Debonairs in Westonaria West Rand in jhb their service is very pathetic and poor. When you call for your order the line is forever on computer voice " we experiencing high call volume up to 5 mins chewing your airtime. On my first day this week on Sunday 20/12/2020 I ordered online around 19h00pm my order arrived after 1h 30 mins if I'm not mistaken. Yesterday 21/12/2020 I decided to give it a try as the pizza was nice and after complaining to the driver for Sunday late delivery. I placed my order around 19h00 this time I did not receive my orders after I got confirmation that my order is on the way. Up until 22h00 when I was asleep forgetting about them and their poor service then I received a call around their call asking me if i'm fine and if I received my order I told them they just wasting my time as slept hungry without food. Today the 22/12/2020 I placed another order around 19h00pm. Up until 20:40 then I decided to call I lost my time on the line listen to computer voice whining we experiencing high call volume. At around 20:45 the driver shows up with the order when I already lost my mood and appetite. The order had no cold drink that I ordered. What kind of business is this that does not care about consumers. You go direct to them you still wait 2 hours for the order. I don't blame staff cooking nor drivers I blame the bosses and management to that branch. Clearly they take advantage of people. They are working on numbers and targets. What kind of business is this that cannot meet customers needs. They must just leave and close if they can't satisfy their customers.
