Good day,
I would like to place a formal complaint.
We placed an order for two large pizzas. Order number [protected].
After 45 min, we called and the lady assisting me (only asked my name NO ORDER NUMBER ) informed me that the pizza will be delivered within the next 10 min.
After another 20 min we called for a second time- where after we were informed that the pizza will be delivered within the NEXT 20 min! (While the person assisting keeps chatting to co-workers in the background and ignoring our query and questions and still not taking an order number ONLY A CELLPHONE NUMBER!)
After saying that this is unacceptable we where informed that the pizzas however are only NOW being put in the oven!
This really is unacceptable! It is now 22:00 at night after placing an order at 20:39, and we STILL have not received our pizza!
We are now in the process of getting in the car and driving to the store ourselves should this "20min" also turn out to be an empty promise!
Update: pizza arrived 20 min later. HOWEVER we specified that we are paying cash. So when the driver arrived, HE HAD NO CHANGE... so whether we wanted to give him a tip or not he got one because he didn't have change!

Debonairs raisethorpe just ruined their image!
I ordered 3 large pizzas from them, and after 3 calls, and 1 hour 45 mins later, the driver arrives with the pizza cold, it had the black dot.
Iv spoken to a lady on the phone, she tells me on the 2nd call, driver just left the shop with my order.
After 30 minutes of no delivery, i call again, only to hear the same thing.!
I tell them im not prepared to pay for the order as its so late, the lady on the phone tells me ok.
Upon delivery, the driver says he doesn't have the money to pay for it so i have to pay.
Clearly im not the 1 responsible for the delay in the delivery.
The driver has other orders to deliver so he doesnt want to delay or waste time standing here. So what happened that he couldnt adopt the same thinking when making my delivery?!?!
So i sent back my order, leaving my kids disappointed as ever, as it was 1 of their spoils from them for mothers day.
Very disappointing .
