Del Taco epic beyond ca meal

The burrito was obnoxiously smaller than the photo. The photo was a long cylinder type shape and the burrito that was served was a short square shape. The filling was more like it was plopped together not one topping at a time, but it was really messy and sloppy. Not happy at all. Paying $8.29 for a burrito the size of a child's burrito very unsatisfied, more like cheated out if $9.

Del Taco taco salad

Your Taco Salad was unbelievable horrible! I went to your Del Taco store #1005 North Las Vegas. It has so much lettice, a few bean, chicken bits, and bacon and I am not exaggerating ! I am a disabled veteran in a wheelchair and I like salads, your should learn from Taco Bell there salad is great. I PAID $13.22 and I am still discussed, although I know nothing will be done about it, but just in case you want to reimburse me give my money to a homeless nearby. I will never eat at another Del Taco ever again

Del Taco no chicken

We wanted a epic chicken and Avocado burrito, we were told they were out of chicken. We asked if we could just get the burrito with some extra avocado instead of the chicken to be told it would be a extra charge?! That's ridiculous because whoever manages the del taco can't order chicken and we try and adjust to be told it would be extra is crazy considering it's your bad you don't have chicken one of the main ingredients for basically half your food. I love del taco and tell all my friends that they're good and not like other fast food but after that experience I'm appalled. Hope to inform you of your nonsense.

Del Taco terrible fountain drinks

Hello my name is Donald I'm an avid Del Taco I usually go to Taco Bell at least four to five times a week and my issues that I am complaining about is 7 out of 10 times I get bad Fountain drinks teether to therapy not sure if enough or like right now it is carbonated water with a little syrup. Honestly that sucks it twists my stomach it is a pain and time consuming to go back inside n exchang. So if you could have them check the sound drinks more often or know what color are the sodas should be cuz I'm actually stopped going to Del Taco as much because of that issue I'd really appreciate it if this could be looked at seriously I know I'm not the only one. Have a great day. The picture is supposed to be mr. Pibb it looks more like iced tea

Del Taco the cashier denied my free beyond8 burrito and lied and said the redeem code didn’t take yet it disappeared on my app and was rude

At the Barstow and Blackstone location in Fresno CA the drive through cashier prevented us from getting our free Beyond8 burrito even with our purchase of a soda and claims the code didn't take even though it clicked as he scanned it and it disappeared from my app. He was then condescending and seemingly racist. I am not a satisfied customer and will post this event across social media and by word of mouth if no remedy is offered. Have been a loyal del taco patron for many years and this guy was not a favorable representation of your company! Thank you for your attention to this occurrence and will probably either seek another del taco or not purchase at del taco at all going forward. Thanks again.

Del Taco customer service

On 6/17/2019 at approximately 2:15 I walked into the Lacey, Washington Del Taco. When asking to please fix the order because it wasnt plain and i cannot have sauces with my chemo it doesn't mix, he refused to fix it. When saying we come here all the time and ive eaten my orders when they have messed up, but this is the first food I have kept down in days, he looks at me and returns my money. Now i run a hlog with 1200 people whom i share nutritional advice. Del Taco is the one place I encourage them to go. No longer. I would like an apology. We have come there twice a week since it opened and this new manager was so very rude. He had me in tears. I didn't even do anything. He then said he was going to call the police because i said I will make sure my family doesn't return. And then said we are banned. I didn't do anything and this kid was just that, a kid. Maybe 20. Very immature and obviously abusing his power. He is darker skinned and bigger build, didn't catch a name but i am trying to find out. I don't think you want your franchise being known as the one that sends 98lb chemo patients away. I couldn't even tell at him as i had part of my jaw removed last week. This was literally the first food i was able to eat in weeks and even the customer next to me was on my side.

Del Taco removal of turkey tacos from the menu`

I am happy that you have a vegan option on the menu now, but it is NOT low fat or low calorie. Your turkey tacos filled a niche for people like me who wanted something other than a salad that could work with a diet/health program. I used to eat your Del Tacos, but the aging process demanded a change and I was glad you had turkey tacos available. Beyond meat is not a substitute for turkey as is not a healthy option. Please consider bringing back the turkey tacos - turkey has less of an impact on the environment than beef, and is a low fat, low calorie source of protein.

I agree 100%. Me and my kids do not eat beef and the turkey tacos were a great alternative to the real thing. We have tried the beyond meat ones and do not like the taste at all. Please please bring back the turkey tacos!

Del Taco time to get food

I ordered two soft chic tacos. No one in front of me and I had to wait over 10 minutes while the staff socialized. Then when she handed me my food, no apology for the wait and no thank you.
Two very small items should not have taken that long but I was most annoyed by her lack of manners. I mean really. It's not that hard. Just work on your customer service skills.

Del Taco left my phone on the counter and they took it

Restaurant 1160 WAll Ave Ogden UT 84404
Left my phone on the counter after ordering take out, I returned 30 min latter to see if it was there, the manager said no I haven't seen it, I called my son because he had loaded a find my phone app for me, he checked and located my phone at Del Taco. I returned again and asked for my phone, the manager was rude and said no we don't have it, I said I know it's here and I'm going to call the police, magically they found it. They are rude and thieves, I get it's a low paying job but stealing is wrong! And they never even apologized, my son stopped by to talk to the manager and she was rude and said I can't help that old people leave stuff, he asked for her bosses phone number and she wouldn't give it to him. This is not a restaurant that I will ever go to again and I'll let everyone I know how I was treated, I get kids do bad things but if you don't have good leadership in the store that will own mistakes how can you expect the team to succeed.

Del Taco food service and manager store # 0007 indio, ca 92201

I went to drive through at 4:01 pm 6/13/2019 . I ordered a Value Box Taco with no lettuce and mini quesadilla plain. When I got home we to eat our meal and notice it was a chicken taco with no lettuce and some kind of sauce. So I called Taco Bell to speak with the manager and ask her name but she hesitated to give me her name but she said that her name as Christina from store number 0007. So I told her about our food being wrong and she said I would have to go back with receipt and food that we are 15 min away. I told her I was not going back out being 114 degree heat. And she said that that was the only she could fix it. So then I ask for the Corp number and she said that they weren't Corp and hat they were franchised. Then she said that that the way they hassle any problems of food. So we wer talking and she just Hong up in our conversation to get it resolved. So I called again and the phone just rang and rang until the phone went dead. So I called again and it rang and a worker pick up the phone and ask for the manager but they said that the manager left .so then I told the worker to take down my name and order number for my recipe. To let them know that I going back tomorrow with the receipt number 86 with bar code 255547357036. Then the worker told me the same thing to bring everything back. As the same time she covers the phone and was speaking to someone else. So I told the worker to give me the store manager and told me that they are not allowed to give out manager names. Then they just hanged up the phone on me again. That's whey I'm here staring my complaint. Thais store has no respect to the customer and totally very un-professional . I don't know what is your policy on these kind of matters but I know further hanging up in a costumer it's totally unprofessional. Please look into this matter it could of been handle in a more professional way.

Del Taco service and food

I went into your del taco in Carson #0635 . I ordered the 6 dollar triple chicken box I told ELeiza that I would like the fries well done and a strawberry lemonade. She replied I will have to charge you for the strawberries I said I've never been charged at any other del taco so I told her forget it I don't want to be charged. I get my order and fries are very Soggy And cold by this time I'm very upset with there service so I tell them I will report to corporate.

Del Taco employees/ manager

I visited the location on 35th ave and greenway road phx az 85053, inside the circle k. I ordered 3 chicken soft tacos with chicken only and an epic avocado burrito. The employee taking my order seemed to be new. I could tell because she was having a hard time completing the order. I emphasize to her twice more that the tacos need to be chicken only, due to my child's allergy to tomatoes and cheese. I recieved my order in a timely manner and drove home. When my son was starting to eat I noticed that the gave me 5 tacos when I ordered 3 and the all had everything on them. I went back to the location and told the lady I order 3 tacos chicken only. She said what did you do to them. I said really are you serious. Facetiously I said I spit on them and then said nothing I just need the correct order. The manager then coped an attitude and said, I made them chicken only. I then asked her to look at them. She refused. And I said I didn't go home and put cheese on them just to come here and complain. The manager and another employee went outside and proceeded to talk about me with the door open. The employee with the manager then said just wait until he leaves. The manager cam back in to make my order then shoved the bag forcefully towards me not making eye contact. As I was leaving, she said something under her breath and I saw here in the door reflection staring at me. I turned around and told her customer service and happy customer is the key to a successful business. She then threatened to call the police on me. I will never go to del taco again because of this very unprofessional person who made me, my child and other customers very uncomfortable with the attitude and blatant arrogance . She called me a liar, treated me like I didn't matter as a customer. I have a team of 35 employees and culture is huge in our success. Without the customer as you know we would be nothing. Thank you

Del Taco manager trinidad

I was in drive threw when I pulled up to speaker, I had to greet her before she greeted me and told me to hold. Waited about 5 minutes before she even took my order . I felt rushed through my order, she told me I'll give u your total at the window when I wasn't even done ordering. I told her I wasn't done ordering so I came inside to order instead. Another customer before me received his food and the bag tore and fell on the floor. The gentleman in drive though was asked to back up to reset their time. When I received my order it was in a Togo bag when I ordered it for here and I was missing my two sides of cheese I paid for.

Del Taco beyond tacos

These tacos are absolutely disgusting. You got rid of your delicious Turkey tacos for this garbage? You have lost several customers over this. I won't be back. I used to come to your restaurant almost once a week for your turkey tacos. They were delicious. Now my option is Beef Del Tacos or these nasty meat subsitute tacos that cost a fortune for what they are. I really hope you get a brain and bring back the turkey option!

I like that they have a vegan option, but it is not a healthy option. They need BOTH - the Beyond and the turkey tacos.

Why did you discontinue your Turkey tacos? I understand adding a veggie option in the Beyond tacos but at the loss of Turkey is a very bad idea. I will not be returning because the turkey was your best protein choice. I loved it in the combo burritos because it was less oily than the beef. Please bring it back. Carnitas are great too but you don't offer them often enough. Bring turkey back.

Del Taco Service

Just bad customer service. I tried to add extra cilantro on my street tacos and she told me that it was a charge I said fine. She then proceeded to say that I couldn't pay for it unless I drive around and got back in the line. Like seriously first you said it was a charge the. I say fine then you tell me to get back in the line when I question all of the shenanigans she nervously tells me normally it wouldn't be a problem but my boss is here. An african american guy in plain clothes assisting with orders. I have 2 problems with that one this young lady was way too nervous and under pressure to be getting paid minimum wage the other problem that I have is when does an establishment basically tell you no over a garnishment I don't know the procedure or where does the cilantro come from I even suggested to just give her a dollar for a little container of cilantro but nooooo. And I wasn't even given a receipt I know that there is a number to call. I will but this was by far the worse experience ever no napkins in my bag just bad service without a valid reason.

Del Taco name of food

Wet Burrito plato
1960s-90 our farm and surrounding farms called illegal aliens WETBACKS or wets, mojados, wet. Naming this food is demeaning to the Hispanic community. Wet to a Hispanic is lig nig to a black chin to a asian and crack to a white. I cant believe I saw the name of this plate. Please look up the history of the words I wrote above-Wet is so wrong for a name of a food.

Del Taco service

Firstly, I would like to give a shout out to the other Managers and staff that has been really pleasant and welcoming at this location. However there is this one Manager that worked there ; heavy set black lady that has braids, everytime I order from her she has this funky attitude, her customer service training went out the door. At first I thought it was just me but this morning around 10am of course she had the same funky attitude and another customer was leaving said she lacks customer service... Please contact me at your earliest because I want some type of action done. Thanks

Del Taco foreign object in food

My mother and I were having lunch at Yuba City Del Taco when I bit into a double cheeseburger. I felt a sharp pain on the bottom right portion of my jaw and knew i had broken a tooth. I took the object to the manager for inspection. Later that evening i had to go to er due to pain. Then the dentist and have my tooth removed. I submitted bills to the owner Rick, who told me that claims like this will be reviewed by his insurance company but will probably be denied. I received an email from him who stated just that. I wad never even contacted by anyone about this incident. I requested a letter from the company but no responce. Now im hiring an attorney to fight back. Be prepared if you eat at the Yuba city store. If injured you will be screwed and have to fight for what is right.

Del Taco service

The Del Taco in Red Bluff consistently offers poor service. They continue to get my order wrong each time I visit. It takes much longer than it should to get my food and I always seem to find that they are understaffed. Today I waited for 5 minutes and no one even came to the register. I love the food and would like to see improvement or am afraid they may continue to lose good customers.
