I am complaining about being cheated out of product.
I just purchased brownie/ cupfection for $4.75 that I had before at 20510 farm to market rd. At 1:18pm usually it's greatly proportioned, But not today, they gave me the smallest pat of icecream with hot brownie that melted that down quickly . It was almost nothing to enjoy left due to the melting. I don't understand the small portion today. I wanted a scoop of Icecream with a brownie not a brownie with a tablespoon of icecream.
It was the saddest i've ever seen. It was tasty but just a taste.I'm so disappointed.
This is the location nearest me but I not interested in devalued quality in product.

Small blizzard very poor standard quality
Although my granddaughter had many competitor's Coupons & Deals for July 2021, but on Canada Day 1st July 2021. THE DQ Blizzard was not a special deal, complimentary, a promotion, at kids pricing, on senior's discount or a charity from DQ on Canada Day. PURLY MONEY FOR PRODUCT!
I'm African-Canadian (Stayed my entire life in Calgary). After a long haul of Covid Shutdowns/Lockdowns, my granddaughter happily celebrating Canada Day, seeing Trudeau on TV smiling (Reminding me of the beautiful days of Nelson Mandela), decided for the first time to buy a Small Raspberry Fudge Blizzard Order AACT TJ7ACDJ 116 at DQ location 115, 722 85 St SW Calgary, AB.
DQ charged us $ 6.50 (Inc GST)., while we confirmed with three DQ outlets that The Small Raspberry Fudge Blizzard was not more than $ 5.49.
Why was I overcharged?
Why the Blizzard was ready within seconds?
Why the Blizzard was of very poor quality?
Now please DQ will flip its policies and procedures Bible and ask my granddaughter for a receipt. DQ will tell her to follow all your beautifully framed in gold "Terms & Conditions", incurring us with over $500 expenses (including our time) to furnish DQ with evidence, which then will be perused, reviewed and audited by your Big five auditors.
DQ should not be worried, if issue not resolved, we will not be disappointed, angry or exasperated with DQ. We learnt the American trend of democracy; best to sanction DQ products and embargo DQ locations, the American way with a smile.
Desired outcome: One Year free meals compensation for my family.
Poor Service and Rude Manager
My usual order when I visit DQ is mango cheesecake shake with additional banana slice add ons. That's my favorite.
I tried to buy my favorite drink in SM CENTER LAS PINAS BRANCH and I was assisted by the manager on duty on that day (June 16, 2021) around 5:30pm.
I ask if I can pay using my globe rewards and she said they are offline. So I said its fine, i'll pay cash. Then I proceed with my order, "1 large mango cheesecake shake with additional banana slice" and she said "did you see any banana in the menu, we dont have it". I said thats my usual order and she said that they dont have that and the banana add ons is phased out TWO YEARS AGO.
How come it was phased out when I just ordered the exact thing last week! I HATE HER! The way she assisted me and the way she answered me, SHE IS VERY RUDE!

Poor service and a messy product
My order was a complete mess. I simply ordered chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream in a cup with whip cream on top and they just gave me a sundee with whip cream. I also ordered a strawberrry cheesecake blizzard and they made a complete mess out of it. When I called to talk to the manager he had an attitude and basically called me a liar and was rude.

I'm filing a complaint for discrimination and the fact that I got terminated in only one day
Okay was currently working at the York Nebraska Dairy Queen here May 21st 2021 I was hired on as a shift leader because that is my second time working there I work there the first time when they very first open as a shift leader I was done very wrong and was terminated due to the fact of me getting into a verbal argument with another co-worker within those two days of me getting sit home the other girl got my position I lost my job and she ended up moving up to management in my position okay owner about this day of the 21st of May I went in I've worked for Dairy Queen for about 4 years now so I was under the impression that I was going to go in for a few hours for training because I have a doctor's appointment that I had to take my mother to that day at 3 I was not aware that I was working from 9 to 5 when I went in that morning I pacifically asked Lisa the manager if I can leave early at that time she had no problems with it considering the Lobby's closed in the Drive-Thru is the only thing that was open well in the midst of all that they are outside smoking weed on the clock leaving riding around this is managers Lisa and another manager named justice did not clock out when they said they would take a break so therefore they were on the clock but they weren't at work doing work or they were gone for several hours of the day is what I'm trying to say they were on the clock managers was allowing them to smoke dab pens outside in the parking lot also when I supposedly got terminated Lisa did not even call me to tell me that I was terminated she tried to put it off on another employee to tell me that I was terminated and I still have yet to hear from her I think that is discrimination and I do not like the way that I was done and something needs to be done I would like my job back because I got done and treated very unfairly and very discriminated against and I don't like that I mean if your manager how you going to have another employer tell me that I'm terminated terminated on a supposed to be a no-call no-show but how is it a no-call no-show when the day that I went home early after I was told that I could go home early but at the time when it was time there was no managers in the building because they were out riding around getting high and if I'm asked to work the next day mind you I was already scheduled off but I was waiting to hear from Lisa the manager which she was supposed to have called me which I still have yet to hear a word from her never called me to tell me you know what was going on or why it was a big deal when it was time for me to leave after she'd already told me that I can leave early but at 2 when it was time to leave it was such a big deal and then she didn't want to get on the phone none of the other employees will give me her number so I can call her myself she's never contacted me after it was told she was going to call me so how do I get terminated over something did I didn't even do all because they didn't like me I work one day and then I get terminated

Drive thru service at Melfort, Sk
Approximately 6:45, Chantell took our order and was very rude! We have never been SO rushed and interrupted during a order before. She really has to slow her speech down and give more respect to paying customers. Thankfully the boy that handed our order to us asked what sauce we wanted, as chantell did ask and we said gravy but I guess it wasn't our in our bag.

At a recent visit (5/15), the restaurant was half closed due to dirty tables and nowhere near enough capacity to seat all the patrons. The staff was rude and did not want to serve the customers. The staff locked the doors several hours before closing time and did not allow any other customers inside. Will not be back.
Desired outcome: Open the entire restaurant and keep it semi clean
Mini Blizzard
The down sizing of the mini blizzard is ridiculous. You can hardly find it in a cup holder. I will be trying to re-direct the grandkids to the frozen drinks at Burger King...much cheaper and larger!
By the way, I have been taking my grandkids out every Sunday afternoon to drive thru at Dairy Queen since the Pandemic hit.
Discrimination
Watch out for the Dairy Queen on Lancaster in Salem Oregon. The management is a joke and discriminate. They treat teenagers like garbage and threaten to fire you if they schedule you on a day your not available. They have no respect and are drama. They talk about the employees behind their back. If you hire teenagers you should expect them to have little availability and should work with it and help them feel safe and help teach them and guide them and not traumatize them.
Too much hate and pettiness in this world. If you can't be a positive influence you should not be a manager!
Treat others like you want to be treated!

Grape Misty Slushy
I have been going to Dairy Queen my whole life and always have ordered the Grape Misty Slushy Today I found out that you have discontinued grape as one of the flavor options. I am thoroughly disappointed! I ordered cherry instead and I must say it was horribly sweet, left my mouth and teeth bright red and inspired me to contact you in hopes that more people like myself will be complaining about grape being removed from the menu.
Even the employee confessed that she was confused by the decision as grape is very popular.
I hope DQ Will reconsider this decision!

Rude staff, messed up order...
My Son and disabled Grandmother went through the drive through at the Prattville, AL (205 Interstate Park DR. 36066) location on 04/13/2021. I sent my Son with a list of what I needed ordered. My Son even handed the list to the Cashier asking her to make sure it was all correct and she said everything was there. My Son briefly checked the bags and noticed that we were missing an order of onion rings so he went inside to get it. One of the girls asked to see his receipt and he told her they never gave him one and she had the nerve to say, "then how do I know what you paid for?" They ended up giving him the onion rings. Once he got home, I noticed my Daughter's Kid's meal was missing. I called the store THREE times back to back with no answer so I called the Shell Station where they are located and asked to speak to the Manager. I told him what happened and said I'd be up there for the food we paid for and did not receive . Once there, I explained to the Manger that we all make mistakes but with gas prices being so high and the fact that they messed up not once but twice and the fact that one girl was extremely rude and not getting a receipt was just too much for one visit! All he said was "Sorry". I wasn't offered a refund or compensation for my wasted gas or time, just an "I'm sorry". To make it worse, the Manager (if he even really was the Manager) had very greasy hair to his shoulders with no hair net and no name tag. Extremely dissatisfied with our visit and doubt I'll be back to ANY Dairy Queens ever again!

Dairy Queen in Alliance Ne on Flack Ave. First they refuse to give the receipt and they have a seperate charges for cheese, pickle, lettuce, onion, tomato, ketchup and mustard. So...by the time the order is finished the double cheese burger is almost twice the price of the stated price. This is outrageous...this has been happening for years I was informed by others. I go to Scottsbluff, Ne dairy queen and the order is perfect to the price advertised.

Not worth the price paid
We go to Sherman TX Dairy Queen often and one night I went to pick up dinner and blizzards. After waiting for over half an hour for the order, I went inside to check. We ordered a chicken strip and fish basket with 2 med. blizzard. They said they had just put the order up for take out when I went in. Asked if I wanted a refund, I said no (even though it was over $32) and said I just wanted my dinner.
She bagged up the dinners and a young man took our blizzards out of fridge. Got home with them and the fish was over cooked but we ate it anyway because we were hungry. Later we got out the blizzards, I ordered a brownie dough blizzard and I got a med cup of vanilla ice cream (not blended) with a few cookie dough pieces in it and 2 crunchy little things that tasted like mocha or something. NOT WHAT I ORDERED so I dumped it. My husband ordered a choc covered strawberry and got vanilla ice cream with strawberries in it, no chocolate.
I called and the girl I dealt with earlier answered, I asked if I could talk to a manager because this meal was not satisfactory and not worth the money. We were so disappointed because we like this DQ and its the only one.
She told me the General manager would be on Monday as it was Sat. and he didn't work Sundays and she would leave the message and have him call. Funny thing, he never called and we felt like our business didn't matter.
When you hire employees you should train them properly as yours have made lots of errors lately, especially with the ice cream. Went over to Brahms the other night, ice cream is just as good and cheaper so after this experience we don't know if we will go back to DQ since their customer service sucks.

.When we got the order, our shake was vanilla..The employee said it was banana ..We taste it ..It was vanilla..When we told her to please change it..She told the manager and the manager said it was banana..It was not banana..The employee took it back ..Not even 30 seconds when by and it was still the same one..I was like what part does your manager doesnt understand that is not banana..The employee wavied her shoulders up and said my manager told me to give u this..What kind of emploees do that..With covid and all..I dont know what they did with my shake, , she still gave me the samr cup..I had to throw our shakes away..So i spenyt 13.46 for what..For nothing..Even when she took the order, , she repeated the right shakes, , when we got to the window, is was all a disaster.. Real bad and disapointed..Will never stop by there again..I lnow i cant get my money bacj..But i can promise you something..Friends and family wont go there again..And to top it off the manager didt even stop by the window to correct her..Sorry but not exceptable
Problem solving with refund
On March 10, 2021 I downloaded the new app and ordered my family a meal for curbside pickup at the 13th Ave DQ in West Fargo, ND -19540 Seemed easy and it asked to let us know when we were outside so they could cook it fresh. We arrived and I tried submitting the 'we are here option to start cooking' but it kept saying there was a error. I retried it several times with no luck. I watch several people go through the drive through so i switched it to drive through and it worked! I waited in the drive through as they made it. They forgot a blizzard so a ordered that again. We received that and the meals. We drove home through snowstorm 10 miles to find out they failed to put my rotisserie chic basket meal in the bag so I had payed $32 for 2 hotdogs some side dish and some drinks! I called immediately and talked with the crew on duty. I was told the mistake was made because the kitchen screen didn't show the chic on the order but it was on the order by the till? I was told they can't refund my card but they will have a manager call me the next day at noon.
March 11 no call back no refund so I call them back at 4pm and inform them of the incident. I was told they can't refund me but a manager will call me at 6pm.

I called them back at 630 and talked with the shift manager (assist manager) who informs me he is aware of my situation but he is just a collage kid and he can't refund me either but he will pass on my issue to the manager 'real manager' as he stated it. But he didn't think he will know how to do a refund because he is in training? If he can't maybe they can push it to a higher manager. At this point I feel like they are just messing with me.
It is sad as I really enjoy DQ and I worked in the food industry so I know how staff can be so i'm trying to be professional and understanding but when i decide to make a complaint officially to DQ HQ the first response I read on the complaint board is an employee complaining about customers? Might want to take that one down.

We went to dairy queen on feb 27 2021 at 9:00. Doors were open, no signs on door. There were 3 adults and 2 children, we went to the counter to order and they refused to take our order.
