false billing/no contact available
Fraudulent charges for software online - I found you have to deliberately exclude charges while on their site or they will charge you for their whole list of charges! But I discovered that too late. Also there is no screen to review your bill and no submit button to press - the system just takes over and charges you for everything and you are left wondering what has happened - until all those unwanted charges appear on your credit card. There is no phone number to call Digital River and no e-mail you can reply to. I have contacted my credit card company but they insist they will deal with Digital River themselves - I hope so! Can anyone help me to contact this company and hold them accountable? I want all charges cancelled and I want nothing to do with a company that behaves like this. Shame on Dell company to have dealings with such a spurious company. Maurice Cunningham

poor service; privacy violations
Digital River is an omnipresent "third part vendor" that processes online orders for many companies. Think "intermediary" or "middleman". (I call them a parasite. Outsourcing is rarely a good thing . . . and, in my humble opinion, the use of Digital River is outsourcing at its worst.) THREE EXPERIENCES:
(1) When I decided to purchase security software for the used PC that a generous friend bought for me, I sought Trend Micro (based upon its favorable Consumer Reports review). Well into the online ordering process (via TM's site), I learned that I was, in fact, dealing with this entity I'd never heard of before (DR). I had occasion to contact them with a product question. They were, IMHO, characteristically ignorant and untutored about the products they had been enlisted to sell. (Such ignorance and poor training is the rule, not the exception, both online and inside real buildings.)
DR staff also made incorrect (read "false") statements to me regarding sales tax -- insisting that my order would be assessed tax, when in fact it should not have been.
I decided to visit a Best Buy store instead . . . where I gladly paid more for the TM software, and gladly paid state and local sales tax, just to avoid having DR in my life.
(2) I ordered a fancy clock radio from Boston Acoustics, online. At the END of the multi-page ordering process, there's a tiny disclosure, on the bottom, that it's DR we're dealing with. (I didn't see it.) Worse, when one calls a toll-free customer service number provided by Boston Acoustics, one is in fact dealing with DR (even though the calls are answered, "Boston Acoustics" !) The online order form malfunctioned; I would have received two products, and been charged twice, if I hadn't been paying attention. Worse, the product -- packed and shipped by DR staff -- arrived in a plain, unmarked box (the Boston Acoustics box and product were inside), which bore NO "This Side Up" or "Fragile" markings whatsoever. The internal cushioning materials were also insufficient to protect the item adequately.
(3) I learned that DR -- unfortunately, like MANY companies today -- kept (and intends to keep) my credit card number stored in its database, indefinitely. . . this despite what I, an attorney, believe to be vague and inadequate disclosures that DR does so. (WHY does any company need to store such vulnerable info in its non-secure systems, especially if we are not, and don't intend to be, repeat customers?) Like all companies that do this, DR of course says its systems are "safe". However, we all know there's no such thing; in any event, the CHOICE of whether to trust any system to safely store our info -- from outside hackers, or inside thieves and info-peddlers -- should be OURS to make, not theirs.
A close reading of DR's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use led me to conclude that the wording is so open-ended as to grant DR a carte blanche. Legal staff told me that my info "could" be deleted at some point, but neither they nor their "disclosures" indicate when that might be. Furthermore, legal staff, citing those disclosures, assert that certain legal "requirements" mandate this approach. Said staff refused to IDENTIFY those statutes and/or regulations for me. I THEREFORE SUBMITTED AN ETHICS COMPLAINT TO THE STATE BAR OF MINNESOTA, REGARDING DR's LEGAL TEAM.
I urge all readers to tread carefully in dealing with DR, and to avoid them if at all possible. (Consider telephone orders, or visiting a brick-'n-mortar retailer instead.) I also urge you to start pressuring your state and federal legislators to outlaw the practice of storing our sensitive info without our consent, and without clear and conspicuous notice. (FYI, Target does this. Best Buy does it. ABE Books does it. One prominent car rental company even takes your date of birth off your driver's license, and stores IT!)

Speaking of Computer Security Software any Norton Software bought through PPC ads on Google, Bing, Yahoo and others are from "Affiliates" .
Norton-outlet.com, Norton-Symantec.com, etc They are not anything but links to Digital River. NO SUPPORT. They are not even real companies. They are shadow companies for Digital River so they can fill up PPC ads on search engines with "sock puppet" stores.
They have NO support before, during, or after the sale. Beware of buying from affiliate sites that lead to Digital River.
fraud
On the morning of May 7th, I logon to my account, and I see that a charge for $25.94 was posted to my checking account and I have no ideal what it's for because I have not ordered anything on-line. This is scary that someone can steal money from me so easily. Maybe it's time I revert back to money orders; at least that way my account information will remain confidential.

money taken out of my account
My bank informed me that on May 2 two charges for $190.56 were taken out of my checking account for a company called digital river.com. I did not make this purchase and have no idea what this is. Please help.

fraud and cheating
I purchased and downloaded this software, (Pinnacle Studio V12.1 Ultimate) which would not install. I spent hours on the phone with tech support, to no avail. Finally, I purchased the DVD disk of the software, which was shipped, and installed properly. Today, Digitalriver sent me an e-mail, advising me that the download was defective, and instructing me to re-download the original purchase. Since by now I had received the DVD disk that I purchased, I had no need to re-download the original software. I requested the Digitalriver refund the original download price, and they refused. So, I have paid for the software twice.

Find another product.. you are heading for heartache
I purchased TurboCad Deluxe 17 from IMSI/DigitalRiver. The purchase price was 56.94. The invoice stated this. I was charged on my
debit card for 56.94 + 49.95. I got no help from IMSI. DigitalRiver had no phone#.
I bought MediaMonkey Gold-Lifetime License on line and the code key does not work, Tried many times to redue it still does not work
They been charging me $35 and i don, t even know why or what for i do, t remember buying anything from them!
Yes DigitalRiver is pathetic
They make huge mistakes & then stick their heads in the sand hoping the problem will go away rather than do the right thing..
They do not look after your security details either.
I download software that never worked and the company has never returned my emails requesting support.
refunded money
Found a charge for 29. 99 from dri*digitalriver.com - hadn't ordered anything so was alarmed. Once charge went through the name of the company appeared as dri*ca.com [protected]. I called the number, went through the usual menu beeps, then quickly got a real human - with indian accen - who looked up my name, and claimed i authorized this charge as a recurring annual bill for an anti - spyware product i supposedly ordered in 2007. Since i don't recall ca antispyware - the name implies computer associates, a legit comany, i'll have to give the benefit of doubt. I asked how do i stop this charge as i use no program with any such name nor can find it on my program list - the woman replied sorry sir, we'll stop the charges and refund your money in 5 or 6 business days. Today is the 3rd day and the refund is in my account. I could have gotten the program for a company owner laptop i used in 2007 but specifically recall that. So the good news is that you can get a human, and get pretty fast resolution if you're reasonably polite!

This company DRI*Digitalriver is running a charge for 29.99 on one of my credit cards and I do not have a clue who they are or what they sell. I have not gie them any authorization to debit my credit card or anything else. I think before any company runs any kind of debit on your account they should contact the account owners efore doing any such transaction. How did they get my credit card number any way.
I agree 100% John I got nailed by them this morning. I have contacted my bank to stop payment to them because it was a unauthorized transaction.
These yahoos have taken money out of my account for something that I don't know what for. I've never even heard of the name DRI*DIGITALRIVER. I tried the phone number of [protected] and got some India woman who tried to run me through the gauntlet to get my bank card number...not a secured line or site... I'm not giving them my number. Obviously it has been used fraudulently to begin with. I received no satisfaction what so ever and will have to contact my bank tomorrow to have the charges removed...a very long process.
incompetence, fraud, theft
On 24 March 2009 I ordered IMSI/Design Turbo CAD 16 and Design Tools in response to a promotional email from IMSI. The first thing that went wrong was that the Design Tools, available only by download, would not download. When I reported this, the instuctions I got from Christie O. resulted in "Web Screen Error" after several attempts. I reported this and...

I am in shock that this company is a publicly traded company and that Microsoft deals with them. Digital River intentionally remains elusive to its customers. They post no chat or phone support. They send generic emails that do not address their customers' issues.
When I finally contacted Microsft and told them of my issues with DR, I asked if Digital River was a reputable company. Microsoft stuttered and refused to answer the question.
Upon finding this site, I found a number to contact Digital River. After waiting on hold for 12 minutes, I spoke with a company rep. who told me my order had not YET been shipped and then quickly sent me to another department where I remained on hold for an additional 35 minutes. When I finally spoke with the 2nd rep., she gave me a completely different story. She told me my order had been sent 2 weeks ago, Priority USPS, and that it usually takes around 3 WEEKS. She said they have no mail tracking abilities with Priority Mail, although their website says your order can be tracked.
Be careful with this company! I have spent a good amount of money and time on them and have yet to receive a single portion of my order or get an honest response from them.

The shocking thing is exactly what you said and more.
Mocrosoft and Symantec and are both willing Digital River customers allowing Digital River to collect names and financial information on every customer.
Symantec got smart and added a couple more channels to buy from them but DR is still selling Symantec thorugh the 1000's of affiliate sites they run; affiliate sites that lead to Digital River.
You can buy both of those products without going through Digital River but if you click on PPC ads in search engines you are most likely going to go to Digital River.
wrongly charged to my credit card
I have been charged for a product System Soap by Digital River Commerce System. I did not request this product and do not have it on any of my present computer. I have tried every way possible to contact the company and been given the run around. I am not happy that this company has my credkit card details and using them to bill for a product i did not order or requirer. I have been trying to get them to reserve the charge to my credit card. There is no record on my computer that I contacted this company.
Are things so bad in America your business have to start ripping of New Zealander to make a buck.

double billing
I recently upgraded/updated my Norton Anti Virus service. I received an email w/my order number etc. I was charged.$48.98. I received a second charge 3 days later for the same amount from www.DRI*Digitalriver.com or myord.com. The second charge was not authorized by me. Somebody has got to put a stop to this nonsense or ripping people off and double billing. I am thoroughly discusted at this company.

26/08/2010 DRI*PCTOOLS.COM 952-908-4084GBR $49.95 Changed to my mastercard
did not order
On my credit card statement I was double billed for PC Tools by Digital River, charging me 29.95 twice on the same day. PC Tools was able to credit me back for the subscription since I no longer needed it and gave me the phone number to Digital River [protected] to contact them about the second billing. The representative for Digital River, a woman named Jac, denied it was a double charge stating it was a authorization only, even though I had the credit statement in front of me.
I contacted my credit card company who confirmed the double billing and filed a Case Dispute against Digital River.
Upon calling them back, another Rep still denied the double charge. I told him I had filed a Case Dispute Against their company. Suddenly he wanted me to Fax my statement to him. No way was I sending them personal financial information, gave him the dispute number to give to his so called 'Escalation Department'.
I plan on filing with the better business bureau against them as well.
I'm also a consumer but I don't really agree with this complaints. Some people tend to blame there mistakes to someone. One thing I always do if I don't understand something is to search on the net or ask people if net is not available.I always do this before I decide of doing something. Not because you speak English you are already intelligent. We have to read, ask, research etc.You have to read terms and conditions first before you click on YES, continue, i accept etc.!You have to read so that you won't complain after. You have to make sure that the software you had subscribe into is not under auto renewal. Those are actually on the signup page where you put in your personal information. They even have a REVIEW YOUR ORDER button for you to make sure you had put in your information correctly and for you to double check what have you sign up for. One mistake that customers do is renewing there subscription manually though they are under autorenewal(of course they are not aware again or forgot)The system will not detect that it was already renewed manually simply because it was program to renew only.It will generate another subscription automatically and of course 2 orders will show up but you have the right to call the vendor and ask for refund.
Some people will also often think that they are double charge though its just AUTHORIZATION CHARGE. I got the explanation in Webster(Authorization hold (also card authorisation, preauthorization, or preauth) is the practice within the banking industry of authorizing electronic transactions done with a debit card or credit card and holding this balance as unavailable either until the merchant clears the transaction (also called settlement), or the hold "falls off." In the case of debit cards, authorization holds can fall off the account (thus rendering the balance available again) anywhere from 1–5 days after the transaction date depending on the bank's policy.Signature-based (non-PIN-based) credit and debit card transactions are a two-step process, consisting of an authorization and a settlement.
For example:
If an individual has a credit limit of $100 and uses a credit card to make a purchase at a retail store for $30, then his available credit will immediately decrease to $70. This is because the merchant has obtained an authorization from the individual's bank by swiping the card through its credit card terminal. If the billing statement was sent out at that point, the actual charges would still be $0, because the merchant has not actually collected the funds in question. The actual charge is not put through until the merchant submits their batch of transactions and the banking system transfers the funds.
A debit card works slightly differently. Similar to the previous example, if one has a balance of $100 in the bank and used a debit card to make a purchase at a retail store for $30, then his available balance will immediately decrease to $70 as a hold on the $30 is enacted. This is because the merchant has obtained an authorization from the individual's bank by swiping the card through its credit card terminal. However, the actual balance with the bank is still $100, because the merchant has not actually collected the funds in question. However, unless this authorization hold expires without being finalized the user cannot access that part of their account. The actual balance will not be reduced until the merchant submits their batch of transactions and the banking system transfers the funds.Authorization can actually be released by the customers bank. You just have to call them(w/c I always do).
I ordered the license for Adobe Elements from a site with ADOBE logos and adobe store info all over it. When I experienced problems Adobe could not find my order #. I then found the fine print mentioning Digital River. Adobe said they could not help me and I should call DR. It took me 30 minutes to find a LONG DISTANCE phone number and was told I would have to call ADOBE for a refund.
These ### have picked on the wrong redneck this time!
Digital River submitted a charge against my credit card this Nov 24, 2009. The charge was rejected by VISA because Digital River used the wrong expiration date (for my card). I had updated my CC expiration date in Oct 2008. I think they acquired my CC info in Aug 2008 when I made an online purchase from Microsoft. In my case, Digital River's behavior is more akin to fraud.
Same Here. I used the Ultimate Steal to buy windows 7. i bought all the service, DVD shipments, and warranty on the download. The download worked fine, but then they double billed me for everything. I am going to call, and demand that since they double billed me, they give me a second copy of windows 7.
I just purchased "Roxio" software, but it went through Digital River. AVOID THEM. The software simply would not download. When I went to their tech support page, they provide it only if you PAY FOR IT.
I called customer service (good luck getting the number) and waited a long time to get a different number. I called the new number and waited and got someone who could not speak clear English and did not seem to understand the problem. He told me that there had been a mistake but it was now fixed so I could download the software...but I could not.
Since the back up CD had not shipping, I asked if I would get t full refund if I cancelled. He put me on hold for a very long time and then said "yes" - but they only refunded partially. They did not refund s/h fees and, amazingly, they did not refund STATE TAX! They cost me many hours and I suggest you avoid all products sold via digital river...look closely to see who you are dealing with
Digital River does an "auto renew" on your Norton software for annual renewals. You did not ask for this and it is very difficult to turn off and get a refund.
Buy Norton Software from anyone who DOES NOT LINK to Digital River and you will be buying from someone who cares and can help you.
Hint: Do not click on PPC ads on search engines. Most of those are "sock puppets" of Digital River.
The same thing happen to me!
false charges
Renewed Norton Anti-Virus and invoice shows will be billed from DR*Symantec for 49.99. Well what shows up is a charge for 49.99 from listing www.digitalriver.com www.myord.commnus ! The bank says it shows no contact phone numbers so noticed this while it was only posted as a memo at bank and had not processed because of the holiday on Monday. I had to have this blocked for payment. I called Symantec and they said the billing should ONLY show up as DR* Symantec. So how bad is that for an anti virus Norton site to us a site that has attachments to steal your money! I think they better figure that one out in a hurry or no one will be renewing with them .
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I just had a very similar issue with Symantec and Digital River, which is how I discovered this previous complaint.
I ordered an upgrade to Norton 360, version 3.0, through the Symantec web site. Only after I went through the online purchasing process did I realize I was dealing with a third party (Digital River), once I received an emailed receipt. I placed my order on 11/27/09, and I am still waiting for it to arrive, even though my credit card was charged by Digital River on 12/3/09.
After spending days looking into this, I am very concerned and frustrated because there are no phone numbers for Digital River.
With all of these, I am concerned about trusting my computer's security to Symantec, especially since, from the previous post, this has been going on all year!
unauthorized charge
I have an un authorized charge from DRI Digital river - www.myord.com

unauthorized billing
I ordered a product only to learn that I would have to download it. I immediately canceled the order and still was charged for it. I even called on two different days to confirm the cancellation went through as well as the credit card company. Then, when I got my bill a month later there was a charge for a product that was received. They will not return my money.

Digital River is not a 3rd party reseller of any companies or manufacturers that we support (almost 44, 000 different companies) all of them are just paying us to take orders from the customer and then the only thing that we do is to forward that orders to their database and they the one whos gonna process the transaction. The only main responsibility that we do with these transaction is to make sure that the customer's received the product. If not, we can just go ahead and send a notification to the vendor and request for a resend or reshipment. WE ARE NOT THE ONE WHOs SETTING THE RULES ON OUR END. WE ARE JUST FOLLOWING A CERTAIN POLICY THAT OUR CLIENTS SETS FOR US! IF ONLY WE HAVE EVERY TOOLS THAT WE CAN USE TO GRANT ALL YOUR REQUEST, WE WILL BE MORE THAN GLAD TO DO IT FOR YOU! WE ARE ALSO HUMAN BEINGS WHO UNDERSTANDS HOW IT FEELS IF WE ARE THE ONE ON YOUR END. JUST TRY TO IMAGINE YOU ARE THE ONE IN MY SHOES! CUSTOMER SCREAMED AT YOU, CURSED YOU, AND TREATHENS YOU BUT YOU CANNOT DO IT FOR HIM/HER BECAUSE ITS EITHER IT IS ALSO THEIR FAULT, ARROGANCE, STUPIDITY OR THE POLICY OF THE VENDORS THAT YOU MUST FOLLOW OR ELSE YOU'LL YOUR JOB! HOWEVER WHOS READING THIS, IF YOU ARE A HUMAN BEING, I HOPE YOU COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THE THOUGHT OF THIS COMMENTS!
fraudulent caharges
A total of 69.99 was fraudulently charged to my credit card. There is no phone number or address to contact them. I want my money back and I am retaining a lawyer to pursue this matter. It is obvious that this is an ongoing problem and a scam. It has to be stopped.

I live in Australia and had lost complaint with my WP bank regarding DRI*InternetWasher [protected] charge to my credit master card for aleged purchase of this software on 11/03/08 at the tune of USA 79.95 all doe I never purchased this software. Not sure how this charge was made and it simes to be reocuring every year which fact slipped my attention. Be aware in deed. I paid the bill and will be discontinnuing my business with this bank.
I have paid for an "updated" Microsoft Office 2007 program, $100! After my trial expired the purchased item from Digital River DID NOT WORK... Go figure. I tried to contact Microsoft and run my license code through their system and it was not a recognized license code! Has anyone else had this problem within the past 3 months? What is the definition of "Fraud" again?
Pardon me if I am being naive, but I don't think DigitalRiver has much blame beyond perhaps a lack of rigor in validating the authenticity of purchases, though I doubt that that the perform any less than any other online retailer. The only difference is that their products are virtual, and thus won't have a shipping address associated with it (since the product can be downloaded). This makes them a particular target for crooks who have stolen your credit card numbers.
Also, from a tech-support perspective, they likely don't make customer support numbers easily available on their website to motivate customers to attempt to work through their problems with the online resources before contacting them. If you really want their number, just google map digital river and call one of their local offices.
In summary: it isn't digitalriver's fault (as far as I can tell). Their product delivery mechanism simply makes them a target of crooks who have stolen your account information. They were friendly enough when I called them. I had a $194 charge on my credit card, plus a number of other attempted charges, which my credit card company flagged and put a stop to (I am rather happy with bank of america).
Anyone who was fraudulently charged through digitalriver should recognize that someone stole their account information. They should contact their credit card company, refute the charges, and have their account changed (since someone obviously has their account information). They should also contact digitalriver customer support (see elsewhere in my email to find out how!) and fax a copy of the fraudulent charges to their fraud fax number (your bank can likely do this).
I turned my computer on last Sunday the 27th and an order confirmation from Digital River for a program called Internet Washer at a cost of $79.95 had been approved for my purchase and charged to my charge card. The thing was the order date was for that same day and I had just turned on the computer. How they got my credit card numbers I don't know but intend to find out. They had wrong listings for address and city. Called the fraud department of my credit card. They are going to cancel my card and issue another to me with the same line. Was advised by the department to call the police and report Digital River but I think I'll take it a step further and go to the Better Business Bureau also.
We got a call yesterday from our bank stating an unusal transaction. We found Digital River had stolen $394 from our account. Now everything is upside down. I think I should state here and now we have NEVER had any dealings with this DRI. Thanks DRI for screwing us! This company needs to be shutdown and prosecuted to the full extent of all laws. I am starting to think it's time to go back off the grid. The heck with the banks and all the hoopla just use a check cashing place and deal with cash and postal money orders only. Why is it that if a private person steals a dollar, and gets caught, they go to jail. However, when a company steals millions, the powers that be looks the other way.
Digital River have taken over £300 from my account in three transaction which correspond to three failed attempts to download an activation key. They don't answer letters and I can't get hold of their phone number, my next option is the courts. Just to let people know the UK branch is just as corrupt!
Seems like I got the worst, I was charged 1002.99, plus 4 other charges ranging from 20-45 dollars. Im now broke for 10 days until PNC Bank gives me my money back. At least my bank is helping me out. These were all from DR. i contacted them, and faxed them a bank statement. Good luck to everyone, and wish me luck.
My husband was charged just yesterday 7/22/09 from Digital River. One charge made @12:10 and another @ 12:12 for 81.92 each. I called [protected] (Digital River) and spoke with Customer Service . She requested our account # which I would not give and ask her to please look up any charges under my husbands name. She wanted to know the amount of charges and when they were made. She was able to pull up charges made under my husbands name but the charges were made from Great Britian. Someone had tried to charge Kaspersky Internet Security Software. It was explained by her that they have a few check points when someone tries to charge something and the one check point in our case was that we didn't live in Great Britian so that for one flew up a red flag. In checking a few more things they recognized this was a fradulent charge and did not process. Some one had stolen his CC #'s.
We were very fortunate this was caught in time.
Digital River charged my credit card 43.00 and I never purchased anything from them. I emailed them and complained and demanded my money back and I got an automated enail in return. I contacted my bank and cancelled my card so they cant do it again and I have to submit a letter to my card issuer so they can pursue the matter and try to retrieve my stolen money. How can this happen? They're stealing right in front of the whole world and saying, screw you! If I did this, I'd be locked up long before I got away with what they're getting away with. I don't get it. Who's in charge here?
i just checked my account and noticed that 74.99 was deducted out of my account. i have no idea who this company is and im very pissed off because i dont have any money to be throwing away or stolen from me. i have 3 kids to take care of and whoever you are you need to be prosecuted for fraudulence. this is ridicuolous. get off your lazy ### and go to work and make your own money. stop stealing.
renew avant! fee
This conappeared on my desktop mysteriously about a year ago, suspect it may have been installed by superGeeks which was rrepairing my computer at the time. each time i used computer thereafter a pop-up would advise me that Avant! had updated my virus control. A week or so ago they put up a green alert that I had a fee to pay them to renew and asked for myu credit card #. I said I'd pay by check if they would provide their mailing addressd. did not receive. Terminated the service. Frankly, I don't know what they did or how they got on my system for sure, but am now suspicious and reluctant to release card #. Googled them, got this link, saw complaints, and am curious to know if they are a scam r did provide a service. I never have paid thm from the start because I didn't know anything about them. Are they legit?

This virus protection was attached to one of my USB Flash Drives. I'm not too sure if they are legit or not because the company that sends the product is called Digital River GnbH located in Germany with an office in Chicago, IL. I've used it on my flash as well as my computer. They are now telling me that my scanner is about to expire. Now I'm not too sure if I would want to keep them or go with McAfee. Follow your gut.
unauthorized charge
Dri*digitalriver.comwww.myord.com mn appeared as a debit to my checking account for $35.95. I have never heard of this company, nor have I authorized this transaction.
I have a feeling that this appeared after a hoakie transaction from a company called fx supplements. maybe the two are connected?
I am pursuing a dispute with my bank for investigation.
I didn't order any of your products
I didn't order anything. I would like to have my money back to my account. Please return this message asap! Thanks!
I discovered 4 charges of $208.52 on my bank account pending - when I went to pay bills electronically, I had no $ in my bank account. I contacted my bank immediately and asked what this was about and they said it looked like this company had made this attempt of 14 times, only 4 of which were successful. The bank gave me a "provisional credit", declined all requests from DRI Digital River, closed the atm card that the charges were made against, and told me I would be receiving paperwork to fill out for fraudulent charges.
The bank further told me that sometimes this agency acts as a billing agent for Microsoft, but I have not done any business with MS. I have had no services, received no products, authorized any charges for $208.52, nor have I authorized same on fourteen occasions!
I HAVE AN UNATHORIZED AMOUNT OF $378.80 ON MY DEBIT CARD AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THE COMPANY IS OR WHAT THEY DO OR SELL AND I WOULD NOT MAKE ANY TYPE OF ORDER WHEN I AM DISABLED AND ON A SMALL CHECK EACH MONTH. I DON'T CARE IF I DID ORDER SOMETHING ON LINE IT DOES NOT GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO PUT SOMETHING ON MY ACCOUNT I DID NOT ORDER, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL ON THIS EITHER AND IT BETTER COME OFF QUICKLY AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW IT WAS DONE AND WHAT I SUPPOSEDLY ORDERED AS I HAVE NO INVOICE OR ORDER NUMBER.

I was charged 89.00 to my credit card that was unauthorized. There is no 800 number to call. Please, this company should be shut down.
$118.00 was taken from my account via check card deduction. I have no idea why
DRI DIGITAL RIVER.COM WWW.MYORD.CO MN, appeared out of nowhere on my credit card account.
It is my belief that all thieves should be gut shot, hung until dead, then burned.
Especially when there are so many web sites filled with victims of these people.
