receive refund Monday, July 27... did not happen. I asked again this morning (July 28)... waiting for response. Three promises and no parts, no status and no refund as requested. I have no recourse with this company. They have had my $302.13 since June 11 and I have (1) no parts that I ordered, nor (2) no refund as requested and promised by them on July 23.

Two orders placed have partially shipped. I have made numerous attempts to resolve and get the orders completed. I placed two orders with Cycle Nation. One on 5/22 order #*** and another on 6/01 order #***. I have received items from both orders, but neither order is complete. I have called numerous times and after being on hold 20-30 minutes each time I have been hung up on 3 times. I did actually speak to someone twice. The ladies that connected my calls were very helpful, and very eager to resolve the matter (which I appreciated) and both told me on each occasion the order would ship out that day. Nothing has been shipped and this has been about 3 weeks since the last communication. I have sent numerous emails and have not received a single response (ever). I have sent a text (which the website directs you to do) and received no response. I understand the impact Covid has had on businesses, but the lack of communication has become unacceptable. I am not one to make noise. I operate a service/retail business myself and understand complications arise. I could not stay in business with the practices displayed by Cycle Parts Nation. My customers would not be as accommodating as I have been. I would like to have a resolution to this and have these orders completed asap. Thank you for your prompt attention.

I made a purchase online from cyclepartsnation.com on 5/19, a portion was shipped on 7/7, and I am still waiting for the rest. On 5/19 I placed an order (reference #***) for ATV parts from cyclepartsnation.com for a complete exhaust (item #09-1323), exhaust gaskets (item #16-6061), and two tires (item #532045) with an estimated delivery date of 5/27 - 6/8 for a total cost of $730.34, which was paid by debit card. On 7/2 I contacted them via email and their website directly. I received an automated text reply from the website the same day claiming COVID-19 was the cause of delay in their shipping. On 7/7 I received an email with an attached invoice from them saying part #16-6061 had been shipped with USPS tracking #***. On 7/23 I sent another email asking about the status of my order, and on 7/23 received a reply stating they would ship my order once part #09-1323 came in from the warehouse. On 9/3 I sent another email stating how long my order has been pending and, as of today, I have not received a reply. Today (9/9) I sent them another email expressing my intention to file a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General and, if necessary, take them to small claims court. I also stated I was willing to accept either a refund of the balance of my order, or prompt notice of shipment of parts.

Waiting on a refund and order was placed in Sept. 2019. I placed an order for several four wheeler parts and a fuel tank on 9/15. This is the ORDER #***. I was immediately charged $747.95 and it took several weeks to receive everything except the fuel tank for $344.37. I wasn't notified that the tank was on back order so I called and was told it was on global back order. I decided since I wasn't in a rush to wait and see how long the back order would take. I called monthly about the status of the back order. I was told several times I could get a refund if I was tired of waiting. After a few months I decided to get the refund and then attempted to contact them from about March-July I finally reached someone and asked for a refund. I was told no problem and it would take about 2 weeks to receive. I then told them that the card I used to pay since expired and was told that wouldn't be a problem issuing the refund. Several weeks later after still not receiving the refund I tried calling them again and no one ever answered or returned my messages. Subsequently I found out they were no longer accepting phone calls and were only accepting emails. On 7/22 I emailed them without success. My wife also emailed them and requested a refund and the response she got was "We are unfortunately pending receiving in the below item. Once we have received this item in we can get it shipped right out to you and you will receive tracking information to your email.". Needless to say I am very frustrated and would like my refund. I tried emailing them again tonight and the email did not go through.

We ordered a crank for a motor. Was given an estimated delivery date of 5/5- 5/12. This deadline was critical to us. When the part was late we called a couple times before 5/17 and was told it had been delayed and hadn't shipped yet. On May 17th we spoke with Rory Short, shipping manager, and explained our situation. Rory took time to overnight the part to us and it arrived on 5/18, in time for us to meet our deadline.
