Del Taco no chocolate or strawberry shakes

Hi my name is kevin i eat at your resturant at least 2 to 3 times a week and for the last month +, the milk shake machine that makes chocolate & strawberry milk shakes has been broken!i love your milkshakes i think they are one of the best around the area, now that i know that, i will have to change to somewhere else to get a quick meal, i usually get a chocolate milk shake with every meal at del taco. I only hope that you get it fixed a.S.A.P. Asking for a chocolate milk shake and cant get one because management sucks and can't make a simple call to a repair facility is incompintant.If this dosent get handled soon i will quit eating your tasty food! thank you kevin

Del Taco bone in my salad

Hi I had went to the Del Taco off of Lincoln and Rio Vista in Anaheim, CA and had purchased a chicken avocado Salad, it was very delicious until I had came across a big bone in the salad. I had cracked my tooth and very disappointed. if you freshly make or package already, it doesn't matter it the fact of it being in my food. Let alone not paying close attention to what is being served to your customer very disappointed. Yes I would you to take care of this issue I have and handle it the best way possible. I will being looking forward to hearing back.

Del Taco did not want to serve breakfast during breakfast hours

On the menu it says they serve breakfast from 11pm to 11am. I ordered 1 egg and cheese burrito for $2.89 at 11:44pm. The cashier replied that I could not have the burrito, even though it was within the breakfast hours, because the order before me ordered a chicken product. I clarified that it was breakfast hours and the cashier gave me the same response. I ordered two Turkey del tacos instead. But this was a big inconvenience because I had just been released from the hospital tonight and was told to eat lightly with eggs crackers etc. Also, the cashier never gave me a receipt.

Del Taco pollo asadaa avocado bowl and wrong secondary meal and failure to act

On January 8th at 12:06 CST we visited the drive thru on NW Expressway in Oklahoma City OK 73132. This was our first Del Taco experience, and this store had just opened 8 days prior to our visit. I ordered the Pollo Asada Avocado bowl. 1) it was this short tiny dish and nothing like the long spread in the pic online 2) the slices of avocado was past expiration. It was not simply brown on top as avocados will brown when you cut them and leave them out (but totally not acceptable for a restaurant), but the brown was softer than the rest of the avocado, it was a very dark brown, and from the side view it took up about a third of the layer of the avocado. 3) the food taste like pure salt, 4) no plastic ware, 6) we also ordered the street taco, but my son received a burrito plato instead, 7) we a couple extra extra random food items we didn't order. 7) we tried to phone them for over an hour when we found out. 8) we tried to complete the 10-15 minute form online with about 15 mandatory questions from a drop down set of menus before you can state your issue just to have it flip back to the beginning after completion. Finally reached the local store and they were refusing to refund order and very rude. They said we could have more food. Did online form again, got confirmation letter that it was being transferred to correct people, and a week later still no response, sent picture of the weird receipt for almost $23 and the rotting avocado. I can't respond to that email, webpage has no phone number... just located some 800 number online

At the Del Taco at: 2900 Westminster Ave Seal Beach, California 90740 (562) 596-8508 There is a damaged concrete parking stop near the store entrance. It has a length of rebar protruding about 12" long. I tripped on it this morning, and it was very painful. Please see that this is corrected before someone really gets hurt! Ralph M.Miller. Del Taco burrito

A new Del Taco opened in my area. Very disappointed. Chicken burrito cold... Beef burrito very dry n mushy. They asked if l wanted sauce. I said yes please mild. Del Taco del beef burrito

There is a really long black hair in my burrito! Half way through it and, oh yuk! The order was wrong, they would only take cash, it took a long time, and there was a long black hair in my burrito. Del taco is terrible! I eat there all the time until now. This is just wrong! I feel sick now at the thought of this. This is disgusting! I won't be going back there and I will make sure I let people know to open up there food and see what surprises Del taco has made for them!

Del Taco drive thru order

On 12/21/18 at 11:48 pm I went to The Del Taco in South Jordan, UT store #1184. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and after several bites I felt something poking the roof of my mouth and scraping the back of my throat. I spit it out and was horrified to see a thorn with 3 sharp point sides. I attempted to call the restaurant and they didn't answer. I hope to hear back soon. AWFUL!

Del Taco store#0425

My fiance Alexander Robertson went through the drive-thru December 19th 2018 at 10:48 p.m. his receipt number is order number 16. After taking his third bite into his second burrito he felt something sharp poke the roof of his mouth. He removed the food and saw what looks like a bull thorn in his bean and cheese burrito smaller then the size of a dime but bigger then a Eraser tip to a pencil. We called the the store immediately to inform them of what happend and strongly suggest that they stop serving the beans to the customers or to notify the general manager, and the shift manager on duty told us to file this complaint with corporate and they'll resolve this manner with us. And that they were going to continue to serve the food. We strongly feel that this is a huge health issue and hope that we will be in direct contact soon.

Del Taco poor food quality

On 12/12/18 I ordered hamburger and fries combo and not only were the fries not hot they seemed a bit stale. And the burger was also not hot. So I believe that the food was undercooked which gave me really bad stomach pain. This isn't the first time food from there made me sick. The last time I ordered a burrito combo it gave me intestinal discomfort. Do not go to the deltaco in bakersfield ca. It's the one on gosford rd. Near the wal-mart.

yo'..wink'wink.i'm finding it very difficulty to understand the procedure on yur 'organization..n..?.concerning the coupon purchasing order.n.?.if yur establishment have decided to present & to publish & issue public mail 'o purchase coupon for placing one order from one n'dividual 'person per order only to me that is poor asset for yur business .o'look & yur employee @ yur Del Taco establishment @ # 0775 refuse to accept two order from one automobile with two purchase order coupon that had five n'dividual ' n'side that automobile..n..?.their's know necessary need to mail'out coupon if .u demand or dymiss the hold purchase order & refuse to fill the order from one automobile because of two order from the automobile from five n'dividual n'side one automobile & then r/o the hold purchase order from the coupon's order..n.?.

I wish to lodge a complaint against Jorge at the Iris/Perris restaurant; my husband ordered two Chicken burritos and your associate chose to put each menu item down separately, three times my husband told him what kind of burritos, he also tried to charge him over fifteen dollars at which my hubby complained was too much money, then he changed it!

Del Taco french fries

I am a 26 year old female that clearly doesn't have a beard or short hair. I was eating my fries and come across a shirt dark hair on my fries. I took photos. Bagged the hair. And called the Del taco. The young man who answered the phone was insanely rude. The manager was understanding and gave me options. I just want them to be clean! What if my two year old DAUGHTER ate this?! I honestly won't ever go back to Del taco. No matter the location. This is GROSS!

Del Taco service.

8:00pm December 07, 2018.
I have been purchasing fast food, quite a bit of it at Del Taco, for the last 55 years. I have never been denied a request for food from any of these restaurants under the premise that, "If I sell you this I'll get in trouble." I was in the drive thru lane and ordered dinner for two. As I pulled up to the window I saw an advertising poster for one of your deserts. When I got to the window I asked the young man if he could add that dessert to the order as it looked good in the big picture in the window. I assume that is why you post them there. Good advertising and placement. It worked. However, when I asked for the dessert I was told this: "I'm sorry but we can't add food to your order. There is a line behind you (2 cars) . If you want to add something else you'll have to go around again. There is a timer on our orders and if we take too long we get in trouble." Wow. I doesn't take that much longer for me to drive to Taco Bell. I think that's where I'll be ordering from now on. Unbelievable to say the least. If that's the type of customer service you are training these kids to provide you are on the wrong track. I was insulted and will not be returning there.

Del Taco complimenting exceptional del taco employees micayla and norma

Dear Customer Service Staff;
This communications are to compliment several of your Del taco Employees for at store #0353 12/04/2018, as a matter of fact there are 3 Del Tao restaurants in the Orange County community that are my favorite places to eat Turkey Taco and Platos Dinners .
However i did witness how employee Micayla professionally deescalated a challenging and ignorant customer several days ago, she did handle the challenge as only Del Taco trains its employees to do. what part of you buy 1 taco and demand the Del Taco Employee to cash a $100.00 bill ? come on what was this woman customer thinking? really inconsiderate .
Anyway compliment is for the exceptional coolness they keep when they are faced with irritate customers, please communicate to this store they are really appreciated by its customers, Thank you Del taco...Loyal Consumer

Del Taco food look spit on and bitten

I was in line to get quest loaded nachos and was asked if it was raining outside and it had just started to rain . The guy then said what can I get for you. Something wasn't right when the lady that was cooking the meal came out to see me and made a comment saying is it for this old guy . I'm not that old I just have some gray .i noticed chips were bitten and wet with some kinda saliva or spit throught the chips as if if was rained on and luckily my plate fell in my car cuz it made it easier for me to notice that the chips looked like someone took a bite out of them and the chips look wet not like usual cheese but topped with saliva or something water like that didn't give me a safe vibe to want to eat it anymore . I decided to try it anyways and now I'll let you know if I get sick or not will be my next review because I have a bad feeling about this guy working the drive thru seemed kinda like he didn't like his job and when the lady cane out to give me the food personally i knew they were up to no good when she made a comment in Spanish like oh it's for this old guy which I found it to be very rude of her to do . I am afraid to even touch the food now knowing it could have been comtaminated with some kinda of fluid water or saliva . Totally gross I'm ever coming back to this Del taco again

Del Taco horrible service

The 34528 16th Ave S, Federal Way, WA 98003 del taco is terribly mismanaged. overflowing garbage, slow service, dirty moldy soda machines. The managers were incompetent, and the store itself was very very very understaffed. From what I was told and could see the workers were doing jobs exclusively for managers. In the very few times I have visited this store even when chatting with the employees they complained about the management and general state of the store.

Del Taco forgetting part of my order and no guacamole on 2 of carne asada fries.

Then I went in after drive thru and told them they forgot one carne asada fries and argued that didn't charge but the guy said back order and 3. The girls attitude towards me was very negative instead of admitting their mistake of not adding when I said very clear several times. Then the 3rd carne asada fries they went in back to put guacamole on and slipped it on where it was running out side. The meat was burnt and dried and fries were over cooked. Didn't want to eat the 3rd one thinking maybe they did something to it. Spent too much for the quality
