Dish TV is using all dirty tricks for fleecing the customer. If customer wants to see only free-to-air channels, gradually dish TV starts blocking these channels too for example they have blocked 'Aj Tak' and Star Utsav under the garb of 'signal not available'.

The booking of the Dish TV Set Top Box was done as on 30.10.2012 through KOHLEES Shop No. 29, B-10 Market, Vasant Kunj Delhi, our paid Rs. 1000/- (Cash). Delar handed over one Set Top Box with its accessories with a booking no. [protected]. Delear told me that balance payment will be collected by the technician who will visit my resident (545 Sector- A Pocket B & C Vasant Kunj, Delhi). The installation was assured within 24 hours nothing move so far, no technicians visited.
Telephone recived from mob. no. [protected] at 7:48 PM on 31.10.2012. The caller disclosed the identity as the representative of the dish tv and asked weather i have a cash for making the balance payment, his behaviour was not up to mark when misbehaved. He has no business to enquire my financial status please look into the reason for delayed in installation.

I made a call on [protected] dated 3rd november and they said we will install it positively by 24-48 hours but every time whenever we call they always say that by tommorrow but tomorrow never comes, As such the services of this dishtv is pathetic and we are not enjoying any more by this kind of behaviour.

I renewed my subscription for the dish TV package on 02.03.2013 by paying Rs.(Rupees two hundred Fifty only) for 250renewing the package for one month. I was informed that the signal will be given to view channels in my TV within 24 hours. But till now, I am unable to view...Yours Agent told me, my data base Disaper on your system . I am a dish tv customer for past 6 years, recently my connection gives interrupted viewing due to bad signals, I complained with Dish TV 4 times, every time the engineer comes and says that the problem is solved, however the problem remains as it is. I have TWO dish tv connections i.e. VC No.[protected] (Mother /Main) and No.VC No.[protected] ( Child ).
This child connections has been de-activated as I am frequently moving out of country like USA etc. Now I want to restore the same.
Will you pl let me know the procedure and charges therefor. Whenever I go out of station, I request you people to stop the service to
the Main connection i.e. VC No.[protected] and the remaining period (i.e.balance of time) may please be added to my next recharge
upon my coming back from overseas. You will always promise to do so, but would never do it.
To know any clarifications/reviews/complaints/redressel etc, your customer service is almost NIL. People who sits at the customer
service counter are of NO USE. For any small enquiry, they would say "PLEASE HOLD, WE WILL PUT YOUR CALL ON HOLD AND
REVERT BACK TO YOU" and subsequently, they disappear and we will be holding the line for nothing and after 10 minutes, the call is disconnected. For reaching you, pl advise the correct e mail address of customer care and correct Phone No. etc. There are so many Numbers which you have mentioned and when we try, we get the reply saying ' NO TELEPHONE IS WORKINGING WITH THIS NUMBER. This is the excellent service the customer department offers. I am so much vexed and contemplating the IDEA of getting away from Dish TV.

Was is Dish Network able to access my credit report?
I recently had a horrible experience with 2 different Dish Network personnel. I was attempting to have Dish TV installed where my husband lives and works during the week, 180 miles from our home. I spent an hour adding this new location to our account. Then I was given a person who was to "verify my identity". Because I don't know what is in my Credit Report, I was turned down. I was very rudely told to correct my Credit Report and call back ... are you serious? First of all, I don't think Dish Network should be able to access my Credit Report and secondly not knowing what's on my Credit Report has absolutely NOTHING to do with hooking up Dish Network. I was rudely told differently. According to my monthly bills with DISH, we pay DISH in advance each month. I called customer service and was given the same run around by another very rude employee. My husband doesn't have internet at this "home away from home" so it would have taken another 5 days to even try to correct our report. How does a person do that anyway? I immediately called Direct TV and the system was installed the next morning. We got the same channels for less money and the whole system works better than DISH. I have been a Dish Network customer for a number of years but after this incident am seriously considering get Direct TV.
I am having DISH HD received with SOUTH PLATINUM SPORTS PACK with TELUGU as regional language. But i am not getting
BHAKTI TV/ SVBC / DD SAPTAGIRI / ENGILSH REPUBLICK TV CHANNELS . PLS LET ME KNOW WHY?
